We have always enjoyed ordering pizza from Happytime often and the food is really delicious. That's why we give one more star. However, we were so disappointed with our last order via UberEats that it was definitely our last order. We waited over 2 hours for our food, after trying to reach Happytime several times without success, we finally had to contact UberEats support. He finally told us that Happytime had already delivered the food to us, which was actually not the case. When I finally reached someone at Happytime, the employee was very loud and unfriendly on the phone. He tried to blame us and didn't care about clarifying the situation. He also couldn't explain to me why the food wasn't delivered, after all they have delivered many times before. We only received a refund from UberEats but not from the restaurant itself. We are very disappointed and also angry about the disrespectful behavior.

I have always ordered pasta frutti de mare here, unfortunately Lieferando now tells me that I can no longer order here. It was the best pasta I've ever eaten, it's just a shame I can't order more :(

Es hat sich leider abgezeichnet. Maßlose Selbstüberschätzung gepaart mit fehlender Kompetenz und fehlender Selbstreflexion = Insolvenz. Siehe dazu auch die Antwort des Inhabers auf einen meiner früheren Kommentare. Was damals als konstruktiver Hinweis gemeint war, wurde völlig infantil als Kritik aufgenommen. Immer waren die anderen Schuld... Dass die Baristakurse von Studenten mit Wikipedia- Wissen geleitet wurden, dass die Kiste an der Haunstetterstr zu einem Schrottplatzambiente mit brennenden Mülltonnen verkommen ist und dass am Kö eben kein Platz war für 5€ Coffee-to-Go, wollte vor lauter Arroganz nicht gesehen werden. Ist ja auch der Kunde schuld, wenn er die „Genialität“ der Schwarzen Kiste nicht erkennt. Immer waren die anderen Schuld.

Holzbachstraße 12 1/2Great concept of being able to continue cooking your meat on the hot stones. Meat quality of lamb was 1a! The inside also looks really chic and you can get your side dishes and dips refilled for free

Vorderer Lech 3Waren gestern Abend mal wieder essen. Wir haben uns entschieden für das La boheme. Sehr schöne und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Bestellung wurde sehr nett und höflich aufgenommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und viel die Portion waren nicht zu schaffen. Wir kommen wieder danke für den schönen Abend macht weiter so

Zollernstraße 16I ordered via Lieferando, the food came 2 hours later and cold! Never! I've now read...if you can't offer good delivery, then DON'T OFFER ANYTHING! On average it takes 2 hours for you, plus the food is COLD! Be honest and please don't make the delivery!
