We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten van een jagerschnitzel en wienerschnitzel. Bediening was correct. Voldoende op het bord zoals gewoonlijk in Duitsland.

An absolute highlight is the waffle bakery. Very friendly staff. We recommend the gourmet plate with waffles and hot cinnamon plums/cherries/blueberries.

I can recommend this restaurant without exception. We were 5 adults and 2 small children. We were warmly welcomed and told in a very child-friendly manner that we should eat inside because of the wasps. 👍 big compliments to the service. He was very friendly - something you don't see everywhere these days - and he took care of us unobtrusively but quickly and fulfilled all our wishes. Children's food was ready very quickly without a long wait and the 5 of us all got our food at the same time. Huge selection of schnitzels. Good idea to serve the sauce separately. Everything was very clean. We'd love to come back.

A nice restaurant, with what feels like 100 different schnitzel and waffle dishes, in all variations. Super fast, nice service. You can sit nicely inside or outside. Are here often.

We went on holiday in the beautiful Harz and went to the Schnitzelhaus several times in a short space of time. We can only highly recommend it, the food is very good and delivered to the table quickly after ordering (even though it is quite full), the staff is very friendly. Always happy .

Delicious food and friendly staff. Not only schnitzels on the menu but also fish, vegetarian and some other meat specialties. Wide choice of desserts too. The flambéed bananas are lit at the table with a kind of liqueur of which fortunately some remains for a nice taste. It's a shame that smoking is allowed on the terrace. During our meal we unfortunately smoked three cigarettes from the people at the next table.

We can only recommend a visit, we got some really delicious food, the selection is good and there is something for everyone. The atmosphere is very pleasant and decorated with a lot of love. Reading the cards well makes you smile. The sauces are served in small glasses, which I personally think is good.

We went to the Schnitzelhaus for the first time today. The welcome was warm. Something was immediately provided for the children to do, which they both thought was great. A large selection of great dishes, it's difficult to choose. The food came quickly and was plentiful. The best thing was the waffles, which were served warm. Totally delicious. It is also difficult to make a decision when making a selection. One thing is certain, anyway. We would love to come back.

The food was great, the house beer Engels helles was very tasty and light, the service was very nice and relaxed and the ambience was something different but very good. It was very worth it and I can only recommend it to everyone... it's worth traveling extra for the schnitzel!

Today we had dinner with 8 people. We were all thrilled. Employees are all very friendly. We also found the atmosphere very nice. The menu is very detailed so that everyone can find something. In terms of taste, it is a real pleasure. The food is fresh and homemade. The costs are also completely reasonable here. We paid an average of just 30-40 euros for 8 people. So we can really recommend the restaurant. Thank you for the good food and the lovely evening.

It was okay, the prices are a bit high. I've eaten in better schnitzel houses and there are other nice alternatives in Bad Sachsa.

Really nice restaurant. We had not booked a table. There were many people and yet they were very attentive and friendly. We waited a bit for the food, but definitely worth the wait. Really good. (Several different schnitzels.) The one in the picture was no. 147, mes gratin cheese and olives. We couldn't eat any more, so we have to come back another time for waffles😃

Rigtigt hyggeligt sted, hvor der var rent og personalet kunne tale engelsk. Maden var virkelig god og endnu mere til prisen og så blev vi rigtig godt mætte og er meget tilfreds alle sammen :)

The food took too long to arrive and it was only moderately warm. When asked about it, I only heard an “okay” from the service person. At these prices it is unreasonable to serve lukewarm food. This shed won't see me again.🤮🤮🤮

Very tasty food but not cheap... tastes really good.

We had high expectations, since now they advertise being a schnitzel house and waffle bakery. The schnitzels were excellent, although a bit tender, the portions were fine. Unfortunately, the waffles were a bit boring and the accompanying whipped cream was gritty and separated on the plate. Serving was not sufficiently present.

My parents and I decided to eat there after our trip for my 40th birthday. It wasn't a bad decision. Mr. Meyer our waiter was very nice and accommodating. The outside area is beautifully designed and the food was extremely delicious. My parents had a very tasty currywurst and I had Fanny's Burger and it was super tasty. It wasn't a standard burger bun (I'm assuming homemade?) The house beer is extremely delicious and I could have had a few more glasses 🍻😅. I thought the glass was so beautiful that I bought it and 2 bottles of the house beer. This is also very tasty, but it's better from the tap (that's the case with every beer). I know the restaurant well from my childhood (tiled stove) and later Fanny's was added. There was even an indoor jukebox, unfortunately I forgot to check if it was still there. We will definitely stop by at the next opportunity and try the waffles. If you are looking for good, tasty German cuisine, you have come to the right place in Bad Sachsa and no one will starve or waste away here. It was a wonderful ending to my birthday. Thank you

Stopped by spontaneously after a long hike and grabbed one last spot - we didn't regret it! Service was extremely friendly, first there was coffee and an incredibly delicious waffle and then great, unusual schnitzel variations. (Gorgonzola sauce, for example) Our dog was also well looked after; without being asked, there was a water bowl and a small snack bar in the entrance area. But you should call and reserve in advance, the restaurant is well attended due to the really good quality! We say thank you and will definitely come back! :)

Kinda kitch, but huge and well assorted restaurant. Especially good for children. The large children menu is full of drawings and comes with a cup of pencils so the meal can be made in orderly fashion when the kids are occupied. Note, the menues are double sided. Huge portions, did not make it through.

The food was very tasty and the waitresses were super friendly. Unfortunately, the manager wasn't really friendly, didn't really know what was on the menu (sometimes there was the drink we wanted, sometimes it wasn't), and then he just wanted to watch the football game. We were supposed to go inside (where it was very stuffy) because there was no service outside anymore, and then we were served outside. Very unfortunate and very annoying.

We came here spontaneously for dinner. What can I say, everything was very tasty and super nice service. Schnitzel is the real deal here. For dessert there was coffee with a fresh waffle and a small ice cream with plums with cinnamon, also very tasty. Keep doing what you are doing. 100 points with 🌟

Yesterday we were guests in the Schnitzelhaus. A nice restaurant in a rustic atmosphere. The service staff was friendly and quick, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. We were very happy with everything, will happily eat there again and can definitely recommend the house.

Anlässlich eines Besuchs im Harz haben wir einen Tisch im Schnitzelhaus bestellt. Angekommen waren wir überrascht, was sich hier für ein schönes Restaurant befindet. Wir haben draussen gesessen. In einem Strandkorb. Die Karte ist relativ gross, die Schnitzelvariationen fast unüberschaubar. Ich habe mich für ein Schnitzel mit Pommes und Spiegelei entschieden, meine Familie fast geschlossen ebenso. Leider kann das Essen mit dem tollen Ambiente nicht mithalten. Von einem auf Schnitzel spezialisierten Haus erwarte ich, dass ich ein Schnitzel bekomme, was in einer Pfanne gebraten wurde, goldbraun und schön saftig ist. Leider Fehlanzeige. Mein Schnitzel hat leider vollkommen totfrittiert und trocken die Fritteuse verlassen und lag dann auf meinem Teller mit ein paar Pommes und etwas Salat. Die Spiegeleier waren OK. Vielleicht hatte ich auch Pech mit meiner Auswahl, aber das Schnitzel meiner Frau mit einer anderen Variation war leider auch so ähnlich. Schade eigentlich, denn die gepfefferten Preise versprechen an sich etwas anderes und lassen auf einen Schnitzelprofi hoffen. Bad Sachsa hat so viele Möglichkeiten, da muss sich der Wirt angesichts der Konkurrenz ganz warm anziehen, wenn er nicht verlieren will. Schade, schade, schade…….

We had dinner here on Thursday. It was nicely presented and we really enjoyed the schnitzels we ate. It was 250g schnitzel. The price is reasonable for the quality. We'd love to come back.

Food is way to expensive and I didn't find it that exceptional! Overall I'm kind of disappointed.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately not all of the portions ordered were served. A repeat portion was missing. Only when you asked was the missing food served.

The nice employee with sweet Plautze welcomed us very lovingly and guided us warmly through the evening. The service angels were also friendly and very quick. The schnitzels are amazing, as is the apple puff pastry waffle strudel 🤪 at the end. Always happy and definitely pre-order otherwise panic on your forehead 😀….

The schnitzels are world class, the service is attentive, friendly and accommodating. The portions are sufficiently large and are served with a large salad plate in advance. You are full but not overcrowded. The house beer is also recommended. Waiting time for food after ordering feels like zero. The prices are above average, but are quite reasonable considering the quality. You can't do it much better.

It started with the reception. He's great. You will be picked up and taken to your seat and immediately given your order card. Just a few (but enough) minutes later we placed our order. In our opinion, the food came incredibly quickly and we didn't have to wait long. The food was fantastic. The salad is crispy and fresh and the schnitzel is just a dream. We will stop by again on our next vacation and can recommend the restaurant to anyone who is vacationing in Bad Sachsa. Service top, food top, ambience top.

If you want to eat comfortably and deliciously, you are in good hands in this restaurant. You can sit outside and inside, even in a beach chair if you like. Even the animal companions are taken care of. The food tasted good and the service was top. We liked the restaurant so much that we visited it twice in a row. I would recommend it.
