Sometimes I didn't receive what I ordered even though I paid for it at an additional cost. The big kebab is very small and you still want 8€ for it. Delivery also leaves a lot to be desired, it takes 40 minutes and then it doesn't arrive until after 70 minutes. Quite a long time for 1 kebab, a kebab box and a pasta bake. A pasta casserole should be gratinated with cheese, but I also have to pay extra for that (€1.80). I can't say what the service fee of €0.62 is for either. Luckily we have more choice of kebab stalls here locally, so this was the last order because the price-performance ratio wasn't right.

This kebab didn't taste good at all, I felt sick after kebab number 1 Number 2 we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes which is a disgrace because the kebab shop is 500 meters away I can't really say anything about the service, but something has to change!!!!!!!

I had a kebab, a kebab plate, an oriental burger and a pizza delivered there. Price performance TOP, delivery TOP, food edible (but nowhere near as good as Berlin kebab or real pizza from an Italian restaurant or a burger from Berlin). I will still have Alaturka deliver food to me because there is nothing better in Luckenwalde.

We are very satisfied! Pizza, kebab or salad - it's always fresh, quick and tasty. The prices are fair too! Delivery service also works great.

Nice service, no long waiting times, delivery always works perfectly and the dishes are fresh and appetizing. Our office especially likes your pizza. The ambience could still be worked on a bit. It's uncomfortable to sit in a draft, especially in the cold season.

Schmeckt nicht und ein Teil von unserem Essen hat gefehlt. Wir haben eine dönertasche im Menü bestellt + ein fallafel Döner und eine Pide. Alles kam an außer die dönertasche. Musste trotzdem den Preis von allem zahlen.

Von unserem Bestellten essen kam nur die hälfte an. Das essen hat auch garnicht geschmeckt

Der schlechteste Döner in Luckenwalde + sehr sehr unhöflicher und frecher kleiner Lieferant, der die Preise erhöht um Trinkgeld daraus zu machen… also hier würd ich niemanden empfehlen zu essen oder bestellen !!!

Da sie bei Lieferando vorzufinden waren habe ich dirt bestellt. Pizza, Döner und Nudeln. Kamen super pünktlich, war noch warm und preislich kann man echt nicht meckern! Einen Besserung Veggi Döner habe ich bestimmt schonmal gegessen aber schlecht war er definitiv nicht. Von den Pizza und Nudel Leuten kam nur positives Feedback.

Hab 50 cent mehr bezahlt als mein Kollege (döner mit hänchen)

Sehr schmackhaftes Essen. Auf meine Anfrage hin gibt es in der nächsten Woche echte Köfte!!! Darauf freue ich mich wirklich sehr. Ich hatte einen Döner mit Schafskäse und extra Jalapeños. Der war so gr8, daß ich ihn einpacken lassen musste. Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit mir und meiner Enkelin haben sie definitiv Kunden gewonnen.

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal dort bestellt. Unsere Pizzen waren sehr lecker und wurden heiß und schnell geliefert. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt wird das Grillhaus Alaturka wohl unser neuer Favorit unter den Lieferdiensten in der Stadt werden.
