Grimmler Alm in Gerlingen

Small portions, but relatively WAY too expensive Cheese spaetzle lukewarm, taste-wise not an experience and in my opinion not homemade. Side salad careless, catastrophic. A few lettuce leaves and a tomato Ambiance: Cool, there is a draft everywhere. Plastic flowers on the table. The waitress hardly spoke to us. It's a shame, unfortunately we won't be coming back

The food is delicious, but the portions do not justify the high prices. The highlight was 2 buns heated in the toaster, and on the bill 4x fladen Brot gegrillt. not a very nice experience.

If you are looking for quality and service, want to eat something really delicious and pay an absolutely fair price, then you should make your way to the Grimmler Alm. We were able to celebrate our wedding there and nothing was left to be desired! Thank you, dear team, we will definitely be back!

Nice beer garden. Prices for drinks okay. Food: Grilled vegetables: not enough on the plate to fill you up. The vegetables were lukewarm. Three slices of flatbread. Fries were also lukewarm. What a shame!!

I celebrated my birthday at the Grimmler Alm. We were a larger group. Of course I had made enough reservations there in advance. The celebration was great with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. My guests were also very enthusiastic. I can only warmly recommend the Grimmler Alm and once again a big thank you to the boss and his team!!!👍🏻😊

Very nice location, even more beautiful after the reopening than before! Very nice and friendly staff. The menu is quite meat-heavy, but there are one or two vegetarian dishes. Update: We were there again in July 2024 and ordered a mixed veggie salad for 12.90 euros and a vegetable grill plate for 13.90 euros. Both portions were way too small! Of the vegetable plate with bread, which is expressly marked as the main course, I (a woman with a normal appetite) would have had to eat at least two portions to be full. The mixed salad consisted mostly of raw white cabbage with a pulpy, white sauce. That was definitely our last visit. It's a shame about the really nice location, but with a beer garden the food should also be good.

Had cevapcici with ayvar onion and fries very tasty and there is non-alcoholic wheat beer on tap, everything was very tasty

The food was good, like in a beer garden. But the prices were quite high, especially considering the portions. The ambience was so well. We're not going there anymore. The answer from the owner “💤” says it all.

Nice little self-service beer garden Picking up the pipits for dinner gets a little annoying in the long run. Grill plate was ok. There is delicious Alpirsbacher on tap. We will definitely come back and try the other dishes too

We were here to watch football, reserved the seats to be on the safe side before the games were even clear, but still got a seat in the last row and didn't see either game because the screen at chest height across 3 tables can be seen more on Monday . Next time watch football somewhere else.

Very nice location outside of Gerlingen when the weather is nice. We just had a drink.

Very nice beer garden with a bouncy castle for the little ones and European Championship shows for the adults. If you have a car there is no problem with parking and it is definitely a great destination on foot too. The food was ready quickly and really good. We weren't inside, so we can't judge. But we'll definitely be back.

Very friendly staff! Good Croatian cuisine also available for vegetarians. You can easily reach the local area by car or bike or as a short hike in Gerlingen or Leonberg. There is a lot to do outside for children! We'd love to come back.

Value for money too expensive for self-service. Service chaotic. Starter doesn't work. You can work on friendliness. Food ok.

Slightly secluded in the middle of gardens on the mountainside. Nice little adventurer playground for children. Very rich food. Easy to reach by bike or car, also suitable for hikers. Self-service in summer. Also has rooms in the house.

Very well maintained beer garden

Quaint beer garden. It's nice to sit under the trees. Delicious cevapcici or burgers. Already eaten both. Crispy fries and homemade coleslaw. Everything was great.

A very nice beer garden. The beer is pleasantly cool. The guest room is also very cozy and pleasantly warm in winter thanks to the wood stove. The stew was very good!

The furnishings are very simple, but there is a cozy wood stove. Food was good, but portions were very small, so it wasn't cheap. But recommended with a beer

On the first visit the food was excellent. Yesterday the restaurant was full and our food was very dry and undercooked. The salad had almost no dressing but the worst part was the meat. We had the grill plate for two people. Actually they should have sent it back. Very unfortunate!

Unfortunately we do not recommend it. Value for money is simply not right. Grill plate, 5 cevapcici and 1 skewer and a few fries just under 18 euros. Cevapcici very dry. We like to go out to eat, but it has to be right. A pity

I 'only' ordered but the food was amazing. Juicy burger with delicious potatoes. The platter of cevape was really tasty. The delivery person was super friendly and accommodating. Keep it up

The beer garden season is now over, so we ate inside. The guest room is nicely decorated - the (fake) half-timbering and the real fireplace give the right Alpine feeling. The food was good, the portions were generous, the prices were moderate and the service was friendly. You notice that you are a bit out of the way because there wasn't much going on - which is actually a shame because everything is actually fine here

Recht überschaubare Speisenauswahl. Preis/Leistung etwas gehobener. Die Lage ist sehr ansprechend, allerdings stört hin und wieder der Räucherofen.

Wir waren heute am Feiertag mit 8 Personen zum Essen verabredet. Wir hatten sicherheitshalber reserviert und hatten zum Glück ein Platz unter der Pergola, so hat uns das aufkommende Unwetter nicht gestört. Sehr freundliches Personal, humane Preise und sehr leckere Burger. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Und wer die Grimmler Alm kennt, der weiß, dass man nicht bedient wird.

Biergarten ist sehr gepflegt, Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal absolut nett und hilfsbereit.

Der Kuchen ist einfach nur lecker und selbst gemacht absolut zu empfehlen und gerne zu einem Kaffee. Wir kommen wieder

Rustikaler Biergarten sehr versteckt in einer Schrebergarten Anlage. Kroatisch Deutsche leckere Küche mit Selbstbedienung.

Das Essen war super, mit Bedienung am Tisch und ein bisschen mehr Deko (Pflanzen u.a.) wären es 5 Sterne. Freundliches Personal!

Nach der Neueröffnung ausprobiert, leckeres Essen, Selbstbedienung an der Theke, dadurch leider längere Warteschlange. Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Herrlicher Biergarten mit schattigen Plätzchen aber recht wenigen Parkplätzen. Abenteuerliche Anfahrt mit Ausweichen im Grünstreifen. Selbstbedienung mit nur 1 Kasse ... ( Wartezeit 25 Minuten ) Salat mit Hähnchenstreiffen AUS, Cevapcici von hartgummiartiger Konsistenz ("sind aus Rindfleisch" war die einzige Reaktion des Betreibers) auch das Tagesessen, Schweinehalssteak war eher zäh. Cevapcici + Halssteak mit Pommes + 1 Bier+ 1 Saftschorle € 42,20 ..

Sehr freundlicher Service, auch beim Abräumen. Die gründliche Sanierung hat das Vintage-Ambiente der früheren Alm innen und außen zerstört. Dennoch sehr schöne Lage. Die Speisekarte ist nicht attraktiv. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht bezüglich Menge und Qualität des Essens. Kroatische Speisen sind deutlich besser im Hundeverein in Gerlingen.

Nowy właściciel, klimat inny niż do tej pory bo już z Austrią nie ma nic wspólnego, ale za to chorwackie jedzenie pyszne ! Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, widać, że robią to bo chcą a nie muszą 🥰😍🥰piwko smaczne ,jedzenie bardzo smaczne ,porcje są naprawdę duże, więc bez obaw najeść się można każdym daniem ! Wszędzie czysto i milo,bardzo dużo miejsca w ogródku pięknym w cieniu parasoli i drzew z pięknym widokiem na wiatrak i okolice ...warto tu wpaść, bo jest cicho przyjemnie i relaksacyjnie ...wśród śpiewu ptaków, krzyku jastrzębi i cykaniu świerszczy...toaleta urocza i czysta ,co bardzo dobrze świadczy o obsłudze a dla maluszków urocze krzesełka do karmienia ...tak więc zapraszam i polecam serdecznie 🥰😍🥰

Wenn man den Biergarten erstmal gefunden hat (bei keinem von uns klappte das problemlos), dann ist das ein sehr schöner Biergarten mit gutem Essen. Problematisch ist etwas der Selfservice, da sich zu Stosszeiten sehr lange Schlangen an der Kasse bilden. Da besteht noch etwas Verbesserungsbedarf. Ansonsten ist er eine Empfehlung um Abend den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Ein schöner Biergarten, schöne Gegend, superfreundliches Team auch bei Stoßzeiten kommt die Küche relativ schnell in Fahrt

Das Essen ist total lecker . Haben schon öfters abgeholt. Das Personal ist immer total freundlich. Lohnt sich total.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet, Cevapcici sind Haus gemacht und Mega vom Grill.
