Sehr leckeres Essen! Man wird auch gut satt. Der Ingwer Tee mit Zimt ist auf jeden Fall auch zu empfehlen, wenn man mal was anderes trinken will :)

Leckeres, veganes Restaurant mit einer sehr tollen Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen. Leider ziemlich teuer für meinen Geschmack...

Wir waren heute als eine Gruppe aus fünf Personen dort. Das Essen ist sehr lecker (auch für Nicht-Veganer oder -Vegetarier sehr zu empfehlen). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Wunderbare Atmosphäre, umfangreiche und köstliche Speisekarte! Wir hatten zwei Vorspeisen, zwei Hauptgerichte und ein Dessert. Alles war köstlich, mit Aromen und Düften, die uns an Reisen nach Asien erinnerten. Freundliches Personal und recht schneller Service. Mit Wasser und alkoholfreiem Bier haben wir für zwei Personen etwas über 50 € bezahlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren am 13.08.26 hier Essen. Das Essen war sehr gut, die Bedienung zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Immer wieder gerne wieder!

War toll, kann ich empfehlen wenn man Veganes essen sucht

Leider kann man hier nur bar zahlen. Aber das Essen war super kann ich empfehlen.

Wir lieben diesen Ort. Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich und das Essen großartig.

Es dauerte sehr lange, bis wir bestellen konnten - nachdem wir 3 Mal auf uns aufmerksam gemacht haben, mittlere Auslastung. Der Service war sehr geschäftsmäßig, freundlich ist anders. Die Getränke waren sehr schön dekoriert und super lecker. Ebenso alle Vorspeisen, Empfehlung. Alle 5 Hauptgerichte allerdings waren nur mäßig, aufgegessen wurde letztlich alles - gelobt oder für lecker befunden wurde keins. Vegan und vietnamesisch gibt's woanders tatsächlich besser.

Sehr leckeres Essen, denkt unbedingt an Bargeld! In der Nähe ist ein ATM welcher aber 6 Euro Gebühren verlangt!

Sehr leckeres Essen! Ich hatte ein Spargel-Gemüse Curry mit Mango Soße und Reis, dazu knusprige Seitan Spieße. Die Spieße kann ich besonders empfehlen! Ich esse normalerweise auch Fleisch, aber fand die Spieße eine super Alternative :-)

Essen ist sehr lecker! Nicht wirklich zu empfehlen sind die Vorspeisensalate. Für 6,90€ gab es nur ein paar Blätter grüner Salat plus drei Scheiben eingelegte rote Beete und ein paar Stücke Tofu. /: bei dem Preis und der Beschreibung habe ich mit deutlich mehr gerechnet.

Wirklich ein richtig gutes Restaurant. Service, Ambiente, Essen & Preise…hier hat wirklich alles gepasst und es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Würde hier gerne immer wieder herkommen, wenn ich in der Nähe wohnen würde und meiner Begleitung ging es ähnlich.

Das Essen war sehr gut, der Service ebenfalls, lediglich das Draussensitzen an einer stark befahrenen Strasse direkt neben der Ampel war nicht so toll. Aber immerhin gibt es Aussen-Gastro 😉!

Vielfältige Auswahl an Gerichten. Essen war sehr gut und Service war auch schnell. Leider nur Barzahlung, das geht meiner Meinung nach heutzutage nicht mehr!

Geschmacklich wirklich gut, leider werden die Portionsgrößen gefühlt von Mal zu Mal kleiner. Die Vorspeisensuppe war so winzig, dass ich echt kurz geschockt war :D die Hauptspeise war auch recht wenig. Ich hatte an dem Tag nur wenig Hunger, wäre es anders gewesen, wäre ich nicht satt geworden. Dafür ist es dann am Ende doch etwas zu teuer für das, was man bekommt.

Leckeres Essen und auch nette Bedienung. Der Laden ist sehr zu empfehlen wenn man in der Gegend ist. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön gestaltet.

Was für eine schöne Location! Leckeres kreatives veganes Essen. Alles schön serviert und der Service war fabelhaft:) kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren gestern Abend und sind immer noch total begeistert! 🌱✨ Das Essen war einfach sehr gut, unglaublich lecker, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch der Service hat uns komplett überzeugt: Wir wurden super schnell bedient und die Bedienung war mega freundlich, aufmerksam und total auf Zack. Ganz klare Empfehlung, wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Das Essen ist gut, der Service ist ok. Wir waren am Samstag Abend da und es war voll. Trotzdem war die Lautstärke angenehm, man konnte sich gut unterhalten. Die Tische und Stühle empfand ich nicht alles bequem

Ich muss meine Eindrücke vom ersten Mal leider revidieren. Gestern war ich wieder dort, und man konnte das viel zu alte Fritierfett im Essen schmecken. Das stellten auch meine Begleiter fest. No go!!! Dass ein Restaurant stark frequentiert wird, ist nicht alles und sollte nicht zu Lasten der Qualität gehen. Bedienung nicht sehr freundlich bis überheblich bis genervt. Und DAS kann ich zahlender Kunde überhaupt nicht vertragen! 👎

Sehr gutes Essen - rein pflanzliche. Preis/Leistung ist ok/gut. Die Holzstühle sind sehr unbequem.

Leckeres veganes Essen und eine tolle selbst gemachte Ingwerlimonade

Ich war heute das 1. Mal hier essen! Toll! Schönes Ambiente, aufmerksamer Service und eine Karte mit vielfältigen Abgebot. Ich entschied mich für das Gericht Chicken's Happiness mit Erdnusssauce. Hat genau meinen Geschmack getroffen, die Seitan Spieße sehr außergewöhnlich gut, noch nie so gegessen!👌🏻

Das Essen war lecker. Trotz Tischreservierung wurden wir jedoch direkt darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir nur 1,5 Stunden Zeit hätten. Die Bedienung war unfreundlich und drängte uns zur Eile. Es wurde sogar gefragt, ob wir fertig seien, obwohl die Teller noch halb voll waren und wir noch mitten beim Essen saßen. Das hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Man hatte keine Ruhe, das Essen zu genießen, und fühlte sich regelrecht hinausgedrängt. Aus diesem Grund werde ich das Lokal leider nicht mehr besuchen.

Essen war lecker aber obwohl Cola Zero bestellt normale Cola bekommen. Tisch war reserviert aber bei der Ankunft wurde schon gesagt wann der Laden zu verlassen sei. Trinkgeld gebe ich gerne aber hier wurde einfach aufgerundet und nochmal extra erwartet. Von daher eher negativ denn Service null Sterne wofür das Küchenteam aber nichts kann. Übrigens eine alkoholfreie Erdbeer Magarita macht man nicht mit Maracuja. Nichts gesagt denn Service kam sehr aggressiv rüber.

Nettes Lokal mit riesiger veganer Auswahl, einfach gut und lecker. Jeder findet was auf der komplett veganen Speisekarte. Atmosphärisch kann man hier gut was essen. Danke für das tolle Angebot <3

Alles super frisch und große Portionen 💚

Wie waren das 1. Mal hier und haben uns gewundert, warum es so leer ist. Am Eingang hing ein Schild, das keine EC-Kartenzahlung möglich ist. Das erklärt es. Ich hatte auch nur eine Karte dabei und kein Bargeld. Meine Begleitung hatte ein Gericht bestellt das okay schmeckte, aber die Dose war wohl zu säuerlich. Gleichzeitig war das Restaurant thematisch eines Landes einrichtet, jedoch war Inhalt der Karte und Herkunft nicht authentisch.

Ein wunderbarer Ort. Die gesamte Speisekarte ist vegan, mit Gerichten aus Tofu, Seitan und mehr. Wir probierten Pho Hanoi, Chicken's Happiness und Duck's Happiness, und alle drei waren köstlich. Wir waren von den Portionsgrößen überrascht; für jeweils etwa 15 € bekamen wir sehr großzügige Portionen, und die Zubereitung des veganen „Hühnchens“ und der veganen „Ente“ war hervorragend.

One of my favorite restaurants in Cologne! The entirely vegan menu offers a lot of variety. My year-round favorite is "Duck's Happiness," but especially in summer, dishes with the homemade lime sauce are highly recommended. Hanoi crepes are a great appetizer. The food is presented with attention to detail and is a delight, as is the restaurant's beautiful design. I find the noise level pleasant, not too loud. The service is always friendly, even when the restaurant is busy. All in all, I've been happily going there for about two years now.

Fantastic vegan restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious; everything we tried was top-notch. The drinks were also great. The incredibly friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention – we arrived just before closing time, and they still prepared everything fresh for us. Highly recommended!

I ordered the 51b. It was incredibly delicious, but the portion was much too small. I got some of my friends' food and then cooked something for myself at home. For a main course costing around €15, I expected a lot more.

Every time we're there, the food is varied and delicious. In addition to the many main courses and bowls, you can also choose from a small selection of appetizers. The only drawback is that the Vietnamese coffee isn't vegan because of the condensed milk—although you can also use coconut condensed milk. I wasn't expecting that from a restaurant with "vegan" in its name. Nevertheless, we always enjoy coming back.

Apparently, they're lacking staff. There were maybe five tables occupied, and our order wasn't taken for 20 minutes, and then our order was forgotten. It can happen. Everyone has a bad day. But the way the waitress handled it...really not good. On top of that, the food was absolutely inedible. Maybe we just had a bad day; I wouldn't recommend Vegan Hanoi to anyone.

The food was very tasty and quick (we were in the restaurant), and there are a few outdoor seating options. One drawback is the lack of card payments, but otherwise everything was great!

Lovely, fresh and light food with lots of vegetables and fruit...perfect for a hot summer evening. The servers are super friendly, and there are also some outdoor seating. The gin and tonic glass was a bit underfilled, but the homemade tea and lemonade were all the more delicious.

I liked it very much and everything tasted good

This restaurant is good proof that you can avoid animal exploitation without compromising on taste. The food was served quickly and was very tasty (chili seitan). The ambiance was a slight drawback, as you sit outside quite close to a road. But it wasn't unpleasant. This certainly won't be my last visit.

Great Vietnamese restaurant! The food was super delicious – especially the appetizers: really crispy and perfectly prepared. The main courses were also impressive, especially the diverse vegan and vegetarian options. You can sit outside on the street, which is especially pleasant on warm days. The service was very friendly and helpful. The only caveat: they only accept cash payments – just be aware of this and plan ahead. Otherwise, absolutely recommended!

We were absolutely thrilled with Hanoi Vegan in Cologne! The food is not only lovingly prepared, but also tastes truly amazing – fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Very tasty food, which arrived quickly after ordering. The mango lassi was also very tasty, although there were a bit too many ice cubes for my taste. I also love the decor. Half a star deducted for the lack of card payments and the somewhat inattentive service (but it was also very busy).

It's okay but afterwards I felt like eating something real! It's really only for people who are fully vegan.

The food isn't bad, but in my opinion it's sometimes more apparent than it is. Even though, as we all know, the eye eats and the plates are very aesthetically decorated, the taste was unfortunately a bit lacking the few times I was there.

First of all, I am neither vegan nor vegetarian and I became aware of you through a friend. Before my visit I was rather critical, and to be honest, I was even biased. These were neither confirmed; on the contrary, I was absolutely thrilled. The atmosphere was very inviting, the service was friendly and the time from ordering to the food being served was very entertaining. The food absolutely surprised and delighted me. If I had the opportunity to eat like this every day, I wouldn't miss meat. As a non-vegan, I can't think of a greater compliment.

I stumbled in here quite by chance and very hungry. Vegan is now widespread, but I don't really trust some of the restaurants. That's why I like to choose a purely vegan one. Here, in keeping with the asparagus season, there were even asparagus dishes. And it was really delicious. The dish looks great. So. Photo and that's how it tasted too. The quantity was completely enough for me. The service was very nice. And explained to me, without asking, how I should handle the Vietnamese coffee. Ambiance is also great. The prices are in the normal range. Eating out has its price, which I was happy to pay here. I will come again and recommend it. Especially for vegans, the selection is really big.

Yeah, it was ok, but nothing more. No card payment possible and this in the year 2025 (a rogue who thinks evil), the 2 spring rolls for €5.90 as a starter are a disgrace. Ambiance is cozy.

The food is definitely delicious. Unfortunately I couldn't eat it because neither on the homepage nor on the phone when I ordered was I told that only cash payment was possible. In Cologne and in 2025 it is very disappointing that food has to be thrown away because of this.

Very nice, well-kept restaurant where you can feel like you are in Hanoi city in Vietnam. Staff very friendly and professional. It's worth coming here, I can only recommend it. Thanks and see you next time :)

Hanoi Vegan Cologne – An absolute highlight for everyone, not just vegans! We were at Hanoi Vegan in Cologne on Saturday evening after discovering the restaurant by chance - the external appearance immediately appealed to us. And what can I say? It was an absolutely great decision! Luckily we had a reservation because the store was packed - which is a good sign. We felt at home as soon as we entered the restaurant: a beautiful ambience with great lamps, tasteful interiors and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The service was consistently friendly, attentive and in a good mood - you can just tell that they work here with heart and passion. Now for the most important thing: the food! I ate spring rolls as a starter, which were a little different than usual - probably with panko or another exciting breading - definitely delicious! For the main course I had Seitan satay skewers - and they were to die for! Perfectly seasoned, incredibly tasty and filling. My wife, who doesn't eat meat, had a tofu dish that was also excellent. Another member of our group ordered a mango salad, which was fresh, fruity and delicious. We were particularly impressed by the crispy Seitan skewers with rice, which not only looked great but also tasted great. Even if you're actually a meat eater, you won't miss anything here for a moment. The flavors, textures and quality of the food are first class - a real recommendation for anyone who loves good food! Our conclusion: 10 out of 10 – we will definitely come back! If you are in Cologne, you should definitely not miss a visit to Hanoi Vegan.
