Went to our favorite Italian restaurant here in Kassel again today. It is a small but nice bistro-style restaurant. You look for a free table and then order at the counter. Of course you can also order all meals to take away. The food is always delicious, hot and ready super quickly. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating! And the price-performance ratio is simply great! You just enjoy coming here :)

I like going here! The food could have been a little more seasoned but otherwise it was great. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable and the selection is good. It's casual with self-service, but as I said the prices are pretty solid. Not for a date but absolutely great every now and then.

A great restaurant. The food is comparatively cheap but only in terms of costs. It tastes nice and is affordable. The only slight downside is, that they will use little from ingredients which are more expensive, but this isn't a problem because it still tastes good. The staff is extremely friendly and overall helpful. It's self-service, this is no downside in my opinion.

Solid. Good pop-up terrace, delicious antipasti. Uncomplicated, pleasant interaction, good written communication, reasonable prices. It's a bit like system catering because you get your own cutlery, glasses and food and order it at the counter, but it's definitely pleasant. Dog friendly, that gets the 5th star.

I may be a little harsh, but the food is average at best. Unfortunately, the antipasti plate was unimaginative and not up to par in terms of taste. The tomato sauce on the pasta and pizza had little taste of its own. I would not recommend Gusto Tavola for lovers of Italian cuisine or even just pizza lovers.

Interesting business idea for a self-service pizzeria.

In my opinion, the restaurant is not barrier-free because there is probably no service and you have to order and pick up the food and drinks at the counter yourself. This is not manageable for blind/visually impaired people traveling alone.

Four of us spontaneously ate there before an event at the Congress Palais and were very enthusiastic about the food. The kitchen was super fast and the pizzas were great too. However, the waiter who took the order was completely drunk and apparently not in control of the situation. He couldn't remember the table number or the dishes. Beer was also spilled next to it. The rest of the staff were very on their toes, but the man at the cash register was a real imposition. I've never experienced anything like that during the day.

Good pizza, simple and tasty Italian cuisine, clean rooms inside, also tables outside, you can sit with self-service but under the view of friendly and attentive staff, fast and precise service: excellent value for money.

We always enjoyed going to Gusto, the food was always great. Unfortunately we can no longer eat there because there are hardly any dishes without wheat flour and we have allergies. A pity.

Ich war schon sehr oft dort und bin immer sehr zufrieden wieder gegangen.

Nette Optik. Leider nicht sehr Kundenorientiert. Abzuraten für Personal in Uniform die jeden Moment mit einem Einsatz rechnen müssen. Angestellter an der Bestellannahme nimmt andere die später kamen vorher dran und lässt zB Rettungsdienst einfach stehen wobei die jeden moment los müssen. Daher leider keine Möglichkeit was zum Essen zu sagen weil so weit kamen Wir dank dem Herrn nicht. Aber weiß das auch da nach dem Verhalten nicht mehr hingehe. Dann lieber Piccolo oder Los Delria oder so, da steht man nicht an und wird stehen gelassen.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier und sind wirklich sehr positiv überrascht! Der Laden tut exakt das, was er soll: super leckeres Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Natürlich sieht es hier nicht wie in einem Luxusrestaurant aus. Wer das sucht, ist im falschen Laden gelandet. Hier kommt man hin, wenn man einfach nur leckere Pizza essen will. Man holt sein Essen selber ab und holt sich selbst das Besteck selber. Aber das gehört hier nunmal zum Konzept. Wir haben 4 verschiedene Pizzen bestellt und alle waren ausgezeichnet vom Geschmack. Die Portion könnte ein wenig größer sein, aber ansonsten ist es wirklich super. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Von einer einfachen Pizza Magharita bis zu eher hier unbekannten Spezialitäten wie Pasta Puttanesca gibt es viele leckere Gerichte. Die Preise sind sehr gut, die Portionen reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Es erwartet einen ein gemütliches, modernes Ambiente. Sowohl einen schnellen Espresso zwischendurch in der Pause als auch ein leckeres Mittagessen sind hier ebenso möglich wie ein gepflegtes Abendessen als Tagesabschluss. Meine Pasta mit Pfefferlingen war sehr gut.Kleine Pizza das war die kleinste kleine Pizza die ich bis jetzt gesehen habe,war aber lecker. Personel sehr freundlich. Nur die Toiletten, leider hätte ich mehr mühe gegeben. Kann aber trotzdem empfehlen -essen sehr lecker.

Am Anfang war ich echt skeptisch da ich echt pimpelieg mit Essen bin, aber ich muss sagen es war unglaublich lecker. Ich habe Pizza bestellt und war begeistert, war schnell fertig und sehr frisch. Geschmack 10/10. Würde sehr gerne wieder dort essen

Chic ist anders, aber geschmeckt hat es super. Es gibt verschiedene Tagesgerichte. Antipasti, Pizza, Pasta und Dessert. Bestellt wird an der Theke, man hat einen Summer am Tisch und holt sich das Essen dann an der Ausgabe. Das Lokal war Dienstag abends sehr gut besucht und dennoch haben wir nicht lange auf unser Essen gewartet.

Gutes Essen zu guten Preisen Auf wünsche wird eingegangen

Seit langem mal wieder hier vorbeigeschaut und danach auch gewusst warum: Konzeptionell nach wie vor sehr gut, schlicht, transparent und weitestgehend freundlich. Preise im Vergleich niedrig aber hier kommt dann auch der Spruch „you get what you pay for“ zum tragen. Die Pasta und Pizza Gerichte haben recht wenig mit traditioneller italienischer Küche zu tun. Man schmeckt weder hochwertiges Olivenöl noch Pecorino, Guancale, San Marzano Tomaten, Fior di Latte oder andere gängige Zutaten einer traditionellen Pasta oder Pizza heraus. Das Essen bewegt sich so irgendwo zwischen Jugendherbergen- und Kantinenniveau. Wem das ausreicht, der kann hier schnell und günstig essen.

Speciaal adresje. Hier kom je niet voor fancy food. Je bestelt aan de kassa, je neemt je bestek en toebehoren. De buzzer op tafel laat je weten als je bestelling klaar is. Wij aten een lekkere pizza. Rechtoe rechtaan.

The best pasta you can try in Kassel! We always visit GUSTO once we are in Kassel. I can only recommend the place, they are just the best!

Found via trip advisor. So friendly, multilingual and the food is good. It can be a quick stop or a lengthy German meal stop. You decide. It works however you need it. We just needed a quick bite and get on with the evening. Only regret is I won’t be in Kassel long enough to return. This place deserves repeated visits.

If you are lost in food choice, then, don't waste your time and go directly to Gusto. Very nice atmosphere, busy, but not noisy. Somehow, I felt very much like at home and food is absolutely delicious (recommend their soups!!!). Quick orders, self-service and fresh food! What can be better?!

Nice, clean and friendly place, relaxed atmosphere and tasty food from italian chef. I especially liked their calzione and pasta carbonara. They also make delicious cocoa and capuccino.

Me with my wife and 2 kids have already been 4 times in GUSTO. And we can recommend this Restaurant to all lovers of good Italian cuisine. GUSTO offers very tasty Pastas and Pizzas, great choice of appetizers (especially Vitello Tonato!), typical Italian desserts (Panna Cotta, Tiramisu). The chef of GUSTO is very friendly, ambient is very relaxing, Italian music in the background. And very democratic prices! My favorite place in Kassel.
