Wir waren im Han Palas essen und das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Geschmacklich hat es uns sehr überzeugt und man merkt, dass frisch zubereitet wird. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es allerdings für den Service bzw. die Organisation. Bei den Vorspeisen haben Teller gefehlt und zu den türkischen Pizzen wurde leider kein Salat serviert. Da könnte man noch etwas verbessern. Trotzdem war das Essen insgesamt wirklich sehr gut und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider erneut sehr enttäuschend. Lahmacun entielt total viel knorpel und grobe Fettstücke. Nahezu nach jedem biss musste ich Fäden ziehen oder Stücke entfernen

Waren heute mit einem befreundeten Paar das erste Mal hier zum Essen. Kann man bedenkenlos empfehlen. Essen sehr lecker, frisch, super gegrillt und gewürzt. Service super freundlich. 5 Sterne 👍🏾 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eigentlich war alles gut, trotzdem habe ich mich nicht wohl gefühlt!

Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, das Restaurant auszuprobieren, und der bestellte Iskender-Kebab war wirklich hervorragend. Das Fleisch war unglaublich zart, der Geschmack perfekt und die Soße genau richtig. Auch die Butter und der Joghurt obendrauf waren sehr gut aufeinander abgestimmt; nichts war zu dominant. Die Präsentation war ebenfalls sehr appetitlich. Der Service war schnell und die Mitarbeiter aufmerksam. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und angenehm. Ein toller Ort, um mit Freunden hinzugehen. Insgesamt war ich sowohl mit dem Geschmack als auch mit dem Service sehr zufrieden und komme auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Gestern war ich mit meiner Tochter in einem Restaurant, und wie immer bestellten wir einen Döner. Ich fragte sogar, ob er mit allem belegt werden sollte! Leider war der Döner, der uns gebracht wurde, völlig geschmacklos, ohne Feta, Pfeffer und mit kaum Soße. Er war trocken und geschmacklos! Früher war das eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants. Der einzige Pluspunkt war der schnelle Service.

Wir waren zu viert heute Abend im Restaurant, saßen draußen. Die Getränke und Brot kamen zügig, danach hat man uns vergessen. Wir haben fast eine Stunde auf die Speisen gewartet, den Kellner zwei Mal angesprochen. Erst dann wurde der Zettel mit unserer Bestellung rausgesucht und zubereitet. Die bestellten Gerichte ( 4 verschiedene) waren allesamt lecker, allerdings hat diese lange Wartezeit nicht zu einer guten Laune beigetragen. Im Restaurant hat sich niemand dazu geäußert/ entschuldigt. Schade, das Essen war gut aber Kundenservice leider nicht auf der Höhe. So schnell kommen wir da nicht wieder.

Ich hatte etwas Mühe, die Adresse zu finden, da sie zwischen zwei Gebäuden lag. Das Lahmacun (türkische Pizza) war köstlich, ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Von außen… versteckt und nicht wirklich einladend. Aber innen ein JUWEL. Han Palas hält sich seit Jahren als Spitzenreiter der türkischen Küche und auch nach Jahren wird es einfach nur besser. Der Service, das neue Ambiente, das Fleisch! Super!!!! Preisleistung stimmt absolut. Ich habe noch nie- so ein saftiges Händchen am Spieß mit leckerem Raucharoma gegessen.

Wir essen hier immer mal wieder gerne türkisch. Die Lahmacun sind wirklich sehr lecker und frisch. Grillteller und Döner sind auch gut. Nach der Renovierung hat das Restaurant ein wirklich schönes Ambiente bekommen. Wir kommen gerne und es schmeckt!

Wir haben immer eine sehr schöne Erfahrung im Han Palas. Das traditionelle türkische Essen war unglaublich lecker und voller authentischer Aromen. Alles hat frisch und hausgemacht geschmeckt, genau wie in der Türkei. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und das Personal war freundlich und herzlich. Wenn man echte türkische Küche genießen möchte, ist dieses Restaurant definitiv einen Besuch wert. Sehr empfehlenswert! 🇹🇷✨

Ein wunderbarer Ort mit sehr schöner, neuer Inneneinrichtung und einer warmen, familiären Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Gerichte sind wirklich sehr lecker und schmecken genauso wie in der Türkei authentisch, frisch und voller Geschmack. Alles ist sehr sauber, qualitativ hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Absolut empfehlenswert wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr gutes Essen kann ich nur empfehlen, vor allem der Adana Spieß mit dem selbstgemachten lahmacun für einen richtig guten Preis. Top Arbeit Jungs, weiter so!

Den Döner kann ich weiterempfehlen, man kann ihn auch gut ohne Soßen essen. Der Service war schnell und das Restaurant sehr sauber.

Absolut köstlich! Ich bin beruflich aus den USA angereist und habe noch nie so gut gegessen. Ich habe im Restaurant bestellt und es war innerhalb von zwei Minuten fertig. Ich kann das Han Palas Grillteller wärmstens empfehlen. Ein absolutes Muss, wenn Sie in der Gegend sind!

Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Essen wurde frisch zubereitet. Die großen Portionen konnten wir nicht vor Ort aufessen und ließen den Rest einpacken.

Hier finden Sie die leckersten Speisen, die Sie essen können. Sie werden es nicht bereuen. Auf jeden Fall sollten Sie es ausprobieren.

Preiserhöhungen nach Renovierungen mögen akzeptabel sein, aber bei der Kundenauswahl wählerisch zu sein, ist pure Arroganz. Was ist das für eine Mentalität, auch nur eine einzige Person abzulehnen, wenn noch Platz ist?

Menu: Hähnchenspieß mit Joghurtsoße + Salatteller. Hähnchen war kalt und z.T. leider verbrannt :-( Ansonsten geschmacklich lecker, mild gewürzt und alles sehr frisch, Salat knackig. Trotz des ‚Fehlstarts‘ würde ich wieder kommen, um es erneut zu testen. Service: Arbeiten super schnell. Dennoch: Ein Lächeln schadet nicht und passt ins Gewerbe, ebenso ein kleiner Small Talk.

Es lässt sich nicht in Worte fassen, wie köstlich es ist; man muss es selbst erleben und probieren!

Suppen sind seit längerem nicht schmackhaft und zu dünnflüssig. Auch gibt es jedesmal kein knuspriges Fladenbrot dazu, nur Dönertaschenbrot wabbrig aufgewärmt

Wir waren als Familie da. Alles war hervorragend. Lahmacun und Iskender gehören zu den besten in der Türkei. Auch die Salate, die Zungensuppe, der Adana-Kebab und der Döner-Wrap waren sehr gut. Das Restaurant wurde kürzlich renoviert. Das Ambiente war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Der Preis ist dem Geschmack und der Qualität angemessen. Der Service, das freundliche Personal usw. sorgten für ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Sehr empfehlenswert! 👍

There were twelve of us eating there. The food arrived very late. Several dishes were wrong. There were hairs in two of the plates. On top of that, the bill was incorrect. We used to go there often because it was nearby. After this experience, we won't be going back.

Sind hier regelmäßig zu Besuch. Essen ist immer top. Super frischer Salat und geht auch sehr schnell obwohl der Laden rappelvoll ist.

Normalerweise wollte ich mehr Sterne geben, aber ich habe letztens richtig schlechten Magen bekommen. Habe beinahe gezittert, da die scharfe Meze die ich bekommen habe schlecht war. Die war ganz bestimmt alt und nicht mehr zum Verzehren! Hoffe ihr achtet demnächst mehr darauf.!

All the food was delicious. Although the service was a little slow due to the busy schedule, everything was great, including the kunefe.

If you're looking for something other than a kebab, a grilled platter, or something a little different, this is the place to go. Freshly baked Turkish pizza and börek are also available.

I can recommend the doner kebab; it's also great without sauce. The service was fast, and the restaurant was very clean.

Terrible place, they charge 4€ for each lahmacun, if it comes with salad it's 6€. We paid 60€ for the lahmacun and 30€ for two plates of salad. They sell the salad and lahmacun for almost the same price. I've never seen such shopkeepers anywhere else, they probably dip the salad in gold sauce before serving it...!!!

The service staff is very rude. I do not recommend going with a family. They serve with dirty materials. Customer service is terrible. I think you should not choose this place. It is a big disappointment.

The food is good! But the wait times are way too long! 45 minutes the first time, and just as long again today!

Nobody expects a pride flag to hang in a shop, but for someone who "looks" gay to be virtually ignored when it comes to the contents of their order and then to be given a kebab labeled "the kebab for the lesbian" is crazy. You don't have to celebrate homosexuality or approve of it, but maybe just treat people like other customers. It was my favorite kebab shop in Neuss, but neither I nor any of my friends will be going back.

The staff could smile more and not look so angry. We just want to eat and spend MONEY.

A decent place that everyone looking for quality and taste in Neuss should definitely choose, where the owner always personally takes care of the customers. Along with the excellent döner, kebab, lahmacun and pide varieties, the tongue and tripe soup will be indispensable for you...

Our favorite restaurant! The grilled meat dishes are especially recommended. The grill plate includes various meats, such as lamb chops, minced meat skewers, and chicken skewers. The lahmacun is also very delicious. You can dine in a quiet atmosphere on the first floor.

We were looking for a restaurant where we could eat good lahmacun. Based on the good reviews, we just wanted to try it out. Since we were here with children, it was important for me to see if the children felt comfortable. I have to say that from the very first moment the waiters noticed the children and made sure that they felt comfortable. (That is unfortunately no longer a given.) The lahmacun was very good. (The dough, the meat, the portion size, and the side dishes were all TOP). The children had various kebab dishes, all of which were delicious. One of the children only wanted rice with yogurt, which is not on the menu. It was prepared immediately without any discussion (unfortunately, that's not a given either). There's seating downstairs, outside at two different spots, and upstairs, where it's even quieter and nicely furnished (especially great for families or large groups). I was just wondering how the waiters manage to ensure everyone is served well and is satisfied. And that's actually the case: short wait times, and constant eye contact with the guests. All in all, a top rating for me. I can recommend it with a clear conscience. Special praise for the motivation and friendliness of the staff.

Unfortunately the rice was a bit cold, the meat was okay, the sauces weren't that great either. The salad was also a bit too dry. Bread was available, but not really fresh. Staff very friendly!

The portions are large. The Turkish pizza is baked in a stone oven. I can highly recommend it. Parking spaces are not always available, so I recommend the Wendersplatz car park on Hammerlandstr 2. Card payment possible. Not barrier-free

Ate really delicious Iskender Kebap. Meat very juicy and tender, tomato sauce and yoghurt also great. Very nice restaurant, and I noticed that the staff pays a lot of attention to cleanliness. I've never seen tables being wiped so often.

I buy my kebab there and I have to say that this kebab is simply the best kebab in all of Neuss. Han palas is unfortunately hidden and not everyone knows that there is a kebab shop in this dark path. Once other people find out that there is a kebab shop called han palas, then they will definitely try your kebab and people will notice that your kebab shop is the best in Neuss. So I think everything is 5/5 points. And my favorite dish is the iskender. It's very tasty for me. Haydi salam alaykum

I can say that it is the only clean and decent restaurant in Super Neuss in terms of cleanliness and food in every place we have eaten at for years. It is the only place where we can sit down and eat as a family with love and confidence.

Portions are more than plentiful and it is delicious too. Unfortunately the contents of the grill plate have changed, although they are still tasty, I think the price/performance ratio is no longer quite right.

If you are looking for truly Turkish cuisine in Neuss, this place will make you happy. The staff was extremely attentive, the treats were nice and the food was delicious. I advise.
