Grillmaster Restaurant Oldenburg in Oldenburg (Oldb)

- We visited Grillmaster again after years and were disappointed. - Card payments still not accepted. - No "No card payments" notice on the entrance door or on the menus. - Staff was friendly. - Free parking in front of the door. - Furniture, flooring, pictures, etc., still the same as years ago. - No prices on the boards hanging on the walls. - The side salad and the "Räuberplatte" (raider plate) were a disappointment in terms of taste, and I found the "Räuberplatte" rather bland and watery. - The burger and the curry sausage were good.

Unfortunately the store has been closed

My wife and I were there on Friday, which was the last day before the employees went on vacation! We ordered four shashliks and a portion of 🍟 fries! The employee came to our table shortly afterward and explained that she only had two shashliks left because today was the last day before the vacation. Okay, we accepted that! And then, after a while, the food arrived (if you can even call that food???). Two burnt shashliks were simply disgusting, the fries 🍟 fried in old fat. It was immediately clear to us that the old fat hadn't been changed because of the upcoming vacation! We told the waitress our frustration about the lousy food, and the waitress shrugged her shoulders and seemed as if she couldn't care less. Such behavior was simply unacceptable! It was clear to us that we would never set foot in this place again! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Today I had fried potatoes with meatloaf and fried eggs, along with a pickled gherkin. Highly recommended!

Assistance dogs aren't allowed inside, which is absolutely disgusting! Customer service is also a foreign concept. I definitely do NOT recommend a visit!

I've been there many times and have always been very happy with the food and service. Strangely enough, the restaurant is always so empty when I'm there - Mon-Thurs early in the evening. Actually deserves more visitors.

A great restaurant with a nice atmosphere and pleasant service. The dishes are tasty and well prepared. We had a blast from start to finish! I recommend without hesitation and will come back with pleasure.

Had 2.x schnitzel and burgers, fries were forgotten. Schnitzel was weird, the rest of the evening was in the toilet. There was no complaint about the burger. We don't need it again. Too bad about the money

We've been there several times but the food is getting worse and worse, it's always cold and the price is way too overpriced for the potion and unfortunately we never had a hair in it again!!!!

The food was OK for a snack. Prices have increased, but things have become more expensive everywhere. The employee served all guests in a friendly and courteous manner. There is a big deduction in the equipment of the snack bar. I went there often as a child and that was 20-25 years ago. The furniture and equipment has not changed. The red-covered, almost collapsing chairs already existed back then. In addition to the furniture, there is still a lack of ambience. Customers should feel comfortable and come back.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately the fries were forgotten and we ordered them to take away. Cash only and the light flickers in the toilet - but otherwise the shop seems clean :)

We were here on Father's Day and were warmly welcomed and looked after. We ordered shashlik with potato salad and double fries. The shish kebab was great (and also the reason to go here). The potato salad tasted good and was fresh, but a little unimaginative/not particularly eye-catching. I also couldn't understand why it came with 2 slices of cucumber salad. In my opinion, the double fries could have been larger and were also limited, even though only mayo was requested. The ambience is neat/clean. Otherwise not worth mentioning. I didn't use the toilet, so I can't comment on that. You can sit and eat both inside and outside. Ashtrays on the tables outside invite you to smoke. The prices for the dishes on offer (which don't seem to have anything on offer for vegetarians apart from fries, which luckily don't affect me) are reasonable.

Had currywurst, fries mayo to take away. It tastes good, but the portion of fries is a bit too small for the money. Could have eaten something afterwards. I understand that everything is getting more expensive, but you don't have to make the portions smaller. No wonder snack bars are slowly dying out.

Clean snack bar with average offerings; The prices are a bit high - but that's how it has to be...🤷🏼‍♂️ The service is good, the employee was friendly and very well organized. Definitely recommended for quick hunger pangs.

Als ehemalige Ruhrgebietler waren wir in Oldenburg lange auf der Suche nach einer guten Currywurst mit Pommes. Nach einigen Enttäuschungen wurden wir hier fündig. Tolle Currywurst (auch wenn man sie - anders als wir das aus dem Ruhrgebiet kennen - selber kleinschneiden muss) und eine vernünftig große Portion dicke Pommes (da reicht auch eine Portion). Die Speisen sind genau so, wie man sie von einer Pommesbude erwartet und liebt (Fertigware, TK, Friteuse etc.). Der Service war bisher immer freundlich. Das Ambiente ist halt typisch Pommesbude, aber relativ groß und meist ruhig. Hinweis: keine Kartenzahlung möglich

Okay... ein Imbiss ! Pommes , Bratwurst und Co echt lecker. Auch Schnitzel und Nuggets top. Burger naja. Gyros ein NoGo. Halbe Hähnchen ... nicht vorhanden ! Inhaberin super nett. Sie versucht Alles , doch es gibt Defizite. Für die anspruchslos Küche zwischendurch: gut. Mehr nicht, sorry.

Gute Burger, guter Gyros-Burger, Fritten eher Schützenfest-Style.

Ein solider Imbiss. Essen ist in Ordnung, man muss bedenken dass ein Imbiss ist. Hatte aber auch schon bessere Schnitzel in Imbissen, dafür aber auch schon schlechtere in besseren Restaurants. Wenn es schnell gehen soll kann man den Grillmaster schon empfehlen.

Die Dönerbox ist geil. Hab noch nie so eine gegessen.

Essen ist gut. Aber da man nicht mit Karte Zahlen kann, ist es nicht zeitgemäß. Ein Zettel an der Tür hätte es viel einfacher gemacht

Vom Preis her unschlagbar. ABER: Das sieht man auch in der Qualität. Das Essen kommt aus der Mikrowelle und Fritteuse. Das frischeste war die Cola. Es hat geschmeckt, mehr nicht. Insgesamt wirkt die Räumlichkeit etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kann man hingehen, keine EC-Kartenzahlung möglich.

Minderwertige Qualität des Fleisches. Salate schmecken auch nicht.
