Unfortunately it has deteriorated a lot and there is no comparison to other Gosch Fialen where the food tastes great, but unfortunately it's no longer a shame here in Grömitz.

It was a little drafty in the restaurant! Service: Tables were cleared quickly. Food: delicious, cod fillet perfect!!! Staff at the counter: friendly, fast! If you have any problems, you will be helped immediately and in a very friendly manner

We've been coming here for years. The quality is never the same. It's always a surprise what the plate looks like. The amount varies, the taste seems to depend on the day. Today, however, we were shocked. There were four of us and none of us were happy. We almost had to look for the side dishes, there were so few. The pasta sauce seemed to be diluted with water. The noodles were practically floating in the plate. Everything tasted like nothing. And then these prices. The great view doesn't actually help either. We will go somewhere else in the future where everyone puts in more effort. What a shame!!

I really don't know what the hype is about Gosch. It's like McDonald's only with fish and just as uncomfortable. A second visit is definitely not an option for us.

Super tasty and nice atmosphere Update 2024: The kitchen service and the food have clearly deteriorated in quality. Ordered 2 of the same dishes and received them differently. The staff behind the cash register in the kitchen should be replaced. Totally unfriendly manner, no good appetite, the plates are just thrown there. The fish roll (baked fish) was topped with a bit of tartar sauce and cost €6.50. In other places it is topped with lettuce, onions and cucumbers for €5. The main thing is that a tip is asked for every EC payment transaction! For what ??? If you're not careful, full glasses will be cleared from the table. Where is there something like that? The situation is more geared towards early work rather than sales. Praise to the bar boss, he is always relaxed and up for a little fun.

Never had such a bad salmon roll before. Cut the roll open and put in a slice of salmon and that was it. Fish sandwiches at Gosch in Grömitz once and never again.

2x half herring with a bit of bread, sour cream and mostly leaf salad for €12 is simply too expensive even for such a beautiful location... Baked fish that looks like it came from a discounter with a baked potato, tartar sauce and sour cream were actually a joke and super loveless Plate served. I'm by no means a saver, but there's a better way.

The food was ok, but the atmosphere was quite loud and the acoustics weren't all that pleasant. Otherwise, the restaurant was visually beautifully designed and the staff were always friendly

The food was good, the prices were a little higher and the staff was nice. As always with Gosch. You have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Dogs are allowed.

Food was good and plentiful. It tasted very tasty. You can also just have a drink and enjoy the view, especially in autumn, and end the evening with mulled wine.

The coffee is really good at Gosch.

The prawns were lukewarm as if they had been warmed in the microwave. Inedible! Kitchen staff unfriendly and annoyed. Service equals 0. Prices salty. The tip probably wasn't right 🤔 Really a shame about the beautiful restaurant.

We got our food very quickly, but we had to wait in line for a long time to get drinks. But that was because there was only one requirement behind the counter and he had to make all the drinks and cocktails. We ate very well.

Very nicely located on the beach promenade, there is no service. I had a Jever Pils 0.4 liter. That tasted good. Weather was also okay on this October afternoon, it was also quite crowded on the beach promenade. Grömitz has a very beautiful beach and a beautiful pier. I would have liked to jump off the bridge, but it was pretty flat and luckily my friends stopped me.

Super tasty shrimp are always best and especially “only here” ;) we’ll be back!

Grömitz is a great seaside resort.

Unfortunately, at 6:30 p.m. we were no longer allowed to sit upstairs, even though everything downstairs was full, only standing tables. Difficult at a table like that with a 5 year old. Self-service and the clearing of dishes while people at the table are still eating does not create a feeling of welcome, it was more like check-in. We left quickly.

Our visits were overwhelmingly disappointing. The food we ordered was already on the counter ready to be picked up and we were still waiting in line for the drinks. The Thai penne with crayfish was way too spicy and the crabs were tough and "rubbery". We at Gosch knew this much better.

A herring roll can be so boring and boring! Chaos when ordering, undercooked fries, baked rolls with nothing except fish and onions. But a view of the Baltic Sea - past the garbage cans 🫣 The best thing was the draft Jever-Pils, which I was able to get myself in the restaurant next door. Guys, there are so many great fish sandwich shops, it doesn't have to be Gosch-Sylt.

Self-service with hefty prices. But it was clean and tidy. Also pretty crowded at 3pm. The bearded men in the kitchen should wear protective masks on their faces and possibly protective hoods.

Here everything was a little different than expected (Gosch was once a name)...you choose the drinks and go to the bar, pick up your own wishes and can pay straight away, ditto for the meal, we enjoyed the food, clear up You don't have to...there was a dog under every second table, but...others might like that, we don't.

So schlecht haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen...wir waren zu zweit dort. Lediglich Bratkartoffeln hatten wir gleich...und die waren wohl das Übel für die schlechte Erfahrung danach...selbst 24h später hängen wir noch durch. Auch das Ambiente...laut und hektischer Betrieb. Nie wieder...von Gosch ist man eigentlich anders gewohnt

We wanted to eat a delicious fish sandwich on the beach in Grömitz and thought we would be in good hands with our wish at Gosch. Unfortunately, far from it. The roll was rock hard, the fried fish fell apart and the tartar sauce wasn't where it was supposed to be. Total failure. I have never had such a carelessly prepared fish sandwich anywhere. Without words

Incredible! My husband asked beforehand until when we could go out to eat and we were told until 9 p.m. We were in the store at 9:02 p.m. and then they said the kitchen was being cleaned and there was nothing left. Not recommended :-(

Actually a nice place, if it weren't for the inconsiderate dog "parents" who let their "fur children" run around on the chairs and benches, snuggle in the cushions and drool all over everything. That's why points are deducted for service because the staff ignores all of this even though they see it! These brazen dog owners even insult other guests, who politely point out that they don't think it's OK. Staff must consistently enforce their own rules. Guys, dogs belong on the floor - please take a blanket with you for your pets. That would be love for animals and people!!!

Price, quantity and quality were very good for me. Ok, the salmon was fried too hot, that can happen 🤷🏻.

You have to take your own food to the table, as well as for the drinks. And they ask you twice if you leave tips: one time when you pay for food, the other time when you pay for drinks. Poor customer service. We’ll never come back again

Definitely go, eat and drink just great, prices ok, good portions. Sat in the sun today and ate the great fish soup with lots of fish for €9.50. Thanks for the great time.

Beautiful Gosch with a view of the sea!

We've known Gosch there for quite a while and the prices have increased quite a bit in some cases. A delicious fish soup for 9.90 euros is always possible! Fish & chips were a massive disappointment, more greasy breading than fish. We like the self-service. The ambience and location are of course great. Our other favorites are Falkenthal and Ankerplatz

We were there on Sunday, I ordered fried fish with a baked potato. When I got the food I thought it was probably a joke. How carelessly can you serve food? And then to ask for such a price is really a complete impudence!! As I started to eat, I noticed that there was a hair on my carelessly prepared potato. So I went to the serving table with my plate and described the situation to them (in the kitchen, when paying and at the serving time there were men with dark, long beards, no protection or anything), all I heard was that the hair was the deciding factor from my husband, no apology, no insight, nothing… this store will never be entered again!!!!!!!!!!

The fried fish with fries was really delicious, I'm actually not a fish eater but I'll be back again one of these days, greetings

Meine Frau wurde von dem personal Respektlos vom männl. personal wie eine Sache behandelt. Draußen gibt nicht musst du rein gehen. Und ja das personal darf gerne eine Weiterbildung mitmachen, in Sachen Höflichkeit und Wertschätzung der Kunden. Wir haben uns für Tamatsu entschieden. Wertschätzung super Höflichkeit, und Kritiken werden dankend angenommen und korrigiert. Aber es bleibt jedem Restaurant selbst überlassen wann er das schöne Fleckchen erde mit einer Nussschale verlassen muß.

I was completely satisfied. Everyone is friendly, including my dog, which is very important to me, the food tasted good, including the fine fish plate. The only thing I would complain about is that the portion of the crayfish plate is really small, so there could be a little more on it.

It's actually always surprising that the restaurants in a franchise achieve such different performance. So, Grömitz belongs to the “doesn’t have to be” category. I got the impression that the entire crew, especially the kitchen, was completely disinterested. The food was so-so, many others can do much better for the same price. If Gosch then I would prefer Scharbeutz or Heiligenhafen.

Great location right on the beach. However, self-service significantly detracts from the Gosch restaurant experience. The coziness is very much lost. If you just drink something it's ok.

The roll was very tasty, the staff was unfriendly, listless, you ordered fish and fries and were turned away. The next person gets it and can spend my money somewhere else.

Overcrowded Employees were overwhelmed

We've now gotten an overall impression over several days and Gosch has really slowed down this year, which is mainly due to the staff. For the most part, this person seems unmotivated and inattentive. Clearing the tables works well and is mostly friendly, but when it comes to ordering food, it's sometimes a disaster: the wrong food is put out, the beeper goes off and it's not ready yet, you wait in line for a long time and you have the feeling that the staff are just chatting. The food is still okay, but the drinks are a bit disappointing compared to previous years. The Aperol does not always taste the same/is not the same strength, the “homemade lemonade” is poured from Granini bottles.

1) + Ein neues, überzeugendes Bestellsystem => "Man" bekommt die Rechnung per Mail zugesendet 2) + Top-ausgebildete Servicekräfte, die entweder gut geführt oder gut geschult worden sind 3)+ "Man" sitzt vergleichsweise für Grömitz nicht auf dem Präsentierteller und hat ausreichend Platz 4) +Kinderspielplatz ist direkt benachbart 3) -Die Qualität des Fisches scheint entweder gesunken oder die Zubereitungs-Standards geändert => Geschmacklich war der gebratene Fisch für den abverlangten Preis kein "Highlight" sondern auf "Mac"-Niveau

We just wanted to order two glasses of wine from the outside sales area and were told in a very rude manner that we should order inside. Thanks! We'll go somewhere else and definitely won't come back.

Before you get service and food, the man/woman is forced to give a tip when paying where the food is picked up... although the pasta dish now costs over €20 🤬After I stood alone in front of the counter for a long time without being noticed.

Silvester Party bei Gosch, ehrlich gesagt, nein Danke! Musik war gut aber wenn die Anlage so schlecht ist, das man nichts essen kann und Kopfschmerzen Übelkeit bekommt, dann nein Danke. Kann und werde ich nicht empfehlen, dazu noch der hohe Preis........Ich hatte 2 Essen und 4 Getränke, dann sind wir vor 12 Uhr nach hause gegangen, wegen den Kopfschmerzen, Übelkeit die nach 5 Minuten ausserhalb nicht mehr vorhanden war............Mein Bewertung basiert auf Fakten und es soll keiner Diffamiert werden durch die Bewertung

There is no service, so no stars for service. Had the soup with game fish: simply delicious. Lots of fish and some bread. You don't need anything more. And: you got your fill for €9.90.

We were very happy that Gosch is now also available in Grömitz. We are big fans. Good food at fair prices and always cheerful staff. Not to mention the view...

One star deducted due to lack of table service.

Great restaurant on the promenade in Grömitz! Self-service is uncomplicated and the food was delicious. I have to particularly emphasize the friendly staff, who always had a smile on their faces for our child and for us. The location right on the promenade is inviting - you can sit relaxed and enjoy the view of the sea. Perfect place for a relaxing day!

Gosch is no longer what it used to be. No more comfort and everything else is just mass processing. The fries weren't tasty, the fish on the plate was only lukewarm. The Gosch company's reputation has expired.

Highly recommended, the prices are perhaps a little higher than elsewhere, but justified. All in all a great restaurant

Large selection of dishes and drinks. Friendly staff and sanitary rooms very clean. Located directly on the beach promenade with a great view of everything else.

There were seats in front of the street sales that actually looked quite comfortable but were so littered that they didn't invite you to linger. Ate our fish sandwiches on the beach.

I found the food to be marginal. Has decreased compared to the last few years. Fish rolls don't work at all

Good as usual, no service at the table, but the system works very well, reasonable prices, fish is recommended, the potato salad is more than just a side dish (far too much), as a small person it is uncomfortable to sit at the bar stools.

There really are better shops in Grömitz for a fried fish roll
