I can recommend the doner kebab; it's also delicious without sauce. The service was quick and the restaurant very clean.

There were twelve of us eating there. The food arrived very late. Several dishes were wrong. There were hairs in two of the plates. On top of that, the bill was incorrect. We used to go there often because it was nearby. After this experience, we won't be going back.

We're regulars here. The food is always excellent. The salad is super fresh and it's served very quickly even when the place is packed.

I would normally give more stars, but I recently had a really bad stomach ache. I was almost shaking because the spicy meze I received was bad. It was definitely old and no longer safe to eat! I hope you'll pay more attention to that in the future!

Terrible place, they charge 4€ for each lahmacun, if it comes with salad it's 6€. We paid 60€ for the lahmacun and 30€ for two plates of salad. They sell the salad and lahmacun for almost the same price. I've never seen such shopkeepers anywhere else, they probably dip the salad in gold sauce before serving it...!!!

The service staff is very rude. I do not recommend going with a family. They serve with dirty materials. Customer service is terrible. I think you should not choose this place. It is a big disappointment.

The food is good! But the wait times are way too long! 45 minutes the first time, and just as long again today!

Nobody expects a pride flag to hang in a shop, but for someone who "looks" gay to be virtually ignored when it comes to the contents of their order and then to be given a kebab labeled "the kebab for the lesbian" is crazy. You don't have to celebrate homosexuality or approve of it, but maybe just treat people like other customers. It was my favorite kebab shop in Neuss, but neither I nor any of my friends will be going back.

The staff could smile more and not look so angry. We just want to eat and spend MONEY.

We were looking for a restaurant where we could eat good lahmacun. Based on the good reviews, we just wanted to try it out. Since we were here with children, it was important for me to see if the children felt comfortable. I have to say that from the very first moment the waiters noticed the children and made sure that they felt comfortable. (That is unfortunately no longer a given.) The lahmacun was very good. (The dough, the meat, the portion size, and the side dishes were all TOP). The children had various kebab dishes, all of which were delicious. One of the children only wanted rice with yogurt, which is not on the menu. It was prepared immediately without any discussion (unfortunately, that's not a given either). There's seating downstairs, outside at two different spots, and upstairs, where it's even quieter and nicely furnished (especially great for families or large groups). I was just wondering how the waiters manage to ensure everyone is served well and is satisfied. And that's actually the case: short wait times, and constant eye contact with the guests. All in all, a top rating for me. I can recommend it with a clear conscience. Special praise for the motivation and friendliness of the staff.

Our favorite restaurant! The grilled meat dishes are especially recommended. The grill plate includes various meats, such as lamb chops, minced meat skewers, and chicken skewers. The lahmacun is also very delicious. You can dine in a quiet atmosphere on the first floor.

Unfortunately the rice was a bit cold, the meat was okay, the sauces weren't that great either. The salad was also a bit too dry. Bread was available, but not really fresh. Staff very friendly!

The portions are large. The Turkish pizza is baked in a stone oven. I can highly recommend it. Parking spaces are not always available, so I recommend the Wendersplatz car park on Hammerlandstr 2. Card payment possible. Not barrier-free

I buy my kebab there and I have to say that this kebab is simply the best kebab in all of Neuss. Han palas is unfortunately hidden and not everyone knows that there is a kebab shop in this dark path. Once other people find out that there is a kebab shop called han palas, then they will definitely try your kebab and people will notice that your kebab shop is the best in Neuss. So I think everything is 5/5 points. And my favorite dish is the iskender. It's very tasty for me. Haydi salam alaykum

Im Erdgeschoss ist der Imbiss und auf der 1. Etage das Restaurant. Das Restaurant hat eine ganz einfache Ausstattung aber gemütliche Stühle und alles ist sauber. Das Essen ist total lecker, reichlich und das noch zu zivilisierten Preisen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren positiv überrascht und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Weinkarte ist gut sortiert. Perfekt, um die Mahlzeit mit einem passenden Tropfen zu begleiten.

Das Essen ist zwar etwas teurer, aber immer sehr lecker. Wir holen hier regelmäßig etwas und wurden noch nie enttäuscht

Ich bin jedes Mal mit Freunden dort und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Das Essen ist extrem lecker und die Mitarbeiter gehen auf jeden Wunsch ein. Der Dürüm ist immer mit viel Fleisch und Salat gefüllt. Der HanPalas Grillteller ist nur zu empfehlen. Alles insgesamt 1A. In Neuss ist es definitiv mein Lieblings Restaurant

Der Dönerteller war echt lecker 🤤. Vielen Dank dafür. Ich war sicherlich nicht das letzte mal da. Zum Ambiente. Wir aßen draußen im Oktober. Aber das Personal hatte trotz den angenehmen Temperaturen schon Beindecken bereitgestellt was ich super fand. Drinnen war es echt voll, das wird wohl was heißen. Draußen sitzt man aber allerdings in einer Unterführung, was jetzt nicht sooo toll ist. Trotz allem sehr zufrieden und Satt gewesen 🤤.

Seit Jahrzehnten DER Dönerladen:) Außerdem viel Platz im 1.OG für Feiern oder Familienessen.

Die beste türkische Pizza/ Lahmacun, die frisch zubereitet wird. Künefe auch sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet, nicht, wie andere Lokale aus dem Kühlschrank.

Für uns der beste in Neuss. Bieten als einziger Yaprak Döner an. Gelegen im Stadtkern. Sowohl außen als innen Sitzplätze vorhanden. Bestellt haben wir als Vorspeise je eine Linsensuppe und Pacasuppe. Gesch eher Richtung europäische Küche gewürzt. Aber trotzdem lecker und reichhaltig. Das dazu gereichte selbstgemachte Brot war lecker und warm (kommt selten vor). Als Hauptspeise je ein Yaprak-Döner-Teller und gemischter Grillteller bestellt. Auffällig. Dieser Laden ist der einzige, der Tzatziki von sich aus serviert. Auch hier ist die Würze Richtung europäische Küche orientiert, was nicht schlecht ist! Hat halt damit zu tun, wie die Gegebenheiten vor Ort sind. Besten Dank an unsere Servicemitarbeiterin. Sehr nett und freundlich. Im Grunde genommen war alles bestens und im Ordnung. Wir waren zufrieden. Preislich gesehen alles im Rahmen. Für die Qualität spitze!!!!

Etwas teuer finde ich. 9 € für eine Köftetasche (gleich wie Döner, nur anstatt Fleisch 3 kleine Frikadellen). Geschmack war dafür gut.
