The grill restaurant surprised me positively! The selection of meats is truly impressive and the quality of the meat was consistently excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and rustic, just right for a relaxed dinner. The service was friendly and helpful, although the orders could have come a little quicker. You had to be a little patient, especially with a full house. Service could be better organized. Overall, a very successful grilling experience where you definitely get your money's worth. I will definitely come back and look forward to my next visit!

I visite theplace woth my partner anf we expected a lot based on the rating. Unfortunately,we were disappointed We waited around 20min just for the drink, and around 1 hour more for the food. People were coming, eating and going home while we just waited... When the food finally came (after we reminded them about our order) it was cold, portions were smaller than described in the menu... I will attach photos so see it yourself if this was worth around 37€ in total.

Huge dissappintment. We came as we saw good ratings. The place was full, and we were excited as we knew the food would be fresh. There it started: - we waited around 20 minutes to get 1 bottled water and 1 coffee - after reminding them not to forget our order, we finally got our food after in total 1h10min waiting time. Shameful. - portions were cold and smaller than described in the menu, and they looked as if they had been made 2 min before serving. Zero effort. - the order of my partner was half wrong - at least 3 tables more tables around us were complaining too. We have no clue how this place got such a good average grade. We should have refused to pay. We spent around 37€ in total for the food in photos. Judge it yourself if it is worth it.

Today I had dinner at the Grillpalast with my two children. We ordered lamb fillet medium, we got it well done. Döner plate large, this was fine and also tasty. We ordered kebab gratinated, the side dish was missing, which we didn't get even after reordering. When we wanted to pay, I was charged an amount of over €70 via debit card. I didn't receive an invoice myself, only the EC receipt was given to me. I had to ask for the correct invoice, which was then hesitantly handed over to me. I was even told that you don't normally get these. On the bill you could then see that I was charged for 5 drinks worth €12.50, which we neither ordered nor received. I was then sent to 3 different employees until someone agreed to address my complaint. We didn't get a deduction because we didn't receive the insert, we were paid the overcharged amount and that was it. Not even an apology, just “things are a bit messy today.” Make your own judgment about these circumstances, in any case you won't see me again.

Everything is fine again! I am now 100% satisfied again. Previous recession: The quality of the food deteriorates somewhat. You probably try to keep the prices down, but you buy cheaper. The wrong way for me. I would happily pay more if I could get the quality of 2022 again.

I was very disappointed with my last visit to Grill Palast Viersen. I ordered a kebab to take away and was surprised at how little meat it contained. There was hardly any meat in the kebab, mainly just bread and salad. The ratio was really inappropriate and definitely not what I expect from a good kebab. Additionally, I wasn't given a bag of napkins, which is very inconvenient for a take-out meal. The overall service was inadequate and I will avoid this store in the future.

Very, very tasty food and great ambience. Unfortunately that was it. After almost 10 visits I summarize: The service is inattentive, doesn't see empty glasses to ask if you want something else to drink, doesn't ask if everything tastes good/is right. Drinks didn't come several times, and we often had to wait up to 10 minutes just for the menu, which can be served within 5 seconds. Instead, you prefer to clear away dishes and do tons of other things. The food didn't come at the same time twice, so the others were already starting and we had to ask. You hold your wallet demonstratively in your hand and yet the waiters walk past you as if they were wearing blinders. If only the friendliness were right or there was a little heart involved. I don't expect service like the Ritz Carlton, but things can really be better. To top it off on our last visit, I ordered a salad to take away and waited 23 minutes (!) for it. That was my last visit. There are plenty of other restaurateurs where you are valued more and treated better.

Once again a very tasty meal. Very nice staff. Even though it was very busy, our order was taken quickly. After what felt like 10 minutes, our food was served in a very nice and friendly manner. We sat outside in a nice atmosphere. As a suggestion for the ambience, I would like to say that a railing on both sides of the stairs to the outside would give guests more safety. I think that the boxes for empties are there due to lack of space, but as observed, they don't provide any support when climbing the steps. But they don't look that nice either. The exit to the toilet from the "beer garden" or "yard" could also be better So I could only give it 4 stars. But we already have the “Grill Palast” and unfortunately I can’t post photos. I’ll do it next time.

I was there today with two colleagues. It was super tasty. It was difficult to choose something from the large selection. The service was simply great. The staff was super nice, attentive and friendly. I'll definitely come back.

On our way through the city, Fürth and the Grill Palast came into view. We were quickly assigned a seat and the service was always on hand, pleasant and friendly. Since we had to wait a bit for our food, we were given a small starter. The food is excellent and a good portion, we enjoyed it very much. Personally, I would like a quieter toilet where the light doesn't go off every 10 seconds. The restaurant is well attended and I'm looking forward to trying out the other dishes should we be in Viersen again.

A new shop in Viersen for grilled food and just go visit it! I've been there before and I'm really impressed. The team really stepped up and were served really quickly despite the full house. We also recommend the outdoor area where you can sit comfortably outside. Just go there!!! 👍

Unfortunately it's a bit slow...the doner meat wasn't that great, some of it inside too. Otherwise the rest was okay, whether pide or falafel.

We had dinner here with a group of 7 men. The atmosphere was nice and busy when we entered. We were well received by the host. 9 Because we were a large group, we were placed at the back. THE FOOD. To start, I ordered Kele paca soup. DELICIOUS well filled large pieces of tender meat perfect. 10 Then ordered a large lamb mix grill. The skewers were perfect. Not grilled for too long, nice and tender. Well seasoned. Everything was well prepared. The entire menu was well grilled. We ordered fries, but they arrived quite later than the menus. That was a minus point. 9 After dinner we also ordered a kunefe, oops, oops, that was so tasty. But you have to be patient, it took about 40 minutes before it arrived. Flavor 10 Hygiene Toilet areas were fresh and clean. Considering how busy I was, I expected less, but it was good. 8 So in summary, definitely a place to visit again.

Nice restaurant with Turkish specialities. Next to the usual grilled meat platters they have soups, salads and pizza, pizza bread and much more. Service has been improved since the last time. Don’t forget to make a reservation, it can be very crowded.

I ordered a delivery, it took a long time, the food was cold, the salad fell out of the package, the whole order was covered in oil.

Leckeres Essen mit freundlichem Personal

The most delicious lamb skewer that I ever tried. The meat is so juicy, tender, grilled with actual wood, not on electric grill. And there absolutely zero that strange taste, that lamb sometimes has. You could never guess that it is lamb meat, no bad smell, no bad taste, just pure pleasure. Döner is also great, my favourite place to get it. With a price of just €5.50 you get a big, fresh and very tasty Döner, which is way better than from other well-known places in Viersen or Mönchengladbach:) Another thing is that waiters sometimes are so unfriendly, I wonder how they still continue working there. But if you won't just look at them, you can enjoy delicious food:)

Sehr leckeres Essen das auffallend ansprechend angerichtet ist!! Vier Sterne beim Ambiente ist genau genommen kein Punktabzug: für die Raumgröße, Platzanzahl und offene Küche ist die Umgebung SEHR angenehm, bis hin zur Musik! Eigentlich sollten Essen und Service sechs Sterne bekommen - die in meinen Augen ausgesprochen junge Dame die uns bedient hat war AUSNEHMEND geduldig, freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat in großem Maße dazu beigetragen dass unser (zu) spontaner Besuch - kaum Bargeld, keine EC-Karte dabei - super war! ACHTUNG: es ist offensichtlich dass wir enormes Glück hatten - UNBEDINGT RESERVIEREN!! Und: LANGSAM BESTELLEN! Die Portionen sind großzügig und wir haben die leckere Vorspeise nicht kommen sehen!

Einzigartig in Viersen ! Hier bekommt in vom „normalen Döner“ bis zum Lammspieß in Teig mit tollem Reis und Jogurtcreme alles was eurer Herz möchte. Sehr nettes Personal und Preisleistung extrem gut 👍🏻 Vorspeisenteller (leckeres hausgemachtes Brot mit 3erlei Dips) gibt es ebenfalls , was heutzutage sogut wie nirgends mehr angeboten wird vorab von Haus aus. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder !!!

War heute zum ersten Mal dort und es wird auch nicht das letzte Mal sein super leckeres Essen die Pizza und der Grillteller grandios kleine Vorspeisen mit warmen gebackenem Fladenbrot und Tee auf Kosten des Hauses sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und mit 8 Personen nur 20 Minuten Wartezeit hier hat man sich seine 5 Sterne absolut verdient 🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Das Ambiente sieht toll aus und auch die Theke macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Mit einem Wienerschnitzel habe ich anscheinend nicht das Steckenpferd des Lokals ausgesucht. Das war leider klein, platt, zäh und nicht richtig genießbar. Der Salat, der dazu gehörte habe ich erst bekommen als ich schon viel gegessen hatte. Bei meiner Reklamation wurde sehr reserviert reagiert und mir erklärt, dass Kalbfleisch halt etwas fester sei. Das Schnitzel war allerdings mehr als "fest", es war so zäh, dass es schwierig zu schneiden war. Außerdem hätte ich ja schon halb aufgegessen. Ja ich hatte außen herum das Fleisch gegessen, weil das noch ging. Als ich dann beschloss dass es nicht mehr geht habe ich es freundlich reklamiert. Beim Bezahlen der Rechnung wurde mir dann mehrmals von der Bedienung gesagt, dass sie das reklamierte Schnitzel jetzt aus eigener Tasche bezahlen müsse. Allerdings gehörte die Bedienung zu den Inhabern. Als Ja...wer soll es denn sonst bezahlen? Ach ja ein kleines schwarzes Stück Haar 2-3 cm lang hab ich zusätzlich noch auf dem Schnitzel gefunden. Also Punkte fürs Ambiente und die Theke. Service und Essen war leider ein Reinfall.

Das Mittag/Abendessen sind lecker. Aber die Bedienung ist total unorganisiert und chaotisch. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist wirklich eine Katastrophe. Man sucht ständig etwas. Es gibt keine Gläser, keine Teller, kein Besteck in den Dips und Co. Dazwischen läuft das Personal die ganze Zeit zwischen den Leuten und holt Sachen aus sämtlichen Fächern die unter dem Buffet sind 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ reines Chaos. Überfall fliegt das Essen rum und es ist sehr unordentlich. Der Kaffee war einfach ungenießbar. Als Krönung des Morgens musste man das ganze Zeug was man benutzt hat selber wegräumen und auf einen schäbigen Küchenwagen hinstellen und am besten noch sortieren (wobei da gar kein System vorhanden war. 2 große Plastikeimer oben drauf, man weiss garnicht was wohin kommt) Das war eindeutig das erste und letzte Frühstück dort.

Ich würde anstatt 5 gleich 10 Punkte vergeben. Dieser Laden strahlt nicht nur optisch sondern auch von seiner Qualität des Essens komplett hervor. Ich bereise die Bundesländer sehr oft und finde selten noch einen Laden der einen Pommdöner für 5.50€ serviert und niemals in so einer Köstlichkeit. Wer also in der Nähe von Viersen ist muss unbedingt diesen Laden besuchen. Ich lege meine Hände ins Feuer für die Person die nicht im 7. Himmel schwebt nachdem sie dort gegessen hat. Zudem ist die Bedienung super freundlich und bringt ein kostenloses Vorgericht sowie einen Tee oder Ähnliches was auf Kosten des Hauses geht. Grill Palast Viersen, es war mir eine Ehre bei euch zu speisen und ich werde es wieder machen.

Ich war letztens mit einem Kollegen dort essen. Der Laden bietet viele Sitzplätze drinnen, welche auch sehr gemütlich sind. Der Laden ist sehr sauber. Die Bedienung erfolgte prompt. Das Essen war spitze! Preis-Leistung ist hier super! Wie kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Edit: Muss meine Bewertung von 5 Sternen leider deutlich nach unten korrigieren. Ich war nun mehrere Male da und der Service wird von Mal zu Mal schlechter. Es herrscht keinerlei System beim Service. Der eine weiß nicht, was der andere macht. Neuerdings ist es normal, dass man erst nach 15-20 Minuten nachdem mach sich hingesetzt hat bedient wird. Bestellungen werden vergessen und man wartet dann wieder Ewigkeiten, dass man bezahlen kann. Was mich aber am meisten stört ist die Tatsache, dass man wirklich hingegangen ist und die Portionen deutlich kleiner gemacht hat. Ich finde es absolut frech und nicht nachvollziehbar, wieso man diesen Schritt macht. Es ist ja nicht so, dass der Laden plötzlich vor der Insolvenz steht. Für mich ist es aber ein Grund mehr, den Laden zu meiden.

Spontan eingekehrt zum Martinsmarkt, weil Regen und Hunger keine gute Kombination ist. Dort ists warm umd trocken und was feines zu Essen gabs obendrein. Den Vorspeisenteller mit drei Dips gabs aufs Haus und war schneller weg, als ich knipsen konnte. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet, war appetitlich angerichtet und sehr, sehr lecker!

Wir waren heute zum ersten mal spontan in dem Restaurant. Wir hatten nicht reserviert und bekamen einen Tiscv für 1 Stunde. Das war vollkommen ausreichend. Die Bedienung ist sehr freulich und der Service auch. Zudem bietet die Speisekarte für jeden etwas. Tip oben an der Seite links oder rechts sitzen nimmt etwas die Geräuschkulisse weg. Fazit Kann man sehr empfehlen, weiter so😀😀😀. Komen bestimmt wieder 😀😃😄

I drive from Maastricht to Viersen, it is worth every kilometer and every bite..

Onvriendelijke personeel, brengen je gewoon ouder brood als het druk is. En je wordt gewoon afgesnauwd waar je bij staat. Normaal werden we altijd beter en vriendelijker geholpen dan gisteren.

Essen und preisleistungsverhältnis war ok. Die Bedienungen waren nach meinen Eindruck genervt, und eine null Bock einstellung. Im Laden war die Musik viel zu laut.

Heute das Frühstücksbüffet für 9,90€ getestet. Das Buffet bietet eine solide Auswahl an türkischen Dips, Feta-/Schafskäse, gekochte Eier, Rührei mit Sucuk, Börek, etwas Cornflakes, etwas frischem Gemüse und ein paar Marmeladen. Tee, Kaffe und Osaft sind in Begriffen. Im großen und ganzen kann man sich hier aber für 10€ super gut satt essen. Die Qualität für den Preis ist auch in Ordnung. Service war freundlich.

Zweimal Dönerteller groß bestellt und wirklich nicht viel Fleisch drauf und das auch noch mit viel Knorpel drin. Echt nicht gut. Der junge Mann hinter der Theke wollte wohl cool sein und das Essen mit viel Schwung in die Box gepfeffert. Garnicht zu frieden.

Das Essen war exquisite. Am besten hat mir der Service gefallen, die Kellnerin Emine war sehr sympathisch und konnte mir über das Essen eine ausführliche und ehrliche Meinung geben. Der empfohlene Adana war sehr lecker und die Soßen haben super dazu gepasst. Komme immer wieder gerne wieder hier her. Bei so einem Service passt das Essen noch besser.
