Grillmaster in Heinsberg

Excellent service for many years. Warm and friendly staff. 🍀

After the last two visits were simply terrible, I'm writing a review. We always went there when we were in Heinsberg, so about once a month. The food was always delicious, they always made an effort, and the portions were generous. But that seems to be over. I usually had the pork gyro and my girlfriend a currywurst with fries. The spit was out and was briefly lit... I should have known. The gyro was lukewarm, very dry, and barely edible. The onion was cut into fine cubes and the mayo was on the gyro and the onion. It was the same on the previous visit. Then we come to the currywurst, which, no joke, was in pieces some of which were 5 cm in size on the plate. Yeah, you have a knife, of course, but is that how they serve it? No. It's a real shame, you could always eat well here, but that's it.

Friendly service. The food was good. Delicious fries and the bratwurst were super tasty. I'd happily go back.

Service abysmally bad, arrogant, cheeky, that's not how you treat customers, stupid come-ons are not acceptable. Check your staff before you hire someone like that.

We stopped by the restaurant after a relaxing walk along the Wurm River. We entered and ordered two currywursts with fries and a can of Uludağ. The friendly landlady warned us that it would take a few minutes but offered us a seat. We grabbed the comfortable chairs in front of the restaurant and sat down overlooking the busy Heinsberg bus station. After a short wait, the courteous landlady brought the food to our seats. We thanked her and devoured the extremely crispy fries and the spicy bratwurst in a full-flavored curry sauce. All in all, it was delicious, and combined with the ambiance, there's only one thing to say: That's la German Vita!

Very satisfied visitor, delicious food at affordable prices, friendly service, have been coming here for years, if only there were more such establishments, you go there with pleasure

For the second time there... delicious again... nice and helpful lady... currywurst and fries and mayo... I'm happy to come to HS especially for that... 90s feeling... but OK

Alles nur Fertigsoßen...nichts frisches! Der Gurkensalat war auch ein Fertigprodukt , und nichts gewürzt ! Vor allem aber so eine Soßenpampe...ekelhaft Nur das Fleisch war dann wohl kein Fertigprodukt Dann die Preise...für einen Dönerteller fast 18 Euro...das ist unverschämt Da gehen wir lieber ins Restaurant...bezahlen wir auch nicht mehr Und seit wann bitte kann man nicht mehr mit Karte zahlen . ...absolutes no go in der heutigen Zeit!!!! Unterirdisch

Went there for the first time today. All I can say is it was great. Absolutely very nice, friendly service, very fast, perfect. I'll be back!

Well, cocktail sauce here is a greasy mayo, I was able to throw away three kebabs, disgusting

The food is ready quickly and super tasty. Staff super friendly and communicative. The atmosphere is a bit old-fashioned but completely okay and clean

Kibar makes the BEST falafel plate in the entire Heinsberg district. She makes you feel at home, no matter whether you are big or small.

We liked the dishes very much 😋 especially good, but I like the gyro plate 👍

The visit was ok and my kebab was hot and crispy. But I thought it was a bit excessive that I ordered fries because I had to pay another 1 euro for a little mayonnaise. At other kebab shops I get mayo for free when I order fries. Therefore 1 star deducted. Well, otherwise the visit was ok

Ich liebe Grillmaster! Früher immer mit meiner besten Freundin hier Essen gegangen! Da kommen schöne Erinnerungen hoch! Anfang der 2000er immer da gewesen! Heute wenn ich mal in der Heimat bin geh ich auch oft dorthin! Besser als Mc Donalds und Co. Die Portionen sind riesig und es schmeckt einfach köstlich. Kann es nur empfehlen

zeer goede Imbiss, gerund door 2 dames. Goed eten voor een redelijke prijs.

Super Speisen, teilweise aber nur lauwarm. Auf Grund der Überheblichkeit sind nd Unfreundlichkeit vom Personal war und mangelnder Hygiene nur 2 Sterne.

Alleine nur wegen dem Personal lohnt es sich schon. Ich bin immer wieder überrascht wie nett die Bedienung ist. Aber natürlich schmeckt uns das Essen auch immer super

Freundliche Bedienung trotz vollem Laden, zügige Bedienung und leckeres Essen. Allerdings war es im Raum zu kalt.

Hier kann man gut essen, wenn man Bock auf Pommes und Bratrolle hat. Sauber ist es auch und man kann alles bedenkenlos essen. Der Service ist nicht so knorke, da die Damen hinter der Theke auch immer etwas schlecht gelaunt sind. Man kann auch mehr als Hallo sagen. Für den kleinen ungesunden Hunger, geht hier aber einem das Herz auf. Im wahrsten Sinne...😂

Preis-Leistung stimmt überein. Für einen schnellen Imbiss geradezu perfekt. Auch Sitzmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und gerade perfekt, da gut erreichbar und in der City bis Abends zu erreichen.
