Food overpriced. Doesn't the service taste like a disaster! Wouldn't ask for drinks, nothing. I complained about my salty pizza, no reaction, nothing. If you wanted to order something there was a cheeky answer saying not now! At 11 p.m. the cheeky one comes with you and you have to pay, we're closed for an hour! Simply cheeky. Never again

The food was very tasty, even if it was a bit more expensive. Service can be done often enough, but not unnecessarily often and was very friendly and personable. Ambiance also seemed relaxed. All in all, I would like to go there again and can recommend the store!

Dear team... we were passing through and spontaneously looked for an Italian restaurant. Based on the reviews we ended up at Gusto Calabria and were once again pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food actually tasted :-) The attentiveness and friendliness of the service staff should also be highlighted! This was my fourth time there and we think the pizza is simply delicious, I've never had better pizza dough😍. The ingredients on it all taste great and you can tell that the tomato sauce is homemade and freshly made, like the rest of the pizza. I really like the ambience and the furnishings So again----the pizza is awesome...even if it had no toppings😋 We will come back, I'm always happy to eat pizza there again, thank you for being there.🍕❤️🔥

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich im Restaurant *Gusto Calabria* zu essen, und ich muss sagen, es war ein absolut herausragendes Erlebnis! Schon beim Betreten wurde ich herzlich empfangen – die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und einladend, ideal für einen entspannten Abend mit Freunden oder Familie. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich und bietet eine tolle Auswahl an italienischen Spezialitäten, die Appetit auf mehr machen. Besonders die Pizza hat es mir angetan! Sie war ohne Zweifel die beste Pizza, die ich je gegessen habe. Der Teig war außergewöhnlich gut und der Belag frisch und geschmackvoll. Man merkt wirklich, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Ich kann *Gusto Calabria* nur wärmstens empfehlen, besonders für all jene, die auf der Suche nach der besten Pizza im Umkreis sind. Hier bekommt man nicht nur erstklassiges Essen, sondern auch einen ausgezeichneten Service und eine rundum angenehme Atmosphäre. Definitiv ein Ort, den man immer wieder besuchen sollte!

When you come here for the first time and enter the premises you will be very pleasantly surprised because the building doesn't look like much from the outside. A nice Italian restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The menu is clear but there is something for everyone. The daily recommendations are also great! The service is exceptionally friendly! I can definitely recommend the restaurant! A small disappointment: cash only! It's a shame, our sales would have been significantly higher if cards were accepted. Unfortunately we didn't have much cash in our pockets, but there was still enough for spaghetti carbonara...

Surprisingly good! From the outside, the restaurant doesn't look that appealing, but the inside does. A very well-kept interior. The service was very friendly. You are very welcomed with children. The selection of dishes is limited to a few and this shows the extremely good quality. (It's better to offer a few very good dishes than a thousand bad dishes!) The food is freshly prepared and tastes excellent, the pizzas are homemade and you can taste it, the pasta dishes are incredibly good. The antipasti platter is prepared very lovingly. We will definitely come back. We were very satisfied. We can definitely recommend this restaurant.

My partner's pizza was ok, but for a handful of penne from Aldi with hot chilli sauce and 4 grams of Italian salami it was totally overpriced and we had to beg for a second drink - unfortunately no one came. We had to go to the cash register for the bill because unfortunately no one took care of us after the main course. When paying, I pointed out to the waitress that I wasn't satisfied - answer: Too bad

We've eaten here several times and it's always been a pleasure. Unfortunately, the last visit wasn't so great. It started with the day menu no longer being explained and only pointing out where it was. The quality of the food this time felt like a different chef was at work. The carpaccio was literally shreds on the plate and it was carelessly prepared. The entrecote was partially completely cooked even though it was ordered medium. The potatoes were too hard and partly fried black. Unfortunately, drinks that were ordered were also forgotten and had to be reminded again. I really hope that this was just a blip and that the quality will improve again. In any case, we will give the restaurant another chance and then adjust the rating.

Just great. Nicest service in a long time, nice location in the countryside, great food. This is definitely one of the top three Italian restaurants in the Pforzheim district. I was there with my mother, wife and son. Everyone was thrilled. Many thanks to the Gusto Calabria team.

Nice atmosphere, unfortunately the children's chairs weren't that good! Maybe they should be replaced. Service was super nice and friendly. Food was very tasty and the price was ok too. Starter platter was very good. The pizzas also tasted great, finally a spicy pizza that deserves the word “spicy”! Unfortunately it took a bit long. But ok... we'll be happy to come back.

Gestern bin ich auf Empfehlung von PFNext im Gusto Calabria am Tannhoferweg in netter Gesellschaft eingekehrt. Schönes rustikales Ambiente, welches schon bei der Speisekarte begann. Die bestellten Vorspeisen, bei mir Caprese und bei meinen Mitstreitern Antipastiplatte bildeten einen schönen Einstieg für den Abend. Beim Hauptgang, eine Pizza Prusciotto sowie Capricciosa, bei mir klassische Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino spürten wir das italienische Lebensgefühl auf dem Teller. Neben dem Essen stach auch der äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Service im Restaurant heraus. Auch eine Kritik bezüglich des Grappas wurde wohlwollend zur Kenntnis genommen und sehr freundlich bearbeitet. Die Betreiberfamilie hat ihr Restaurant wunderbar im Griff, weiter so wir werden weiterhin zu Euren Gästen zählen.

Yesterday, on the recommendation of PFNext, I stopped at Gusto Calabria on Tannhoferweg in good company. Nice rustic atmosphere, which started with the menu. The appetizers we ordered, Caprese for me and the antipasti plate for my companions, were a nice start to the evening. With the main course, a pizza Prusciotto and Capricciosa, for me classic spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino, we felt the Italian attitude to life on the plate. In addition to the food, the extremely friendly and attentive service in the restaurant also stood out. A criticism regarding the grappa was also noted favorably and dealt with very kindly. The operating family has their restaurant under control wonderfully, keep it up and we will continue to be among your guests.

The food here is very good, the daily menu could be hung on the wall so that everyone can see it. In my opinion the prices are a bit high but the pizza is impressive. I ordered the extra hot Diavolo and was not disappointed. For German standards it is acceptably spicy. So if you're a seasoned spiciness fan, don't necessarily expect a super hot hit. The staff and service are good, there is a one star deduction for the non-carbonated cola, but it was also replaced with a carbonated one without any problems. Conclusion: would be happy to visit again on a special occasion but too expensive for regular visits :D

Super delicious pizza and appetizer platter

Tolle Gerichte und tolles Personal. Es gibt eine Tageskarte wie auch das normale Menü mit Getränkekarte. Pizza war hervorragend und die Fischgerichte genial. Leider nur Barzahlung möglich, aber Rechnung wird stets ausgestellt. Selbst die Kinderportionen und Extrawünsche wurde berücksichtig. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Gerne wieder!

Food: Great,😋 ...Service: Super nice and friendly...👏 Location: we weren't sitting indoors because there was too much going on.... but pretty much "right" at the entrance area, but please, it's complaining at a high level,... and that's why only the three stars. Wonderful and authentic Italian cuisine. The mixed starter platter and the Spaghetti Frutti de Mare are sensational. The handmade pizza is also top class, although a bit expensive for its size when combined with burrata. We can also highly recommend the mussels in tomato sauce. The ambience has also become much nicer than it used to be with German cuisine. For me the current number 1 for Italian cuisine in the Pforzheim district. We keep coming back.

Two weeks ago we went to the Gusto Calibra restaurant in Pforzheim for the first time with the family. The restaurant is somewhat hidden on the edge of the forest. We ordered pizza from the wood-fired oven. The pizza was small and very sparsely topped with the ingredients ordered. The price was far too high for that. We definitely won't be eating here anymore. We weren't full either. But the wallet was empty. A pity

We were a group of 8 people and everyone ate pizza. Pizza is really good from the wood oven. With the wine spritzer there should be a BMW. Next time I'd rather have wine straight. We were very happy with the food and the service!

Atmosphere great. Service ok, food... Sorry but if I have to be honest, it's not ok and at 13 euros a pizza is small and not as good as it should be. Parmigiano doesn't have a parmigiano taste, it's the grated cheese from Kaufland. Sorry, but I was negatively surprised.

I went there spontaneously on a recommendation. You are greeted very friendly, given a table, and there is a daily menu with something for everyone. I decided on the Spagetti Fruti de Mare. Price/performance great, you also have seafood and not just pasta. We recommend. Definitely worth visiting again.

Many restaurants call themselves italian but then they cook how they think locals would prefer it. This one is THE italian restaurant, old school, real, con le palle...call it however you want but THIS is what i call italian flavour. Bravi. Mille grazie ed alla prossima

Essen gut aber jetzt 21,50€ für eine Pizza oder 17,50€ für ein Salat ist echt eine Zumutung

Essen OK, aber eigentlich viel zu teuer, war jetzt nicht besonders gut für den Preis. Italienischer Salat 17.50 €

Schöner Ort mit super leckerer Pizza!

Pizza sehr gut, alles andere nicht. Keine Getränkekarte, daher auch keine Preise ersichtlich. Service sehr schlecht, Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt, nicht gefragt, ob man noch was trinken möchte, Kassenausdruck (Rechnung) erst nach mehrmaligem fragen, nur Barzahlung möglich....sollte man dort mal überprüfen ! Teller selbst abgeräumt, "Kellner": können wir was gutes tun: 4 Schnäpse bestellt, die dann aber auf der Rechnung erschienen . Ambiente sehr ...naja ... Jedenfalls nie wieder. Eigentlich schade, könnte man mit einfachsten Mittlen optimieren.

Wir sind sehr freundlich bedient worden, es werden zur normalen Speisekarte noch Spezialitäten angeboten. Das Essen selbst war auch sehr lecker.

Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten gegessen, top. Pizza auch probiert, top. Einige Nachspeisen hatten wir uns geteilt, top. Service kompetent und zuvorkommend, top. Ambiente von außen unscheinbar, aber der Schein trügt. Man sollte auf jedenfall genau hier essen gehen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Ein Traum von einer Pizza. Super Ambiente original Holzofen sehr gute Antipasti. Einfach nur gut und Lecker. Der äußere Eindruck täuscht wenn man das Restaurant nicht kennt würde man vorbei gehen. Für mich ein absoluter Geheimtipp.

Nun das zweite und bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen. Wir hatten 2x Pizza und 1x Pasta. Die Pasta wurde von meiner Tochter echt gelobt. Bei den Pizzen behaupte ich mal, das sind die besten Holzofenpizzen in Pforzheim. Service beide Male äußerst freundlich.

Super Lokal, Super Ambiente mit mega sympathischen Leuten. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hatte einige Spitzen Empfehlungen. Die Pizzen werden in einem Super Holzofen zubereitet und man kann sogar dabei zusehen ^^ Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Eine super Erfahrung! Von der Bedienung, der Wartezeit oder dem Essen, alles exzellent. Einer der besten Restaurants in Pforzheim, eine versteckte Goldgrube. Gehört auch generell zu einer der besten Restaurants für mich. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Hervorragende Speisekarte, schnelle aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung.Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Liegt abseits und doch zentrumsnah. Ideal für Spaziergänge ( Wald) und Schnell von der Autobahn erreichbar.

Tolle authentische kalabrische Küche 👌🏻 Wir haben hier sehr lecker gegessen, als Vorspeise Bruscetta, einen frischen gemischten Salat und als Hauptgericht eine hervorragende Pizza - für mich eine der besten Pforzheim! Geschmacklich top, ein toller Teig und sehr aromatisch. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und umsorgend, wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt - die Einrichtung im Restaurant ist stilvoll gemacht, man fühlt sich wohl, das Ambiente passt hervorragend zur Küche. Es ist nur Barzahlung möglich, das könnte zukünftig optimaler gelöst sein.

Für mich, das beste italienische Restaurant im Umkreis. Überzeugt haben die sehr leckeren und frischen Gerichte, eine wechselnde Wochenkarte, das nette und aufmerksame Personal, eine sehr stimmige Einrichtung und die ausreichend vorhandenen Parkplätze. Wir kommen hier immer wieder gerne hin!

Wir haben auf Empfehlung das im Tannhoferweg etwas abseits der turbulenten Wihö liegt zum ersten Mal besucht. Die empfohlene Antipasti Gusto Calabria war nicht nur optisch, sondern auch geschmacklich das erste Highlight. Die Pizza mit gegrilltem Gemüse war überraschend sehr gut. Pizzaboden im Holzofen und frisches gegrilltes Gemüse findet man nicht allzu häufig. Sowohl der aufmerksame und wissende Kellner, als auch die Chefin verdienen ein dickes Lob. Es wird nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein.
