Buffet & á La Carte in Langenhagen

Very good service. Had dinner today and was surprised! ;) The young lady who served us was very attentive and friendly! Always happy ☺️

I've enjoyed eating at Öz Urfa for years. First at the branch near Steintorviertel. The last few times have been at this restaurant. First of all, it smells wonderfully of grilled meat. You do get smiles at the reception, but that's about all the flavor of this place. The smiles are only fake. The tables are rarely clean; often they just wipe them with a damp cloth. The food tasted OK. Two out of five stars for that. Service and friendliness are nonexistent. After paying, my wife and her friend weren't even said goodbye, even though the three of us had spent almost €100. The worst part is the stomachache afterward. I just wanted to eat grilled meat again. I'm sitting here now with stomach cramps, and my wife has already thrown up several times. Coincidence? No, it wasn't the first time we felt sick after a visit to Oz Urfa. I've learned my lesson. Anyone who thinks/believes the food here is good has truly never eaten high-quality, clean dishes in a fine restaurant. Never. Again. Eat. There.

We were there for a wedding reception. The food was abysmal. The wedding soup wasn't enough for all the guests. When we asked if they could serve another tureen, we were told there was still food from the buffet. When we pointed out that some people hadn't had any soup yet, another tureen was reluctantly brought. The salmon from the buffet was old and had an unpleasant smell. All the meat, including the salmon, was overcooked.

Great food and the two of them are indescribable. Not just a snack bar. You just feel good and always have a smile 😃

They served food in the night bar which is a very cozy elegant bar style space, right in the hotel. The service was slow and it seems they were overwhelmed by the amount of people. However, all waitresses we're very kind The food was very good! (Sea bass)
