Amm'sche Wirtschaft in Fürth

The food tastes excellent, but the food on the plate is becoming less and less and at around 19 euros per plate...

We ate at this restaurant in the evening while passing through. Actually, we just wanted to grab a quick bite and move on. It took a little longer, but we were able to enjoy very tasty, freshly cooked food (suflaki, Schäuffele and beef rolls) and now we drive on full, happy and satisfied.

We've been here twice during our 3+ week stay in Fürth. We highly recommend it! Great food (good Greek and German selections) and the service is outstanding! If you're in the area, give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

A small but nice restaurant. The meals are excellent. The service is very good and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were served according to the Order served very quickly. The boss and his son even took the time to talk to us at the table about the reason for our visit to Fürth. The price-performance ratio is very good. A real insider tip. My restaurant on my next visit to Fürth.

Wonderful food and great service. Best Schäufele in my opinion. Perfect proportion of sauce and more than enough meat on it too. Service is also terrific 👍 definitely worth one or several visits!! :)

The Greek food was very, very tasty. Price/performance was absolutely fine. Cozy atmosphere and very nice and courteous service. Gladly again at any time. Top 👍

Very homely and the service was very nice. You are always warmly welcomed and the food is excellent. I usually don't like the side salad but here it tastes very good. I enjoy eating here often and often.

Lots of minus points for the price of the drink at Ouzo. Last time there was a flat rate and today everyone was charged individually. What really bothers me is the money-making with ouzo. I'd rather go back to my Greek friends in the city center or in the villages. They still value hospitality and don't charge 3 euros for every ouzo. There are also people like me who enjoy an ouzo or two in a nice group and are not yet alcoholics. Food is good, selection is sufficient. Service is also good. My only criticism is the prices and the boss's helpfulness.

The food was amazing, the salad tasted really fresh and good. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Delicious food, portions sufficient, side salad could be a little better, it was a little sour. The taste was very good and the meat/calamari was really juicy and not too dry. The highlight for me was the tzatziki 👍 Price/performance is okay, charging €5 for Cola-Wheat is already very high.

Great food, nice service, freshly prepared, recommended at any time

Very tasty food. Especially gyros calamari. The food comes quickly, the landlord and the waitress are very hospitable and very nice. There is always space, even very spontaneously. Traveling by public transport or bicycle would make sense as there are few free parking spaces in the area.

Essen war richtig lecker, die Bedinung hat oft nach uns geschaut, sie hatten sogar richtigen Schwarztee alles in allem Prima, gerne wieder ❤️

Super freundliches Personal! Wir waren ungefähr 20 Minuten vor Küchenschluss im Restaurant und haben trotzdem leckeres Essen und einen tollen Service bekommen. Das Ambiente war angenehm und bot eine entspannte Atmosphäre um sich zu unterhalten.

Der beste und netteste Grieche in Fürth. Und ein Musikliebhaber. Veranstaltet Konzerte und singt sogar selbst sehr gut. Musikerstammtisch gibt es auch. Das Essen ist grandios

Das Essen war qualitativ sehr gut und preislich absolut fair! Auch der Wein war lecker! Die Dame im Service war freundlich und bemüht, allerdings war es etwas störend, dass im Gastraum laut Videos angeschaut wurden. Vegetarische Gerichte sucht man in solchen Restaurants ja leider per se vergeblich. Von daher alles gut.

Super liebe Leute und die Portionen sind perfekt.

Essen war soweit gut und von der Menge her auch ausreichend. Ein bisschen blöd kam ich mir jedoch vor, das ich um eine weitere Tüte Ketchup bitten musste. Ich meine wir waren zu 4 mit 2 Kids (3 & 7) dort und (in dem Alter sind wohl nicht nur bei uns) Pommes mit Ketchup sind da Standard… Ach und den Ouzo gibts mit der Rechnung. Nicht so praktisch, wenn man mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto angereist ist. Als es es hieß, das es Brot zum Gyros mit Metaxasoße gibt, dachten wir an Pita, es kamen leider 4 zu kross angebratene Baguettescheiben. Viel zu wenig für dieses wichtige Gericht.

Leckeres essen in einer urischen Umgebung. Gemütlich eingerichtet und das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht. Beilagensalat könnte etwas besser sein, dieser war ein wenig langweilig. Geschmacklich war es sehr gut und das Fleisch war wirklich saftig. Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung.

Schlechte Parkmöglichkeit. Das Essen ist lecker wenn auch nicht ganz typisch Griechisch. Keine Olive oder Peperoni im Salat. Nettes Personal. Alles in allem gut aber mit Luft nach oben.

Gutes Essen, gutes Bier und nette Wirtsleut. Dazu gibt's noch einen Ouzo, was will man mehr? Im großen und ganzen bodenständige kleine Wirtschaft mit kleiner Speisekarte. Zu den Preisen muss man anmerken das eine Wirtschaft gewinnorentiert arbeiten muss und von daher werden die gestiegenen Energiekosten usw. Natürlich auf die Speisen umgelegt, vollstes Verständnis dafür.

Mittelmäßiges Essen mit deutlich Luft nach oben. Portionsgröße gerade noch okay, nichts für den großen Hunger. Getränke wie Cola nur in 0,33 Flaschen und dafür ganz schön teuer. Stammgäste bekommen einen Ouzo, neue nicht. Keine Quittung erhalten.

Ich war mit lokalen Freunden bei diesem Griechen, der ein wenig deren Stammkneipe/restaurant ist. Der Wirt Kosta ist sehr freundlich und er hat auch gutes und kompetentes Servicepersonal. Die Speisekarte lässt für den Liebhaber klassisch-griechischer Küche keine Wünsche offen, die fleischigen Klassiker sind alle vertreten und man wird von den Portionen auch locker satt. Preislich absolut im Rahmen, die meisten Grillteller zwischen 12 und 14 €. Lediglich der Retsina Malamatina Wein war bei uns praktisch ausverkauft, weißer war nicht zu kriegen. Hier sollte sich Kosta mal ein Lager anlegen. Ansonsten aber tolle Gastfreundschaft und am Ende gab es sogar noch ein Konzert in der Kneipe...

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in die Ammsche! Familiäre Atmosphäre mit tollem Essen und sehr fairen Preisen! Sogar die fränkischen Schäufele am Wochenende sind super. Nur zu empfehlen

Das war an Freundlichkeit nicht zu toppen. Ohne Reservierung waren wir dort und obwohl das Lokal brechend voll war, wurde uns ein Platz gegönnt. Gyros mit Kalamaria und gedünsten Kalamaria mit Garnelen, waren unsere Wahl. Begeisterndes Essen, sehr schmackhaft, große Portionen, nett dekoriert und schnell auf den Tisch. Wir haben einen schönen Abend in dem Lokal verbracht, super Service und sehr gutes Essen genießen dürfen. Der Preis für alles ist OK!

You cannot miss the Location when leaving Fuerth but you will pass it unnoticed entering the City. As you enter the Restaurant you experience a place of Basic German style, more typical These days for the Country site. The staff is very welcoming. You find a good selection of meals on the menu but you will certainly be told specials of the day. We had fish which tasted really nice, the meals was presented very nicely too. The beer (Pretty local) was truly excellent.
