The meat tasted like nothing with salt. I've had terrible stomach pains for the second day, and everything that goes with it.

We haven't been there in a long time, but like in the past, we ordered Iskender Kebab. Aside from having to wait to place our order even though the place wasn't busy, we had to wait even longer for the food. Other customers, some of whom arrived after us, received their food much earlier. When we picked up the food, we immediately noticed that there were no tomatoes or other vegetables on the plate. The response was that customers wouldn't eat it and it would end up in the trash. Asking about it didn't change anything. Unfortunately, the bread was almost burnt. It didn't seem particularly fresh either. The yogurt had simply been slapped on top.

The food was delicious and the place was very clean and hygienic.

I haven't been to this kebab house for a while and I have to say I'm very disappointed. I arrived and was simply ignored. It wasn't even that busy. I stood there with my two children and no order was taken. After about a minute two more customers came and they were served immediately. I had to point out to the two ladies that I would like to order something. Only then was my order taken. And of course the other orders were given priority even though everyone could see that it was our turn. In the end my order cost 19 euros and I gave the lady 20 euros. And I didn't say anything about a tip because I didn't think the service was good at all. She took the 1 euro as a tip for herself. That was my last visit.

Large and hearty menu, I barely managed to finish eating 😄 🙈 I ordered two menus, one spicy and one sweet. I also asked for a coffee but I didn't know it was not on the menu and I was offered some of the staff's coffee which was among the best I've ever had.😍 Thank you for the hospitality!😊

Doner bread, lahmacun and dürüm made fresh every day...veal meat sooooooo delicious...and all the sauces are also homemade...best doner, best meat, best sauces...keep it up

I recently picked up a kebab on the go and when I got home I realized that the food didn't taste good at all...the next day it was toilet day...I don't know but the meat tasted really strange...that was the last time I went there...

Great kebab! I drive 8km to you every time. A pleasure every time. The best kebab in Hamm. The employees are 90% friendly. Nevertheless, it is often chaotic and confused. Edit: unfortunately it has deteriorated extremely. It is immediately slapped into a bag without saying whether you want to eat it in the restaurant or take it with you. The staff becomes more and more rude with each visit.

So, unfortunately I have to change my rating. I ordered by phone for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up I found it a complete mess. The employees (two women) tried to decipher my order that they had written down in front of me. They almost had an argument. All this while I'm sitting there. Then I was asked what exactly I had ordered. Unfortunately I couldn't return the order because I made a list at work and gave it over the phone. A male colleague then came over to clarify this, he was really very nice. Nevertheless, every dish, except for the two kebabs that I and the male employee discussed, was wrong. “Here, this kebab is without onions and without spicy”. When I got to work there were onions and spicy in it. That was a disaster, I came over regularly and ordered food for work, that was the last time. There was hardly any meat in the kebabs, I also have photos. I don't understand how you can mess up such good food in such a way.

I had a very tasty kebab plate there with rice and salad. There are three different sauces that also tasted very good, and if you wish you can also have bread with it. You can also have fries instead of rice. The facility is modern, small but nice and very clean. The staff is also friendly. The prices are fair. Pizzas are also offered there. If you're in the mood for kebab or pizza, you can't go wrong if you stop by there.

We just had dinner there. I can recommend Kebabhaus with a clear conscience. We received a super friendly welcome. The staff waited patiently until we chose something. The food was ready very quickly and brought to our table. From a very friendly employee. The food was plentiful and super tasty. We also got home-baked bread which was also very tasty. The quality of the food was very good and tasted absolutely amazing. Everything was very clean and tidy. We didn't manage to finish everything and politely asked if they would pack the rest for us. Everything wasn't a problem, even when I asked if I could just take bread and some of the sauce with me, it wasn't a problem. We were then told that they do everything themselves. Also the sauces. And you can really taste it. Unfortunately, I don't live in Hamm and therefore can't come to eat often. So I can recommend the Hammer Kebabhaus with a clear conscience. I really don't understand the bad reviews here. Think that it's just envy and that's why you do everything badly. Just give it a try and you'll come out happy and full. I would like to share my experience with my recent order from your kebab house. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The bread used for the dish seemed old and dry. The salad was no longer fresh and already seemed stale. Additionally, the meat was of poor quality and appeared to have already spoiled. Overall, my dining experience was very unsatisfactory and I didn't get the enjoyment I was hoping for. I hope you can use this feedback constructively to improve the quality of your products and ensure future customers have a better experience. BG Guy

My kebab bag cost €8 with a drink, the kebab tasted very good 👍🏻 & the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately I don't live in Hamm, but I'll be back.

Das Fleisch ist super, der Salat ist frisch, das Brot ist Bombe... Verstehe diese ganzen schlechten Rezessionen hier überhaupt nicht, für mich der beste Döner in Hamm Personal ist sehr freundlich. Weiter so :)!

Habe bereits überall in Hamm Döner gegessen, keine machen Döner so gut wie die hier. Wartezeiten und milde Hektik ist zu erwarten von einem Dönerladen, besonders bei einem so großen auf einer so großen Straße, aber der Döner ist am Ende immer 5-Sterne.

Ein Dürüm und eine große Döner Pizza gegessen! Das Dürüm-Brot wurde vor meinen Augen zubereitet mega Fluffy und RIESIG 🥵😍 die Pizza schmeckt besser als in den meisten Pizzerias. Die Inhaber sind mega freundlich und die Mitarbeiter super schnell und zuvorkommend. All die negativen Kommentare kann ich nur verneinen! Denke da spricht die Eifersucht. Hammer Kebab Haus ?
