By far one of the best Greek restaurants in our area! Amazing food, delicious drinks, good wines, great beer, and impeccable service. Everything just comes together perfectly.

The only criticism is that the waiters clear away while some guests are still eating; that's not really right, you should wait until everyone has finished eating and then clear away.

We actually really enjoy going to Greek restaurants. But our visit to this restaurant was quite a disappointment. We arrived right when the restaurant opened, as we had small children with us. The first point of criticism was the service that evening: When seven adults and two and a half children sign up for dinner, you can expect quite a bit of turnover, and I expect at least a smile and not a listless expression. The second point was the drinks – several glasses weren't filled properly. This may sound picky, but if I'm supposed to pay a hefty €4.80 for a 0.4-liter beer, I expect a 0.4 liter. The third point was the food. Very mediocre. The fries seemed like they'd been reheated from the day before, there's no children's menu, and the drinks menu listed the prices for spirits, but not what the price referred to. My son and his girlfriend shared the fish platter for two, which came to a whopping €56. On top were mussels, shrimp, salmon, and sole. The quality was also very mixed. Shrimp were okay, crab rice too, and the sauce was quite good. The salmon was grilled to death and completely bland, while the sole was in a kind of crust, unseasoned and muddy. The biggest disappointment was the tzatziki. I don't usually leave anything unfinished, but I couldn't eat this. It's actually quite a simple recipe: cucumber, yogurt, garlic, salt, pepper, a dash of olive oil. That's all it takes. There was something in here that didn't belong there. The cheap junk from the discount store bucket tastes better. Maybe they were having a bad day, but at almost 300 euros, I simply don't care. The money is gone and the evening is ruined. Especially annoying when you're embarrassing yourself to the core in front of friends you've invited to a lovely meal.

On my second visit, the waiter pointed out the table I was at last time. He asked if I had the same drinks as before. A pleasant surprise. Metaxa souvlak is a dish that will make me want to try it a second time, a twenty-second time, and even more. My taste buds went wild with delight. Everything here is as it should be in a great restaurant. There's a great atmosphere, very friendly and professional service, and most importantly, delicious food. I absolutely recommend it!

The only hot thing on the plate were the fries. The gyro was hard and barely chewable. The lamb steak was the size of a 5-mark coin. The other meat was unseasoned, dry, and cold...very disappointing. Despite complaints, the waitresses were unwilling to help. The half-full plates went back to the kitchen. €70 for two pets, and then the poor quality...we won't be back...

I was at the restaurant today for Tuesday, having pre-ordered by phone. The service was super fast, and the staff was friendly and very nice. I like the Krombacher beer, which is rarely available on tap in Torgau. The food was super delicious 😋 and the portion was so large that I had to take half a meal home with me, beautifully packaged. The price, service, and atmosphere deserve five stars in every respect. A visit to Kreta is worthwhile even during the week. I wish the team continued success and look forward to my next visit.

Schönes Ampiente freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, Service gut. Leider muss ich die Qualität des Rumpsteaks kritisieren, Fleisch von schlechter Qualität, total mit Sehnen durchsetzt, hatte Medium verlangt ,da dieses Steak viel zu dick war war das Fleisch innen roh und nicht medium, war sehr fest und zäh. Und das für den Preis von 30 Euro. Also dieses Gericht lieber nicht bestellen!!!

Very nice Greek restaurant. Great beer garden that could use some TLC here and there, but it's not too bad. Friendly staff. Delicious, good quality food... it could have been a bit hotter and presented with a bit more care. The taste was very delicious. It was also a shame that the tzatziki wasn't included with the grilled dishes, which made the whole thing a bit dry. Prices were a bit too high.

We came across this restaurant spontaneously today and were very satisfied. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, which created a pleasant atmosphere right from the start. Despite the good number of visitors, everything went smoothly. Our order was taken quickly and the starter arrived after just a few minutes. The main course didn't take long to arrive either and was served within 30 minutes. The portions were absolutely sufficient and filled us well. We also found the prices reasonable and fair. Overall, a great experience – we would love to come back!

Since we had a voucher, we thought we would go out to eat for Valentine's Day. I called earlier in the week and reserved a table for us. My husband has been to the restaurant several times, I haven't and I am totally impressed by the atmosphere. We got our drinks and salad within a few minutes, the dressing on the salad is amazing! Our main course also came in less than 10 minutes. The food was excellent and very tasty, I'm thrilled! We would love to come back, an absolutely great restaurant with very friendly and welcoming staff.
