An absolute highlight for burger lovers! The burgers at the Double M Grillhaus are simply unbeatable – juicy, perfectly grilled and topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I was particularly impressed by the taste and the selection of different creations, all of which are prepared with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is cozy and modern at the same time, you immediately feel at home. The service was also great: friendly, attentive and very professional. Here every wish is fulfilled. An all-round successful visit – I’ll definitely be back!

Attention suppliers: Customer does not pay his invoices. Invoices outstanding since May. When asked, Mr. Samdanli hangs up the phone. I would recommend staying away from this company.

I was recently at Grillworld Şamdanlı and I have to say that I was impressed by the size and spaciousness of the place. It's so big and inviting that you could even hold parties there. I tried the Karışık plate, a mixed meat plate, and was very happy with it. The food was good, filling and met my expectations. While it didn't completely blow me away, it was definitely tasty enough to warrant a 5-star rating. Overall, a nice experience and I can definitely recommend Grillworld Şamdanlı!

Nice restaurant, friendly staff. Unfortunately, eating is not recommended. Were here for the first time yesterday with the family (5 people). Ordered pizza, soup and saç kavurma and sote. Unfortunately, no one liked the food. The waiter even asked why the plates were still almost full. Whether there was something wrong or not tasty. Very disappointing for these prices you should get something better offers.

I ordered Iskender and got Iskender, but as an Adana skewer, hidden under the sauce I saw the Adana cut open😉 there's no need to say anything... Ambiance is nice, but what's in it for me if you try to convince the guest for stupid to sell...

The many empty tables on a Friday evening should have warned us. The taste is rather below average, the price is questionable given the size of the portions. The service was nice. Unfortunately for us it was a disappointment.

That was a horror, firstly, the salad bowl was made of metal, rusted on the edge, like a dog bowl. The pieces of flatbread were dry, as if he had brought some leftovers, the food was cold, the service was unfriendly. My recommendation is that you please give this store a wide berth.

Hello, we were there last night. We went to listen to İsmail Altunsaray. First, let me tell you about the food. The food is good, the plates are satisfying. But other than that, after we finished our meal, our table was not looked at for hours. It took hours for the finished plates to be removed from the table. Also, there is no place for people to play in front of the stage, people were standing on top of us while the lively music was playing. They almost came out. Also, the musicians didn't know how to adjust the volume. Their high pitched sounds ripped our ears. That's why İsmail Altunsaray finished his stage early. The worst part was that smoking was allowed in the restaurant, we literally couldn't breathe. I think it was very bad 👎👎👎👎👎

Great service with excellent food at a fair price

My husband and I went there for the third time today as my son was there for the first time and he was immediately just as excited as we were. The food is varied and we really don't want to try it. But what excites me even more is that the restaurant is completely handicapped accessible and the Toil

So disrespectful chamber not rude we wanted to eat and go what they did there that we have to pay entrance fee even though the boss told us we can sit rude chamber didn't say anything more about it

Definitely not recommended, after 30 minutes someone came to take the orders and we waited about 2 hours for our food with three small children. Other customers who arrived after us were served beforehand. However, we canceled all orders and left. Disrespectful service and also very rude. We will never go there again and I will not recommend it. There is definitely a problem of organization and structure in this restaurant.

It was my first time having breakfast here (on a Saturday) and unfortunately I can't recommend it 🥲 Food: Buffet with a lot of choice, BUT, the warm food was cold, the vegetables were already dry and cheese/yoghurt dishes were not cooled...the bread was also cold and dry...so I think that the food will be put out and left at some point remains until it is cleared away again. I know things differently at the buffet. Here, too, they try to offer fresh and warm food and therefore always refill in smaller quantities. Service: at the beginning we were greeted and after that none of the service staff paid us any attention. I come from the catering industry myself and know how you should treat customers/guests. I was really very disappointed.. Shame about the money..

Şamdanlı Grill-World, which has spread its name to Heilbronn and surrounding cities with its delicious food and beautiful concerts, has a great team of employees. But my favorite was Harun, the best waiter I have ever seen in my 40 years of tavern life. He was friendly and handsome.

We were there for breakfast for the first time today. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. Everything very fresh and at a fair price. The staff was very friendly. Always my pleasure!

Unfortunately iftar was a disaster here in this restaurant... the food came after 1.45 hours! That can't and shouldn't be the case... if you don't have the capacity in terms of experience, staff and organization, then you simply shouldn't use your restaurant to such capacity. Everyone was simply overwhelmed. Food came cold and nothing! Soup is tasteless. Tatlı was inedible... just a shame!

Waited 50 minutes for künefe to come out and the order was forgotten

Unfortunately, the food didn't convince us. Light soups and when we asked about the special tomato oil sauce that traditionally has to be added to the tripe soup, they referred us to the paprika powder. Manti was ready and standard. Ali Nazik was lukewarm and unsatisfactory. There was no café because the machine was broken. Unfortunately, we heard this during our visit a few months ago. Unfortunately there was no traditional Turkish beer either. For some people this is complaining at a high level, but I think that these little things can be dealt with organizationally without any problems. Despite the not so good rating, we will come back in the hope that it will get better. We would like to ensure that this great restaurant with live music in Heilbronn is preserved. Live music and the band were great, they responded to the audience and played popular songs and significantly lifted the mood. Ambiance and mood great. Service impeccable.

Warum kann Man mit Karte nicht bezahlen ?

Wir haben am Wochenende auf 12:30 Uhr eine Reservierung gehabt , doch als wir ankamen war das frühstücksbuffet leer . Es hieß das die Küche nun geschlossen sei und es nichts mehr gebe . Total unfreundlich und unverschämt . Wir bekamen dann nur noch Tee Brot und Marmelade . Man hätte ja am Telefon erwähnen können die warme Küche nur bis eine bestimmt Uhrzeit gibt aber leider hat sich auch dafür keiner bei uns entschuldigt . Das war natürlich das letzte mal das wir dort waren ,so ein unfreundliches Verhalten vom Service Personal habe ich bis zu dem Tag noch nicht gesehen gehabt und deshalb gibt es auch keine Sterne !!!

Mit großer Hoffnung und riesigem Hunger waren wir zum Essen eingeladen. Durch die großteils an positiven Bewertungen und wenigen Negativen (die sich am Ende als valide herausgestellt haben) hatten wir uns entschlossen dort Essen zu gehen und nicht zu unserem Stamm Grill Restaurant in Heilbronn. Leider haben wir bereits beim Service gemerkt, das hier an Qualität fehlt. Kaum das gesprochene Wort verstanden. Wir haben alle unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt und wir wollten alle dass das Fleisch schön durch gegrillt wird. Das Ergebnis war leider so wie erwartet, das Fleisch war kaum durch und die Portionen waren gefühlt für Kinder. Der Preis war auch happig im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants, die sogar noch größere Portionen anbieten. Kurz gefasst, die wenigen Negativen Rezensionen waren die ehrlichen und die anderen positiven wie es scheint nicht. Wir waren einmal da und das war’s dann auch. Leider, Heilbronn hat mehr verdient

Waren gestern Abend das erste mal dort. Hatten Fleischgerichte, Pide und den Vorspeisen Teller bestellt. Als das Essen kam waren wir sehr erschrocken, der Vorspeisenteller kostet 18.90 € und es waren vier kleine kleckse von Dips. Dies fanden wir mehr als unverschämt und Geschmeckt hat keins der Dips... Das andere Essen war leider kaum Gewürzt und nur lauwarm... sehr schade Wir werden nicht mehr kommen...

Wunderschönes Ambiente, das Essan war auch sehr lecker und der Service 10/10 man wurde schnell und höflich bedient. Sehr empfehlenswert

Tolles Restaurant. Mega essen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Und super Frühstück am Wochenende. Kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Habe Grillteller zum mitnehmen bestellt. Mir hat es richtig gut geschmeckt. Ein relativ hoher Preis, den ich jedoch als angemessen empfinde.

Achtung Preis-Leistung stimmt einfach nicht! Viel zu wenig essen für den unverschämten Preis!!! 23 euro für einen Grillteller den ein kleines Mädchen essen könnte und trotzdem nicht satt wäre.

Das Ambiente ist wirklich super und einladend absolut nur zu empfehlen essen war sehr lecker und sehr freundlicher Service komme gerne wieder

Das Essen war leider katastrophal. Kalt gekommen, fett getrieft, nicht richtig zubereitet. Sonst hat es davor auch geklappt. Vielleicht ein neuer Koch? Auf jeden Fall nicht gut. Ich hoffe auf Besserung. Preis ist leicht hoch, dafür dass das Essen nicht gut ist. Der Service ist super, immer da wenn was gebraucht wird sofort am Tisch. So muss sein. Aber Abstimmung wäre gut. Manche Sachen kamen doppelt. Das Ambiente ist für das Auge toll, aber für die Ohren nicht. Wenn man am Wochenende kommen möchte und ruhig essen möchte, dann ist es nicht empfehlenswert. Es ist viel zu laut, weil die Liveband anscheinend nicht merkt wie es in den Raum schallt. Sonst schön eingerichtet und hochwertig. Ich wünsche euch Besserung.

Mi a külön termet használtuk. A hangulat fergeteges volt. Sajnos nagyon kevés pincér jött át a külön terembe. Majd percre pontosan 1 órát kellett várni míg egy pincér oda ért hozzánk, úgy hogy többször mentünk szólni, hogy rendelnénk. A rendelest megkapva jött a következő sokk, miszerint egy kb 10€ -s bort (per palack), 59€ ‐ért akartak kiszámlázni. Dr látták, hogy torzult arccal néztünk rájuk, és röpke gondolkodás után....na jó legyen 49€/palack. Hát jó lehúzás megy ott kéremszépen. Az étel is kellően troszkává volt égetve 🫣🙁 De legalább szuper jót buliztunk, mert a zenekar fantasztikus volt 🥰

Schönes aber teures Restaurant ansich für nichts viel zahlen .Preis Leistung ungenügend.beisp. 5 Eis Kugeln meze {aperativ) für 18€ sagt schon alles.

Die live Band war der Hammer, dafür zahlt man aber auch 10€ Eintritt. Das Essen war kalt/an manchen Stellen lauwarm. Die Cigköfte so scharf, dass sie ungenießbar waren. Die Location an sich ist schön.

Tolles türkisches Restaurant mit vielen herzhaften Gerichten. Preise sind noch zu anderen Restaurants „normal“! Essen schmeckt, wird auch rechtzeitig serviert. Das Team fanden wir auch sehr freundlich.

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und die Bedienung war sehr nett und freundlich.

Grillplatte für 2 Personen viel zu wenig. 46 Euro und dann einen Teller bekommen, den man alleine essen kann. Fleisch ist gut aber nur leider von der Menge her deutlich unten den Erwartungen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und freundliche Bedienung und das Essen ist einfach super. Von außen dachte ich das ist ein Standard grillhaus ... aber dann von innen kam der WOW Effekt! Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!
