“Anyone who has such a Gretchen can be happy and elated!” Johann Wolfgang von Goethe already knew how to praise its advantages, and the famous poet's enthusiasm was evidently transferred directly to the visitors to Fürth. With such lovingly cooked (or fried or baked or poured) food and drinks, guests can only be in a good mood. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and rarely anywhere else will you be served with as much warmth and good humor as you do here. The choice of food is limited, there is ONE dish every opening day, but you can be sure that it has been personally prepared by the owner, and this in turn guarantees excellent quality. The short and concise summary: (Attention, only understandable for Franconians!): Bassd already!

Very tasty food! I can't remember ever eating such a good burger 🍔.🫠 The other food is also very tasty. The two of them always have a relaxed attitude and an open ear for everything. 👂 Cheap and very nice atmosphere. The Winkler beer 🍺 isn't really my thing, but as we all know, that's a matter of taste. There is also Gutmann Weizen and especially Green Beer...🍀 I can only absolutely recommend it!

So lovingly furnished down to the last detail!😍🥰😍 The food is fantastic, honest and down to earth. Marga's pickled food for quick cooking is a dream!🤩 Ideal to take with you to your holiday apartment! I stocked up straight away.😊

We already know the gretchenstube from the rooms on Schwabacher Straße in the Südstadt and love the food and, above all, the loving atmosphere, the hospitality and, above all, the owner. Unfortunately, there aren't that many socially committed people like that anymore. We can absolutely recommend it. PLEASE LOOK FOR THE WEEKLY CARD

Went there for the first time yesterday. Super nice hosts, great food and good prices. Were always on time to reorder. Will definitely go back. To recommend.

Update: Went here again for lunch today, 2x Schäferla and 1x plain turkey schnitzel with fries and salad. Schäuferla was great as always. The turkey schnitzel was once again a special, super tasty and the fries were very tasty. Rarely have I been able to eat such good fries. The meat was super tasty, marinated and juicy. Thank you both, gladly again and again LG the Vachers -:) Today we just stopped by for a beer and were able to spontaneously order another Schäuferla and, as a special, a schnitzel for tomorrow. Service was great as always and typically Franconian friendly. I'm sticking with 4 stars today, I want to try the food tomorrow, so make an effort and then I'll get the 5th star -:) Update Were here for lunch today, the Schäuferla was great, meat fell off the bone. The schnitzel was also very good, fresh from the pan. Well, I have to keep my promise. You worked hard, that's why we now have the 5th STAR.

An enrichment for the Ronhof. We are happy that there is lunch, it makes you look forward to the break. Everything is always very tasty and freshly prepared. Clear recommendation.

The Gretchenstube Fürth is a rustic one Local. The boss is warm and very friendly. The food is as good as mother and grandma's. It's always a good time those.

Very nice and very well renovated. The beer garden is a stunner.

Already eaten at "Gretchen" several times and was always greeted very friendly and served. I am happy with the married couple, who are always in a good mood, and I always enjoy coming back with my husband. I particularly like the dark shandy. Don't let yourself be annoyed and stay as you are.

Great food. The Schäufele was great and the children got a great children's portion, even with a small salad. We felt very comfortable!

The nicest location in Fürth-Ronhof. The operators are warm and offer every guest “that” feeling of well-being. Food absolutely unique and good home cooking.

I was the only one in a large group who didn't get anything to eat because I didn't like either of the two dishes on offer. I was refused fries because I am over 12 years old. Questions are answered with jokes, which just confuse me as a new guest and don't clarify anything. Unfortunately I can't judge the food because I didn't get anything. In my opinion, this restaurant doesn't deserve a second chance. A pity. The locations would actually be very nice. Addition to your reaction: Please stick to the truth. In addition to the two dishes of the day, I was only offered a vegetarian schnitzel and nothing else. So please don't make anything up afterwards. Thanks

Now at the former location of OBI's Rondell right next to the stadium. A phenomenal one, just like at the old location. Great restaurant and café with homemade cakes. Just all around fun! Also suitable for allergy sufferers, everything is possible after prior arrangement.

I've been wanting to go to the Gretchenstube for over a year now - today it finally worked. What can I say other than Great?! There is no trace of the former flair of a butcher's shop here - the dining room is lovingly furnished. Cleanliness: 1A. The most important thing, the food. And I can say one thing: it actually tastes like grandma or mom used to - a true dream at unbeatable prices. The whole thing is rounded off by the couple who run it. Friendliness coupled with a good sense of humor - absolutely great. Absolutely recommended, keep it up! =)

I ordered the takeaway lunch menu today and am very happy with my decision. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was cordon bleu with oven fries and a small salad. I was offered curry sauce with it, which I gladly accepted. All of it was delicious! I enjoyed every bite 😄 Thank you!

Ein wunderbarer Ort um in jeder Situation ein gutes Gefühl zu habe. Die Café Betreiber sind super nett und kommen auch mit ungewöhnlichen Anlässen in ihrem schnuckeligen Café und Bistro zurecht. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an euch, ich komme wieder und behalte den Nachmittag in schöner Erinnerung.

War mit meiner Frau das erste Mal zu Besuch.Empfang sehr nett. Mein Backschinken wie bei Muttern. Pflaumenkuchen für meine Frau Super. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter und kommen auch gerne wieder. Familie KINZL.

Waren zum Pause überbrücken nun das erste Mal dort zum Karteln & Kaffee trinken. Süß was man aus der slten Metzgerei (daher kenn ich es noch) gemacht hat. Sehr lustig & nettes Paar, nette Gespräche mitvallen, tolle Stimmung und noch dazu gab es einen sau leckeren selbstgemachten Pflaumenkuchen. Bis bald mal 😁

Kleine gemütliche Lokalität mit sehr netten Inhabern. Das Frühstück war reichlich, alles frisch und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gehen jeden Mittwoch mittags dorthin. Alles schmeckt super gut, gute Kost zum guten Preis. Und nette Ladeninhaber.

Ich würde hier sehr gerne mehr als nur 5 Sterne geben, aber das geht leider nicht. Man ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben, die Besitzer sind sehr herzlich und das Essen einfach köstlich, wie bei Mama. Da muss man einfach mal hin, hat gutes deutsches Essen und nicht nur das typische Fastfood, was man von anderen kennt. hier wird noch frisch gekocht.

Selbst gemachter Apfelstrudel, Vanillesoße mit Früchten ist eine kleine Sünde wert. Die Kuchen und Torten auch eine große ;-). Selbstverständlich ist dieses Cafe / Bistro eine Bereicherung für Fürth ( Schwabacherstraße). Mit Freude und Herzlichkeit gehen die beiden Betreiber ans Werk.

Nettes kleines Lokal in ehemaliger Metzgerei. Gemütlich eingerichtet mit super leckerem hausgemachten Essen. Die Kuchen und Torten (von der Inhaberin selbst gebacken!) sind ein Traum. Unbedingt Mal vorbeischauen, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen!

Wir wollten Frühstücken, obwohl es kein Frühstück mehr gab, und die überaus freundliche Gretchen hat uns im Handumdrehen ein leckeres Frühstück gezaubert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen wieder und können es sehr empfehlen!

Sehr gutes und immer selbstgemachtes Essen. Gehört bei uns jeden Donnerstag in der Mittagspause dazu. Schönes Ambiente und sehr nette Inhaber. Jeden Donnerstag ein schönes Erlebnis. Weiterso und jedem zu empfehlen.

Es ist schön, dass in dieser ehemaligen Metzgerei wieder ein Restaurant/Imbiss mit bodenständiger Hausmannskost zu finden ist. Betrieben wird das Restaurant von einem herzlichen Ehepaar mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, besucht wird es von Stammgästen aus den umliegenden Firmen und Schulen. Ich hatte mittags ein Cordon Bleue (Hähnchenschnitzel) mit Kartoffelsalat für 10,90 € und dazu eine Apfelsaftschorle für 2,50 €. Das Essen war sehr lecker, durchaus wie man es „von Mutti“ daheim kennen könnte, und preislich absolut angemessen. Insbesondere, weil hier noch alles selbst gekocht wird und nicht nur convenience Produkte aufgewärmt werden. Wer zur Abwechslung mal etwas anderes als Pizza oder asiatisches Essen in der Mittagspause sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben 😀
