I was there last night and I feel so sick that I vomited earlier, and not just once.

As always, the buffet was well-stocked, varied, and delicious. From sushi and soup to many different dishes. You can also put together your own selection and have it prepared on the spot. The service was attentive and friendly, although sometimes they were a bit slow clearing the tables. It was still relatively acceptable, though. Prices were also reasonable. The noise level was occasionally a bit of a problem. Nevertheless, overall it was a lovely evening.

We went to Kaiser Paradies on a Saturday for the first time in a long while. What's noticeable since the restaurant changed ownership is that the quality and selection of food have declined. Unfortunately, I also have to complain that the service was sometimes sloppy, with the food being served and the plates being cleared. The drinks package wasn't worth it for us adults at all. There are plenty of non-alcoholic drinks and beer, but for €32.50 per adult and a 2.5-hour time slot, wine and sparkling wine should really be included, in my opinion. It was okay, but I'd choose a different restaurant next time.

Large selection and polite staff.

We're regular customers now, but one thing needs to change... when you're finished, they just take the plate right out from under your nose... a bit rude... they have to wait until we put them together and place them on the side... then they can be picked up... otherwise, they're super nice and friendly.

The price-performance ratio is no longer acceptable; I'd gladly pay more, but not like this. We haven't been there in a long time. The service was incomprehensible, the fried noodles and rice were swimming in soy sauce, all the cooked meat was hard on the outside and dry on the inside, and the duck had an unpleasant aftertaste. Around €33 per person, and everyone at the same table has to pay that. For 2.5 hours, there's an additional €5 per person charge. Leaving food on your plate costs €5, which I completely understand, but not when I get something to try and don't like it; I have to pay more. The restrooms smell extremely unpleasant. The staff doesn't intervene when guests are watching videos loudly on their phones. In conclusion: the prices would be understandable if the quality were there, but everyone has a different perspective. I can eat MSG and soy sauce cheaper at home. Perhaps it was because we were there during the week.

A complete disaster! Far too loud, the buffet was almost empty, and the staff were incredibly unfriendly. We were there with several people on a Saturday evening. By chance, we read that the time limit was 2.5 hours. Since the buffet was practically empty most of the time, it wasn't worth it at all. A shame, but we won't be back.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. We were a group of 11. The food is standard fare. Long lines and waiting times at the buffet, and the same at the grill. By the time you've finished eating, the food is cold. They don't refill the buffet properly either. And the kicker: after 2.5 hours, they charged an extra €4!! Why? Outrageous! They simply kept the change!! Complete chaos at the till, and they called us dine-and-dash because some of us waited outside after paying!! Absolutely unacceptable!! Never again!!! Lesson learned. I can't understand how they got 4.2 stars.

I'm absolutely shocked today! A large German family ate at a restaurant and simply left without paying! We were sitting at table 50 and saw everything with our own eyes. They even argued with the waiters who were politely trying to settle their bill. And then they just left... How can anyone be so disrespectful and dishonest as to do something like that after eating with their whole family?! Such behavior is simply embarrassing and disrespectful, even to themselves!

We went there for the first time yesterday for a birthday party and were unfortunately disappointed. We had to wait a long time for the buffet to be replenished; some of the food was lukewarm, and the beef with onions was partly still raw. Fresh items for grilling were also refilled very sparingly. If you needed glasses, you had to get them yourself. Plates weren't cleared away for almost an hour. For a "luxury buffet" at €32.90 per person, I expected more. So we won't be coming back.

We've been visiting the buffet for several years now, and since the new owners took over, I think things have improved quite a bit. One very good improvement is the all-inclusive drinks package, which is only worthwhile if you order at least three drinks. The selection includes various soft drinks and juices, as well as beer and water. The buffet was, as always, very diverse and quite tasty. The noise level is reasonable, depending on how busy it is; you can always have a normal conversation. Kaiser Paradies is definitely worth a visit, whether for a relaxed evening or a family celebration.

We were there on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was packed, with too many reservations at once. The floor was extremely slippery in places, the service was practically nonexistent, the buffet service was, to put it mildly, inadequate, the grill chef was completely overwhelmed, as were the cashiers, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very bad. That was my first and last time at that restaurant.

Unfortunately, I have to give one star, but I would have loved to give it five. We were there with 11 people, the place was packed, and it was complete chaos. And then there's this supposedly great all-inclusive deal. But they don't tell you that it's time-limited and that you have to pay extra if you exceed the time limit. The food was cold and constantly running out. It took forever for things to be refilled, and then there was a huge crush at the buffet. But time is of the essence, and 2.5 hours is nothing when you want to eat in peace and maybe even have a conversation. Anyway, when we wanted to leave, we couldn't pay together because there was utter chaos at the register. So we waited outside for our group. Shortly after, the cashier came outside and immediately started complaining that 5 people hadn't paid yet. We had to calm him down and point out that they were still inside in line. I felt like we were trying to skip out on the bill. NEVER AGAIN

Well, the food was okay, but many of the bowls were empty. There were long waits at the buffet, and only 2.5 hours to eat, drink, and chat. This cost an extra 5 euros. No information about this online. Not recommended. Never again. Greetings from scooter and moped enthusiasts

The food is cafeteria-style, which many people enjoy, but we don't. The flat-rate drinks are great, and the staff is very accommodating.

I have to say I don't understand some of the recent reviews. We were here on Saturday and had one of the best buffets in years. Super delicious sushi and fantastic fried food. Everything was delicious. And the service was friendly. Simply fantastic.

Since Kaiser Paradies started offering all-you-can-drinks with all-you-can-eat, the whole experience has been truly enhanced! It's really great to be able to simply choose what you like from the entire selection of drinks (including hot drinks). The food is fresh and delicious everywhere! I always find the wok-fried meat to be overcooked, but that's a matter of taste. I'm only deducting a star for the sushi. Sorry, but the sushi is either not freshly made or the person making it simply can't make decent sushi (especially makis). The rice is just mush and not even rice anymore, and the vegetables in it aren't even that nice anymore. We really like the rest of the food, though! The restrooms are always clean and fresh, and the music is so pleasant. The service is also very good! Empty plates are quickly removed from the table, before they pile up too much. And empty bottles are also quickly taken away. We'll be happy to come back!

Highly recommended! Thanks to the new owner and the new concept! Excellent selection! No stomach aches afterward! The price is really awful! But everything is amazing! We were there for 2.5 hours. You simply don't need to leave. Eat and drink as much as you can fit in! It's sooooo awesome! And finally, another FettesPlus for the peanut sauce buffet.

I've been eating there for years, mostly at lunchtime. I unfortunately have to take back my positive review and can only agree with the negative ones! The buffet is no longer refilled because the restaurant gives it away in containers during meal times to people (I think to another restaurant) who collect it in a combi van! And the guests are told, unfortunately, there's nothing left!!! I experienced this myself!! The authorities should look into this again! When you flush the toilets, only a little water comes out and the floor is always sticky! One employee went to the toilet and ran out without washing her hands!! Ugh!

The waitress was very nice, she met us and showed us to our table, explained everything to us in detail, a very nice waitress unlike her Chinese colleagues, leave a tip for those who serve you and not those you see for the first time!!!! I hope my review will be useful for future visitors, be grateful to the person who serves you and not the one who counts at the cash register!

We were pleasantly surprised after the many negative reviews! This was the first time we've been back since switching to all-you-can-eat-and-drinks, and we were thrilled. I have to say, we were here on a Wednesday, so the place wasn't too busy! All the products were fresh and they were constantly replenishing them. We mostly ate the freshly prepared dishes, but the ready-made meals also looked very good, and thanks to the drinks package, we stayed for about two hours! So, all in all, I would definitely come back during the week!

Hair in the food! Never again! After we mentioned that hair had been baked into the food, the owner of the house became extremely rude and said we put the hair in the food ourselves. Of course, and the other tables were watching? Plus, the hair was black, and none of us has black hair. They just embarrassed themselves with their cheeky attitude, and on top of that, we felt disgusted. We had to pay €34.90 per meal for that. Never again! Luckily we took pictures, but unfortunately I can't upload them. The quality of the food as a whole declined and it had no flavor. We were wondering why nothing was happening at all.

Unfortunately, it's become very expensive since the name change. The staff is very lackluster and not particularly friendly, and the food is sometimes bad, sometimes better. We used to really enjoy going there. Everything was fine, but now I'd prefer a different restaurant. It's a shame.

Large selection, good service and good quality

My family and I went there for the all-you-can-eat buffet. The food is truly delicious, and they offer a wide selection. From soups, various meat dishes, and plenty of seafood to fish and, of course, vegetarian dishes, there's something for everyone. Ice cream, jelly, and cakes rounded it all off. We sampled small portions of the buffet, and there was everything you could imagine. Roast duck and chicken. Various shrimp (careful, some are very spicy) in various sauces, delicious salads, separate sauces, including sweet and sour, vegetable, and cream sauces, and so on... They even offer sushi, delicious with soy sauce and wasabi paste. There are also raw ingredients, such as mussels and meat, that you can have seared. I didn't have this, but it was an option, and therefore, of course, it shouldn't be overlooked in my review. The ambiance is pleasant, quiet, clean, well-lit, and simply enjoyable, despite the relatively large number of customers. Non-alcoholic drinks were also included in the price, but alcoholic drinks would have required an additional charge. Since I don't drink alcohol, this wasn't an issue. The staff is very friendly, clearing the empty cups and plates from time to time and asking if everything was satisfactory. (Yes, it was 👍🏻) All in all, it's a very good and delicious buffet. You feel at home from the very first second and want to feast. We will gladly come back and look forward to the Asian delicacies. Very child-friendly, and for exciting observation, there's the koi carp pool, which the kids especially love to visit. There are also plenty of parking spaces, and of course, free of charge. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos, for which I apologize. But even without it, you can get a good impression that this is definitely a place that is more than worth a visit. In conclusion, I can only express my gratitude and ask that you continue to do the same. We thank you for the wonderful time and definitely recommend this restaurant. Best wishes and all the best. Hmm, so since it's become the "Kaiserparadies," the taste has diminished considerably. The food is bland and sometimes not hot enough. We used to enjoy it, but now we'll probably find another restaurant. Instead, we'll drive a little further. It's a shame.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The restaurant had a new staff, and as a result, there was much less choice than usual for an all-you-can-eat menu. Many dishes were unavailable or were barely replenished. The service was friendly, but completely overwhelmed. For the price, we definitely expected more.

We used to love going there. Now, the owner is new, the staff is unfriendly, and the food isn't as good anymore. We're looking for a new place.

If I could, I wouldn't give it a star. Don't eat here. As soon as you walk in, you're told you can choose your own seat. Great. The whole place is completely empty, and yet you wait 10 minutes before one of the 10 employees who walk past you speaks to you. Around €30 per person for the buffet and "endless" drinks. You aren't served; you have to get the drinks yourself and pour them. These are also warm. You know what isn't warm? The food. Cold, soggy food with a weird taste that isn't refilled. A complete disaster, just not worth it anymore. We loved going there for years, but not anymore.

As with everything, it's a matter of taste. The food isn't what we're used to. It probably came from a different carton. The service was courteous. The only thing we didn't like was that the drinks were served in 0.4-liter containers, and they warmed up too quickly.

I was there with nine other people. We got a nice long table, were greeted warmly, and were served when we needed it. The buffet was truly huge and there was something for everyone. I highly recommend it.

The whole restaurant doesn't even deserve a star because the food is cold and inedible. Some of it tasted as if someone had left it in the back corner of the fridge and then found it again and put it on the buffet. You would be lucky that there was anything at all because the containers were constantly empty. Not recommended at all. Don't go there!

Restrooms weren't clean, and the floor was extremely sticky. Dishes were cold and weren't refilled. Sushi was brown, and the fruit from the dessert buffet was very dry and not fresh. The meat dishes, like the duck, were also very dry and cold. Drinks were good.

The older lady who greeted us was a bit unfriendly. The food was warm and we kept checking to see if there was enough. Unfortunately, I didn't find the selection very large. Especially when it came to dessert, the selection was rather small. Plates were collected relatively quickly. (There wasn't much activity either) You get a grosen plus point for drinks. There was really a lot to choose from. There are also plenty of parking spaces at the house. My personal conclusion: There are better and worse restaurants and yes, you could go there again if you can/want to make compromises.

Good afternoon, we went there for a buffet dinner late at night. We were told at the beginning that we only had about 1 hour, which was fine with us. However, we received a cold or lukewarm meal, and after 30 minutes several employees asked us whether we would still eat. We were basically thrown out with bad food and annoying staff We won't come back!

Buffet with drinks flat rate is worth choosing.

We were definitely here for the last time. The quality of the food has become so miserably poor. Most of it tastes like nothing. Like the cheapest convenience food. The waitresses all seemed extremely annoyed, even though there was hardly anything to do. Dessert is an absolute disaster, everything from the cake to the fruit looks soggy, dairy products like the vanilla sauce are not properly cooled and have already gone bad as a result... The only positive thing I can say is the drinks flat rate for around €5. You have to help yourself but the selection of drinks is really great and of high quality. But we come to eat and not to drink. We will therefore avoid the store in the future.

We've been there 3 times now and well we won't be back. We were here on Saturday March 22nd at around 8 p.m. everything was almost empty and nothing was refilled. Raw mushrooms. Cheese balls taste like they were from last weekend. Dessert is all empty so we prefer to drive on to the golden wuu in Wardenburg. When I asked the bird about it while paying, he just smiled. So the store won't last there for long. Beer glass at the machine is only half full.

Never again!!!! The store is open until 11 p.m. according to the sign. We were there around 8 p.m., and the buffet was very empty...unfortunately, nothing was refilled, and even when we asked, nothing changed. The service was annoyed and some of them were walking around in jogging pants. When we complained while paying, they just laughed and said nothing, much to our disappointment.

We were there on Saturday with 4 people for the evening buffet. We were asked if we would like to do flat buffet with or without drinks. Due to the fact that a person has a sleeve stomach and therefore cannot eat a lot and therefore the normal price is not worth it and then definitely can't drink while doing it. 3 people would like to have flat drinks and one person would logically not. The operator said that either all or none of them would work, then the person concerned showed the ID card showing the gastric sleeve operation, but this had no effect either. So everyone gave up the flat. I find this approach very sad and it amounts to discrimination, which is unacceptable, to try to force a person with a gastric sleeve to book a flat that they cannot use in any way. Let's hypothetically assume that the person with the gastric sleeve in question had been seated at a separate table and booked as normal. The three others would have had a different table and would then have booked with flat drinks. Afterwards you would have met by chance in the restaurant, maybe there would be a free place at the table, then you could finally sit down there. Are you then asked to leave the place or how is that handled? The food that came from the grill was unfortunately cold, but because the restaurant reserves the right to charge you up to a full buffet price if the plate is full, I then ate the plate. The meat with the beef with onions was very mixed and dry, so I let it go back with this reason. We were in this restaurant for the first and last time, The fact that our friend was discriminated against is an absolute no go. One more thing, various plates weren't really clean. As well as the cutlery too.

On the walls in the back room, the wallpaper was peeling off and it looked like there was mold behind the wallpaper 🤢 Price performance no longer fits at all.

Don't deserve a star!!! We were there on Saturday and it was just bad... Unfriendly staff and dirty dishes were my highlight. Some of the food was inedible e.g. the beef with onions was not of good quality... there were only pieces of cartilage. And what was also absurd for me was that either everyone at the table took the drinks flat or no one did. Especially when you're in a group of friends, it's very individual who prefers what, some drink more, others drink less. It's absolutely not worth the money. Once and never again...

We were there on Saturday and the prices online are not correct. The evening buffet costs 29.90 euros and I think lunch was 19.90 euros. We always enjoyed going there, but given the prices, the buffet will soon become a luxury and, besides, no one will eat a buffet meal for 30.00 euros.

Very tasty and with the drinking flat rate you can get as many drinks as you can drink. It's best to make a reservation for the evening on the weekend, as it is always very crowded.

I am very disappointed! Was there on Saturday at 12 o'clock - buffet! There was almost nothing left! Chicken or duck was empty, several dishes empty, no mushrooms, dessert also empty - it was hardly refilled! There was nothing left for dessert like cakes etc! You pay around 20 euros with drinks and then it's a complete failure! Never again! When asked when paying, just an apologetic smile - that's not possible!!!

I can't understand the negative reviews, we had a buffet here on February 22, 2025 and I have to say it was very good. Price performance top. The empty plates were quickly cleared from the table. The food at the buffet was quickly refilled so that everything was always fresh. I also found that the staff always made sure that the food was always refilled. The food was also very tasty. The restaurant was busy, but despite that the atmosphere was very good. All in all, a worthwhile visit. We'll definitely be back.

Got incredibly bad. Went there at 7:30 p.m., there was no more food and nothing was refilled. Hair was found in the food and unfortunately nothing was done about it. There is now a Vienna drinks flat rate, unfortunately it was not explained what it is for and which drinks it includes, as the only new thing is a box with many new bottles as an addition to the buffet.

Contrary to some other reviews, I can only report good things. The food was great and the drinks buffet was really great. The store was well attended. It was full but the place was quiet. We were nicely shown to the place. The buffet was great, everything was very tasty and things were refilled quickly. The raw buffet that you can serve at the grill is really great. Great selection of meat fish vegetables and shellfish. It does take a while for it to be brought to the table fully prepared (around 20 minutes), but that was when the shop was full and it was absolutely worth the wait. You can pass the time in a good and tasty way at the warm buffet. The sushi and dessert buffet was also very tasty. Can only recommend it.

It's a shame... it used to be really good there, unfortunately the quality has declined significantly. Not only was the food cold, but also the atmosphere. The staff is neither trained nor hospitable. Compared to before, unfortunately there is only an all-you-can-eat mass service, which is absolutely not worth the price of around 75 euros (2 adults, one child).

Service was top... Duck was almost cold and dry and didn't taste like it had been warmed up from the day before... otherwise everything was okay. We were there at lunchtime... the meat wasn't replenished like the rest of the poultry...

We visited the evening buffet on a Sunday. It was busy but you still had enough privacy - really nice to sit there! Overall, the food was good - even if I personally was missing something, especially a selection of sauces! The service... generally okay (see my negative list for more details) Positive - Eat fresh - Good selection and always refilled (at least in the evening) - Drinks flat rate for 5 euros extra (self-service) - Some of the employees (I think the owner) were very nice! - Plates are usually cleared quickly Negative - Some of the staff are very unfriendly! - Live grill sometimes took a very long time! Bad service. We've been eating here for years, but that was the last time! A table reserved for 7 people at 1:30 p.m. The buffet was empty. There weren't even any fries for the child. After several references, people simply shrugged their shoulders. Waited in vain to eat typical snacks like wang tan or baked banana. There was simply nothing added. Not even the sweet buffet. No more cake! No pineapple, no banana. I asked several times for the managing director! He's not there. During the payment process, I said again that this situation was not okay and that I was asking for a discount. Since 7 people were leaving hungry, they didn't accept it. Not even an apology!? When I said that this would be the last time we ate there, the waiter cheekily said that he didn't care, he just worked here. Great 👌🏻 how the customers are treated here!!!! Keep it up 👏🏻

Food was constantly refilled at the buffet, everything was very tasty. Unfortunately (the restaurant was very full) we had to wait over 30 minutes for our plates to be put together for the grill. The drinks package included in the buffet price is great and was perfect for us. Staff tried very hard. A little more order here and there would have been nice, but as a guest you can help out a little and, for example, throw towels in the trash can in the toilet area and not next to them, or if the spring roll doesn't end up on the plate, pick it up.

On Saturday around 6 p.m. the restaurant was full. The buffet was continually replenished. Food that was left at the grill only came to the table 45 minutes later and was then not what it had been given. Give meat once, get meat and fish. The second time there were suddenly onions. Staff couldn't keep up with clearing away. A drop-off point would make sense. But the food tasted good. The toilets need cleaning every now and then.

At 7 p.m. the buffet was pretty empty. When asked, there wasn't enough to add more. There was no more dessert. (If everything had still been frozen) There wasn't enough cutlery. The meat was dry. The waitress was very annoyed when asked about plates/cutlery. All in all very bad. Too bad. The flat rate for the drinks isn't worth it either. (It was very outstanding) Toilets super dirty and no toilet paper available. When asked, they acted as if they didn't understand us.

A table was reserved at 12 o'clock... the shop was completely overcrowded and there were no chairs for my reserved table... the food was all empty and nothing was refilled. I've never seen such a bad buffet.. no recommendation!!! You shouldn't spend any money on it straight away

We had reserved a day in advance and still got the worst seat in the whole restaurant - a dark, dirty corner. The buffet was almost empty at 6:30 p.m. and nothing was refilled. The employees were completely overwhelmed and no longer had the situation under control. Far too many guests were allowed in, so it was almost impossible to move. An absolutely chaotic experience - definitely not recommended!

The waitresses were unfriendly and seemed annoyed. One child even threw up - we don't know if it was because of the food, but it was definitely not a good sign. Additionally, there were no cutlery or chopsticks, which made eating even more difficult. Never again!

Hardly any food available. It takes forever until something comes along. Cutlery, glasses etc. you have to get it yourself. Sometimes there are no plates. Food is cold. No toilet paper or towels available in the toilets. When you ask, you are simply ignored or your eyes are rolled. Out of 3 people, 2 had diarrhea less than an hour after eating. At the next table you noticed that someone had vomited. Unfortunately very disappointing.

Rich buffet With pre-cooked dishes but also raw meat, fish and vegetables to put together and fry yourself. The dessert buffet is great with fruit, cake, jelly, chocolate fountain and so on 😋😋😋 Drinks are also included if you choose this menu. The plates are collected regularly.

Great value for money, under new management, evening buffet including drinks flat rate (beer, juices, soft drinks, bottles and draft brews) for €30.90 At lunchtime it's only €19.90 with drinks flat rate, but that's only optional. You can of course just take the buffet and have drinks extra.

Food so-so, not hot, partly indefinable. Worse still are the audience, grown men who go to the restaurant on a Saturday evening in sweatpants and parents who can't control their raging children - never again

The all-you-can-eat restaurant currently holds a top 5 spot in my review. The rating has further improved thanks to the new all-you-can-drink offer.

Really great and delicious buffet Personally, I miss a ready-made sweet and sour dish with pineapple and the duck is far too fatty for me. Brand new this year at lunchtime during the week with a drinks flat rate. The buffet and drinks cost a total of 19.90 euros, which is a fair price. The toilets should also be cleaned properly.

All you can do everything now. Ambience of a dining room in a Turkish all-inc hotel. Food OK, but not better than average. But perfectly fine for the price. Staff friendly and quick at covering.

Update: We were there again on 12/14/24. This time under a new name and owner? Unfortunately the buffet has changed, for me for the worse. One or two things were empty several times and it took a while until they were refilled. That didn't exist under grill and wok! The staff is also less than it was under the other name. It's a shame... My enthusiasm is no longer what it was before... It's our favorite buffet restaurant. We like to go there from Ammerland. There is a plentiful selection of food, it is constantly being refilled and there is always something new available. In terms of taste, the Oldenburg buffet restaurants can learn a lot from them. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Always very happy, try it out.

New name, different buffet. Less Asian, but cauliflower in ready-made hollandaise, croquettes and omelets. The food was always good, but an Asian buffet should remain Asian.
