Wir bestellten zwei Burger und Pasta Carbonara, die erst nach fast drei Stunden ankamen. Das Essen war kalt, die Burgerbrötchen waren verbrannt, die Pasta war viel zu knoblauchlastig, und in beiden Burgern befanden sich zähe Fleischstücke. Insgesamt schmeckte es widerlich, wir mussten es wegwerfen.

Die Pizza gehört definitiv zu den besten, die ich seit Langem gegessen habe – perfekt gebacken, mit hochwertigen Zutaten und richtig gutem Geschmack. Der Service war schnell, zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Die Bestellung kam pünktlich an und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Qualität und Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen! 🔥🍕

Wir haben um 0:30 Uhr beim Goldstadt Lieferservice eine Pizza und eine Pasta bestellt. Die Lieferzeit war extrem enttäuschend: Wir haben über eineinhalb Stunden, fast zwei Stunden gewartet. Nach dieser langen Wartezeit hatten wir ehrlich gesagt gar keinen Hunger mehr und haben die Bestellung schließlich nicht angenommen. Im Nachhinein haben wir uns die Bewertungen und Bilder anderer Kunden angeschaut – und sind im Endeffekt sogar froh, dass wir das Essen nicht angenommen haben. Die Fotos wirken leider sehr unappetitlich und bestätigen unseren negativen Eindruck. So eine lange Wartezeit und die insgesamt schlechte Außenwirkung sind für uns absolut nicht akzeptabel. Keine Empfehlung.

Heute habe ich bei Ihnen eine Pizza bestellt und leider eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung gemacht. Der Lieferant fragte mich noch vor der Bezahlung, ob die Bestellung „mit oder ohne Trinkgeld“ sei. Trinkgeld ist jedoch freiwillig und sollte niemals eingefordert oder im Voraus angesprochen werden. Obwohl ich kein Trinkgeld geben wollte, habe ich anschließend festgestellt, dass mir zu wenig Wechselgeld zurückgegeben wurde. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und hinterlässt den Eindruck, als wäre das Trinkgeld einfach einbehalten worden. Dieses Verhalten ist unprofessionell und schadet dem Eindruck Ihres Geschäfts. Ich hoffe sehr, dass Sie Ihre Lieferfahrer entsprechend schulen und solche Situationen künftig vermeiden.

Nicht 50 min sondern 1h30 auf ne Pizza warten und dann genau das Gegenteil bekommen von dem was man bestellt hat und das ist nicht das erste Mal. Schade eigentlich weil die lange Öffnungszeit sehr attraktiv sind! Hoffentlich ändert sich das

Haben schon mehrmals bestellt und jedes Mal war Salami auf der vegetarischen Pizza. Geht gar nicht! Lieferzeiten sind auch um einiges länger, als angegeben. Würde Null Sterne geben.

Der Hamburger hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt nicht zu empfehlen !!!!

I never usually give bad reviews. But I ordered through Lieferando. A 4.5 rating was fake?! Because on Google it was 3.2, and then the pictures looked very similar to mine. From the salad dressing to the burger and nuggets, it was just bad. For that price, it's beyond outrageous. Ordering delivery is no longer enjoyable. Stick to one type of food. If you call yourself a pizzeria, then make good pizza and be done with it. It's a real shame, but you always get burned. And delete the fake pictures.

I ordered a pizza without cheese (due to allergies) and received one with cheese. The cook said he doesn't make pizzas without cheese. That's absolutely outrageous! I will never order food from here again after the change of ownership. Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option.

A complete disaster. My husband ordered something that was supposed to arrive at 12:30 a.m. and it didn't arrive until 3 a.m., then I was asleep. Wasted money. I ordered pasta with chicken and mushrooms. Everything was in it except the chicken. You could pull the mushrooms off with your hand. Maybe 23 little mushrooms. No sauce. Dry pasta, over ten euros. And then the delivery time was over an hour to two hours, always late. No understanding. You don't get your money back and you can forget about a new portion. The shop is a real cheek.

Haben im Juli das erste Mal zwei Pizzen 60cm und 40cm bestellt und abgeholt. Beide Pizzen mit Schinken und Salami. Pizzen waren sehr gut. Personal auch sehr freundlich.

Zu empfehlen! Schnelle Lieferzeiten, lecker zubereitet. Große Portionen, top Qualität. Pommes war knusprig und warm, die Zusammensetzung vom Burger war super. Nur 4 Sterne wegen einem kleinen Knochen im Fleisch.
