Sauerkraut with black pudding and crackling sausage, as well as bread, was good. Riesling wasn't bad. I was surprised, though, that I had to pay 0.50 cents for ice cubes. But now I understand; I forgot we were in Swabia.

Carlo isn't your typical Italian restaurant around the corner; it's a brand in its own right. With authentic dishes and a great sense of humor, it creates an unusual and welcoming atmosphere that is truly unique.

I've been to Courage many times. It had been a while since my last visit, though. I was there just now to watch football, had a wheat beer with cola, and when I went to pay, I was a bit shocked by the price of €4.70. I gave him €5 without saying anything; I usually always tip, but in this case, I didn't want to. He pocketed the money in no time, said "Thanks, bye," and was gone. In my opinion, that's unacceptable, no matter how nice he is. I'm not one to be stingy, but that was one too many. By the way, I never write reviews here and usually resolve things personally, but I just had to get this off my chest.

Great food, absolutely delicious (the steak was a poem), regional produce, and attentive staff. A successful evening.

Very friendly, attentive staff. There's something for every taste, including hot drinks, water, and juice. We'll definitely be back.
