After 2 hours and 20 minutes and two phone calls, lukewarm burgers and ice-cold, soggy fries arrived, which ended up in the trash. On the phone, I was told twice that one of the drivers had been in an accident (which everyone would understand would cause a delay) – however, the driver who finally arrived said unprompted that they were simply very busy.

When I found out the place had been taken over by a new, young team, I decided to eat there again after a long time, and it was simply perfect! Fast, friendly, and confident service! We wish the new, young, friendly team every success! We'll be back.

I ordered two hours ago, and according to Google, the store has been closed for 50 minutes. No one answers the phone, and I have no idea if anyone is coming or if I should order from somewhere else so I can maybe get another bite to eat today. This is by far the most unprofessional delivery service I've ever encountered. Anyone who orders from there a second time isn't hungry.

I ordered today and got a genuine currywurst and a genuine burger. The vegetables, tomatoes, and lettuce were fresh, and the red onions were sliced ​​just right so they didn't taste bitter. The currywurst was fried nicely and then scored. You can tell that the food here is prepared with love for the snack culture. I've never been satisfied with an order from other restaurants in Erftstadt. Always poor quality or a lack of commitment. It's completely different here! I just never order from honest, clean work!

A juice shop we asked after two hours whether the order was ready and found out that the driver had jumped off and we had to wait another hour until we got the order. We were offered a free drink as compensation and that didn't come either First expensive and then shit

Probably the best smash burger in the area here! I can recommend it without hesitation! The one with aioli is particularly fantastic and we have already ordered it several times. The boys can definitely save on the fries because some of them end up in the trash due to their size (unable to do so). Keep it up guys! Erftstadt needs such great American burgers!!!

I had to wait 2.1/2 hours for my food, the frustration of dealing with a lady didn't even make me smile. I'm still waiting and hope that I get a good/warm citizen next time I'd rather do it myself

Price performance is not right at all. I don't think 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries and 2 chessecakes for 55 euros are appropriate. The fries were oversalted, the burgers were only lukewarm and the cheesecake was simply squeezed into the packaging. No thanks once and never again.

We had to wait 2 1/2 hours for our food, after the first call we were told that the food was on the way. About an hour later, when we asked, we were told that the food was on its way now. When the food was there something was missing, after another phone call I was told that the employee would call the driver and then get in touch again, unfortunately that didn't happen again...

Waited over 2 hours for the food to be delivered (2 menus consisting of burgers and fries) and we live 5 minutes away. No excuse, it was "busy" and fries were also fried to death. If you're in a hurry, it's better not to order here. Last year we ordered here more often and were happy about a somewhat more “modern” delivery service. Disappointing experience We waited over two hours for our order (two burgers and two portions of fries), even though we only live about ten minutes away. Unfortunately, the food was cold, the burgers were completely soggy with the sauce and the fries were fried for far too long. Additionally, there was no excuse for the long wait. Very disappointing - we cannot recommend the store and will not order there again.

I wanted a pancake (for €15!) without cream. I was asked two more times if I wanted it without seeing it and there was still cream on it at the end. The blonde woman is unfriendly and seems bored. Besides, the portions are really ridiculous for the prices.

It was ordered 2 days in a row, 25 minutes late on the first day. The salad was delivered without dressing, ketchup was available as a substitute. So 13 euros of salad per ton. 2nd day 60 minutes late, got multiple insurances, food is on the way. When the food arrived, the delivery person said about the delay: "It's not my problem." Highly unprofessional 3 out of 10 burgers were missing, but they were on the bill. When asked in the store itself, the blame is shifted from A to B and excuses are made, the printer doesn't work, etc. Employee gets loud and hangs up. The problem solved for us customers 0. Replacement was not delivered. Unfortunately, some of the food that was delivered was cold and that's not possible given the prices. Food on the first day was very tasty despite the delay. An absolute disappointment on the second day, especially due to the unprofessional behavior of the service staff. Order for the 3rd day was of course canceled. Ps: Eat in the store even if good service is irrelevant to you, otherwise stay away from golden burgers.

Just keep your hands away from the delivery service... Arrived late two days in a row (once 20 minutes and today even 1 hour) … Unfortunately, the burgers were no longer warm and there were even three burgers missing that were on the receipt. It's okay on site, but delivery is okay. Received cold and burnt burgers. It's a shame, I really expected something better for the price for 2 people. Golden Burger used to be better, but unfortunately that hasn't been the case for a year now.

I order there very often and am always full of praise - but today I tried the smash burger and curly instead of normal fries. Unfortunately the product delivered is an absolute disappointment. Zero roasted flavors, cheap mayo + ketchup on the burger and no curly fries as requested. The cheddar sauce tastes like old foot. Really a shame for the price... The young woman who delivered was very friendly. All other otherwise very good orders are included in the rating.*

Über die Bürger kann man nicht meckern ehrlich schmecken echt gut und heben sich auch von den normalen Fastfood Bürgern ab. Rundum als Menü kann man preislich nicht meckern .

Es war bisher immer sehr lecker, jedoch war es heute sehr schlecht. Wie auch immer man das geschafft hat, wir haben zwei Burger bestellt und die hilfreiche Beschriftung einer der Verpackungen war genau die falsche. Wir hatten einen Golden Burger und einen Greek. Und der Golden Burger war als Greek beschriftet, weshalb wir leider den Burger des anderen gegessen haben, was natürlich enttäuschend war da man deswegen einen Burger bekommen hat, den man nicht wollte. Daher war es heute auch nicht so lecker. Beim nächsten Mal ist es hoffentlich besser, denn eigentlich ist es immer sehr gut beim bestellen und es gab noch nie Probleme.

Essen ist okay aber der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Wir hatten 2 Burger. Sie sahen schon recht traurig aus und dazu waren sie beide sehr trocken, sodass wir mit mayo nachhelfen mussten. Dann war es OK, aber eben auch nur OK. Für einen chilli-CHEESE-Burger hätte ich mehr als 2 kleine dünne Scheiben erwartet oder wie bei anderen auch Käsesauce. Kann man essen, muss man aber nicht. Die pommes waren gut. Das vegetarische Patty hat mir an sich auch gefallen. Daher trotzdem 3 Sterne.

Schlecht. Wir standen vor einem geschlossenen Laden. Offensichtlich haben sie es nicht nötig Geld zu verdienen.

Die Abzugshaunbe funktioniert nicht. Man stinkt nach dem Besuch nach Frittenfett. Es gibt kein Bier oder anderem Alkohol.

Als Lieferdienst sehr beliebt. Burger sind gut, aber mehr auch nicht. Man wird satt und preislich geht es noch. Lieber bestellen und abholen, da das Ambiente leider unbequem und mäßig ansprechend ist. Man kann dem Chef aber beim Burger braten gut zuschauen.

Höfliches Personal, leckere Burger und vorallem unfassbar leckere Fritten, selbst bei der Lieferung sind die Pommes wirklich so als kämen sie gerade aus der Friteuse. Kann ich sehr empfehlen

Bestellt wurde über Lieferando mit der Angabe ca 15-45min. Nachdem das Essen nach 2 Stunden immer noch nicht eingetroffen war, obwohl für 1:30h eine Bestätigung vorlag, musste ich den Laden anrufen wo man mir gesagt hat, dass es noch 20-30 Minuten dauern würde. Dies wurde ebenfalls nicht eingehalten. Nach nun 3 Stunden kam das Essen (wohlgemerkt es waren nur 2 Burger+Pommes) endlich an und war zudem nur lauwarm.

Leider kann ich das Essen an der Stelle nicht bewerten - da der Service vor Ort einfach zu schlecht war. An einem Freitag Abend wollten wir (2 Personen) vor Ort essen. Es waren keine weiteren Gäste im Restaurant. Wir setzten uns an einen Tisch im Innenraum (hier großes Lob, es sieht toll und sehr edel aus!) und wurden dann ignoriert. Nach 15 Minuten keinerlei Service (ebenso keine Hinweise, dass man an der Theke bestellt oder das Getränke Self-Service sind oder sowas) sind wir dann aufgestanden und gegangen. Der Herr hinter der Theke hat die ganze Zeit fleißig gearbeitet und uns nicht beachtet. Auch die anderen Herren, die anscheinend Lieferungen bearbeitet haben, haben sich nicht um uns bemüht. Sehr schade.

Tolle Burger und nette Leute. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Angenehmes Ambiente Nettes Personal Gutes Essen Gute Preise Mehr braucht man nicht sagen.

Wir waren heute Abend bei Golden Burger in der Bonner Straße essen gewesen und vollkommen zufrieden. Die Burger, sowie Pommes und die Dips waren lecker und optisch ansprechend auf einem Holzbrett serviert. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, es wurden uns ohne Aufforderung Sitzbezüge und Servietten zum Tisch gebracht.

Heute Nachmittag hier das erste Mal über Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen kam sehr pünktlich an, der Fahrer war sehr nett und hat an der Tür nochmal vorgelesen was bestellt wurde. Die Lieferung war wie besprochen dann auch in der Tüte. Der Mexican burger war sehr gut, der Avocado Burger ebenfalls. Die Preise fanden wir angemessen. Die Beilagen waren leider kalt, vielleicht kann man hier noch etwas tricksen um das noch zu optimieren, die Probleme haben aber die meisten Lieferdienste.

Sehr lecker, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Goldenburger ist in aller Munde...... Auf Empfehlung haben wir den Weg dorthin gemacht. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert, schön heiß die Bürger, angerichtet auf einer Holzplatte, die für Messer und Gabel sich bewährte. Das sind mit Abstand die besten Bürger, die ich bisher bekommen habe. Ich habe alles in der Umgebung abgeklappert. Schön kross das Pati ausreichend belegt, das Fleisch top... Die Überraschung die Spsskartoffel Fritten und die Sticks toll gewürzt und in ausreichender Menge. Der Salatteller super Mischung, 1a frisch. Gut für 9,90€ sollte das ja auch sein. Ein Komplett- Essen , Hamburger Menue mit Salat und 2 Getränke für 37€ war angebracht . Das Personal war top, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch ein dickes Lob, weiter so- das will der Kunde haben! Einziger Kritikpunkt, die Abzugsanlage in der Küche sollte überprüft werden. Aber das Aufkommen der Bestellungen war auch sehr hoch an dem Abend Ich kann nur empfehlen, dort Essen zu gehen. Im Sommer draußen zu sitzen, die Bürger zu genießen - sicherlich ein Traum! Ich freue mich schon auf dem nächsten Besuch um andere Sorten des Bürger- Angebots auszuprobieren. 😄👍

Tolle Burger und lecker Fritten (Steakhouse, Süßkartoffel und Curly)

Seitdem der Golden Burger in Lechenich eröffnet hat, bestelle ich mindestens einmal im Monat dort. Das hat auch einfach mit der hervorragenden Qualität der Burger zu tun. Weiterführend da diese immer saftig, nach Wunsch blutig medium-rare gemacht werden und die jeweiligen Burger saucen sehr gut schmecken. Im Vergleich zu anderen Burger "Buden" ist bestelltechnisch Golden Burger etwas teuerer. Jedoch ist das Mittagsmenü von 12-15 Uhr unschlagbar. Für gerade einmal 9,90€ bekommt man Burger, Fritten, eine Sauce + Softgetränk der Wahl oder Kaffee. Abschließend finde ich auch die Einrichtung der Golden Burger Läden sehr passend und atmosphärisch. Wenn die Inhaber weiter so machen, denke ich das es Golden Burger bald in ganz Deutschland geben könnte. Damit antizipiere ich eine ganz klare Empfehlung für einen Besuch bei Golden Burger. Der BBQ Burger mit Fritten und Chili Cheese Nuggets ist ein MUST TRY!
