Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the service. We ordered a steak doner (€9), a steak doner plate (€16), fries (€4), and an iced tea. That comes to €29. We weren't asked what size we wanted. They automatically ordered the largest. The taste was unfortunately a bit greasy compared to other steak doner places. They also charged an extra 50 cents for the iced tea because there were two different flavors. The total bill was €32.50. As a restaurant, you can expect better service and clearer management. I would recommend it.

I got two dürüms there for €18 with cold meat. They tasted disgusting! The atmosphere was awful! Straight in the bin, that's it! 👎

My order was taken incorrectly. I ordered a regular doner kebab with steak meat. Then I ordered a regular durum doner kebab with regular meat. In the end, they gave me a regular durum doner kebab with regular meat, and then they gave me a durum doner kebab with steak meat. However, the service was absolutely terrible; they yelled at me even though they had made a mistake. Especially since the doners weren't exactly good. They tasted very floury, and the sauces were absolutely terrible. That's why I give them one out of five stars. And I would recommend everyone to avoid this kebab shop.

I ordered scampi pasta because I wanted to know what it tasted like as it's near me and I wanted to go there with my girlfriend but to be honest it's a disgrace to put 5 small mini scampis in there and fill it full of sauce the food was greasy and didn't taste good at all and I'm very disappointed!

We ordered yesterday via Lieferando and wanted cigkofte as a side dish to go with our lamb and minced meat skewer. The restaurant called us and said they were out of cigkofte and asked if we wanted an alternative. They suggested doner kebab, but that was too much for us. We suggested an additional small skewer for €8 instead. Instead, they simply cut the lamb skewer (€20) we had already paid for in half, made a dürüm with half of it, and delivered it to us like that – with the words "Here you go." This is unacceptable. We paid in full, but only received half. This seems like a deliberate scam to collect the extra €8. Very disappointing and absolutely not okay.

The food was delicious, the portions were large. The service was not very pleasant. She had such a rude attitude. But we were unpleasantly surprised by the price. We paid by card and only later did we notice how much we paid. I had a doner teller for 15 euros and a drink for 2 euros and I paid 18.5, I don't understand why 1.5 euros extra. A friend who was with me also had a doner teller and a redbull for 3 euros and paid 21 euros! That's 3 euros extra compared to 18 euros. They mislead people.

I normally like to get my food for the family from there but unfortunately something went a bit wrong today. I ordered my Adana skewer without the side of onions and they were still in there, what a shame. I also said in the kebab box that I wanted it with iceberg lettuce, tomato and cucumber but the employee didn't listen and only made a bit of iceberg lettuce and the rest just meat, which made my child sad. All in all, the employees were unfortunately only concerned with themselves and showed no interest in the customers, which is a shame.

Because of my job, I often eat out. I have eaten soup in restaurants many times in my life, today for the first time at Haci Baba. I would prefer to go into the minus range for the star rating. I ordered and ate chicken soup there today. The soup should be renamed “oil soup”. I ate the soup in the afternoon and am now lying in bed with stomach and abdominal cramps. I don't know what the rest of it tastes like, it looked very inviting and appetizing in itself. There was so much oil in the soup that when I stirred the oil layer didn't even move. Unless the chicken soup recipe is changed, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I chose the place because it is close to the airport. I have been going there whenever I get the chance for more than 3 years. It is very clean and delicious. The tripe soup is one of my favorites. I suggest you try it.

The meat doesn't taste good at all. The store was better 1.5 years ago. In retrospect, I should have accepted the long waiting time at Ballim.

Unfortunately the meat was pre-cut (around 10 p.m.) and the skewer looked through and dry again. The pre-cut meat must have been there for at least 30 minutes. I have never seen this at any other Haçı Baba branch. Please get better.

Absolutely disappointing visit to this kebab shop! The cashier at the checkout, who was bald, treated me strangely from the start. When I wanted to pay with a card, he not only looked at me strangely, but actually questioned me as to why I “only” ordered a Dürüm kebab and nothing else. As if that wasn't my decision! Instead of simply initiating the payment process, he continued to stare at me unpleasantly until I had to ask whether it was even possible to pay by card. Only then did he turn to ask a colleague and come back to suddenly speak to me in broken English - even though we had previously spoken normally in German. Completely unnecessary and extremely unpleasant. I had the feeling that he either didn't enjoy his job or that he didn't care about me as a customer. The entire atmosphere in the store was cold and unfriendly. Such behavior from the staff cannot be excused. I will definitely never eat here again and advise anyone not to visit this place. I will definitely pass on something like this! This once again underlines the negative aspects of the experience, emphasizing the employee's unfriendly behavior and the unpleasant atmosphere.

We were at the Haci Baba Restaurant on Johannisthaler Chaussee late in the evening at 10:30 p.m. and were more than positively surprised. Even though it was so late, we got a kebab that tasted fantastic - fresh, juicy and full of flavor! The prices are unbeatable, especially considering the high quality of the food. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, and the menu selection left nothing to be desired. The seating options are also generous, both inside and outside. If you're in the area, you should definitely stop by here!

I would prefer not to give any stars but for the rating you have to leave at least one star, I call and after taking the order 3 different people talk to me and say that the order cannot be fulfilled all at once and then they hang up on me in a disrespectful manner , it's time for this company to be boycotted, I could say so many things, mean employees plus destructive behavior! I ordered food with one side dish and received a completely different side dish. I was surprised and called there. The employee was very harsh and said that the side dish was like that. Ordered via Lieferando. In the comments (they're not there for fun) it was mentioned in capital letters what the kebab box should be like. Wasn't read at all. If you don't like onions and then have to fish them out... THANK YOU! The chicken kebab consisted almost of red cabbage, onions and mini pieces of meat. Never again!

I'm very happy with the food, but the service is sometimes really slow even though there are a few people working there.

Because the fun is called fast food, I had to wait almost an hour for my order, a kebab. The staff was unfriendly and the customers didn't behave. I don't recommend eating hir. Given the atmosphere and the price of €7, it's simply not worth it.

90 minutes of waiting and then the food arrived cold. The drink had a different taste, probably incorrect storage. NEVER SORRY AGAIN!!!
