The best vegan kebab I've ever eaten. The bread is specially baked, the seitan is generous, and you get a free black tea brought to your table at the end. Great food and fantastic service!

My personal opinion of the experience on September 20, 2025: I ate a small chicken kebab that day. Unfortunately, the taste of the kebab was disappointing in my opinion. While the meat was acceptable, the kebab overall seemed rather bland and unflavorful. The ingredients were mostly fresh, although the tomatoes, in my opinion, weren't quite as fresh as I would have expected. I personally found the tzatziki sauce to be off-flavor and lacking in flavor. The bread also struck me as rather substandard and didn't go well with the rest of the food. Regarding the ambiance: In my opinion, it suffers greatly from the restaurant's location, which I find uninviting.

Mega delicious, top service. Ordered through Lieferando. Driver was unfriendly, order didn't arrive, and I went there personally. Was treated well and didn't have to pay for anything. Extra mega delicious, that's what I call service. From now on, I'll only order from there. I can only recommend it. Top, top, top👍👍👍

By far the best vegan doner kebab 👌 I've had so far. The seitan was fantastic, nicely sliced, and the bread was also particularly outstanding, with a slight crunch. It was airy and not overpowering, allowing the individual components to shine through. The excellent selection of sauces is an added bonus. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

Truly delicious VEGAN doner kebab and pizza Dêrik. Fresh, crispy, and not too greasy. Definitely worth trying. And they even gave you a free tea.👌

The vegetarian kebap i think was great, what was even better was the cleanlyness, end the pride they take in serving food. And at maybe too low cost. Hungy and vegetarian? Go there!

The seitan doner is super delicious. The dürüm isn't bad either, but the doner is better. Good ratio of salad to seitan.

We stopped there on our day trip to Erfurt. I had a pizza there. The kebab shop is a bit hidden but has an adjoining dining room where you can also eat in. The pizza was very well-topped and cooked to perfection. Clean restrooms and very friendly staff. I'd definitely go back! Top-notch - highly recommended.

Well my dears, the place has become one of my favorites. Love the Seitan alternatives and the Seitan kebab is really great. There are also several vegan sauces to choose from. What I also like to eat is the vegetable plate. I think the prices are reasonable and I just enjoy going there. The vegan kebab is also super filling. The people are super nice and after the expansion you can also eat well in the bistro. Every now and then you also get a small black tea for free when you eat in the house. Love it! (Unfortunately I don't have any photos, I always eat too quickly.)

I ordered from the store today and it's just outrageous. Burnt pizza, half an hour over delivery time and unfriendly. The pizza is oversalted and completely black on the edges. Just disgusting, would like to give 0 stars

I'm always really impressed by the vegan Seitan kebab at Green Bistro. Super tasty, beautifully seasoned, freshly topped and really filling. You can tell that the cooking here is made with love - not a run-of-the-mill snack bar, but real soul food! The bread is slightly crispy on the outside, the seitan is nice and juicy and the sauces are just perfectly balanced. Plus friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere – what more could you want? We ate two Dürüm for €15. The meat was tasty and the vegetables were fresh. Strangely enough, the Dürüm was finished rolling and then reheated in aluminum foil. Unfortunately the garlic sauce was very watery/oily and had hardly any flavor. Due to the liquid consistency, all the sauce came out of the Dürüm. Maybe the other sauces are better.

Als Veganer:in absolut zu vermeiden dieser Laden. Mir wurde von einem extrem unfreundlich Verkäufer gesagt, dass alle im Laden erhältlichen Soßen "vegan" seien! Da ich weiß, dass das nicht so ist, fragte ich nochmals nach. Er beharrte darauf, dass in diesem Laden "alle Soßen SCON IMMER vegan sind". DAS IST SCHLICHT UND EINFACH FALSCH! Es ist eine Frechheit und sollte Mal durch die Lebensmittelkontrolle gecheckt werden!! Diese Leute, die VEGAN nicht kennen und denen diese Ernährungsart völlig egal ist, sollten keinen Cent damit verdienen dürfen!!! Also bitte diesen Laden definitiv vermeiden als Veganer:in Und noch ein Argument: Das Weizeneiweiß des Seitan ist in der Auszeichnung der Inhaltsstoffe als Hühnereiweiß ausgezeichnet! DIESE LEUTE HABEN KEINE AHNUNG, WAS SIE DA TUN. UND NOCH SCHLIMMER, ES IST IHNEN AUCH VÖLLIG EGAL!

Very tasty food in the bistro with friendly people behind the counter. We had a vegan pocket with seitan and a vegan roll with seitan and fried vegetables. There is a large selection of sauces.

Particularly courteous service staff and delicious food. Went there as a family with two children and were given more napkins without asking and a particularly large portion of fries with lots of ketchup. Anyone who has children knows how important this is 😅 Absolute recommendation 👍

The vegan kebab is by far the best you can ever get. It's a dream every time! The Seitan is super tasty, nice and spicy and - very important - not dry or crumbly. The vegan garlic sauce also tastes great.

As a vegetarian, you often only have fallafel as a possible choice and sometimes miss the “normal” kebab. The Green Bistro offers a super delicious vegan kebab made with its own kebab meat. Delicious, new and excellent.

Saitan kebab is fantastic, staff was changed and is now also great. Modern atmosphere.

In short: The food is great, but the friendliness sometimes, unfortunately, leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame, but the quality of the food is really good for a snack! And it would be my absolute favorite kebab if only the people there were a little friendly. So I enjoy the good food, but I always think about whether I would like to be served in such an unfriendly way. Mostly to take away and then sit around the corner by the canal. Even though I would like to avoid more garbage... But you should enjoy food and that includes the ambience and the service...

Sorry but that was disappointing. Firstly: the employees are more grumpy than I have ever experienced in the restaurant. And not just to me but to all the guests before and after me as well. I had enough time to observe, I waited 20 minutes for a kebab! and it certainly wasn't stressful. The shop is small, not very inviting and I think energy is saved because the ventilation in the kitchen was on the lowest setting or turned off. That means my jacket completely stinks of frying grease after a short stay. Actually a great concept. Fresh ingredients, good choices. But the bread is a poor finished product and, above all, it is advertised as spit-roasted Seitan kebab. The spit doesn't turn, it doesn't roast, it's cut from the spit, the seitan is barely marinated, doesn't taste like anything and then the cut off "vegan meat" is thrown into the frying pan!?! What? and lightly squeezed after frying because it is full of fat. Sorry, but that's uncool and just tastes dry and like chip fat. €6.50 for the vegan kebab is a fair price. Nevertheless, the service there is so unpleasantly unfriendly that I don't feel like giving it a second try.

We ate the vegan kebab, the vegan falafel roll and the vegan kebab roll - all 3 were super tasty - a lot of choice of sauces and the seitan was fried nice and crispy. Would eat there again and again, perfect for a quick hunger in between meals.

Buon negozio di kebab vegani. Servizio non molto veloce ma preciso. Porzioni grandi e soddisfacenti, prezzi contenuti. Le falafel sono molto buone. Humus fatto a mano.

Der Vöner ist sehr lecker, variiert nur manchmal mitarbeiterbedingt. Bei schönem Wetter kann man direkt draußen sitzen oder findet bei der super Innenstadtlage schnell ein gemütlichen Platz in der Nähe.

Ich habe kürzlich ein Vegan dürüm in einem Restaurant probiert und möchte meine Erfahrung teilen. Der Laden war sauber und das Personal war nett, was definitiv positiv zu bewerten ist. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an veganen, vegetarischen und Gerichten mit Fleisch, was für jeden Geschmack etwas bot. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war, dass die Soßen deutlich gekennzeichnet waren, sodass man leicht erkennen konnte, welche vegan oder vegetarisch waren. Das ist besonders wichtig für Menschen mit speziellen Ernährungsbedürfnissen. Allerdings hatte ich den Eindruck, dass der Seitan, der für den veganen dürüm verwendet wurde, im gleichen Fritösenfett wie das vegetarische Gericht zubereitet wurde. Das fand ich etwas enttäuschend, da ich erwartet hatte, dass die Zubereitung separat erfolgt. Geschmacklich war das dürüm okay, aber es fehlte mir der "Wow-Effekt" oder das Gefühl von "Das war lecker, da muss ich unbedingt wieder hin". Ich hatte mir mehr erwartet und war ein wenig enttäuscht. Insgesamt würde ich dem Vegan dürüm 3 Sterne geben. Der Laden ist sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist vielfältig und die Soßen sind gut gekennzeichnet. Allerdings könnte die Zubereitung des veganen Seitan verbessert werden und geschmacklich hätte ich mir mehr gewünscht.
