Ha Noi Pho in Düsseldorf

Excellent food. My wife and I had the Bun Bo Hue and Pho Chay, respectively. Both dishes were amazing and the staff were very friendly. One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Dusseldorf!

We ate in this Vietnamese restaurant for the first time today and were really impressed. We felt like we were in Hanoi because of the decor and ambience. Since we missed our national dish Pho, we each ordered a Pho Bowl for ourselves. The bowl was really well filled with noodles and meat and lots of fresh Vietnamese herbs... just like you know from Vietnam. We will definitely come back and try more traditional dishes next time. The boss and the employees are very nice and very accommodating. Everything was clean and freshly done.

THE place to go for authentic Vietnamese food. Phở and Bún Bò Huế are really tasty, highly recommended.

As a Vietnamese person, I approve the authentication of the food. Pho dac biet is a must try. People are very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and special-looking. Don’t miss out this place.

The waitress didn't write down our order (two people). We didn't order much either, but unfortunately I got the wrong dish. There was only one other table occupied at the time and there really wasn't much going on. When I told the waitress this, she confidently gave me the wrong dish number. Then she asked if that was ok or if I would prefer the other dish. Since I didn't want the dish I had already started to eat to be thrown away, I declined her offer. Besides, we were really hungry and I didn't feel like waiting any longer.

Best restauran ive been in Months i would love to eat there again

Unfortunately, we didn't always feel that we were treated kindly when dealing with dark-skinned people. The waiter was nice (1 star for him) but the woman sitting next to him was very unfriendly. The food was also unsatisfactory - the carrots were very hard and overall the dish wasn't cooked properly. It was a shame that I couldn't enjoy my birthday meal like that. Always check properly, even try it when she gets something to take away!

Incredibly unfriendly. I reserved a table and confirmed the cancellation 2.5 days in advance using the mobile phone number provided in the reservation. On the day of the previously canceled reservation (8 minutes after the originally agreed time), I was then stared at in an incomprehensible manner over the phone for 1.5 minutes, asking me where I was staying and that I should not make any more reservations until the phone was hung up. So unfriendly, crazy, even though the fault is clearly theirs. You don't even feel like going to the store.

This small but very authentic, sweetly decorated restaurant in the heart of Düsseldorf is an insider tip. The food is not only beautifully presented to the eye, it tastes like mom's. Whether it's the pho soup or the curry dish, it couldn't be better. The service from start to finish was very friendly, very attentive. Top!! All in all you feel very, very comfortable. You can pay both in cash and by card. We would love to come back.

I ate Hanoi Pho for the first time with my daughter and we were thrilled. At first we really liked the ambience because it reminded us of our last Vietnam vacation. The service was super nice and when the food came we were completely thrilled! My daughter loves pho and this was great. After a few fantastic spring rolls, I had duck in mago curry sauce, which isn't 100% Vietnamese, but was simply delicious! We will definitely be regulars at Hanoi Pho!

Outrageous! You ask for a customer toilet for our 3-year-old daughter and are denied and also lie that you don't have a toilet, even though a toilet is signposted. This behavior from a toddler is unacceptable and heartless!!! Thank you for nothing.

The decor is nice. My peanut curry and summer rolls were ok, but the salad was too small. The dimsum were deep fried, dry and small. Medium in taste. At the end we got a handwritten receipt... then we'll know 🫤

Tonight I ordered Bun Tron with tofu to take away and when I got home I realized that the fried onions, bean sprouts, cucumber, spices and peanuts were forgotten to put in the food. In the end I just got rice noodles with too much sauce. Too bad. I'm too far away from the city center to complain.

The restaurant seemed understaffed and the waitress being in a hurry, was in quite a rush. She was rude in her language and the food was not upto par. Personally, I wouldn't go again. No mention of cash only payment anywhere.

I found this spot close to my hotel, and Ithought a warm bowl of soup would be a nice ending to long day. I tried to ask questions about the menu, and the waitress was dismissive. But I was hungry after traveling, so I decided to order take away. I asked for utensils, and she insisted they were in the bag. Got to my hotel and no utensils or napkins, which made it difficult to eat my pho. The food was fine, once I found utensils, and was able to sit down and eat.

Nice restaurant near the train station. I had the mango sauce dish which is a great non-spicy curry alternative. It was lightly sweet but went well with the tofu bits!

This is a very nice restaurant with an ambience we truly enjoyed. The food was amazing. We ordered the Pho Kokos and Green Curry, both of which were delicious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place!

Great authentic Pho! If you know the difference between Northern and Southern Pho, it would be closer to the Southern variant, though served with Northern-style broad rice noodles

Ha Noi Pho is a good restaurant with authentic food. I really enjoyed the curry. The edamame can still be improved. Staff is nice. Prices normal. Unfortunately only cash payment.

Absolutely delicious. I got the duck curry pho. Every ingredient was incredibly fresh, as if they have a garden in the back and are picking straight from it. Delicious!

Bun Bo hue was great. Soup flavours were great. Noodles on the thinner side than what I’m used to but still tasted good. Lacking on the amount of beef provided. The fresh herbs provided was good but I think scented lettuce would have excelled this dish. Overall it was a great bowl of soup and was happy to visit here. Only disappointment was staff kept insisting I use a tablespoon for a soup instead of your regular Asian soup spoons but eventually this was sorted out. Decor was a bit weird. Their chairs weren’t exactly comfortable.

So what we liked best here was that we had freshly prepared food. Table was wonderful too. However, what we didn't like so much was that it smelled like fried food throughout the entire restaurant! I think the ventilation isn't strong enough. Otherwise the prices were really very fair and the entire service was very good and incredibly friendly - a clear recommendation!

For me, this (still) inconspicuous restaurant embodies really good soul food. For me (hands down) it is the very best Vietnamese far and wide. He beats the competition in Düsseldorf by miles. Run by a sweet pair of siblings, the food in this restaurant is incredibly fresh and authentic. The Pho tastes 1:1 like in Hanoi. I've already dragged all my groups of friends and work colleagues here. So far everyone is excited. Price-performance is fair. For the 1A quality, the prices are in the moderately high segment, and by no means cheap Asian/snack prices are to be expected. Please keep it up!
