Griechisches Restaurant Bei Simos "Haus Waldlust" in Lüdenscheid

Just agree with everything in this restaurant! A nice atmosphere in a chic and modern ambience, but still cozy. The service is friendly and quick. Large selection of food and simply delicious. At the beginning there is an ouzo. You immediately feel welcome. A large, romantic beer garden under large illuminated trees invites you to linger in the summer months. The hours fly by with a delicious red wine and maybe a delicious dessert in between. The Greek background music gives you the wonderful feeling of being in a real tavern. All without flights and long travel times. The toilets are new, clean and modern. Parking spaces are directly opposite at the gas station. The large hall is ideal for large birthdays, engagements, weddings etc. From there you go directly to the large terrace. There is a small playground for the kids with 2 small slope slides. Also ideal for families. Definitely worth a visit.

Friendly staff, the food was ready quickly, the gyros plate was very tasty, the best gyros I've ever eaten, I can only recommend it. And for a small gyros plate I wouldn't have been able to get a really decent portion of a large gyros plate. A small plate of gyros is sufficient. I would very much like to come back.

The food is really tasty and the portions are decent. The beef liver is really good and the fried octopus too. The waiters are quick and really relaxed. There you get Even bought a coffee when you smoked outside, or handed you an ouzo when you walked past the bar. We go there regularly because it's just nice and cozy.

After my wife & I were there a few weeks ago and were thrilled by the food, we went again today with our entire family. It was such a lovely evening with excellent food and great service that I can only recommend the restaurant “bei Simos”. @Gamitas 😁: we'll be back

I can only give 2 stars for the service...we had to wait 95 minutes for our food!!! That doesn't work at all!!! The staff was good, but we also had to wait in line to pay!!! Even the ouzo for 'warm' is of no use...

A bad experience through and through. We were there on a Sunday lunchtime. Despite not having many guests, we waited an hour for our food. And the iced tea for almost €6 was a glass yes! Lemon iced tea. While another guest received a glass with a lip print on it, which clearly speaks for the cleanliness. When the food arrived the gyros and meat were cold. With everyone! The children's plate of pasta with tomato sauce was so spicy and spicy that it was not suitable for children and the child didn't want to eat it even after 2 forks because it was spicy. So adding spicy spice to a special children's plate is absurd. The portions weren't really that big but they were acceptable. The atmosphere was very tepid. No atmosphere, no materials and therefore very loud so that you had no opportunity to have a conversation. The outside area looked nicer with the small children's playground. The toilets were clean but even then you can tell that there is simply no love in the restaurant (if you want to call it that). No attention was paid to small things like the faucet that doesn't fit and doesn't wash over the sink but rather over the amateur. The service was short and uninviting, but not unfriendly. If there was a misunderstanding or the glass mentioned, we exchanged without hesitation. However, something like that shouldn't happen. All in all, it's an overpriced snack bar with a playground. I absolutely cannot recommend it because of so many abnormalities. A snack is faster, tastes better and is cheaper.

Very unfriendly staff. The request was not responded to and when asked, the boss became very unpleasant and reacted completely wrongly! First and last visit, but also had a long journey…. Plus it's outrageously expensive!

Very unfriendly. Customer requests were not taken into account. (The order was taken on the phone, when we picked it up it was wrong and they shared it and we were out of luck.) The owner became very cheeky. They are also unreasonably expensive. The food is of better quality from other Greeks and you don't have to be insulted. It was definitely the last visit for us.

Basically satisfied. Unfortunately, the rump steak No. 72 was very well cooked and tough. No. 73 (pan with Metaxa sauce and rump steak + 3 rismarind potatoes) was unfortunately also tough and the sauce tasted more like dishwashing liquid. The two courts did not convince “us”. However, we would love to come back and try something different. For us young parents, the “beer garden” with the playground next to it was absolutely great! Our son loved the pasta with tomato sauce and enjoyed eating it very much. It is absolutely recommended for young parents☺️ Staff ok so far. Ambience also very nice, toilet completely fine. Parking spaces There are enough. Conclusion: Not happy with (our) meal today, but everything else was just perfect! We'll come back and maybe have some typical Greek food 😉

Long wait for dinner, meat was nice, we ordered a platter for 2 but by the time it came (over an hour) we were starving. Shame, think some of the staff were on holiday . Quite expensive for a Greek restaurant.

The food was very good. The waiter was a disaster, became very cheeky and always spoke of respect but didn't give any excuses. We wanted to have a drink after the meal but no one came and the dishes weren't cleared away either. After 45 minutes because no one We wanted to pay. The waiter was one table away and had to calculate everything individually but talked to the customers about the holiday. The waiter came for another 10 minutes and was also rude because we called out that we wanted to pay. I didn't want to go any further go into it further it got worse. We've been there several times before but now they've shot the bird. This restaurant is not recommended!!!!!

Today we had the opportunity to eat at Simons as we were attracted by the reviews. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The service was a total disaster. Food was forgotten, drinks were taken incorrectly and empty plates were not cleared away. We also found the backdrop to be very noisy, which meant that we could only converse loudly. We were looking forward to a pleasant evening and hope that you will consider these points to improve your service.

Unfortunately, because there was none on the table, we had to eat with our fingers otherwise the food would have been cold. Of course no one brought us the fork. We have now become regular guests; anyone who has ever been on holiday in Greece and tasted the traditional dishes there will find the taste again here. This alone sets this restaurant apart from its peers. The employees are extremely friendly and do a good job. The food is sumptuous and high quality. We will happily visit and recommend this restaurant. 👍

The restaurant was half full. The food came about an hour after ordering and only when asked. The coleslaw was missing and only came when I had finished the main course and of course only when I explicitly asked for it. That was fine.

We were there for my girlfriend's 40th birthday. It was super tasty and we were really spoiled. Thank you for everything

The taste of the food was really great 👍 super fresh and tasty. The service was warm, but the waiting time was really long...maybe we got the wrong day, but we initially had to wait half an hour for cutlery, napkins and drinks. Then it took a while for the food to come. But the service was very polite 👍 And the main thing is that it was delicious!!!!

Den Bewertungen nach scheinen hier extrem viele Griechen zu Speisen, es handelt sich bei diesen ganzen Bewertungen mit Sicherheit nicht um Gekaufte. Uns hat das Essen garnicht zugesagt.

Hier sind wir heute zufällig vorbeigekommen und haben sehr gut gegessen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Bezahlen kann man kontaktlos. Das Restaurant hat eigene Parkplätze auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Super nettes lustiges Personal,leckeres Essen. Auch für Raucher ist ein beheizte Möglichkeit da werde wieder kommen 👍👍👍

Wer gut Essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der Service ist absolut Top. Die Speisen sind frisch und preislich absolut in Ordnung. Kommen immer wieder sehr gerne hier hin.

Gyros etwas trocken, Essen sonst lecker. Personal nicht sehr aufmerksam. Erst wurden falsche Teller zum Tisch gebracht und als es ums bezahlen ging kam der Kellner mit der falschen Rechnung. Preise auch ziemlich teuer, besonders die Getränke.

Waren vorgestern zum wiederholten Mal da. Leider gab einen Stromausfall und konnten nicht zum Hauptgang kommen. Alle Tische wurden mit teelichtern versorgt und in jedem Raum wurde noch ne etwas stärkere Taschenlampe eingesetzt . Trotz der Lage fanden wir es schon sehr romantisch und sehr stark vom ganzen Team die sehr bemüht mit reichlich ouzo und guter Laune uns informiert und bei Laune zu halten (keiner kann was dafür ist halt höhere Gewalt). Haben uns danach den Appetit Teller für 4 Personen bestellt und hatten einen wunderschönen Abend bei romantischen Kerzenlicht und guten Wein selbst bis um nach Mitternacht.Danke an das Restaurant bei simos die selbst bei so ner Situation und vollem Haus gelassen und bei guter Laune geblieben!!! Service + Essen + Ambiente Top!!!

Nettes griechisches Restaurant, etwas außerhalb von Lüdenscheid mit leckerem Essen und nettes Personal! Ambiente echt klasse auch mit grossem Biergarten ! Top

War gestern mit einer Gruppe von 17 Personen dort. Getränke gab es recht zügig, dann war ein Stromausfall, und niemand wusste genau was oder wie geht es weiter. Es wurden Teelichter und Taschenlampen aufgestellt. Vom Personal kam nie freiwillig mal eine Info ob,wie und wann es weitergeht. Man hat den Notdienst der Stadtwerke angerufen und nun ist warten angesagt. Alle hatten gute Hunger, nach 1,5 Stunden im FAST Dunkeln haben wir bezahlt und sind zum größten Teil noch woanders untergekommen und haben gegessen. Bis hier hin sage ich OK das ist-/war höhere Gewalt, wo der Wirt nichts zu kann. Aber warum wird dann nicht Plan B gestartet? Salatteller, oder Thunfischsalat, Tapas etc etc, hätte man ohne Herd herrichten und Anbieten können. Da muss mal drüber nachgedacht werden.

Essen reichlich und absolut lecker 😋 wir kommen gerne wieder. Nur am Service sollte noch etwas gefeilt werden.

Heute Abend waren wir seid längerer Zeit mal wieder Essen.Das Essen war vom feinsten, Bedienung sehr freundlich und nett , alles sehr sauber auch die Toiletten , trotzdem das es sehr voll war,brauchten wir nicht lange warten.Es war das 2.Mal und waren wieder begeistert. Immer gerne wieder.😃

Wir haben gestern dort den Geburtstag meiner Mutter gefeiert es hat alles super geklappt preis-Leistung war top die Speisen waren alle frisch das Fleisch war sehr lecker der Service war wirklich nett und wir können nichts negatives dazu sagen es hat uns gut gefallen und das Restaurant ist sehr schön umgebaut schade dass wir aufgrund des Wetters die schöne Terrasse nicht benutzen konnten aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder liebe Grüße Jutta Höschler mit Familie

Super Service, sehr zuvorkommend! Sehr lecker ! Atmosphäre sehr schön. Durch ein kleinen Fehler müssten wir länger warten. Als Wiedergutmachung hätte ich mir ein kleinen Nachtisch gewünscht.(Außer Bonbons) aber sehr nette Idee!!! Wir kommen wieder.

Ελληνικό εστιατόριο με τα όλα του. Ο,τι πιάτο και να διαλέξεις σίγουρα θα μείνεις ευχαριστημένος και θα το απολαύσεις εις το έπακρον. Φοβερή εξυπηρέτηση και φανταστικο μενού εκείνο που σε μαγεύει είναι η παρουσίαση και το στήσιμο των πιάτων αλλά και οι ξεχωριστές γεύσεις. Αξίζει να δοκιμάσετε τον γύρο ο οποίος είναι χειροποίητος και φυσικά την κλασική αλλά μοναδική σε γεύση χωριάτικη σαλάτα!!! Αν πας σε αυτό το μαγαζί σίγουρα θα μείνεις ευχαριστημένος και είναι βέβαιο ότι θα ξανά πάς. Μια απλή δοκιμή θα σας πείσει μην το αμελείτε άλλο!!!
