Delicious Vietnamese lunch enjoyed T Hanoi Deli. Great friendly staff, fast service and lovely food! Well priced too :)

Unfortunately, the service was unfriendly, the staff seemed annoyed and our order was taken cold-heartedly. The food itself was really tasty, but we found 4 flies in the soups. We didn't have to pay for that in the end. Nevertheless, it was simply unhygienic for us.

I eat Bun Bo Hue and find it delicious. I would like to add Hue fish sauce and side vegetables. The shop also has sour garlic. Anyone who is in Hamburg Central should try it.

There were 3 of us and unfortunately no one enjoyed it. The sauces had a strong chemical taste. The rice didn't taste like anything either. Vegetables were fresh! With the apple plaice you could tell that it was a very cheap juice. After eating I felt like I was going to vomit for a few hours. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

This was our second time at the deli. We liked it the first time and so the choice was made. Unfortunately, they didn't have a very good day. The rolls were good and fresh. At “Chicken on fire” the fire brigade was probably there beforehand. Announced with three chilies, unfortunately a bland plate. In addition, the vegetables were less than lukewarm. Likewise my beer. The waiting time was extremely long - even though there were few guests. —————————- I would like to add: An attempt was made to have my recession removed. Whenever we are in Hamburg, we enjoy eating here once or several times. This time we had the mango salad with fried chicken for the first time. Absolutely delicious! As always, the service was very, very friendly. The prices are very good. The Vietnamese cuisine stands out very positively from the many other offerings in the Europa Passage, which aren't bad either. It's definitely worth coming here to eat, even if you don't buy anything else here.

In my experience, Vietnamese cuisine is one of the most outstanding among Asian cuisine. I always enjoy eating here. The waitresses are very friendly, the prices are great, it's always worth coming here. It's a nice place to take a break between shopping with a good meal.

After purchasing food and getting comfortable at a table my girlfriend and I were told to leave the restaurant and eat somewhere else. This was after not be given the option to dine in the restaurant. This is unacceptable and terrible service. Shame.

I was here on a Saturday and it was well attended. Nevertheless, I was served quickly and had my ordered food on the table after about 15 minutes. It was very tasty, flavorful and fresh. The mango lassi is simply delicious and the price-performance ratio is totally fine for the quality of the food. Only the ambience is a bit busy. But that's to be expected in a large shopping center, especially on a Saturday.

Endlich wieder einmal im Hanoi Deli in der Europapassage. Unsere besten Erinnerungen wurden bestätigt: köstlich gewürzte Speisen, zarte Garnelen und wie immer ein sehr freundlicher und flinker Service. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Not knowing Vietnamese cuisine I can't say if they were more or less consistent with the original flavors but the ingredients were fresh and good. Obviously fast and hasty service given that it is located inside a very crowded shopping center at all hours!

Bought a bowl to take away for the train ride today. But there was no rice in it - very annoying, that just can't happen!

Half a star is too much because they simply placed the wrong order and when we complained they freaked out. They kicked us out after we sat on tables. And they just don't know German, so when we talked to them, they didn't understand anything. + disrespectful to customers. The first and last time.

I was happy to take a colleague with me today who is also very picky. Everything was very tasty and especially because everything is so fresh. The homemade mango lassi gives the final point 5 stars. The duck pho is a must in my opinion. What's also great is that everything happens very quickly and the food is really delicious hot. Friendliness and understanding of guests is top.

Bad service. We came to Hamburg as a visitor and wanted to grab a little snack after shopping in the Europapassage. While we were waiting for the food, we wanted to sit down and were immediately told that we weren't allowed to do so because the noodle box was to go. So we waited, first I was asked about the sauce for the second time (although I don't think sweet and sour is that difficult to remember, since there were only two other people waiting for their food). As soon as we had the food, we wanted to sit outside the restaurant to eat in peace. There were many tables set up and 80% of them (at least) were free. As soon as we sat down, we were chased away again. Since the box would be “to go”. You just feel completely ripped off. With service like this we definitely won't eat there again.

Anlässlich des Besuchs der Caspar D. Friedrich - Ausstellung landeten wir - mal wieder - im Hanoi Deli in der Europapassage. Das vietnamesische Essen dort ist einfach klasse. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ebenfalls. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Pho und Curry super lecker. Keine Reservierung nötig, immer genug Plätze vorhanden.

The service is a real disgrace! All the more astonishing for a company that apparently operates several houses. We wanted to eat there with the whole family. Our little son was very thirsty. So we grabbed a Sprite from a fridge that was on the "takeaway only" stand. We paid them and he quickly drank outside the store. The waitress didn't miss the opportunity to point this out to us in a very unfriendly manner. When I replied, asking for understanding, that I had seen the sign, but that our son was very thirsty and that we would eat on site without being disturbed, the lady became cheeky and started talking about it with her colleagues in Vietnamese. We then left the restaurant. Here too the lady became cheeky and abusive again. Incomprehensible!

I paid €7.90 for a tiny box with rice (see photo) chicken and coconut sauce (€6.90+€1). The sauce is very watery and there is not much chicken or vegetables in the already undersized box. Poor price-performance ratio, Uncomfortable atmosphere because there is too much traffic around you.

Eigentlich hatte wir keine hohen Erwartungen, ein schneller Snack, eine kurze Pause, beim Einkaufsbummel. Das Hanoi Deli scheint eine Kette zu sein, jedenfalls gibt es einige Restaurants mit diesem Namen. In der Europa Passage nimmt es doch eine größere Fläche ein, die vielen Tische waren aber gut besetzt und dies völlig zurecht. Entgegen des ersten Eindrucks, der eher eine Kaufhauskantiene vermuten lässt, kann man dort hervorragend essen. Die Ente ist 1A, perfekt auf den Punkt gegart, fein gewürzt, knusprig und zart. Verglichen mit dem was man sonst oft in asiatischen Restaurants aufgetisch bekommt, ein Paradebeispiel dafür, wie gut eine Entenbrust zubereitet werden kann. Der frische und knackige Salat dazu war auch mehr als ich erwartet hatte. Die Gebratenen Nudeln, mit dem Wok-Gemüse waren endlich mal perfekt, der Brokkoli war knackig, nicht roh, die Zwiebeln, der Pak Choi, Zucchini alles exakt auf den Punkt, so wie es sein sollte. Dazu noch eine feine Sauce, in einer extra Schale, wie immer mit ganz viel Speisestärke, aber geschmacklich einwandfrei, auf Soja Basis, ohne den leider oft üblichen Glutamat-Booster. So macht asiatische Küche richtig Spaß. Die 14€ zahle ich gerne für so ein Essen und könnte auch aktuell kein Restaurant nennen, wo ich mehr für mein Geld bekomme.

Even though it was relatively full, we still got a seat in a quiet corner. Our order was taken quite quickly by the very friendly staff. There is enough choice on the menu so there should be something for everyone. The food didn't take long to arrive and we really enjoyed it. Would come here again at any time.

I enjoyed a delicious Pho soup in the Vietnamese restaurant. The aromatic broth was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Enttäuschend: mein bestellter Jasmintee entpuppte sich als heißes Wasser und dazu ein Teebeutel grüner Tee mit Jasmingeschmack. Das Essen war o.k.

Die Essensboxen dürfen NUR außerhalb des Restaurants verzehrt werden. Jedoch darf man ohne jegliches Gericht am Tisch sitzen. Die Speisen, die zur Mitnahme angeboten werden, stehen allerdings nicht auf der Karte! Ich hätte allerdings gerne eines der Box-Gerichte. Dieser Laden verlor durch sein schlechtes, sinnfreies Geschäftsmodell einen potentiellen Kunden, welcher sich gleich beim Laden nebenan eine Nudelbox gönnen wird. Mein Geselle, dem ein Gericht der Karte zusprach, bekam KEINEN Löffel dazu. In Europa speist man Spaghetti mit Löffel! Unerhört der Service hier!!!!!😡🤬🤬

Das Konzept ist die gleiche, wie in der Rathausstraße nur mit weniger Charme und Defizite im Bereich Ambiente , Essen und Personal. Fazit: 3,6 Stars.

Das Essen war super lecker. Die Bedienung sprach nur ein paar Brocken Deutsch, aber das ist ok. Wer die Atmosphäre eines Einkaufszentrums mag, bekommt hier gutes und günstiges Essen.

One of the two Vietnamese restaurants I visit the most for lunch. Bun Bo Hue is most authentic dish for Vietnamese, it is spicy and would be served better with Garlic-Vinegar sauce.
