We were here with friends who had recommended the restaurant – and we weren't disappointed! The service was attentive and warm, the food excellent and of the highest quality. The wine list also boasts a great selection. A thoroughly enjoyable evening!

We had a very enjoyable and delicious evening at Hamm's. All the dishes were exceptionally well-seasoned and perfectly prepared. The cooking times were truly excellent. Unfortunately, the service wasn't perfect. The staff weren't always helpful or attentive. We had to go to the counter a couple of times to place our order. All in all, though, it didn't spoil the evening, and it certainly makes us want to return.

We followed a friend's recommendation and have nothing but good things to say! Delicious food and a beautiful setting. The service was almost perfect, but it was also very busy. Thank you!

After our civil wedding, we had a small dinner at Hamm's. We received a very friendly welcome and immediately felt welcome. The service was very attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Kudos to the entire staff; you rounded off our day perfectly. We'd love to come back and try the menu. 😊

We were there for dinner; we had reserved a table! Everything was good; the food was delicious and tasty; there was nothing to complain about. The service was good, and everyone was in a good mood.

The restaurant offers modern cuisine with a Saarland flair. The dishes are beautifully presented and of excellent quality. The ambiance is very inviting, and the service was generally very good.

At the beginning of the year, the menu still featured numerous delicious Saarland and vegetarian dishes. That's why we came back. Now they only served meat with meat. Not even vegetarian burger patties or similar options. The food itself was okay. On top of that, the service outside was almost nonexistent. Neither salt nor the second drink we ordered ever arrived. Delicious food, but unfortunately not what it used to be.

A truly fantastic dining experience. The king prawns are highly recommended. Excellent value for money. Service was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there was little activity outside after the main course. Nevertheless, the restaurant is highly recommended.

Sunday evening - our first visit to Hamm's Restaurant... we got a table for two people without a reservation. We had a grill plate for 2 people. The meat, shrimp, the homemade sauces and the side dishes were very good. And more than enough for 2 people. In short: “saugudd” or “the perfect dinner”. The service was phenomenal. You feel at home there. We'd love to come back.

Went to the network meeting at Hamm's Restaurant and had a really good evening there! The beer was freshly tapped and the schnitzel was simply fantastic: crispy, juicy and super tasty. The atmosphere was relaxed, informal and perfect for networking. I particularly liked the service – totally friendly, attentive and really cool. Everything was perfect and I'll definitely be back! Totally recommended for good food and a great time.

We celebrated our birthday with 21 people, the tables were beautifully decorated with black tablecloths and gold decorations. It looked exclusive and elegant. Highly recommendedI. For starters, tasty potato soup, three main courses to choose from, very good beef steak, then zander fillet with prawns also very good and winner veal schnitzel (here I have to say it was a bit too fatty) and then at the end - great dessert combination. All dishes were served at the same time and always hot. Delicious! The service staff kept an eye on all guests and was very attentive. It was really a beautiful celebration with a very good atmosphere. The Hamm's Restaurant is very friendly and recommended, we will definitely be back, many thanks to all the staff

We have been to Hamms several times and are always very satisfied. The down-to-earth and very good cuisine is perfectly complemented by the very nice, attentive and, above all, authentic service team.

A very nice restaurant! Cozy atmosphere and delicious food. Online reservation also went smoothly and with quick confirmation.

The food was really good and the price-performance ratio was also right. Unfortunately, our waitress' behavior was rather out of place and would have suited better in a pub than in this type of restaurant.

The buffet today was absolutely rubbish, the price-performance ratio wasn't right, it didn't taste good either and the background noise was absolutely annoying. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it at all, even though I expected a lot more from it. Too bad...

The Christmas buffet was very good. A nice selection of starters, main course and dessert. You couldn't try everything (unfortunately :-)). As with all of our previous visits, we were very satisfied. Despite the full house, the service was perfect and friendly as always.

Today I went to the Christmas buffet in Hamms with my children and children-in-law. I have a lot in common with Michael, the previous owner, who unfortunately passed away far too early. But dear Michael, you can be sure that the company is in the best hands. The food was very, very good, the service was very attentive and friendly despite the full house. We'll be back. Four of us went to the St. Martin's Goose meal in the Hamm's restaurant in Saarwellingen. We had reserved a table online in advance, which was quickly confirmed. The guest room is cozy and very nicely decorated. Even though the restaurant was full, we were served very well; the service was friendly, attentive and courteous. Our menu tasted very good, was well coordinated and we were full. Overall, we had a very nice evening and would love to come back.

We were in Hamms for the first time today. We were served incredibly friendly and courteously and the food was very tasty and good value. My husband had the flambéed steak and, as a vegetarian, I also got my money's worth. Especially when it came to dessert, there were a few regional highlights (Henry's ice cream, coffee from Café Plaisir, etc.), which we were very happy about. We'll be back :)

A nice restaurant with very good cuisine. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The prices are slightly higher depending on the quality. Personally, I think it is a balanced price/performance level.

A great atmosphere awaits you here with delicious dishes. You will also receive a very warm welcome. The food is really tasty and plentiful and, above all, very varied. There is something for everyone. Very friendly staff who respond to guests' wishes. I can really recommend it. We are always happy to come to you. It is very important that if you go here you have to reserve in advance. It may well be that you won't get a seat without a reservation.

The last time we visited, everything was great, but since the menu had changed this time, we didn't find what we wanted. Starter great, main course salad some indefinable things on the plate, pumpkin hard (not edible), mushrooms cold. Unfortunately, dessert wasn't something that appealed to us compared to the previous visit. Prices are sometimes excessive compared to what you find on the plate. Communication from the boss to the trainees/interns/temp workers(?) is underground.

We came with several people based on a recommendation and were unfortunately very disappointed throughout. I had one of the most expensive dishes (lamb with goat cheese) and have rarely experienced such poor value for money. To put it politely, the amount of meat was manageable, as was the goat cheese. The lamb had a very strong sheepfold taste that I only know from adult animals. There was no side salad but grilled vegetables that fit on two forks and only consisted of two types. The only thing that was really plentiful were halved baby potatoes, but there wasn't enough sauce for them, so they were left lying around because they were barely seasoned. In addition, there was an overwhelmed service (we sat with empty glasses for almost 20 minutes, which was also the reason that we left much earlier than planned) and an ambience that is supposed to appear noble, but unfortunately it doesn't fit with cobwebs and residents in the corner directly behind Table and dishes from previous guests under the table. I'm not a heavy eater and it's extremely rare for me to not be full after a main course, which was the case here. You can eat much better elsewhere for much less money.

So tasty and fresh... very nice team, very nice cozy atmosphere. Food and drinks top... highly recommended..

We were very satisfied with both the service and the taste of the food. However, it was very disturbing that everyone was smoking at the tables next to us. There should also be a smoke-free zone on the terrace!!!!

We were in the restaurant yesterday, invited by our children. Unfortunately we arrived 20 minutes late due to a detour, so the two of them were still stranded, so to put it bluntly, the service was nothing! It took another 15 minutes until we were finally allowed to order drinks, although we were informed that our colleague actually did that! The starters arrived quickly, the quantity was the same, the couscous was much too spicy. My Wiener Schnitzel was well fried, unfortunately I was missing salt everywhere. The salad was forgotten and added later. Since it was served in a narrow glass, it was difficult to eat as the lettuce leaves were way too big and the dressing was at the bottom of the glass. When asked about the lack of service when paying, there was a snippy answer. Therefore only 2 points from me

We had reserved a table for two people, which was confirmed very quickly. There are also enough parking spaces available, the restaurant makes a very good impression from the outside, and the inside is newly renovated and excellently designed. The whole team is very nice, accommodating and friendly. Orders are delivered very quickly. From the starter to the dessert, I have to say it tastes excellent and is very decoratively presented. All in all, everything here is spot on. 150% recommended. It's clear to us that we'll be eating here often.

I was able to celebrate my birthday 🎂 with around 40 guests in Hamms. Thank you for everything. The kitchen team conjured up a top buffet for us and we received great service from the service team. Attentive and friendly. This is how you can start the new year of life. Thank you for everything.

Upscale middle class cuisine in a relaxed, casual environment. As the pictures from previous reviewers already show, you get good and plentiful food here. Meat and fish lovers will absolutely get their money's worth here. The meat is very tender and tastes unbeatable, as well as cooked to perfection. I recommend taking the noodles as a side dish, they are homemade and also cooked to perfection. In my opinion, only the gravies could have a little more "boom" - specifically, they are cooked longer, more wine, more roasted aromas. But that's a complaint on a pretty high level because these are homemade and not a finished product from a bag. Soups and starters are also excellent, even the simple potato soup with smoked salmon is a taste experience. Even the yogurt dressing on the salad was to my taste, although I prefer the vinegar and oil version or at least want to be asked about it. Here I was, for once, glad that I wasn't asked, because as I said... dressing was great. 👍🏻 Great wine list and almost every wine is also available as an “open wine” and if you run out of wine, they will be happy to suggest a similar one, even if it would actually be more expensive and you have to open a bottle specifically for a glass. That's what I call good service! By the way, there is also a specially made beer and I am already looking forward to my next visit to try this too.

As expected, a successful evening with delicious food and drinks. And despite working in the catering industry for 31 years, I was able to get to know something that I had never seen before. A beef fillet flambéed at the table or on the plate - simply cool. And of course a hit on site. There wasn't a table where at least one guest didn't have his food "fired" during service. Class 👏🏻 The service is managed confidently and yet there is always a little time for small talk. We recommend. Any time. Definitely in summer - then there is also the opportunity to sit on a large terrace.
