Leider sehr langsam und recht unfreundlich.

Das Essen war gut und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Allerdings waren wir vom Service etwas enttäuscht. Nachdem wir unser Essen gekauft hatten, durften wir uns nicht hinsetzen und dort essen, was unerwartet war. Wir hoffen, dass sich das in Zukunft verbessert, da die Qualität des Essens gut war.

Sehr leckeres vietnamesisches Essen mit frischen Zutaten. Das Essen wird schön angerichtet, denn das Auge ißt mit. Das Essen ist reichhaltig und Preis, Leistung stimmen. Der Service ist schnell und freundlich.

Sehr enttäuschender Besuch. Das Personal war unfreundlich und ging respektlos mit den Kunden um. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man als Gast eher stört als willkommen ist. Absolut unverständlich ist außerdem die Regel, dass man die gekauften Boxen nicht direkt im Laden essen darf. Wozu werden sie überhaupt verkauft, wenn man sie vor Ort nicht verzehren darf? Diese Vorschrift ist kundenunfreundlich und wirkt völlig sinnlos. Aufgrund des schlechten Services und dieser absurden Regel werde ich nicht wiederkommen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und überraschend authentischer Geschmack. Die Gerichte erinnern mich sehr an das Essen, das ich aus Vietnam kenne. Besonders die Pho war hervorragend – aromatisch, frisch und sehr lecker. Freundlicher Service und angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Sehr leckere und frische Pho. Die Brühe war aromatisch, das Fleisch zart und die Zutaten wirkten frisch. Auch die Beilagen wie Chili, Zwiebeln und Zitrone haben perfekt dazu gepasst. Freundlicher Service und angenehme Atmosphäre. Gerne wieder!

Mein deutscher Partner und ich freuen uns jedes Jahr auf unseren Besuch in Hamburg (ungefähr dreimal im Jahr), denn neben der Zeit mit Familie und Freunden können wir dort auch im Hanoi Deli (in der Europa Passage) essen gehen, unserem Lieblings-Vietnamesen in der Stadt. Wir haben schon viele vietnamesische Restaurants in verschiedenen Städten und Ländern ausprobiert, aber das Hanoi Deli serviert mit Sicherheit die beste Pho, besonders die mit knuspriger Ente und Mango-Lassi! Außerdem ist es im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants sehr günstig. Eine Vorspeise, zwei Hauptgerichte und Getränke kosten normalerweise um die 50–55 €. Hier in Großbritannien würde man für dasselbe Essen über 60 £ bezahlen.

Ich kann nur das Takeaway bewerten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Schneller Service, faire Preise, frisches Essen.

Wir sind schon mehrfach dort zum Essen gewesen, immer lecker und schnell durch freundliches Personal, 100 Meter weiter sind die Toiletten, praktisch sonst müsste man endlos in der Passage herumlaufen.

Hanoi 2 Das absolute Grauen!!! Press-Brei-"Hühnchen", Billigste Nudel Mischung mit homöopathischer Gemüseeinlage, sicher ein Vertigprodukt. Das ganze für 6,90€. Und danach gab es Durchfall !!!!

Ich bin Stammgast. Die Rindfleischnudelsuppe ist einfach himmlisch (10/10). Ich komme ein- bis zweimal pro Woche hierher.

Das Rindfleisch war leider sehr knorpelig und sehnig!

Vietnamesisches Restaurant in einem Einkaufszentrum, dafür überraschend großzügig bestuhlt sogar mit Service am Tisch. Sicherlich nicht die beste Pho die ich bisher gegessen habe aber sehr solide. Diese kam bei mir wahlweise mit Tofu. Nudeln nicht zerkocht, Konsistenz daher gut. Das andere Hauptgericht den Erwartungen entsprechend ( Rindfleisch mit Zwiebeln und Gemüse). Gemüse frisch, wie alle anderen Zutaten ebenfalls. Frittierte Frühlingsrollen großzügig gefüllt. Getränkeauswahl super, insbesondere selbstgemachten Limonaden mit Tee und Limette. Es gibt auch vietnamesischen Kaffee welcher für uns immer ein muss ist. Sehr lecker Für insgesamt 1 Vorspeise, zwei Hauptspeisen und vier Getränke rund 50 Euro gezahlt.

Ich hatte C8 - gegrilltes Hühnchen mit Gemüse, Reis und Erdnuss Sauce.... Der Reis hat nach Milchreis geschmeckt - ich mag keinen Milchreis! Die Erdnuss Sauce hat leider nicht nach Erdnuss geschmeckt 👎... das gegrillte Hühnchen und das Gemüse waren lecker. Meine Begleitung hatte das gegriölte Rindfleisch bestellt, das hatte geschmeckt. Ich komme nicht wieder! Due Servicefrauen waren aber sehr freundlich und symphatisch

Ich hatte eine köstliche Pho mit Tofu und würzigen Beilagen. Mir gefiel besonders, dass die Brühe zwar gewürzt, aber nicht zu scharf war, sodass man sie selbst abschmecken konnte. Durch die Reisnudeln ist das Gericht außerdem glutenfrei, was mir sehr entgegenkam.

Leider waren wir nicht so begeistert. Das Essen hat nicht wirklich gut geschmeckt. Die Nudeln waren Instant Nudeln, die kein bisschen gewürzt worden. Auch das Hähnchen war nicht sehr lecker. Als wir dies angesprochen haben wurden wir leider sehr abwertend & unhöflich weiter bedient…

Essen war gut. Zwar nicht das beste asiatische Essen aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Vorspeise, Hauptgang, Dessert zwei Getränke für 32,90 Euro ist absolut fair für die Lage!

Wir kamen mit meinen Freundinnen zum Essen. Zuerst haben wir Boxen to go bestellt, uns dann aber umentschieden und wollten im Lokal essen. Das Restaurant war fast leer, es war bereits später Abend. Trotzdem hat man uns einfach nicht erlaubt, im Restaurant zu essen, nur weil das Essen „zum Mitnehmen“ war. Absolut unverständlich. Wir haben das Essen bei euch gekauft, das Lokal war leer, und es ging nur um einfache Nudeln, die man ohne Probleme auf Teller hätte umfüllen können. Statt eine Lösung anzubieten, wurden wir kommentarlos weggeschickt. Der Service war unterirdisch 0/10. Für mich ist klar: Ich komme in dieses Lokal dieser Kette nie wieder zurück

Pho Bo soup... you can't really call it beef. Dry, tough, and gristly. Broth okay.

The most awful experience, looking at the menu and was about to bring my husband to eat, and the male member of staff with short hair and glasses stopped me to ask why I took a tissue without asking. I genuinely thought he was joking, but he was furious I had taken a tissue. In my years travelling 30+ countries, I have never ever experienced it. They must really be struggling financially to reprimand a potential customer for taking a tissue. I urge everyone to avoid this place. I will be reporting the member of staff to the head office too.

For a place in the middle of a shopping center, this restaurant is really quiet and relaxed. The food arrived within a few minutes even though it was quite busy. The service was great and the staff very friendly. I highly recommend the chilled green tea with apple and lemon (I omitted the sugar). Very tasty and refreshing. We had the summer rolls and flat rice noodles with vegetables and tofu. We would come back!

I had the spring rolls and Bun Bo Hue – simply delicious! The spring rolls were crispy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The Bun Bo Hue was aromatic, nicely spicy, and very authentic – just how you'd want them. 😍 The staff was super nice, attentive, and friendly. You immediately feel welcome. I'll definitely be back – highly recommended for anyone who loves Vietnamese food❤️

The food was beautifully presented, but the crispy duck was very fatty and, in some places, the opposite of crispy. The sauce was very thin, almost like water. We wouldn't eat here again. It was okay, but the value for money wasn't right. In the second photo, you can see all the wobbly fat. Which, of course, I didn't eat. I can't imagine anyone enjoying it.

The Vietnamese mother seemed afraid that we wouldn't pay, so she took a bottle of beer and pointed to the menu to confirm that it was 3 euros. The soup of Vietnamese beef pho doesn't have much beef flavor. It's like a clear soup with a lot of coriander and onions, and it's not sweet. Unless you really want to eat some hot soup noodles, you should lower your expectations a little.

You are not allowed to sit down if you have only ordered one box, even though there are enough free seats. Peanut sauce costs one extra and generally the prices are quite expensive.

The small lady/ waitress who served us was very unfriendly; she doesn't even smile. They also don't have an english menu which is hard for foreigners like us to order. The food was not that so special.

The ambience is surprisingly ok for a restaurant in the middle of a shopping center. The service was quick and friendly. The food tasted very good. Price-performance ratio is right. If you want something good, cheap and quick to eat during your lunch break or while shopping, this is definitely the right place for you.

Personally, I had extreme problems with my stomach after eating. I experienced diarrhea, stomach pain and a general feeling of illness after the visit. Nice Vietnamese food. I visited during a busy lunch time but didn’t have to wait long to be served. The portions are large and reasonably priced.

So if you order over 50 euros (including drinks) you don't even get a glass of tap water. What I use for taking medication. The cheeky answer: no, we don't do anything like that here. And look at me askance.

I eat Bun Bo Hue and find it delicious. I would like to add Hue fish sauce and side vegetables. The shop also has sour garlic. Anyone who is in Hamburg Central should try it.

There were 3 of us and unfortunately no one enjoyed it. The sauces had a strong chemical taste. The rice didn't taste like anything either. Vegetables were fresh! With the apple plaice you could tell that it was a very cheap juice. After eating I felt like I was going to vomit for a few hours. I cannot recommend this restaurant.
