There were 4 of us and everyone was happy with the food and recommend it.

Unfortunately the food wasn't convincing. The meatballs were very reminiscent of Adana, but in a different form, the ribs were burnt but not nearly cooked through on the inside. I would like to positively emphasize the friendly and attentive service, which put a lot of effort into it. Overall, unfortunately it wasn't quite to my taste.

Food is good, service very unfriendly. You won't be offered tea after your meal if you're not a Schwarzkopf. The service was very unfriendly and argued with me about what I had ordered.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant, starting over the phone. The employees were extremely unfriendly and literally embarrassed me. Instead of helping me with my query, I was treated condescendingly and my questions were ignored. This type of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. The experience of the visit wasn't much better either. The staff were extremely unfriendly and seemed to have no interest in ensuring guests had a pleasant stay. I was ignored and had to wait a long time before I was even served. When I was finally able to place my order, the service continued to be rude and disinterested. The food was mediocre and in no way justified the rude treatment. I definitely won't be back and I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The atmosphere is nice and the waitress took care of us directly. But what was absolutely outrageous was the content of the kebab. I have no idea how one comes to the conclusion that this is fair for the customer and that is why I will never come back. Just extremely disrespectful.

The food and the service was very good. We ordered a variety of food and everything was delicious. Only negative is that people who sat outside smoked and all the smoke came into the inside area, which was not nice for the kids.

We had a larger family celebration here, good and fast service, delicious food and we were able to stay there even after the meal was over.

I ordered a grill plate over the phone for 38 euros, which was confirmed to me when I went to pick it up and it was 44 euros. When I asked, they said the grill plate cost more. They should have told me on the phone. Dealing with customers is absolutely sleazy and incorrect! We simply get ripped off and that doesn't work.

As a family we were thrilled with the taste. We particularly liked the margarita pizza and the kebab. The outdoor garden is also beautiful, but it needs a little more aesthetic touch. The waiters are a bit inexperienced. They need to improve in terms of service and service. But we really liked the taste, we will go again.

We were there during Ramadan and ordered our food early so that it had to be there when we broke the fast. But that wasn't the case, we waited over an hour for the food, other tables that came later had their food before us. Then our grill plate came, everything was cold, we complained about it and the waitress then tore the plate off the table and said she would take care of it. 3 minutes later the same plate was there again, the food was now a bit lukewarm. We didn't even have any sauce, and by the time it came it was cold again. When paying, the waitress didn't even ask if everything was ok. It wasn't our first time there, otherwise it was really good. But this time it was just a disappointment and we won't come back!

So I'm sorry that I have to write something like this now. I ate there & had the shock of my life.. A plate costs between 16-20€ and what arrived... 2 pieces of meat & cheap fries. They put the meat raw on my plate. And for such a price, so little, that's ridiculous :/ unfortunately I have to get rid of that. Unfortunately, the service was also bad. The employees were nice, but the service they provided was always missing a loaf of bread, food was mixed up and served cold .. especially in the toilet there was no soap or paper .. the food itself is really cheap… when you go there you will notice it for yourself. Onion was simply slapped onto a plate with the peel on, which can happen, but the meat was raw and my husband had it burnt. There was a hair in my food which was TOTALLY disgusting!! Unfortunately, I would not visit this restaurant again.

the staff is rude, we called to reserve a table and asked if there will be waiting time. they answered “you have to wait, you must wait we are not an embassy”. what an answer.

We went here for lunch with a group of ~10 people. We had reserved in advance and had already handed over the food. The food tasted very, very good and everyone was extremely satisfied. The service was excellent and courteous. Everything worked smoothly. We would love to come back more often! Many thanks to the restaurant team 😁

One star is still too many for the juice shop. The service is catastrophic. We waited over an hour for food, while people who came in what felt like 10 minutes ago had already received their food. That's not just what happened to us that day, but also to many other guests. In addition, the door was wide open so it was uncomfortably cold in the restaurant. We then got up and just left. I'll never set foot in this dirty shop again. We then went to the Nazar Center, which was full to the brim, but received our food fresh and delicious after 15-20 minutes. I visit Harput regularly. I can hardly understand some of the negative reviews. In terms of taste, they were always number 1. And the Malatyali waiter is great 😃 I can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience. Make up your own mind. Actually it is worth at least a 4.5 star restaurant!!!

The food portion is really big, we have ordered more than we can eat. All what we have ordered were very delicious.

My order was wrong, the number I said didn't match the dish and when we looked at the menu together, it was clear that it was wrong and I was right. There was a hair in my friend's meal and when we told the waitress about it we were met with a hmmm ok. We were really happy but oh well…..

We were there for the first time today. Food was good, portions were good and tasty but hygiene was mediocre. Table chairs floor were dirty. Employees are friendly and helpful. But honestly it wasn't a run-of-the-mill WoW doner kebab snack bar.

The service and the food were very good!! We were in the front area and sitting there wasn't really nice. The space between the tables is very narrow. Right next to us was a small part of the kitchen. Not very advantageous. The light in the women's restroom didn't work and dried streams of water could be seen on the walls. I think that wasn't taken into account when cleaning. It's definitely a great place to sit outside in the summer. Padded benches etc. It's actually a shame, because the service and the food were really outstanding!!! Adana, Lahmacun and Mantı were delicious! My 5 stars relate to the food.

A wonderful shop with very good employees who are very accommodating and fulfill all the wishes they can. Price performance is also right. Food is always top fresh Highly recommended.

We ate an Adana Kebap, it was very good, but I would have liked a yogurt sauce with it. Nevertheless we will come back!

Bin sehr enttäuscht von Service. Mit mir zweimal passiert dass ich was bestellt habe aber habe was anderes bekommen was ich garnicht bestellt habe. Ich habe mit Mitarbeiter darüber gesprochen aber die schieben zu mir schuld.

This restaurant serves authentic Turkish food. One of the best that I have visited in Darmstadt. That service is really good. Unlike their counterpart, three waiters are very friendly and the service is very quick. They serve free salad and tea.

Einfach nicht zu empfehlen, Essen kalt, Geschmack nur zum kotzen, Personal ungepflegt. Terrasse und Lobby total dreckig überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Hallo liebe Leser und Leserinnen, mit großer Vorfreude hatten wir eine Grillplatte bestellt, und wie aus dem Nichts landete sie rasch auf unserem Tisch. Obwohl wir sieben Personen waren und eigentlich nur für vier Personen bestellt hatten, war das Essen ein wahres Fest für die Sinne. Selbst ich, ein ausgesprochener Fleischliebhaber, war von Kuzu Sis regelrecht begeistert. Es ist schwer in Worte zu fassen, wie köstlich es war. Nun zum Kellner, der unsere Erfahrung noch unvergesslicher gemacht hat. Er war nicht nur äußerst höflich, sondern auch außerordentlich charmant und brachte uns mehr als einmal zum Schmunzeln. Die Atmosphäre in diesem Restaurant ist einfach bezaubernd, und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Beste daran? Das Essen war mehr als ausreichend für uns alle. Wir wurden regelrecht überhäuft, und jeder von uns bekam noch einen erfrischenden Tee (Cay) serviert. Es war ein wahrhaft herrlicher Abend, den wir sicherlich immer wieder erleben möchten. Überragend!

Sehr leckere Gerichte vom Holzkohle Grill, die Lamm-Koteletts sind sehr gut.

Habe heute einen Dönerteller gegessen. Das Fleisch war sehr trocken wie Gummi nie wieder Liebe zum Nasar gehen. Der Kellner mit Brillle hat kein Benehmen.

Das essen ist unglaublich lecker wirklich! Das Fleisch ist so zart und so intensiv vom Geschmack ich werde auf jedenfall öfters kommen!! Wer in Darmstadt türkisch essen will sollte unbedingt hier her kommen. Die Bedingungen war ein Mann ich denke im 50er bereich - So freundlich und gut wirklich er hat immer zur perfekten zeit alles gebracht und weg geräumt war mega sympathisch und rundet somit mit der Ambiente und dem Essen alles ab. Ich würde 10 sterne geben wenn ich könnte. TOP!!❤️

Das Essen geht so. Aber die Personal direkt vor Kunden in Biergarten rauchen und ohne Hände zu waschen das Essen servieren geht gar nicht.ich als nicht Raucher hat mich gestört.ich hoffe der Chef unternimmt was.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier essen. Das Essen kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Das Fleisch war sehr ölig. Nur Öl tropfen beim beißen. Als Getränk hatte ich Ayran, was ich ebenfalls nicht empfehlen kann, da es sehr sauer war, würde sagen dass es nicht frisch ist. Service war ok, aber Wunsch nicht umgesetzt. Wollte wenig Soße, war voll mit Soße es ist alles ausgelaufen ☹️ Wir saßen draußen, ist schön!

Their menus are great and I always enjoy the aura of the place whenever I’m in there. Usually, I take KellePaça soup, or when I’m very hungry, I take kebab and their tasteful bulgur. Oh, I almost forgot, the bread is always fresh and hot!!!, so I love it😂. The personnel/servers are always putting on smiley faces, courteous with nice gestures. So, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Sehr leckerer Döner - perfekter Mitternachtssnack

Waren schon öfters dort essen oder haben essen geholt. Aber in der letzten Zeit sind die Portion etwas kleiner geworden. Früher gab es immer Brot zum beilagensalat und wurde man gefragt ob er noch einen Tee schwarzen Tee oder Apfel Tee haben möchte. Den Apfel Tee bieten sie keine mehr an. Dann hat man noch schwarzen Tee angeboten bekommen. Was anscheinend abhängig vom Kellner ob es anbietet oder nicht. Letzte hab es Getränke nur Flaschen haben noch nicht mal ein Glas dazu bekommen. Heute gab es wieder Gläser wenn man was zum trinken bestellt hat. Brot gab es heute zum Beilagensalat nicht. Schade wenn er so nachlässt.

Das essen war gut. Die Portionen sind bissel abgemagert, aber dafür gibt es Beilagen-Salat und Brot dazu. Mir hat Adana besser geschmeckt als das Hähnchenspieß. Ich würde nochmal dort essen gehen, aber das wow Effekt fehlt mir hier ein wenig.

Sauberer laden Essen schmeckt sehr schön freundliche Bedienung dazu braucht alles abgeräumt. Man kann draußen und drinne sitzen bei warmem Wetter ist es sehr angenehm sehr schattig. Parkplatz vor der Tür fahren.

Die Kellner sind unhöflich, machen ihre Arbeit nicht richtig und behandeln nicht alle Gäste gleich. Der Umgang mit Gästen müsste beigebracht werden.

Nettes türkisches Lokal mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Schneller Service. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich. Echte Empfehlung an alle.

Dönerteller für 12€ war gefühlt eine Kinderportion. Die zwei Colas von uns hatten nicht mal richtig Kohlensäure insgesamt sehr enttäuschend

Mehrere Grillteller zum Mitnehmen Bestellt. Zuhause angekomme und in zwei Teller war nur Reis/Salat und kein Fleisch. Egal was man für Stress hat zu einer gewissen Zeit, sollte man immer die Bestellung Kontrollieren. Geschmacklich auch nicht Gut

Marsilya’dan Polonya’ya yolculuk esnasında uğradık. Lahmacun ve kavurmayı çok kaliteli buldum. Tatma fırsatı bulamadığım diğer et ürünlerinde de aynı kalite sözkonusu. Teras gerçekten çok güzel. Servis yapan genç bayan, işini çok iyi yapıyor. Gerçekten bir müessesenin olmazsa olmazı olan bir konuda, bu genç bayan çok başarılı. Genel anlamda çok güzel bir Restaurant.

Ganz schlecht, zu teuer und wenig essen!!.. Bedienung ist schlecht und sehr und unfreundlich und sehen aus als würden sie auf den Strich gehen .

Ich habe dieses Restaurant meinen Freunden vorgeschlagen, weil ich damals zwei, drei mal dort essen war und es ganz gut war. Fangen wir erstmal mit dem Ambiente an. Das Polster der Stühle ist fast überall ab und der Boden war sehr dreckig, sprich Essensreste und einfach komplett verschmiert. Kommen wir nun zum Essen. Es kam überraschend schnell, würde sagen maximal 15 Minuten nach der Bestellung. Mein Kollege hatte einen Dürüm. Außer dem etwas wenigen Fleisch war alles okay. Ich hatte Beyti, und die anderen 2 Freunde hatten jeweils Iskender Kebap und Manti. Das Essen war kaum warm, es wirkte wie in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt und kühlte bereits nach 10 Minuten ab. Mein Essen war an sich auch okay, etwas teuer aber dafür, dass es sehr aufgewärmt geschmeckt hat. Der Iskender und die Manti haben aber leider einfach etwas alt und teilweise nicht mehr frisch geschmeckt. Man könnte "verdorben" sagen, wobei ich Essen nicht so beschreiben will. Es hat alt und abgestanden geschmeckt, beiden ist auch etwas schlecht geworden. Als wir es angesprochen haben, hat die Diskussion ungefähr 20 Minuten gedauert und als Erklärungen für das schnelle Essen kam, dass es einfach schnell und direkt zubereitet wird. Leider paradox dazu, dass das Essen kalt war. Nach langem hin und her bekamen wir immerhin die Manti zurück erstattet. Meinen Freunden ist immernoch schlecht und ich will hier auch eigentlich niemanden schlecht reden oder dem Ruf des Restaurants schaden und hoffe einfach, dass sowas nicht mehr vorkommt. Trotzdem musste ich einfach erwähnen, dass wir für kaltes, aufgewärmtes und teilweise verdorbenes Essen zahlen mussten.
