There is a wide selection of soups, grilled dishes, pizza, pide dumplings, meat or vegetable dishes, desserts and fresh flatbreads. Centrally located near the train station, the chef Mehmet C Usta makes the best food. Thank you very much.

Unacceptable behavior from the staff! My 15-year-old sister was yelled at for no reason at all – absolutely unacceptable! I've never experienced such disrespect. Instead of being friendly and helpful, they attack you and treat you rudely. This is completely unacceptable! We will definitely avoid this place and can only advise against going there.

It's perfectly fine to have a bad day, but taking it out on the customer is completely unacceptable. Today I witnessed two people asking a perfectly normal question – and the poor young man was then rudely confronted. That's really unnecessary. It's a shame that such behavior still exists in 2025. Truly impolite.

My brother simply asked a question and was yelled at for no reason by a guy who barely speaks German. Not recommended at all!!!! Very poor service!!!

I just wanted to buy some bread when I saw an employee shouting at a customer for asking a normal question. It was so rude that I immediately walked out of the store because I didn't want to be yelled at like the customer... If you're having a bad day, you definitely shouldn't take it out on your customers. The employee obviously wasn't taught this. Bad service!

Very nice staff, witty, friendly, and approachable. Since the Hagen market no longer offers flatbread, as it has for years, for every family celebration, a replacement was needed. A trip to the train station solves the problem. Delicious, fresh flatbread of the usual high quality at a fair price.

Nice service, food fresh and tasty and a salad and two teas on the house and you get a generally great experience

The lentil soup is okay, but the lahmacun has a very bad smell and no lemon, onion or greens were served with it. I asked for rice and it came at the last moment I was supposed to stay, even though there were only 5 people inside.

Turkish cuisine in Hagen. Perfect. A must have. He must definitely go. Prices are very affordable. Friendly service.

A very good meal is offered there, you have to say the köfte there is a culinary delight, very tasty, but unfortunately it seemed very warm to me there but it was nothing earth-shattering, the food was delicious

Gülsaray ein Laden mit leckerem Essen frischem Brot und Süssbackwaren ..

Sehr freundliche, respektvolle und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Ich besuchte das Lokal allein. Meine Lahmacun mit Salat war sehr gut. Ich wurde noch zu einem Tee eingeladen.

Der beste Laden. Ich empfehle jedem Pide dort zu essen. Ich hatte gestern meine Verlobung und hatte von Gülsaray Hagen Pide bestellt für 120 Personen. Jeder war begeistert, dass die Pides so gut schmeckten. Fast jeder hatte gefragt, woher wir die bestellt haben. Es war so unheimlich lecker. Vielen lieben Dank. Ich werde Gülsaray definitiv weiter empfehlen. :)

Jeden Morgen bin ich mit Arbeitskollege da Suppe trinken bester laden Brot perfekt Suppe perfekt und Mittags Gerichte guru fasulye pilav beste

Immer frisches Angebot seit Jahren keine Änderung an der Qualität

Schmeckt ganz gut und die Atmosphäre ist gewachsen, nicht designed. Es kommen ganz normale Menschen dahin. Die Baklava ist gut, besonders ein Stückchen mit Pfefferminze, Namen weiss ich nicht, in Form einer Rolle.

Ein sehr schönes türkischen Lokal wo man sehr gut essen kann und ich meine wirklich gut und auch sehr abwechslungsreich und die Preise sind auch sehr gut also man bekommt für sein Geld echt viel

Es gibt den Laden seit über 30 Jahren, alt bewerte saubere Küche. Leute sind sehr nett. Wenige Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
