Food: Disaster. We were there recently during Ramadan. Cold soup and meat. We still feel sick from it.

A nice environment, especially with its Ramadan menu and friendly service.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. We had to wait over an hour for our food even though we ordered before many. Also, our order was wrong and they wouldn't correct it. The bread wasn't fresh and came from the day before, the fries didn't taste good, the salad was too watery. The meat tasted good, but it wasn't what we ordered. Overall the service was poor. If you want good service and good food you should go to Urfa Saray, it is much better there.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Unfortunately a big disappointment. Although everything was supposedly reserved, many tables remained empty - but we were still checked out. The service was rude and made us feel like we should leave quickly. The food was served carelessly and we had the feeling of being unwanted. Not a pleasant experience - we won't be coming back here. Statements like “we no longer accept reserved guests after 6 p.m.” are unnecessary if all tables are not reserved (I noticed that when they were talking about it among themselves) - Were there at 5:45 p.m., iftar is at 6:45 p.m. and we weren't fasting. Absolutely not recommended

Very rude staff, they were annoyed because I needed time to choose something. When I ordered a kebab, they looked at me strangely and said you wanted a meat pocket. Got in first, waited 25 minutes, got a kebab where the whole roll was crumbled - a return was refused and I had to eat it off the plate like a dog, roll disgusting with mold on it, salad felt very strange (of course if you have to eat it off the plate) the only thing that was okay was the meat. Next time you spit in your food, you'll probably end up with the same thing. By the way, I paid €7.9 for this.

I'll never eat here again. The waiters can't speak German and eat. Came 40 minutes late. We were overlooked several times and Caj was handed out to everyone except us. That was the last time. Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars.

All the good reviews convinced me to eat there. But unfortunately it was just disappointing. The staff is very rude, they get angry when you ask for a little time to think about it. We were there for Iftar today and ordered a mixed grill plate, unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for the food! Then we got a table right in front of the door, even though we had reserved beforehand. There were two free tables next to us, even though we insisted that we sit against the wall with the small children, but we were told no. Thousands of people walked back and forth next to us, never again!!!

I've been eating here for years but now it's over. The kebab plate became even more expensive. Honestly, it's not worth it.

A good restaurant near Bochum Town Hall. If you want to get to know a Turkish snack bar like in Turkey, you should go there. Have a huge charcoal grill. The shop is open 24 hours just like some restaurants in Istanbul. There are also the Turkish soups that you are used to in Turkey. It is a clear recommendation from me.

I can only recommend the food. With one of the best addresses west of the Bosphorus for Turkish cuisine. Don't let the somewhat chip shop-like atmosphere fool you. Top kitchen!

We ordered iskender to make it quick. All they have to do is cut the doner kebab and pour the sauce on it. We waited 1 hour for the food to arrive. Iskender was not tasty either. I gave 2 points to the appetizer. Other than that it wasn't a good experience

I haven't been there in the morning for years and so I don't even know whether there is still a breakfast buffet or not. So I can't say anything about that. What I can definitely say is that if you're on your way home in the middle of the night and you're still hungry on the weekend, they're still open until 4 a.m. You can tell that Has Urfa is good by how well attended Has Urfa is. Well attended even after 2 a.m., with tirelessly friendly service and the food is also very good. The side salad is definitely fresh and crunchy even shortly before the end and I can recommend it to everyone.

Unfortunately, we couldn't eat the mixed meat they ordered, it was too overcooked. Think of a restaurant that cooks hundreds of kilos of meat every day, whether it is burnt or not. Come on, why do you package it and give it to people? You owe me a mixed bag for 6 people.

I can't point out anything in particular. The offer is like in any other Turkish restaurant. I had the mixed meat plate. It was ok, but nothing special. The quantity was good, the price was justified. The service was good. The ambience is standard. In all I can recommend the store with a clear conscience, you just shouldn't expect anything "special".

Very tasty food. We noticed the restaurant while walking past in the evening because it was very busy and had lunch there the next day. Everything tasted wonderful. Juicy meat, very tasty rice and a crunchy side salad with the kebab plate. The fries at the children's kebab weren't that great. The salad bagel also tasted very good. If we are in Bochum again, we will definitely come back!

Unfortunately there is no more good stuff in this store. The food tastes just like all of the other 80 stores. The waitresses give preference to their own compatriots and it doesn't matter how long other guests have been waiting

Unfortunately I was not at all satisfied and can therefore not recommend it. I reserved a table two weeks in advance for a slightly larger group (15 people). When we arrived that day the shop was busy and we were shown to the back of the winter garden!! In November, when it was almost 5 degrees outside. Only when we arrived, a small gas heater was turned on, but it didn't warm up the room. If I know that there will be people sitting here soon, then I'll turn it on an hour earlier. We had small children with us and had to sit there in our jackets because it was too cold!! Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. Bad organization. Food was nothing special, not worth it. We definitely won't be coming back and I can't recommend it.

The best Turkish cuisine in Bochum. From the kebab to the soups, highly recommended. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the hot sauce, it's too salty, but that's a matter of taste.

Terrible. Lamb roasted to death, completely dry and tasteless. Fries limp and fried way too light. Salad completely without dressing, totally tasteless. Dumpling with filling even without sauce etc. Dip way too spicy, inedible. Grilled peppers are also not edible. Sorry, but you don't have to go there anymore.

Average Turkish Grill Restaurant. The prices are unreasonable for the cleanliness and taste. I recently ordered a sandwich with olives for breakfast. A few tasteless black olives in the dough... Then that's supposed to be a sandwich? Never! No more visitors for now.

Has Urfa is absolutely recommended! The Adana plate I ordered was simply outstanding – perfectly seasoned, fresh and super juicy. The price-performance ratio is great, you really get a lot of quality for your money. The service was friendly, attentive and quick. If you are looking for delicious, authentic food in Bochum, you should definitely stop by Has Urfa!

Unfortunately I waited about 45 minutes for my food and had to get up and leave again because the waiters had forgotten it and didn't want to admit it and everyone else who came after me got their food early... I think it's an outrage!!!! never again Urfa!!!

One of the best kebabs in downtown Bochum!

It's chaotic, often like in Turkey and yes, we are in a Turkish restaurant. But in comparison, the service here is terrible. The employees don't really listen, if something doesn't fit, it's not really taken seriously and they gossip after customers (very advantageous - well maybe also a disadvantage if you know Turkish).

....that's exactly how a business like this has to be set up! Fresh, diverse, original recipes and friendly staff! ....the baklava are also great!

I'm passing through and only in Bochum today. The food was perfect as was the service, very nice employees. The only thing I have to complain about, which in my opinion shouldn't happen under any circumstances, is that a mouse/rat ran into me after the first bite of my kebab! I only saw this in the corner of my eye and then again a few seconds later. I think this problem occurs in every other store. It's just really shitty if you come across an animal like that while you're eating... I hope we have already done something about the problem. I couldn't bring it up because no one asked me how the food was or anything like that...

Waste of time, food ordered in the restaurant came wrong. If it was said that it was wrong, it should be corrected again. Didn't come. Left after 20 minutes and got something somewhere else with a significantly shorter waiting time.

It's not a restaurant but an upscale snack bar that's open almost any time 👍🏻 Food is varied and quite good. Prices can be debated lately but I think it's just about reasonable. The best thing about the store is and remains the head waiter. He is the gold medal of the store. When He wasn't there it was terrible there but since He's been there everything is good 👍🏻

Went here for the first time today as we just wanted to get something to eat on the way through before the long journey. Very nice staff, friendly and attentive. Orders are taken quickly and brought to the table very quickly, we didn't have to wait long with the little kids. Ambiance is nicely decorated, clean and cozy. We ordered - Large doner kebab plate with fries - Chicken skewer with rice - Pide doner meat veal Food tastes good, chicken skewer very soft and well seasoned. Unfortunately the tzatziki didn't taste good. Pide was with veal, unfortunately not to our taste, we should have asked before ordering whether there was chicken as a kebab meat. Otherwise everything was great except for the veal on the kebab plate/pide and tzatziki. It's a shame that only veal is offered as kebab meat. The restaurant offers many dishes, soups, main courses and desserts, really nice.

A good snack bar that serves its customers quickly. When it comes to clearing away the waiters are a little more relaxed. The kebab tastes good. It has an aromatic, spicy taste and is not greasy. Adana or Urfa Kebab is recommended! The fries were dry and unseasoned. Still, you get a massive portion if you order it large. All the waiters were always friendly! The toilets were clean! (Which is always very important for places where food is served!) Nobody can beat the price-performance ratio. €5.40 for a soup or large fries may be a bit much. But paying only €8.80 for a tasty Adana Dürüm is almost unbeatable. Make up your own mind ;) Try it out!

We were there two days ago for dinner for two people. We ordered two Ayran, a Beyti Kebap and an Urfa Kebap with yogurt. I personally found the prices to be a bit too high. Even though the restaurant was full, the food was served surprisingly quickly, within 15 minutes. The staff is very friendly and the food was tasty. Even I, who normally doesn't like red meat, didn't feel uncomfortable afterward. However, it is very hot inside as there is no air conditioning. If you sit outside it is loud and dusty from the street. Of course, eating while sweating is not pleasant.

They have been our only address that has not changed for almost 6 or 7 years. Was next door at the Nena Hotel and ate there today. All I can say is this is a really awesome Turkish restaurant. I haven't eaten SO GOOD in a Turkish restaurant for a long time. The atmosphere is also great and cozy, you feel comfortable here. Service was really TOP and quick, and also super friendly. If I'm here again, I'll definitely eat there every day. I've been there since then and by that I mean the whole team is really great!!!!! Thanks for the good food and the great service.

My experience at the Haus Urfa restaurant in Germany was very disappointing. After grilling, I found feathers in the chicken, indicating a lack of care and preparation. This experience was extremely poor and I hope that the restaurant management improves the hygiene and quality standards to ensure that the meals offered are trustworthy.

Nice little place to sit in and eat. The Adana Kebab was cooked perfectly and came with generous amounts of dips, bread and salad. Good value for the money.

Friendly service. The breakfast buffet looked good, a little different than usual and very inviting. Unfortunately I was full when I entered the shop out of curiosity, but with the mega good baqulawas to take away it was totally worth it.
