They used to make an effort. The food arrived quickly and always tasted good. However, that's changed in the last few months. I've always waited over two hours for the last five or six orders. Sometimes they only delivered after I called and inquired, even though I only live five or seven minutes away. Any notes you leave on Lieferando are ignored, so the food is almost always prepared incorrectly. Something was missing from the last two orders, and the employees were too good to replace it. I won't order from there again.

Honestly, by far the best pizza I've ever eaten, and that's not an exaggeration. Hats off.

I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service. Advertise that if you order over 30, you get a cola. Had an order value of EUR 31 via lieferando. Didn't get any coke. Supplier asked the boss. He replied that since we ordered online, there was none. But he also couldn't explain to me why the free Coke was always included with past online orders. And no, I'm not mixing anything up because I've always ordered from them online. Well, the end of the story is that you lose a customer to the competition because of the lack of cola.

Very tasty, we ordered burgers, fries, and pizza. Delivery was well under the stated time. We'd be happy to order here again.

20 minutes tried to make contact by phone and no one answered the phone. I called during the opening times provided by Google Maps.

Unfortunately you have to wait over 2 hours for your food here (and not for the first time).😡In addition, the pizza was cold and soggy 😡 The fries were inedible, really great when the children are looking forward to fries 😡😡😡 To be honest, people don't order here anymore... You were lied to on the phone that the food was delivered to you much quicker... an impudence!!!!!!!! Not even worth one star 😡

Eckel pizza!!!!! This is the third time we have ordered and every time something went wrong. Today was the last time. The pizza was burnt and rotten broccoli was put on the pizza. Boss doesn't see anything and I stay on my rotten pizza. Not recommended!!!!!

There is a need for improvement in several points. Ordered 2 burger menus for delivery today. After the food was finally delivered after a good 1½ hours, even though a delivery time of 1 hour was confirmed, it was already cold and the fries and burgers were correspondingly soggy. But the fact that the driver then insists on tips and only gives out €2 when the price goes from €27 to €30 is not acceptable. I even had the impression that he would have preferred to leave with the €30. The only consolation is that the burgers still tasted pretty good.

Pizza kam sehr schnell.War heiß und lecker

Überdurchschnittliche und leckere Pizzen. Besser als die übliche Standard Liefer-Pizza. Es gab ein kleines Problem - was direkt am Telefon nett geklärt wurde. Fehler passieren überall, ein gutes Lokal erkennt man aber daran, wie mit Fehlern umgegangen wird. Für eine solide und leckere Pizza kann ich den Laden empfehlen.

Leckere Pizza mit knusprigem Teig und gutem Belag mit spezieller Knoblauchsauce vor Ort gegessen, komme gern wieder.

Leider habe ich von 4 Bestellungen nur 1x so bekommen wie bestellt. 1x wurde ein Essen nicht aufgenommen, 1x die falschen Pizzaschnecken bekommen und heute bei 2 Essen was anderes bekommen. Die Nudelgerichte könnten besser gewürzt sein. Leider etwas enttäuschend, wenn man sich auf ein leckeres Essen freut und beim Auspacken merkt, dass man etwas anderes bekommen hat als man bestellt hat. Schade

Man bestellt Nudeln ohne Fleisch und bekommt eine Hackfleischsoße!

Mit der Zeit kommt die Routine :-)! Wir hatten 1x den BBQ Burger und einen Cheeseburger. Die Pattys auf den Burgern waren selbst gemacht und haben gut geschmeckt, der Rest (Salat, 1x Tomate) ausbaufähig. Leider hat auf dem Cheeseburger der Cheese gefehlt.. Wir würde gerne wieder kommen und dann aber das Hähnchen probieren wenn es dann da ist :-)

Leckere Pizza sehr frisch, Gemüse noch richtig knackig Burger und Pommes sind Standard. Geliefert wurde sehr schnell und es gab noch eine Flasche Cola gratis👍

Geschmacklich war es gut. Kamen heiß an die Pizzen. Sogar mit Platzhalter damit der Käse nicht an dem Deckel klebt .👌🏻 Leider waren ein paar Sachen „falsch“! Anstatt Salamipizza bekamen wir Schinkenpizza, auf der einen Pizza fehlten die Kapern (Pizza pazza) und wir hatten gefüllte Brötchen mit Artischocke bestellt. Geliefert wurden Brötchen mit Sardellen. Schade.

Schmeckt sehr gut und es wurde nochmal nachträglich unaufgefordert was zu trinken gebracht, was bestellt aber vergessen wurde.
