Very tasty food. For a student like me, it's a great price, especially for lunch! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

5 stars I absolutely loved this Vietnamese restaurant! Both the Pho and Bun Cha were incredibly tasty and freshly prepared. The flavors were authentic, the meat was tender and the herbs were super fresh. You can taste that the cooking here is made with love. The service was also friendly and attentive - I'll definitely be back

I liked the food, I like it less seasoned. The atmosphere in the place is cozy, but the place itself is small. No easy parking. Loud and unpleasant service. The first time I bought food on the spot, three people from the service and kitchen were arguing with the customers at the checkout while they were eating. The second time (due to the fact that there are no other Asian restaurants in the area) I took takeaway, but I witnessed very unpleasant behavior of the elderly lady serving the customers. I will buy my next Asian dish elsewhere, but I would like to bring it home cold.

Really nice Vietnamese, food was really tasty and fresh. We recommend the duck with mango sauce and also the homemade lime lemonade. The service and chef were in a very good mood and we laughed a lot. Gladly again!

We remember this restaurant from 7 years ago when we celebrated her birthday. Back in Hamburg once again we decided to call in and have another bite to eat. Excellent.

I was there with 2 children, completely rude, they wanted to throw us out because we ordered 2 meals, the order arrived very bitchy, we'll never come back, child-unfriendly restaurant!!

The food is good. Unfortunately, there will still be no card payments there in 2025. We were already on the way and wanted to eat something delicious Vietnamese, then we remembered that they only accept cash - so we went back home. Very unfortunate.

The food is really delicious. The boss is simply great when it comes to service. The colleague seems somehow stressed. There is still some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

My favorite restaurant for Vietnamese food is simply amazing! The atmosphere is authentic and very cozy, so you immediately feel at home. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, which makes every visit a special experience. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the dishes V11 and V5B (udon) - to die for! We also loved the homemade lemonade and mango juice. You can taste the fresh fruit and that makes the taste really unique. The quality of the food and drinks is simply top! Finally, we rounded everything off with warm sake – a perfect end to a perfect meal. This restaurant is definitely our absolute favorite place for Vietnamese food in the city!

A very cozy restaurant. Have eaten there twice now. Once with 8 and the second time with 11 people. The service is very good, everyone's food came at the same time. Everyone was thrilled with how much they enjoyed the food and how big the portions were. The restaurant is clean and the tables are nicely set. Both times we were a very sociable group and the staff really contributed to making it a very nice evening. Thank you very much for that.

We have eaten a variety of dishes here and enjoyed them all! And the service is also very nice! We'd love to come back!!! December 2024 Unfortunately, we have since changed our minds. One of the most expensive dishes (No. 120) is a mockery! First up are king prawns - there were just 2 (!) prawns in this dish. I see this as “stupidizing” the guest! And the waitress became rather rude when I said that that wasn't enough. It's a shame, this restaurant is over for us!

After visiting the restaurant repeatedly, I am happy to recommend it: smaller space with typical country furnishings, a wide range of food, some of very good quality, friendly staff and moderate pricing. We'd love to come back.

We spontaneously walked past and were greeted by the really lovely waitress. The service was great, we immediately felt very comfortable. The food was also very tasty!! Definite recommendation, we will come back :)

We have been coming here for a long time and are always warmly welcomed with great service, humor and a good mood. Super authentic, fresh, delicious food time and time again. Today there was a virgin mojito, mango salad and udon noodles, which looked very tasty and large portions. We'd love to come back.

The restaurant may seem inconspicuous from the outside, but it offers excellent cuisine and very friendly and courteous service. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is excellent.

Basically tried to be friendly. A table by the window was reserved. It should have been mentioned that there is no guarantee. I really hope that the unsightliness behind the counter doesn't indicate a lack of hygiene in the kitchen. Visiting the toilet is an impertinence. Please pay attention to this place too. We have been, or have been, guests for about four years and feel that the quality of the food has changed and is decreasing for us. Has glutamate been added recently? The non-alcoholic cocktails have nothing special, but are too expensive.

Menu 120 min king prawns my wife was already looking forward to the prawns, There were 3 shrimps that were a little bigger than a North Sea crab, that's not ok.

Very unfriendly employees. And very unhygienic. Employee stood on the wok grill with his shoes. In addition, the small children rip off and charge twice as much. When I then came back and demanded my money. He yelled at me and said you're not getting any money.

Food was delicious as always. Points are deducted for the service because our starter came with the main course. Since they didn't understand us properly, the food wasn't taken away and kept warm.

A little insider tip, in my opinion. Totally inconspicuous from the outside and then inside you are greeted warmly every time. The service is extraordinary, everyone is courteous and cheerful and every little extra request is taken into account. No matter what I've ordered so far, without exception, everything has tasted good. The vegetables are always crisp, fresh and not overcooked. If you're ever in the area, definitely give it a try!

Best vietnamese restaurant in the area. I didnt have chance to dine-in but this place pleases my appetite all three times i ordered to-go. Absolutly love it

A small restaurant with a lot of charm. Warm welcome and escort to the table. A very good selection of Asian cuisine. We love Vietnamese cuisine and were not disappointed. The dishes were served quickly and were incredibly tasty. From the starter to the dessert, we were surprised by the preparation and the very good taste. You can only pay in cash. But if you know that, it's not a problem. This is indicated on the entrance door. We had a lovely evening and if we didn't live so far away, we would come to eat more often.

Also wirklich! Alles was man dort bestellt ist ist mega Lecker und authentisch. Nie wurde ich dort enttäuscht und nach gefühlt 30 Läden in Hamburg und Umland… kann ich zu 100% sagen hier gubt es mit großen Abstand die beste Pho :)

Wir waren mit den Nachbarn hier. Sehr leckeres Essen, aufmerksame Bedienung und die Chefin ist unglaublich nett.

Frühlingsrollen mit Rindfleisch waren ausgezeichnet.Die Pho Suppe mit Huhn immer eine Empfehlung. Dazu noch Soja und Koriander sowie hausgemachte Sauce, köstlich.

Das Essen ist super frisch und lecker. Das Ambiente ist toll und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Alles war sehr authentisch. Gerne wieder!

Dieser kleine, unscheinbare Laden ist mir sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Beim betreten des Ladens wird man extrem herzlich begrüßt und sobald man sich am Platz eingefunden hat, wird direkt deine Bestellung entgegengenommen. Die Zubereitung der Getränke erfolgt fast sofort und die Vorspeisen werden meist innerhalb der ersten 10 Minuten gebracht. Nach der Vorspeise wird auch sehr zeitig dann die Hauptspeise gebracht. Die Portionen sind gut abgestimmt, es bleibt sehr selten etwas übrig und man wird dennoch Satt. Der Geschmack des Essens ist, in meinen Augen überragend. Ich probierte mich bereits durch einige Gerichte durch und einige Schmeckten mir mehr andere weniger, jedoch empfinde ich all diese Gerichte als sehr lecker. Besonders zu Empfehlen sind die Udon mit Tofu oder Fleisch (V5A+V5B) und die Phở mit Rindfleisch (V2) Mittlerweile ist dieser kleine gemütliche Laden zu meinem Lieblingsrestaurant geworden. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert

Ich genieße jeden Besuch im Hanoi Quan. Das Personal ist unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Preise fair. Dieser Laden ist mir sehr ans Herz gewachsen und ich würde ihn jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Essen war wirklich super! Große Portionen und gute Qualität. Das Hähnchen war schön knusprig und der Reis leicht aromatisiert. Die Soße hatte eine angenehme Schärfe. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sofort Reis gebracht als sie gesehen haben dass die Schüssel bereits leer war. Ich würde hier definitiv wieder hinkommen.
