Good as usual, no service at the table, but the system works very well, reasonable prices, fish is recommended, the potato salad is more than just a side dish (far too much), as a small person it is uncomfortable to sit at the bar stools.

Staff speaks bad German and doesn't understand the order! It's a shame, everything used to be better, you should avoid it now!

Fish sandwiches are some of the worst you can get in Grömitz. Apparently they often lie on display for hours. Very simply done. Shrimp quite tasty. Fries mut fish fingers ok. All in all, you can also compare it with NORDSEE, the presentation is just nicer.

We wanted to have a snack. Simply share a fried fish with fries. The fried fish gave the impression of a frozen ready-made product. We really hoped for more. The fried fish at the fair is better. The restaurant itself is beautifully located.

Staff don't understand everything, which leads to misunderstandings. But otherwise they are very sweet and are friendly with children. The food is super delicious.

Very successful Gosch restaurant in Grömitz. You sit directly on the beach promenade with a view of the beach and the sea. Self-service is well organized and easy. The food was fresh and tasty in typical Gosch quality, so everything was great and nothing to complain about. We can only recommend a visit to Gosch. There is also an outdoor outlet for takeaway food.

As absolute Gosch lovers, we were unfortunately just disappointed. The staff was rude and showed us little friendliness. There was a loveless canteen atmosphere, which is poorly justified by the prices. This affected both the “to-go area” and the indoor area of ​​the restaurant. We won't eat here anymore. A pity.

Were there for the first time today and were quite disappointed except for the ambience. The summer salad was very small for the price and the fish was cold and tasted like nothing. The crayfish were dry, more like “fried to death”. The Matjes a la Gosch with fried potatoes tasted almost exclusively like fried potatoes with bacon. The service was unpleasant. Looked annoyed. Ordering was uncomplicated, after ten minutes you were told that it was self-service. An experience richer, but unfortunately not our case.

Fish rolls with herring were delicious, but none of the employees could tell me exactly whether the fried fish contained eggs in the dough or not. It's clear that the remoulade contains eggs, so we ordered it... but what about the dough? However, this is very important for us due to severe food allergies. Maybe someone can give me an answer here, then we'll be happy to come back and I'll add another star on top 😉

Tolles Lokal aber leider nur ein Lizenz- Lokal. Die Gerichte sehen meist gut aus sind aber nicht gut zubereitet wie im Stammhaus auf Sylt. Jürgen Gosch fehlt wie in den meisten Lizenz Lokalen. Aber trotzdem kommen wir häufig hierher.

Unfortunately, the chairs in the outdoor area were all still wet when we sat down...so we had a wet bottom...11:30 a.m....there wasn't anything going on yet...staff were standing around bored...they would have had time quick to wipe dry...otherwise everything was great.

Really a nice location, right on the beach. When the weather is nice you can sit outside, but you can also stay inside. The portions are decent and fresh. Really great. As we know, prices can always be argued, so I won't say anything about that. But I can't complain. I'd love to come back.

20 Minuten anstehen zum bestellen wo man schon fast wieder satt ist und dann bekommt man kleine Portionen einfach lieblos auf den Teller geklatscht! Das war das Geld absolut nicht wert! Sehr unfreundliches Personal! Einmal und nie wieder in den Laden!!!

What a failure. Like many before me, we were lured by the name. The ambience is good, the rest is a real disaster. The staff, sorry, not in the mood, not friendly, sometimes even rude. Fried fish, remoulade and fries are the simplest snack quality, fish rolls are far lower. The highlight was the fried herring in the bun, a thin and dry slice of herring, looking like a shoe insole, probably close in taste. A real cheek. The fried herring from the jar of any discount store would be a massive upgrade here. Maybe have someone show you how it's done in Cuxhaven, where they not only serve both sides of the herring but also a lot of onions. And the fried herring is really juicy. So Gosch really disappointed us, we won't make that mistake again. It won't interest anyone, but it won't interest us either.

We came to Gosch for lunch because of course we wanted to try it out. However, we were very disappointed! It's nice to sit on the promenade and the restaurant is self-service. So far so good. We had fried fish with fried potatoes, fries and rice pudding with grits. The only thing worthy of praise is the fries, they were crispy and tasty. The fried fish was an industrial product in the cheapest “fish stick” breading. The fried potatoes were completely unseasoned! Given the name, you can really expect a piece of good fried fish in batter at the sea, like you can find in many fish sandwich shops. The rice pudding was completely overcooked/mushy and definitely not homemade but also an industrial product. My “homemade” lemonade was 1:1 “the lemonade” from Granini… We are really disappointed and will not come back.

Eating well. Baked fish is industrially produced and probably frozen goods. Nothing great. That was different.

In two weeks at the Baltic Sea we ate some very tasty herring rolls! At Gosch, however, the worst!!! The roll probably came from a discount store and there was no salad on it either!! It's better to go around the corner and buy a very good herring roll from the fishmonger, with pucky rolls, salad and extra onions! We definitely won't be visiting Gosch Grömitz again!

We were at the outside counter on the side of the restaurant where we wanted to sit outside and everything in the main restaurant was full. Our personal impression was that the portions were smaller, unfortunately the fries were almost unsalted. The fried fish was fresh and very tasty. Unfortunately, sustainability is not an issue here as the portion was given to us in a Styrofoam box. This is not only unpleasant to eat but also unnecessary. Therefore we would buy a maximum of rolls on hand here. Service ok, friendliness clearly has room for improvement. There weren't many customers when we were there, so we don't know why nobody wiped anything down. For this purpose, stands, plant pots and chairs were moved and repositioned several times. Maybe something to start or end the day with. There is a wide range of delicious fish sandwiches to eat on the great promenade, so we will probably go somewhere else on our next visit.

Just had a drink here. Directly by the sea, protected by a glass wall, enjoyed a cocktail outside. What could be nicer? Ate here now and are thrilled. Super quality - salad well dressed, top prawns and also the baked potato was the best (I've had it differently from the competition...mushy)

If you go there specifically for the oysters and then get the curt answer "We don't have it" and then are left standing there like a five year old, then it probably won't happen again. It's a shame we're used to better things from gosch.

Wir sind begeisterte Gosch Liebhaber aber Gosch in Grömitz gehört zu den schlechtesten. Der Fisch war sehr tot gebraten Fischbrötchen sahen auch nicht sehr viel besser aus . Das Personal macht zwar ihren Job aber ziehen ein Gesicht wie 10 Tage Regenwetter, das beobachten wir jetzt schon seit 3 Tagen, gehen nur noch zum Wein trinken hier hin .

It's very easy to sit directly on the Baltic Sea, if you're lucky in a beach chair. The food is okay but there are better fish restaurants in Grömitz.

Beautifully located Gosch Restaurant right on the beach, very warm hospitality and delicious Schmeggerwöhlerchens from the sea. It's amazing what has emerged from a small fish stall in List on Sylt. You have to say that Mr. Gosch did everything right. We have already visited a few Gosch branches, but here great attention was paid to cleanliness.
