Very tasty noodle dishes and the pizza is also recommended

We've eaten here several times, or ordered and picked up something, and we've always been satisfied. We've recommended Gusto several times. :) You'll be taken at the counter in a friendly manner, then you'll receive a buzzer that vibrates as soon as your food is ready, and you can pick it up yourself. In addition to the delicious dishes on the regular menu, it's also worth checking out the current specials.

Conclusion: Like a cafeteria. + It was very fast. 5-7 minutes from ordering to serving. - No service. You order at the counter and pick up your food at the counter. - Poorly presented - Poor taste I had the Bruschetta & Spaghetti Carbonara. Bruschetta = 2⭐ Fresh ingredients. Bread was soggy and hard. Apparently pre-toasted that morning. Too few onions. Not enough flavor. Tomato pieces too large. Asparagus Carbonara: 0⭐ Watery cream sauce with no flavor. Definitely not carbonara! Couldn't get a bite down. All this with a 0.33 liter Coke for €20. Not recommended!

The pasta is always cooked to perfection! They also master the art of making a crema coffee, and they can also combine dishes differently than the original recipe. The perfect setting for a pleasant lunch break!

Very friendly and very good food

It was actually good, but unfortunately the outside area was noisy on the main street. The inside was nice, with high tables but also some regular ones. The food isn't brought to the table; it's more like a self-service affair. The food was good, which is what matters. Very reasonably priced, highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the pizza selection was very limited. But it tasted good.

The food was fantastic! Their Pizza Quattro Formaggi was hands-down the best I've ever had. The Bolognese and Carbonara pasta dishes were also delicious, though one dish was just okay. The staff were super friendly, but the atmosphere didn't quite live up to the exceptional food quality. For sure try their Pizza quattro formaggi

It may seem unassuming at first glance, but anyone who eats here, whether without or, as in our case, with children, will definitely not go wrong. Great service, super friendly Delicious food (in our case, pasta and pizza) Great value for money Clean, whether it's the dining room or the restrooms, everything isn't the newest, but it's clean and tidy. We'll be back.

Gusto in Kassel is a fantastic self-service Italian spot! The food quality was good, especially the Carbonara, which was great and highly recommended. It's easy to order, the environment is comfortable, and you can sit outside in summer. Prices are very reasonable. We wish we'd known about the extra menu, but we were too hungry to notice! Definitely a top choice for a delicious and affordable Italian meal.

The pasta is sensational. I had penne arrabbiata. The sauce was perfect!!! The service crew is friendly and helpful. Gusto's concept is "self-service." You have to like that. There are tables and chairs/benches outside. I would come back whenever I'm in Kassel.

Beautifully located in the western front of the city, between Bebelplatz and Stadthalle, with plenty of street parking. The restaurant has an authentic interior and outdoor seating in the summer. The food is freshly prepared in the open kitchen. The food is truly delicious. The friendly and competent staff deserves special mention.

We visited this Italian restaurant on recommendation – and we didn't regret it! The atmosphere is very cozy, with pleasant music and a warm, inviting interior. The pasta was simply outstanding – fresh, full of flavor, just like in Italy itself. The pizza, with its crispy dough and aromatic toppings, also left a great impression. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of the food. I can definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine!

Pizza is tastier than Italian!!!🔥 The food is served very quickly, which is really cool when you're really hungry. The service is super comfortable, the opening hours are until 9:30 PM, which is nice and convenient.

This wonderful tavern, which is located near the Congresshalle, has a cozy atmosphere and home-style delicious food! I especially liked the pizza! I can happily recommend it!

It wasn't really my thing. You have to order food and drinks yourself at the counter. The food is then brought to your table. The menu selection is limited. It's a different kind of pizzeria than you'd expect.

Simple pizzeria, you could also go to Piccolo Mini Pizza. Order food at the checkout, pick it up at the counter and put away the dishes, all self-service.

Gusto Tavola Calda - for me is always associated with a nice walk through the front western, the city garden and finally a stop at my favorite restaurant for Italian dishes. Here it is right in terms of taste and also humanely. All the employees are extremely friendly, the dishes are ready quickly - fully prepared and ready to eat - because it simply tastes too good! 😄 The shop owner, a very nice gentleman, is present almost every time and is funny and accommodating. Clear recommendation here if you are still thinking about it!

It's actually a self-service restaurant. You order the pizza or something similar and when it's ready, a timer vibrates on the table. You can then pick them up and eat them there or take them with you. The AMBIENCE IS below average, but the staff is very nice and accommodating. The pizzas were really tasty. The price-performance ratio is ok.

I actually wanted to spend a really cozy evening after a long day at the trade fair. Here you order at the counter and then pick it up... Longer stays are not desired... I had spaghetti with tomato sauce, which was good and tasty.

We discovered this restaurant because of an event at the Kongress Palais. It was very well attended. However, we were able to find a table quickly so we could tell the counter our table number when ordering. Despite the restaurant being very busy, we were able to pick up our food quickly. The entire team was extremely friendly despite the high level of stress. The food was very hot, fresh and delicious. We will definitely eat here again at the next event nearby.

Nur nicht der romantische Italiener für das erste Date, grins. Ich war sehr zufrieden und bin gleich am nächsten Tag nochmal hin;-)

Not the coziest place in the neighborhood, but the food was good and the drink too. It's best not to come alone, as a table number must be provided when ordering at the counter. If you don't have anyone sitting there, the seat may be occupied while you order.

We really enjoy eating at Gusto. Over the years the quality has remained consistently high and everything is really, really tasty. We always feel warmly welcome - almost like with "Mom" :-). It is a restaurant with a very friendly self-service. For lunch, Gusto is our top address with first-class pizza.

Best pizzeria in all of Kassel. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The toilet for men, women and staff was very idyllic and clean. The pizza was very tasty and large selection. Recommendation: the small pizza is enough for a whole family. Improvement: please open at 11am for our next visit and stay up until 2am. The highlight of the city is definitely Gusto, the rest of the city is unfortunately very ugly and not worth a visit!

Pizza 4käse was not good, my companion's pasta was warmed up in the microwave. There is no service, you have to order at a counter and pick it up yourself later. Too bad, no recommendation from me.

Our family visited the wonderful city of Kassel over the weekend🤩. I didn’t expect to accidentally find such delicious Italian cuisine in Germany😋! We ordered a lot of dishes and all were incredibly delicious: chanterelle pasta, shrimp pasta, 4 cheese pizza, Margherita pizza and gnocchi carbonara. Desserts of tiramisu and panna cotta with double espresso were the perfect end to our family lunch. The restaurant has an open kitchen and self-service. The attentive and friendly staff made our lunch even more enjoyable. The Gusto restaurant definitely deserves praise and I recommend it to everyone who appreciates excellent food.

A wonderful institution with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. Open kitchen, you can see how the food is being prepared for you. Quick preparation, delicious food. We ordered pasta carbonara, pasta putanescu and pasta with pesto and basil. It was tasty, fast, I recommend visiting. Ukrainian was spoken at the institution, which was very pleasant to hear. And another big plus is that the establishment is pet friendly and you can come with your pet.

Went to our favorite Italian restaurant here in Kassel again today. It is a small but nice bistro-style restaurant. You look for a free table and then order at the counter. Of course you can also order all meals to take away. The food is always delicious, hot and ready super quickly. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating! And the price-performance ratio is simply great! You just enjoy coming here :)

Wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Preis/Leistung ist super. Freundlich und sehr zu empfehlen. Pizza wat sehr gut, Spaghetti waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Gingen am nächsten Tag direkt nochmal hin.
