Grillhaus Erp in Erftstadt

Since reopening, the ERP Grillhaus has been simply fantastic! The food is incredibly delicious, everything fresh and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is super cozy, and the team is incredibly friendly and on the ball. You can really feel how much passion goes into this place—everything runs like clockwork. We'll definitely be back! 😊

We were in the Grillhaus for the first time since it reopened. We can only recommend the food. Everything tastes very good. Adds a very personal touch. The owner and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely coming back.

Food is great, but delivery times and online ordering and telephone ordering are a complete disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The menu is also wrong and there is almost always something missing from the food and sometimes something is wrong or something is missing! Sad! That's why only two stars!!!!!

I have ordered family pizzas for celebrations several times and have always been very satisfied. Good taste and friendly staff, delivery at the agreed time.

Ordered yesterday, picked up and there was this piece of plastic on one of the two pizzas.

It's a shame that you get bad food for so much money. We ordered a Dürüm, currywurst fries and four chicken skewers. The Dürüm with chicken was anything but tasty, unfortunately it was all a dripping mess and you didn't really have any taste on the palate. The chicken skewers were relatively ok, although I had the feeling that they weren't fried all the way through. The worst thing was my wife's currywurst. During the meal she mentioned that it tasted very bad... my wife had really problems with her stomach that evening. I actually remember it positively "Restaurant" many years ago the food was really good, now I know that ordering there is a complete waste of money.

Wow, simply underground! Despite the requested time, the food came more than 30 minutes early and the driver was lucky that I was already home! But other than that, we paid for EXTRA meat and obviously didn't receive it! The meat was completely dried out and hard and the pizza was already falling apart from below along with the box. So it wasn't the fat content that made the meat inedible! The taste was also an absolute disaster. Apart from its shape, the meat has nothing to do with kebab meat and every now and then I bit into pure white fat (I have no idea where it came from!). The onions and dough had no flavor or seasoning and the ton of yellow cheese didn't allow you to taste any of the white cheese. It's a real shame that so much is being saved on the quality of the products! The idea of ​​a kebab pizza was great, but the implementation was a complete disaster!

Simply disgusting!!! Rats ran past me as I tried to eat my burnt pizza. Real juice shop. Had bad food poisoning afterwards.!!!!!! It's best to stay away if you care about life and limb

Very greasy rubbery "doner kebab meat" drowned in yogurt. One of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten. When I said that, I was yelled at and thrown out. I definitely won't eat there again voluntarily.

Doner kebab was dripping with sauce. Hardly any meat in it. The cheese we ordered was missing. Tuna pizza was almost exclusively with onions. We have ordered there several times. Each time the performance decreased. At today's prices you can't afford something like that anymore. Unfortunately the last time.

I just ordered food (pizza rolls with veal) and while eating I noticed that there were pieces of raw chicken in them that were very tasty (clear purchase recommendation) and I've been sitting on the toilet since then.

I don't eat in the grill house anymore, very little meat and no good meat is disgusting.

Unfortunately the delivery time was far too long and the food was only lukewarm.... Too bad.

😡 I'm at a loss for words!! It took almost 2.5 hours for the food to arrive - without being informed that there was a lot to do (the homepage says a waiting time of 30 to 60 minutes). When I called (after waiting 1.5 hours), I was only answered "YES" and had to first ask whether I was in the right place. The further words were: the order had been received - bang, hung up. At that point, no apology was given, nor was there a time frame given as to when the food would arrive. If the kids hadn't been so hungry, we would have returned immediately!! That was definitely the last time!!

Very tasty food! I find the Turkish pizza particularly delicious. & it feels like it's almost the only kebab shop in Erftstadt that has pepperoni. Nothing is saved. Friends and family have always been thrilled. Everything has worked so far with delivery.

Among other things, 2x kebab (1/2 flatbread) were ordered and 2x kebab (1/3 flatbread) arrived. Both together cost 18€ and a third was basically missing. We were cheated out of €9 and then the meat on the kebab was half raw. We ordered there last time.

Endlich ein Dönermann der weiß, wie man scharf macht!

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal Pizza und Salat dort bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte schneller als angekündigt und das Essen war richtig lecker. Der Salat war frisch und reichlich und die Pizzen waren heiß und genau richtig belegt. Sehr freundlicher Auslieferungsfahrer. Alles top.
