An absolute disgrace. We ordered through Wolt (for the second time) and they called us saying the distance was too far and we should cancel the order. When I said that I didn't have that option in the app and that they would have to do that, they told me to call Wolt. You're really in the mood for a Sunday evening when you're watching a film and just want some peace and quiet and something to eat. Well, let's see when I get my money back. The lady on the phone was also incredibly rude. That's not how you treat customers. But the first time I ordered, the food was delicious.

1. **Ready-made meat from the freezer:** The meat did not appear to be freshly prepared, but seemed like ready-made frozen meat that had just been warmed up. The taste was accordingly bland and not very appetizing. 2. **Tasteless Food:** Overall the entire food was very tasteless. The seasoning was barely noticeable, and the dish had none of the typical flavors you would expect from fresh preparation. 3. **Lahmacun with little meat:** The lahmacun was only very sparingly topped with meat. In addition, the dough was not baked properly, which made eating very unpleasant.
