Ha Noi Pho in Düsseldorf

I was recommended by a friend to try the Phở here. At first, I didn’t have high hopes because I’ve tried so many Vietnamese restaurants in NRW where the taste wasn’t authentic — but Hà Nội Phố really surprised me. This is 100% AUTHENTIC PHỞ, it truly feels like home. The owner was super friendly and the food was served quickly. If you’re looking for a truly authentic and super delicious phở in Düsseldorf, this is definitely the place to go!

I can’t comment on the food, but the staff was very unfriendly. They wouldn’t let me choose a table and rudely pressured us to order immediately after being seated. I understand if the kitchen is about to close, but please communicate that politely when giving us a table. The sign on the door says you’re open for another three hours—don’t expect customers to guess your actual working hours are different.

The food was very poor; I also mentioned it to the staff. No reaction whatsoever. The salmon was very dry, the rest was extremely salty. Apparently, they also need cash because they told me they couldn't accept cards. When I told them I didn't have cash, they were able to accept it, which was quite unusual. The owner ignored us and left a 15-year-old boy to fend for himself.

A clear recommendation. Booking online worked perfectly. We received a very warm welcome at the restaurant. Our visit was for a birthday, which I had also mentioned in a note when booking. They actually took note and congratulated me – very thoughtful. The only minor drawback was the rather cramped seating – but maybe I shouldn't go out to eat so often... We all enjoyed the food. Well-seasoned and with fresh ingredients! We'd be happy to go back. The wait time was perfect, and the value for money is good.

The pho broth is quite clear, and the pho bowl is filled with well-cooked beef. I think this dish is suitable for a cold day.

Beautiful restaurant, lovely ambiance, delicious food. Two of us sat at a table for two and were asked twice if we needed more space. There was also the option of sitting outside. We each had an appetizer and a bowl. The bowls were really generous portions; an appetizer wasn't necessary. It was very tasty, everything was fresh! The iced tea was a bit too sweet for me.

The food here is always great, I've never been disappointed. Even friends from far away say, "Let's go back!" every time we visit. The portions are large and the prices are pretty fair. If I pay €17 for a soup, it's totally worth it, and I'm full afterwards. It's quiet and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing evening. My recommendation is definitely the 15, slightly spicy, but damn delicious 😋

I came here yesterday with my family. The pho was delicious. I had initially told the waiter that my stomach was upset after traveling and she brought me hot tea with fresh mint and ginger. After the tea and pho, my stomach felt better. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and the waiter was very kind. Service was quick and the restaurant was well decorated.

We found this place by mistake due to the recommended restaurant being closed. However, we were happy with the excellent meal and quick service maybe because it was a public holiday. We had Pho Cari with crispy duck and Bun bo Hue with beef. Both were authentic, delicious and very generous portions. Well recommended 👌

Food was pretty good, quite enjoyable. Unfortunately the service and general atmosphere of the place was just straight up unpleasant. Staff were rude and kept staring at me from across the restaurant the entire time I was eating, making no attempt to hide it. When asking about the possibility of card payment, I was told it'd be possible from 30€. This amount was later raised to 50€ without any explanation. Fortunately I had cash with me, nonetheless this is unacceptable. The people preparing the food are doing a good job, everyone else needs to cop on. Not recommended.

Very good food. The place was empty, the girls were quite unfriendly but the waiter was very nice. A person came in to ask if he could pay them to charge his cell phone and they literally yelled at him not to leave😂😂 I went crazy because how much you scream. From there we were a little cold. On top of that you can't pay by card, all cash and I had to go looking for an ATM in a hurry. You could notify in advance or put up a sign. Overall good but I wouldn't go back.

I went there with a friend of mine for dinner. We ordered the yellow and red curry dishes with rice, vegetables, duck, and tofu (each). The order was taken quickly, and it was prepared very fast, so we didn't have to wait long. The food was beautifully arranged, and it was delicious. Ha Noi Pho is a cozy destination in the heart of Düsseldorf, famous for its flavorful beef pho and authentic Vietnamese iced milk coffee. The space is gently decorated, imbued with traditional Vietnamese culture, very suitable for enjoying a home-cooked meal in the middle of Europe. Friendly service, reasonable prices. Worth a visit if you miss the taste of Vietnam in Germany.

This Vietnam restaurant is nearest my hotel. I tried Bun Bo Hue, I actually dont know the taste of people in Düsseldorf but this taste here is also light compare to flavor in Vietnam, Bun Bo Hue with strong taste with lemon grass, chilly, shrimp past, bigger rice noodle. But in general Bun Bo Hue in this restaurant is find with me. Hot soup, many topping with beef, meat ball, Vietnamese ham, eating with vegetables, lemon and spicy chilly. It is very good. Good for craving Vietnamese good in here.

I was here for the first time today because I was craving Asian food and ordered the yellow curry. The portion was generous - I initially found that very positive. After a few spoonfuls, however, I discovered a hair in the food and reported this to the employee and asked for a new dish. I found her reaction to be inappropriate and impertinent: she assumed it was my own hair and reacted rudely before reluctantly preparing a new dish. As a guest, you want to feel taken seriously and treated with respect - unfortunately that wasn't the case here. I felt uncomfortable. For this reason I can only rate the visit with one star. Never again!

This restaurant has excellent food! However there was a bit of confusion with the waiter but all in all he was very polite and with regards to the atmosphere, as the restaurant is on a street with lots of traffic, you can see people passing by or cars making noise, etc which it is ok-ish, but then there were two guys who entered and then the lady at the end of the restaurant started to yell at them, which made the atmosphere less appealing. Also they said I couldn’t pay with credit card because the device was damaged but in reality at the end I could pay with my card, as I told them I could only pay by card, so I concluded that it was a lie just for them not to have to pay the card fees. However all in all I recommend the place because the food is pretty good and the location is easy to find.

I visited HÁO NÔI with 4 other girls after making a reservation. A small, cozy restaurant with charm, right in the city center. We were warmly welcomed into the busy restaurant and our table was ready straight away. The drinks came quickly and we didn't have to wait long for the food either. It tasted super good. Price performance is great. I would eat here again.

Friendly and happy service and food is both tasty and generous with portions. We walked in (had to wait 5 mins or so) and got a spot for two people near the front. Starter and two mains was plenty. Bún Bowl Hà Nội tasty and very fresh! Cá Hồi Nướng generous with portions and the tamarind sauce was lovely. We had a Definitely recommend and give it a try!

Very tasty food, great ambience! I've been there 4 times now and I've enjoyed every meal so far. The price-performance ratio is very good, large portions. The decor and music invite you to relax. It's never too crowded or too loud, so it's the perfect oasis of calm in the middle of the city. The only point of criticism is that card payment was only possible after repeated requests. But that was only the case once. Otherwise the service and food is very good.

Spontaneously booked a room in Düsseldorf. I looked on Google and found a delicious Thai place 👍. Ambience almost typical & brilliantly delicious food ordered. Ordered a regional Thai broth & then a delicious “Thap Cam Xo” ❗️. Oh and the service was very, very naturally friendly ✅. And a healthy price-performance ratio 😋👍. Thank you again

We ate in this Vietnamese restaurant for the first time today and were really impressed. We felt like we were in Hanoi because of the decor and ambience. Since we missed our national dish Pho, we each ordered a Pho Bowl for ourselves. The bowl was really well filled with noodles and meat and lots of fresh Vietnamese herbs... just like you know from Vietnam. We will definitely come back and try more traditional dishes next time. The boss and the employees are very nice and very accommodating. Everything was clean and freshly done.

The waitress didn't write down our order (two people). We didn't order much either, but unfortunately I got the wrong dish. There was only one other table occupied at the time and there really wasn't much going on. When I told the waitress this, she confidently gave me the wrong dish number. Then she asked if that was ok or if I would prefer the other dish. Since I didn't want the dish I had already started to eat to be thrown away, I declined her offer. Besides, we were really hungry and I didn't feel like waiting any longer.

Unfortunately, we didn't always feel that we were treated kindly when dealing with dark-skinned people. The waiter was nice (1 star for him) but the woman sitting next to him was very unfriendly. The food was also unsatisfactory - the carrots were very hard and overall the dish wasn't cooked properly. It was a shame that I couldn't enjoy my birthday meal like that. Always check properly, even try it when she gets something to take away!

Incredibly unfriendly. I reserved a table and confirmed the cancellation 2.5 days in advance using the mobile phone number provided in the reservation. On the day of the previously canceled reservation (8 minutes after the originally agreed time), I was then stared at in an incomprehensible manner over the phone for 1.5 minutes, asking me where I was staying and that I should not make any more reservations until the phone was hung up. So unfriendly, crazy, even though the fault is clearly theirs. You don't even feel like going to the store.
