Incredibly unfriendly. And they charged €4 for a doner kebab (hopefully no food poisoning).

Worst donor i never eat this type of worst donor in my life bread are too hard and old meat is burn old vegatable no taste on siuces.

I ordered a currywurst in the evening. But then this styrofoam box arrived, completely disfigured, without any explanation—the knife was so dull, though, that it cut into the box. The prices are arbitrary, too. GRRRR But at least I didn't get diarrhea 🥳

Very good food, everyone in the group loved the restaurant. We came in at 2:30 in the evening and the chef was happy and spreading joy. Very good döner place!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately, I have to change my review, and it's a negative one. The only positive point is that it costs €4. The meat had barely any bite or flavor; it felt like it had been stretched with flour. There wasn't much meat either. It felt like maybe 10 wafer-thin slices. The sauce was also only sparingly used. I used to enjoy getting a kebab here, but unfortunately not anymore. I'd rather spend a few euros more and get something for it. The service is okay, but it used to be nicer. A shame

Unfortunately, I can't give a review without a star. Otherwise, it would have been exactly 0 stars. Stay away! There are plenty of other kebab shops nearby. The man behind the counter is very cheeky and lies. I ordered falafel in bread and paid with a €20 bill. I got €14 back! When I politely pointed out that I could get an extra €1, I received the rude reply, "Falafel in bread costs €6." My point that the price board behind him said €5 was answered with another rude reply, "I don't care, it's always been €6." That was the "cheeky" part of my review. After a quick look at the shop's website (gemuesekebapberlin.de), I saw that falafel in bread costs €5.50. So much for the statement "has always cost €6." So, I was blatantly lied to, hence the "lying" part of my review. My twice, very polite, requests for a receipt were ignored. This should be of interest to the trade inspectorate. Conclusion: Never buy anything there!

Veal or chicken doner for an unbeatable 3.99€

Doner kebab for 4 euros (beef/chicken)? 🤔 Try it! The bread was delicious, the meat average, and the sauces tasted as full as they used to (especially the spicy sauce). Not a massive load for 4 euros, but the value is still top-notch. The service was very friendly. Both skewers looked a bit unevenly grilled to me. There's definitely room for improvement. The salad was fresh and everything was there, although I think corn can go anywhere, but not on my doner. 😉 We enjoyed it, so I'd classify it as solidly average (three stars). I don't understand the high ratings here, though. If Bro thinks he has the best doner in Berlin, he's unfortunately not far behind 😉

A solid kebab in Friedrichshain. Meat, bread, salads, and sauces – everything's really okay. Nothing outstanding, but it's okay. The veal kebab currently costs €3.99. You can't complain. I'm from the Ruhr area and am used to different prices.

The doner was only 4 euros and it was more delicious than other famous doner shops.

A late night seitan Dürum was served with gusto. Great blend of veggies and a nice spicy-but-not-tear-inducing sauce.

A döner at old Berlin prices for just three euros. The bread was a little dry and very crispy, but otherwise absolutely delicious. Great location by the street with outdoor seating. The vegetables are very fresh, the staff is super friendly, and the meat is excellent. Definitely worth a visit!

I came here for a late night chicken kebab and a falafel sandwich, both durum. This review in brief says, the food was impeccable in terms of quality and flavor. The real reason I’m writing the is review is thanks to the lovely man from Aleppo who you see briefly in this video. Such a well-mannered gentleman who is also a good host that makes delicious food. When he noticed that my choices of toppings suggested I like it the Arabic way, he called that out, and went out of his way to make it authentic for my palate. In the end I left a very humble tip and he decided to treat my generosity with even stronger generosity. He had a fantastic smile of appreciation and insisted I take a drink from the display for free. We had an additional short chat before I left, grateful for the exchange I had with him. Thank you!

Paid vegetable kebab for €6 - got normal kebab...?! I come from southern Germany and on my business trip to Berlin I was particularly looking forward to trying one of those famous “vegetable kebabs” that we don’t have. It's practical that there's even a kebab near my hotel that has exactly the same name! There I ordered a “chicken and vegetable kebab”, exactly as it is listed as the first item on the menu. The gentleman nodded and asked for payment first - €6, which is how much this kebab should cost according to the menu. While preparing it, I was suddenly surprised not to see any grilled vegetables anywhere. I was hoping it was somewhere I couldn't see. But before I knew it, my kebab was already packed. When I asked whether this was a vegetable kebab, the answer was that it was a normal one. When I said that I had ordered a vegetable kebab, I was told that there were no vegetables. Why wasn't I told this from the start and why did I pay the more expensive price? Really disappointing, unfortunately I can't recommend the shop - even though the kebab was actually delicious.

With a bit of empathy, this could be the best Döner in town, but I am a local, and biased.

Had a delicious steak kebab yesterday. It was tombul tombul good!

The visit was a complete disappointment. The meat was dry and tough, the bread was hard and hardly edible. Everything tasted bland and old. The shop was also dirty, tables and floors were visibly dirty. The highlight, however, was when an employee behind the counter blatantly picked his nose. That was just disgusting. I'll definitely never go here again.

Of course it's just a kebab shop, but you can also compare them. To be honest, he does poorly here. I can't understand the other reviews. Neither a world wonder in terms of taste nor service...

Wow, I'm really amazed! I traveled to Berlin and ate the kebab that so many people rave about. The hype is 100% worth it. It was very tasty and fresh. Be it the meat, the sauces and the bread. The staff was also super friendly. 10 out of 10!!! There is also nothing wrong with hygiene (which is a problem in many restaurants). Very clean.

I thought it was very good at first and enjoyed eating kebab here, even though they rarely had grilled vegetables ("vegetable kebab" means "kebab with grilled vegetables", not kebab with salad!). Now there are NEVER grilled vegetables, even though the shop is called Vegetable Kebap, and they don't sell chicken kebab anymore, only veal. That's it for me. Too bad.

Smallest kebab I've ever had. Had a Saitandöner and the salad was almost completely missing. There were only a few cucumbers and pieces of red cabbage in it. Then you can leave it alone.

In the dreamy Boxhagenerstrasse an oasis or better still a paradise.Continue like this.

Got two kebab meals. The food was amazing, the donner meat was great quality we really enjoyed it. Big portions as well we couldn't finish the chips! Staff was friendly 😀

Had a Seitan kebab box, hardly any fries in it, the Seitan was dry and I asked for no cucumbers and just a little bit of hot sauce on it, but then I was given an extra lot of cucumbers and a huge ladle of hot sauce, so that you could hardly taste the rest . Unfortunately very disappointing.

My son had chicken döner and got terrible food poisoning. Stay away!

Worst chicken döner I have ever had. Chicken was partially overcooked - partially raw. Chilli sauce tasted like a canned pressed tomato.

Solider Döner zu fairen Preisen. Das Fleisch wird hier auch ordentlich durchgebraten im Vergleich zu so manch anderem Berliner Laden.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS THEN I WOULD. Severe food poisoning from a donor kebab wrap. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I dropped more artillery in my accommodation Toilet than the war and that doesn't include the projectile missiles that came out my front as well. If you eat here then prepare to be sick, this place should be shut down.

Seitan Döner schmeckt sehr gut. Der Laden selbst ist wenig einladend und der Typ bisschen unfreundlich aber Hauptsache es schmeckt.

Spät in der Nacht hat der Döner ganz ordentlich geschmeckt.

Der Döner schmeckt gut und hat einen fairen Preis. Die Zutaten sind frisch zubereitet und man wird freundlich begrüßt. Wer auf der Suche nach einem schnelle Essen am Abend oder in der Mittagspause ist, sollte hier her gehen. Es gibt für die Vegetarier auch einen Döner mit Seiten 👍

Bester Dönerladen meiner Meinung nach müsst mal vorbei schauen und euch eure Meinung selber bilden. Mit Abstand das beste Fleisch Salat ebenso alles frisch schmeckt einfach wunderbar sehr nette Bedienung die Soßen selbst gemacht einen Döner wie man es sich ihn vorstellt Top 🥇

Der beste Dönerladen in der Boxhagener Straße also im Kiez schmeckt sehr sehr lecker alle und sehr gute Preise und das Schönste daran ist auch im Angebot von Baklava das ist sehr lecker schmeckt und ein richtig guten Preis und sehr sehr nette Mitarbeiter ich bin sehr sehr zufrieden mit Dönerladen

Dönerfleisch schmeckt nicht. Vormittags halb elf waren alle Tische fleckig und schmutzig. Generell macht der Laden keinen sauberen Eindruck.

Ho raramente visto un posto così triste, deprimente, e antipatico. Per non parlare dell’igiene che lascia davvero a desiderare. In fondo alla sala ci sono le “slot” : e Il quadro è completo.

Gutes Brot, guter Hähnchendöner, haben mir genauso zubereitet wie gefragt.

Unerwarteter Weise, war das essen für mich ungenießbar und nicht zum Verzehr für Menschen geeignet. Das Haareschneiden und das servieren des Essens, sollte in Zukunft nicht zur selben Zeit geschehen. Aus diesen Gründen, kann ich leider nicht mehr als einen Sern geben. Mit freundlichen Grüßen.

Der Döner war Maximal ungenießbar. Der Döner schmeckt wie ein Stück pappe und kostet 5€ was viel zu teuer für so ein schlechten Döner ist! Auch das Personal war bodenlos. KEINE EMPFEHLUNG

Dieser „Dönerladen“ ist keine Empfehlung wert… Es wurden Pommes, Currywurst und Falafel zusammen in einer Fritteuse gemacht. Mein Falafel war lauwarm und hatte eine leichte Currywurst Note. Ich bin vegetarisch!!! Das geht gar nicht!!!

Ist mit abstand das schlechteste essen was ich seid langem gegessen habe. Bedienung unglaublich unfreundlich und alles war sehr unhygienisch. Ich hatte mal einen 2 monate alten dip in meinem zimmer und der hat leckerer gerochen als das hier geschmeckt hat. Geht wo anders hin!!!
