Cheap, fast and great performance.

Never again Totally overpriced, and the fried fish was amazing (it looked a lot like a frozen fish from a well-known brand).

The fries were too hard, the herring was OK but there wasn't enough sauce, and the fried potatoes weren't fried. Unfortunately, it was just canteen food at inflated prices; not recommended.

Expensive and, above all, very loud. It's more of a mass-processing experience and not a restaurant atmosphere. You have to order food and drinks at the counter and pick them up yourself. It gives off a McDonald's vibe.

Expensive "chip shop" that serves fish A few years ago, I ate at Gosch. Now again. My order was fish and chips. I got hard chips garnished with five tiny breaded fish bites, no bigger than a cocktail tomato. In my opinion, not worth €5. AND ESPECIALLY NOT €9.90. That price was unfortunately not appropriate. The view of the beach and sea was great. Another thing I've never experienced before was the music volume in the restrooms ;) ! The person sitting next to me can't hear a peep :》 SUPER Plus, it was clean, despite the high volume!

You think you can't go wrong at Gosch. The price/performance ratio is abysmal. The fried fish is worse than frozen food from a discount store. Lettuce leaves have brown edges. The zander fillet has no flavor. The staff at the ordering counter are quite arrogant and unfriendly. I have no idea what they're so proud of. It certainly can't be the food.

Service isn't really there since you have to get everything yourself. It's all the more surprising that when you pay with a card, they ask for a 10% or 20% tip!?!

Small snack bar on the promenade. One of the people who served us was very unfriendly; no "hello," no "thank you," or "please." It was a conveyor belt process. We had a Bismarck sausage in a roll and a fried herring in a roll. The fish sandwiches were a bit small, but tasted okay. ⚠️ Caution ⚠️ when eating outside ⚠️ Seagulls...

Gosch is a must when you are at the Baltic Sea, simply delicious, but beware of the thieving seagulls

My Jever was tapped without any carbonation, and foam was squeezed on at the end! If draft beer is tapped in such a way that it barely foams and the foam is "squeezed on" at the end, the beer loses its effervescence and freshness. The effervescence comes from the carbon dioxide dissolved in the beer, which is released slowly and evenly when tapped correctly. If the beer is tapped without any foam, less carbon dioxide escapes into the glass – making the beer seem less fresh and sparkling. If the foam is only artificially created at the end, the beer often lacks the typical "tingle" on the tongue that characterizes a freshly tapped beer. In short: the beer usually tastes flatter and less lively. What a shame! I was looking forward to a fresh, well-tapped Jever. Four of us went to dinner. The food was very good! Service is self-service!

Three of us went there on Whitsun Sunday. The restaurant was busy. We ordered fried fish with potato salad once and baked potatoes twice. The baked potatoes were OK, but the fried fish came from the freezer and deep fryer. The fried fish didn't taste like fish, but rather like breading, which is a shame. The entire restaurant was so loud that you almost had to shout to order. The air was very stuffy despite the open windows and doors.

It's just gosch. Not exactly cheap, but delicious food. Served in the ambiance of a high-end snack bar with a self-service restaurant.

It's filling. The name is appealing. Otherwise, you can find better food in the surrounding area.

By 5:30 p.m., there were no fish sandwiches available. Our trip was at the end of May. Not exactly vacation time. Still, one might expect there to be something available at that time.

Very friendly staff, but unfortunately the beach chairs weren't in great condition. The fish sandwich was good, even if the obligatory lettuce leaf was missing.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant. We only had fish and chips, but the fries were abysmally bad. The fries were hard and tough on the inside, the fish was okay.

We went to Gosch in Grömitz today. The restaurant is beautifully located at the end of the spa promenade. You can enjoy a view of the sea while eating. We had redfish with fries and a side salad. The fish was very good, nothing to complain about. The fries could have been a bit thicker. The salad had been sitting for a while and wasn't quite as fresh as it should have been. The employee at the order counter was unmotivated and unfriendly.

Poorly organized order-taking. Food not served as ordered/as shown on the menu, only after repeated inquiries. Very loud on the terrace.

Just a classic Gosch chain restaurant. But the ordering area is spacious, making ordering a bit more relaxed.

Why is it such a problem to heat up a jar of baby food? After much back and forth with a flip-flop, it finally works. Ridiculous! Then it's no use that the food is good.

There's no table service other than clearing the table. If you want a seat, you just find one and order at the counter. The staff is very friendly :)

Yes, I can recommend it. Unfortunately, ordering online failed several times because they told me they weren't accepting any new orders at the moment...?!!? Everything else went well, though.

Beautiful place and usual quality

You can always do that. Self-service, as usual at Gosch. Lovely terrace upstairs, right on the promenade.

So, for €40 for two people. Potato soup with salmon that you had to hunt for. Fried fish from a factory in a bath of fat with ready-made fried potatoes, carelessly served. Four stars for the location and the ambiance. But the food, boy, no North Sea restaurant is any worse. HERE, the GOSCH name is sold at a high price. We won't be back. 🤷‍♂️

Ordering is a bit more complicated with a QR code and then somehow getting/paying for the drinks at the bar separately. Plus no table conditions, But the food was really tasty, there were high-quality gifts for the children in the children's menu, something we haven't experienced in a long time. Service when clearing up was quick and very nice. We'll be back, p.s. clean changing area for children.

It's just sad when I see how everything is prepared here in a run-of-the-mill way. Is it all just temporary workers?

Gosch dance on the 1st Saturday in May was awesome...really great dance music from the 70s and 80s...dance floor was always full...and the shrimp plate was also delicious...all in all a great Saturday evening with really nice people...there were ten of us...I'll be back🤩🥳💝

The fried fish roll was relatively carelessly prepared. No onions, no lettuce, nothing. I got this better at every other fish stall throughout my Baltic Sea vacation. What's more, the employees wear gloves, but they also use them to receive the money and then handle the fish and rolls with the same gloves. That makes no sense. Price/performance are not in harmony with each other. I was here once, the competition has more to offer here.

It's Gosh, you get what you expect. However, this one is our second favorite Gosh! The shop is beautifully presented.

Great view of the beach, sensational ambience, brilliant in any weather, only the staff should be a little friendlier, can't help it that I'm on holiday.. Otherwise, it's always worth a quick visit for a fish roll and an Aperol.

Delicious food and a wide variety of dishes

Food is fresh and tastes good. Unfortunately, there are deductions in detail because some of the fried potatoes were raw, the fish should have been fried a little longer and we also found the obligatory “hair”.

The best thing about Gosch is the view. The food isn't really tasty and the prices are borderline for a self-service restaurant. However, I think the atmosphere is really good, so I eat something there every now and then.

Good fish rolls, crab rolls are worth recommending. The service staff are friendly. The view of the Baltic Sea is great.

We just bought a fish sandwich from Gosch. Sorry, that's not a fish sandwich for me. I can also go to McDonald's and buy a fish burger. It tastes better.

Einrichtung typisch Gosch einfach sehr schön. Essen war sehr lecker. Personal war das bisher unfreundlichste was ich bei Gosch erlebt habe. Die arabisch wirkenden Personen haben mich bei den Bestellungen sehr mißmutig und grimmig angeschaut und kein Wort dabei von sich gegeben. Dann via digitaler Bezahlung auf dem Bildschirm noch nach Trinkgeld zu fragen finde ich dann doppelt unverschämt. Unfreundliches Personal und ich bestelle und hole das Essen selber.

The catering business is self-service and, like many outsourced catering businesses, is far removed from the original in terms of quality. The ambience is less impressive and suffers from the lack of empathy on the part of the clearing staff.

Nowhere else is there a larger selection of fresh fish of good quality.

Wir waren heute Abend bei Gosch in Grömitz Essen ,es ist unser letzter Abend!! Ehrlich ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so schlecht gegessen!! Die Bratkartoffeln so groß,da hat wohl jemand keine Lust gehabt sie klein zu schneiden!! Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis passt leider gar nicht!! TK Ware kann ich besser zubereiten!! Es war das letzte Mal,dass wir hier gegessen haben!! Schade !!

When ordering food to go, only unfriendly staff. Totally annoyed... I don't want to know what it's like until summer. Accordingly, the fish sandwiches were without salad.

Confusing way of ordering...you stand in line, order food, stand in line again, order drinks, food is ready/so it gets cold, drinks are ready.... And we collect money in advance and ask for a tip. What for? For serving yourself?? The taste was good...

I really have to say the visit and the meal at Gosch in Grömitz was the absolute highlight of my trip to Grömitz for me. The staff, the drinks, the food, an absolute highlight, the view of the Baltic Sea is indescribably beautiful. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the wonderful time at Gosch in Grömitz.

Who doesn't mind dogs being brought into a restaurant? I lost my appetite when a long-haired dog at the next table shook itself and its hair flew for meters.

It's a wonderful place to sit and look out at the sea—that's what vacation feels like☀️ The staff, Matze and Karina, deserve special mention. They are very accommodating and friendly, even to our little dog. The wine spritzers and fish are delicious. We feel very comfortable.

The snack bar attached to the Gosch is a disaster. The selection is sometimes very limited (there was only water and a single uncooled bottle of Pepsi, no other drinks) and the service staff was unfriendly. The fish rolls are very small for a price of over €4 and have absolutely spartan toppings... Cheap baked rolls, a small piece of herring and a few onion rings. Compared to the other fish sandwiches on the Grömitzer Promenade, they are worlds worse

We always enjoy the Thai noodles with crayfish at Gosch. Like many other things, the price has gone up over the last 10 years, but the value for money is good. The ambiance and service are always very good. The Chardonnay is pleasant. We've been to many Gosch restaurants.

Nope, it doesn't necessarily have to be that way. Staff OK. Food and prices not great. And everything is very tight, even with a wheelchair, etc. Although we have eaten there several times, it doesn't have to be anymore.

The large shrimp plate left nothing to be desired. Plenty of delicious prawns with a decent salad, sensibly prepared, are top value for money. Plus a nice atmosphere.

Opening hours until 9:00 p.m. The music was just turned off at 8:15 p.m. and the place was cleaned up... I don't know if that's good for such a "chain".

Rarely have I had such a bad meal at Gosch. The Thai noodles with crab meat I ordered (which I love) were very bad. Noodles were cooked soft, the crab meat was burnt and there was hardly any sauce. Despite the complaint, there was no response. It's a shame, I used to enjoy eating at Gosch's

Wir waren zum zweiten mal hier und wurden super enttäuscht. Der Kartoffelsalat war eher eine Majosuppe mit eingeschossenen Kartoffelstückchen, die man an einer Hand abzählen konnte. Der Backfisch von Aldi schmeckt besser. Dann lieber nur das Original in List. Grömitz nicht wieder

It was my first time in the Gosch in Grömitz and it was really disappointing. The fish is frozen, the service at the counter where I pick up my food isn't particularly friendly, the staff in the dining room and at the bar are friendly. Food was ok, there are much better snack stands in Grömitz. The dining room was extremely cold because the heating was off and we sat in the restaurant with a jacket on (like many others) I've been to other Goschs and they were all better. I probably won't go there again.

Das Essen ist TK Ware, das Essen musst du selber abholen, am Tresen ist es nicht freundlich. Preise sind zu hoch, Qualität zu niedrig! Bin echt enttäuscht, hatte mehr erwartet.

Just because it says Gosch doesn't mean it doesn't have Gosch in it! This ain't no better than a snack, shame about the money 💰 rip off... We were invited by the boss who wanted to do something good for us and was also disappointed himself... We won't be back!

The atmosphere at McDonalds is warmer. The last guest has barely finished their order when you get the impatient request “next one please”. The order was quickly placed and received without a word. Annoyed, you get the beeper that alerts you that the finished dish has been picked up. The plate that was picked up cannot be surpassed in terms of dreariness. No lettuce leaf, no ChiChi. Unfortunately, neither did the promised tartar sauce. When I pointed out that the tartar sauce was missing, I was handed it over without a word, without an apology, and without a friendly “bon appetit”. The highlight was the nice gentleman who asked after the meal if he could take the plates with him. Unfortunately our favorite Italian restaurant was closed. We could have eaten there for 5 euros more with warm people in a great atmosphere.
