Best Italian in town, pizza from the stone oven tastes like you're on vacation in Italy. Great service. Everything also goes smoothly when it comes to picking up.

I had to wait a very long time for the food. Everyone else had it much faster. I even mentioned that, including that I would please have the bedside table quicker l. Here I was the last one again. Complaint management should perhaps be reconsidered. The pizza was always good. On the last visit it was also very black.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe da, Personal war teilweise nett, nur eine Bedienung unglaublich unfreundlich. Bei den letzten beiden Pizzen zum mitnehmen war eine mit Thunfisch dabei die so abartig gerochen hat, auf gut Deutsch gesagt, nach Toilette. Haben uns nicht an diese Pizza getraut (könne auch einfach abgelaufener Thunfisch gewesen sein.) Das restliche Essen vor Ort war aber um fair zu sein lecker, nur das Problem mit der Bedienung und der Pizza ging gar nicht.

We have been a customer for several years and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, absolutely disappointed for the first time today. The Parma pizza now costs 18 euros and there is hardly any toppings on it (see photo). Here in the reviews there is also a picture from 6 years ago, so we know the Grand Duke's Pizza Parma. Disappointing that the price is increased drastically, but in return you save on the surface. Unfortunately that was our last visit after many years. Addendum to Grand Duke's comment: My husband definitely paid 18 euros. In this case it's even worse that we were also ripped off in terms of price. Especially since there is a picture of the menu from 4 months ago in the reviews, the pizza already cost 16.90 euros. In that case they don't know their own prices. Unfortunately, my husband was ripped off in this case and had to pay more than the pizza cost according to the menu. Something is really going wrong here!

The Perfect Experience! Warm service. Personable shop owner. Italian ambience on German soil. Authentic Italian food that was delivered quickly. Would recommend everyone to eat here.

In my opinion it has improved over the last few years. It's not cheap, as is unfortunately the case everywhere at the moment. I'm missing that certain something for the 5th star, but I can still recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine.

Die Pizza hat gut geschmeckt und wir haben uns dann auf den Nachtisch gefreut. Wir haben Tiramisu bestellt. Zunächst haben wir 20 Minuten gewartet, dann nochmal bestellt ( wurde vergessen) Das angebliche Tiramisu war ein absoluter Reinfall. Ein Dessertglas gefüllt mit ein paar Brocken Löffelbikuits mit Sahne aufgefüllt und hübsch mit Kaffeebohnen, etwas Kakao Pulver dekoriert. Eine Unverschämtheit. Werde nicht wieder hingehen.

Waren zu sechst spontan im Großherzog essen. War lange nicht mehr dort und war sehr positiv überrascht. War alles super lecker. Egal ob Salat, Pasta, Pizza, Steak oder Desserts. Service war lustig und gut gelaunt. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Quite okay, but needs optimization. Very long waiting times for food (we waited over an hour). Very large menu and lots of choice. Unfortunately, almost all of the pizzas were a bit too dark / burnt and a bit bland. Unfortunately, the pizza I received wasn't the one I ordered. Instead of admitting that, I was sold that it was correct. Either the card is incorrect or the way the guest is treated is not honest. I probably won't come again.

Our favorite restaurant, friendly staff, food comes quite quickly, large menu that has now been reduced, the price is right and the portions are appropriate. No problem even with a wheelchair or stroller.

Went to the Grandherzog again last night and enjoyed a great meal. Seafood salad/rib-eye steak and pizza were really very good. Service was very quick as always…friendly and in a good mood.

The owners and bosses are very, very friendly and approach the guests as soon as they enter the restaurant ☺️ Now about the food: Pizza Parma - at Großherzog the taste is a 10/10, the dough is nice and fluffy, slightly sour, neutral taste, Parma ham sliced ​​very thinly, super salty as are the parmesan strips, great. Recommendation: #The store is almost always full on Saturdays, so make a reservation#! You can spend a very nice evening here, the atmosphere is beautifully designed. What I can't stand, however, is that you leave good money there and then when you open the box at home you can see how much money has been saved. I was disappointed with the Parma pizza, to save so much at such a hefty price of €15.90 and to put a meager amount of rocket and parmesan strips on it is already audacious, with 2x you're already at €31.80 🧐 + 2 drinks already at ~ 45€. Conclusion: They are great and also fulfill special requests. The prices speak for themselves, people like to save money on the ingredients, which I don't find strange at all, after all you're leaving a lot of money behind. For info!: From 2024 it will be even more expensive because restaurants will no longer charge 7% VAT but will charge 19% VAT in the future! Ziemlich nachgelassen von der Qualität. Wir waren vor paar Jahren öfters dort und es war echt mal sehr gut. Diesmal muss man echt zugeben, dass es geschmacklich nicht mehr lohnenswert ist dahin zu gehen.

Echt nie wieder in diese Pizzeria haben 4 Pizzas bestellt. Sofort wahr die aussage aber bitte nur in Bar da unser EC gerät nicht funktioniert langsam wissen wir wieso weil nur so kann man wieder nur Schwarzgeld machen ein beleg habe ich auch nicht bekommen und für 4 Pizzas die echt so wenig beleg waren 70 Euro zu zahlen ist eine echte Frechheit Rucola wahr auf der Pizza nicht zu sehn abgesehen von den Parma Schinken. Leute es ist keine gute Pizzeria mehr die denken nur noch ans Geld machen mit unseren Geld lasst euch immer ein beleg machen und wenn das ec Gerät nicht geht tya dann alt nicht bezahlen. es ist schon mehrmals das gesagt wird EC gerät nicht geht also ich werde dies das Finanzamt melden.

Gutes Essen zu angemessenen Preisen und freundliche Bedienung

Wir waren heute essen dort und hatten 2x Calamari Fritti. Bestellt haben wir diese mit Knoblauchsauce, gebracht wurde das Essen mit Cocktailsauce. Nachdem wir gesagt haben das wir mit Knobisauce bestellt haben kam diese. Es war leider eine Fertigsauce die nur nach Süßstoff und künstlich schmeckte. Das hat das Essen für knapp 30€ je Portion zerstört. Zu allem Überfluss wurde diese dann auch noch zusätzlich mit 5,50€/Portion berechnet, obwohl es nicht unser Fehler war. Also ich werde die nächste Zeit nicht mehr aufschlagen dort.

Essen ist gut, aber die Preise sind stark gestiegen. Ober hat durch mangelnde Deutsch Kenntnisse die Bestellungen z.T. nicht Verstanden und es kamen falsche Gerichte. Innen könnte auch Mal wieder mit neuen Farben, etwas mehr helligkeit und Freundlichkeit, Einzug halten. Ist immer noch der Stil "90er"

Wir lieben es dort! Die Einrichtung ist urig und der Innenhof super süß, man fühlt sich original wie in Italien. Antonio ist super, das Essen sowieso sehr lecker, der Service generell sehr toll, schnell und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gern :)
