Unfortunately, you guys are really bad. You order by phone and it is delivered completely incorrectly. If you order via Lieferando, it may come out wrong and you just have to read what the customer wants and what he doesn't want. It can't be that hard. If so, then you might want to expand and improve your German skills a bit! And that's why you pay money for my pregnant wife burning her tongue on your hot sauce. For example, this was explicitly not requested! Never again !

Doner kebab was soggy, fries too and half of it was missing! Would never order there again!!!

I called to cancel my order because I made the wrong order. The employee didn't understand me, he didn't understand until much too late that I had a cancellation, he got loud and yelled at me and just hung up in a rude manner! I called back and no one answered! If you don't enjoy your job and are in a bad mood, do yourself and your customers a favor and please quit!

Caution! Waited almost 2 hours for the food. The driver apparently couldn't find it. Waited outside for another 20 minutes and the cold! Food finally arrived. Never again

Just got a kebab that was once again so spicy that you could hardly eat it even though it said NO spiciness!!!!! That was the second time now. In addition, the kebab meat is seasoned strangely

The best kebab ever!!! The owners and employees on site are super friendly, funny and always have a nice saying on their lips. 😊😊 All the dishes I have ordered so far have always been fresh, very tasty and very large. The range is extensive but not too big - so everything is clear and yet you have a great selection of products and dishes. I particularly like the changing “ready meals”, which are all made in-house. So you can choose between four to five different warm dishes every day, if you don't want to eat kebab or something similar on hand. It's quite easy to find a parking space - wheelchair users stand in front of the five steps and can't get into the restaurant on their own - but the employees are all very friendly and helpful and act quickly and easily in this case.

Ate a kebab plate there for lunch this afternoon. For 10 euros it was a big joke what was served there😞😞😞

Ordered jumbo kebab, Curywurst and Jägerschnitzel. Jumbo kebab: For the price I also ask for a jumbo. Hardly any meat, bread totally hard. Coleslaw? What was that, wood chips with water? I had some Greek food this week, the coleslaw was also awful, the currywurst was OK. French fries, well. Jägerschnitzel: What a disgusting sauce. Mushrooms in a red fat paste that tasted totally sour. Salad side dish: cabbage shavings with chopped greens without dressing. We often tried yours and it was the worst food. However, delivery arrived after just 15 minutes. So it was all ready

Disgusting, I had a long hair on my food, probably from the young employee there! I was handed a plate of kebab where the first thing you notice is the long hair. If I noticed it then he would too and he could have got rid of it. First and last time I went to the store.

Price development is all well and good, but an additional loss of quality is unfortunately not acceptable. The bread wasn't toasted but soft and wobbly, there was sauce only on one side, three crumbs of sharp cheese at the bottom. In addition, with the cucumber tomato mixture only 2 pieces of cucumber. Once again the veal skewer was empty and I kindly switched to chicken again and then the meat is dry like I have no idea what. Sorry but unfortunately it's really the last time.

Wrong delivery instead of how the order was completed, other things were delivered, the driver didn't have any change (it was around 2 euros) doner arrived cold and pide tasted like cardboard, very chewy NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!! PRICE PERFORMANCE = FUCK

It's clean and the food is above average. The staff is nice sometimes too. But what now motivates me to stop coming to you are your prices. 6 euros for a kebab, the price has doubled in 3 years? Like that? This can no longer be justified. At 5 euros the fun stops, at 6 euros you just feel completely ripped off. With 4 kebab shops on one street, it seems to be very profitable.

Sehr nettes und sauberes Lokal nettes Personal waren sehr zufrieden.Alles wurde frisch gemacht sehr gut.Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt und ich stand kurz vor dem Plätzen immer wieder gerne.

Hunger gekriegt in Hagen, Bewertung sah gut aus, und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Brot knusprig, Fleisch saftig, Soße perfekt! 👌 Top Döner!

Essen bestellt dauerte 1:30 h und bei einer Bestellung das extra vergessen essen lauwarm war aber trotzdem noch lecker

Das Essen dort ist absolut okay, nichts besonderes, aber auch nicht schlecht. Die Zutaten scheinen alle frisch zu sein und die Auswahl ist auch relativ groß. Der Laden an sich macht nen guten Eindruck. Hier kann man auch gemütlich sitzen und essen, sogar eine Terrasse ist vorhanden. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend direkt vorm Laden.

Seine Mahlzeiten waren köstlich und der Lieferservice war schnell und sehr nett. Ich danke allen.
