Hari Moksh Vegetarian restaurant in Berlin

We were visiting Berlin. After visiting the East Side Gallery, we discovered this restaurant. It was incredibly delicious, and everyone was very friendly. When we're back in Berlin, we'll definitely eat there again.

Authentic Indian food, freshly prepared, with a great vegetarian selection and super friendly service. Highly recommended!

I just had an authentic Rajma (kidney beans) with rice and Shrikhand (Indian desert). The combination was amazing I selected simple food and if you life basic India foods specifically in vegetarian options I suggest the place is worth.

The staff was too good and very helpful. They provide the exact food we asked for with the things we asked for. Also it is totally vegetarian restaurant also serves vegan food. The taste, quality and quantity of the food was amazing. The attached picture was of the food items they can serve without onion and garlic on demand. I ordered paneer butter masala but without onion and garlic and they served it amazingly. So definitely recommended for jain/swaminarayan people.

Reasonable prices for this quality.

I was there last year and again this year and was disappointed again. The staff is friendly and you can reserve tables for groups, but that's about it. The vegan food is incredibly bland. The non-alcoholic cocktails are also underwhelming. Portion sizes are on the small side, and prices are upper-middle-of-the-road. The relatively dingy restrooms don't help matters. I really don't understand what's wrong with this place (perhaps the vegetarian options are outstanding and the vegan options are just abysmal?) and I wouldn't go back.

The food is super delicious, and the "business" lunch is especially recommended. There's a good selection of dishes with rice, which you can even order in bulk. The batura and mango lassi are also very good. Unfortunately, card payments are only accepted for orders over €10.

‼️Ordered Paneer Butter Masala & Garlic Naan. It arrived in a “plastic container”‼️ and it was sweeter than sugar. ‼️ Ordered from so many places in Germany, I never received it in plastic container. It was terribly sweet, no paneer butter masala has to be sweet, it is meant to be buttery. Not recommended🙏🏻🙏🏻

Doesn't taste good at all, very unfriendly staff and the service is a total disaster.. 100% advise against it

My opinion has nothing to do with my job, you need to change your employ, he is not friendly at all. As about the food, i rather starv 2 days than to eat from there.

One of the best authentic Indian food places in berlin! Their lunch offers are delicious, well priced, the people are friendly, and service is very fast. There’s outdoor seating in the sun and shade. Highly recommended

Friendly staff and delicious food. Extensive menu with tons of different choices, all delicious. Be careful with the spicy dishes, as they're very strong. Unfortunately, I've always forgotten to take photos before eating here.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Berlin so far. Fully vegetarian restaurant with vegan options clearly listed on the menu. Many of the dishes can be adapted to make them vegan. Reasonably priced. Loved the chilli tofu!

The food quality is average and if you feel the naan is going to be a usual sized you’re probably going to regret it. The size of the naan is way too small so maybe order accordingly.

Este es propiedad de un Gujarati y no tenía un solo elemento Gujarati en el menú. Dosa and More también es propiedad de un Gujarati y tenía algunos artículos farsan y chaat. We ordered some vegetarian Indian food and it was great. Good portion and good taste as well.

I came here because I saw a review saying that this was the best Indian food he had ever eaten in his life. After eating it, I agree with him. My favorite is the yellow one with almonds in the upper right corner. I'm not sure what it's called, but they are all delicious. The yellow cake is super delicious.

Very tasty food. We had an okra dish, crisp and flavorful. It didn't drown in sauce. The onion rings were fresh with the right amount of breading.

Very good place for indian food and spicy taste must recommend

From Hero to Zero. The quality of the food has declined steadily over the last three years. Yesterday's order was the sad nadir. Thickened ready-made tomato sauce with flavor enhancers. Incredibly disgusting, bland, and now outrageous for the price. Unfortunately, I can't recommend anyone ordering or eating there anymore. Zero out of five!!!

I had the Butter Paneer, Cheese Naan, and Mango Lassi at Hari Moksh, and everything was amazing! The butter paneer was rich and flavorful, and the cheese naan was perfectly soft with just the right amount of cheese. The mango lassi was refreshing and delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Delicious food made for me without any chili because I have an intolerance, but so expertly spiced that I still got the full sensory Indian food experience. One of the only Indian restaurants I've been able to find after my trip to India that taste as good as what you get there.

Perfect vegan/vegetarian Indian restaurant in the city. I have been eating at this restaurant for almost 3 years. Hari Moksha is a wonderful Indian restaurant that strikes a great balance between traditional flavours and a modern dining experience. The owners are super friendly and amazing people. I eat a lot of their business lunch, and it was a pleasant surprise—generous portions, good variety, and freshly prepared dishes that hit the spot. I would recommend trying Paneer curries almost all, and the mango lassi—creamy, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweetness. It paired perfectly with the spicier dishes. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. The only drawback is that it accepts only cash.

Hari Moksh is a NoBrainer for connoisseurs of vegan and vegetarian cuisine. The food was super tasty and extremely digestible. We will definitely come back and order regularly in the future.

Tasty food and a restaurant that is much needed in this area, I really hope it lasts and will be popular with people who live in this district! Indian food is pretty bad in Berlin and this is definitely one of the better ones - its not fine dining but for a good reliable meal not far from home at a reasonable price, its great. Staff were nice and friendly.

Nice Indian restaurant that serves a lot of vegan options! The business lunch seems like a good deal. The staff was very friendly. Only cash payment.

We were there during business lunch (12pm-4pm) and ordered Bengen Curry + Rice (€6.90) and Khumbi Kadai + Rice (€7.90) as well as a Bathura (€2.20) and water. All very good and quite spicy, but tolerable. The price is in line with the somewhat small portions. A larger menu is available from €10 and up.

The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere where you can eat in a relaxed manner. There are enough options to choose from so there is something for everyone 😊. We'll be back!

Siamo capitati per caso in questo localetto gagliardo, pulito e ben arredato. Il ragazzetto molto gentile ci ha accolti, pensavamo fosse tutto chiuso alle 2:30 ahaha. Il menù è molto vasto nonostante tutto vegetariano e vegano ce credi. The food came super quickly, hot and very tasty. There was a diverse selection of Indian dishes, something for every taste. Service was very courteous and attentive. We would be happy to visit the Hari Moksh Restaurant on our next stay in Berlin! We are looking forward to it and miss you already. Your Lolek and Bolek!

The Chapatis are made fresh. They are Indian Phulkas. Soft and tasty. Poori absorbed more oil probably because the atta is prepared in advance. They used Atta than maida. So the quality is good. Garlic Naan is not freshly prepared and it is much smaller in size for the price. Paneer is fresh and tender. Service is super quick.

Such an amazing place with amazing food, perfect ambience and great service. The owner is also very friendly and nice. Could not resist to take a bite of the samosa before taking a picture. 😋

Update Jan 25. I keep going back. Great staff and vegan menu items. Other items are veggie (paneer, dairy). New menu items, including single serving Thali. Loved this place. Great vegan & veggie menu. Interesting dishes, spicy and plain food and helpful waiter....

Dealbreaker: I ordered the garlic naan and they gave a small piece of naan that is from a box of frozen naan. THEY DO NOT MAKE FRESH NAAN HERE. Positives Next: Their Chilly Paneer is a must try. The rice portions are generous. The service is fast and caring. Cons: The quantity of the curry served is very less compared to other Indian restaurants.

It was great experience , same Indian authentic taste

We got so sick afterwards... My girlfriend was literally 3 days in bed, throwing up and having fever. Most SHOCKING thing was that we were informed later that friends of ours also got sick in the same restaurant! We informed the owner and he couldn't care less. I guess that's just something that happens there. Needless to say we were are shocked.... I strongly do not recommend 🚫

Worst experience, very very expensive I don’t want to give one star also but google will not allow me to rate without that one star. Three of us went to have lunch we took one paneer tikka masala and 3 garlic Nan and paneer biriyani, for that he said I can’t give you guys three plates you need to buy one more main course for three people then only I can give you guys three plate he said. Later we asked for water he got a water bottle, but we asked for glass of water he said we won’t provide water in glass you need to buy a water bottle itself and the water bottle was 500 ml which was of 5 euros so we asked him to take it back ( don’t want we said) for which he argued with us saying he can’t take it back. Worst experience will never go again.

We test a new dish every time and are always pleasantly surprised at how wonderfully good the dishes all are. Service is also great! We always like to order
