Very tasty Neapolitan pizzas. You really can't say anything about €5 for a student pizza. The other pizzas are a little more expensive but very tasty.

Unfortunately a disappointment. Completely burnt pizza. Not only were there a few dark spots, but 90% of the pizza was burned pitch black. I'm happy to give 1 star for the well-done Magharita pizza. However, it is incomprehensible how one could hand out an obviously black pizza to the customer. Unfortunately, for the sake of our health, we had to throw them away. Too bad.

Leider eine Enttäuschung. Vollkommen verbrannte Pizza. Es waren nicht nur vereinzelt dunkle Stellen, sondern 90% der Pizza pechschwarz verbrannt. 1 Stern vergebe ich gerne für die gut gelungene Pizza Magharita. Allerdings ist es unbegreiflich wie man eine offensichtlich schwarze Pizza an den Kunden aushändigt. Leider mussten wir diese zum Wohle unserer Gesundheit wegschmeißen. Schade. Die Bewertung wird durch den Eigentümer gelöscht, weil er sich offensichtlich in seinem Persönlichkeitsrecht angegriffen sieht. Sehr unseriös. Absolut keine Empfehlung! Unprofessionell und wir werden hier nichts mehr bestellen.

We stopped there briefly during an Eat the World Tour. Very small pieces of Margherita pizza were served. The pizza was delicious, but we missed the Italian atmosphere...

Especially on Pontstrasse, I like to sit inside on the gallery of the partially gutted old building and enjoy a gluten-free pizza and a delicious gin and tonic (even if, unfortunately, not all of the drinks on offer are always available). For a quick pizza at home, the Gold of Naples on Eupener Str. is cheaper for us. There's a lot going on there at lunchtime, especially during school hours. It's best to pre-order online for collection. The staff in both branches range from “a bit sleepy but hard working” to top!

The pizzas are good. It’s generous and the dough is just as thin as it should be. On the other hand, the Cannellonis were disappointing compared to the price. The staff is welcoming 👍I didn't like the rosé wine. Service a little slow on weekends.

When we stopped at Gold of Naples we had spent almost four hours driving from Spa-Francorchamps (a trip that should have taken less than 90 minutes). We were ready to eat our own arms and were DELIGHTED to find Gold of Naples open. Although it was already close to their closing time, they let us sit down and enjoy our delicious pizza onsite. Their Buffalo mozzarella pizza and pizza bread were absolutely amazing. We even ended up meeting another couple who had had a similar hell drive from Spa (who also enjoyed their dinner) thanks to the friendly pizza hosts at Gold of Naples.

The salad was super fresh. Ingredients all of the finest quality. Great taste. Quantity could be smaller.

This is supposed to be like official Italian authorized pizza. And it's good, and maybe official, but didn't taste all that drastically different from other places. I split with the wife and we had plenty. Just one thing, I don't know why it's so difficult to get water around here, with the massive surplus of it seemingly everywhere, but it's hard to get enough and it's NEVER free, so I've resorted to just bringing my own. I hope it's not rude!

The pizza dough was very good and had a high edge. I ate the vegetarian one which was exceptional. The pizzas chosen by those who were with me were also good and all very well topped.

Insanely good pizza! Large selection and very customizable! Service is very friendly. Unfortunately, the tables are very close together, which makes it very loud. Overall, still highly recommended! Reservation recommended. Tip: You can also order food from Tangente (a bar nearby).

This is a very authentic Naples pizza shop. They don’t have pineapple pizza or Hawaiian style pizza, so please feel free to order. The edges of the pizza rise very high, it is baked until it is slightly mushy, and the bottom of the pizza is springy and delicious. We ordered two pizzas, ham and cheese and pistachio and ham. As you can see, the ham and cheese flavor has a little bit of chili pepper. It is very fragrant and slightly spicy. Friends who can't eat spicy food can feel free to try it. The pistachio ham has a very special flavor. You will be amazed at the first bite. There are really many pistachios. In addition to the chopped pistachios, the pizza crust is covered with pistachio sauce, so it will be very greasy after eating. It needs to be eaten with drinks/coffee. The espresso is very fragrant, and a cup of it fills your mouth with fragrance after a meal. (Drinking it at night may affect your sleep)

We tasted German white wine along with vegi pizza and margarita buffalo pizza. The pizzas were really nice with their thin crust and delicious ingredients. We enjoyed very much due to the beauty of its location in this place.

I don't understand the hype about this store. Maybe we were unlucky with our order but the dough for my salami pizza was slimy and tasted extremely raw. I had original frozen pizzas that were better and made me feel less bad. My girlfriend's pizza was completely dry and tasted bad, and the cheese had an extremely pungent taste. Really not a special or good meal by any stretch of the imagination

Coincidentally, when ordering we said that we were going to share the pizzas and when we were served them they had already placed the pizza on the plates 50/50, really great! Food is delicious. The pizza itself was very tasty. I'm just wondering who thought of putting these huge raw tuna strips on the pizza and then charging €16 for them. Other pizzas are definitely great, but the tuna pizza was a bad joke.

The four of us were on the first floor. It's quite nice to sit there, but it is very warm, the pizza oven (almost 500 degrees) does its job. The 4 different pizzas were very tasty; the salami pizza was a bit sparsely topped, that's just the way it is with a salami pizza. The prices are slightly higher than average, but for that you get a delicious fresh pizza. The four of us spent €110 for 4 pizzas with 2 drinks per person. We will definitely come back here again.

While the ambience was pleasant, the lack of sufficient staff significantly impacted service, resulting in lengthy delays throughout the evening. The limited number of staff members struggled to keep up with the demands of a busy night, leading to frustration among patrons. Despite the friendly demeanor of the staff, the overall service was hindered by the shortage of personnel. Moreover, the taste of the pizza failed to impress, lacking the authentic flavors one would expect from a traditional Neapolitan restaurant. To add to the disappointment, the prices were higher than anticipated, considering the underwhelming quality of the food and service. Additionally, the non-alcoholic drink options were lackluster, failing to complement the meal. Overall, while Gold of Naples has potential with its prime location and pleasant ambience, the lack of adequate staffing, mediocre food quality, and high prices leave much to be desired.

We have been to the Gold of Naples from time to time before, but this time it was particularly pleasant. We had an antipasti platter as a starter, which unfortunately lacked any side dishes. But that was the only drawback we had that evening. The ambience is nice, subtle and has a warm atmosphere. The service was really top notch! The waiters are friendly, polite and have a very relaxed manner. It's a masterpiece how often they run up and down the stairs. In 5 minutes a waiter who had served us walked up and down eleven times and sang to himself the whole time. Phenomenal! True Neapolitan pizza, unlike other fake pizze and fake italian cousine you can find in Germany! I definitively didn't expect to find such a good pizza outside of Italy (and even in Italy, 70% of pizzerie are trash). Found the place to be not very crowded in saturday night compared to other places in Aachen (maby locals are not fully capable of understanding how good this place is). Cool and classy atmosphere, the waiter was also very kind. If you live in Germany or just passing by and you want to try a real pizza, go to this place!

Spontan an einem Samstag Abend noch einen Platz bekommen. Die Pizza war wirklich sehr lecker und der Boden einfach grandios. Der Pizzaofen ist echt sehenswert.

Ich glaube wir haben vielleicht auch ne komische Variante einer Pizza Magaritha bestellt auf jeden Fall war diese Pizza leider nix. Hier werden leider 5 Leute mit Bauchschmerzen nach Hause fahren. Schade

Muss mich nochmal melden. War wieder da. Unbeschreiblich was hier im Mund passiert. Schon mehr als 10 X habe ich das Restaurant besucht. Immer Pizza. Unabhängig davon, bin mir sicher, hier ist alles super. Diesmal die Pizza mit Pistazien. Es geht nicht besser. Ich mag Hummer, Seezunge und Filets vom Rind, Salate, Bowlen und alles mögliche. Mit der Pizza hier, steht alles hinten an. Ambiente, ist Geschmackssache, für mich 3 Sterne, ist es draußen kalt, dann auch innen, besonders im Eingang. Service gut, Personal freundlich, Preise: sorry, ultra fair. 10 % Tip ist fast zu wenig.

Unfreundliche Kellnerin hat uns mit 2 Personen an einem leeren Donnerstag von einem 4er Tisch verjagt und in den ungemütlichen Bereich oben verwiesen. Insgesamt waren nur 6 Personen in der Location und es gab mehrere 4er Tische wo 2 Personen saßen. Sehr schlaue Kellnerin, Gratulation. Und vielleicht mal Nachhilfe in Business nehmen. 2 vergraulte Kunden für einen freien 4er Tisch in einem fast leeren Lokal. Bravo! (Am 30 November um ca 18:05 Uhr)

Pizza ist der Hammer. Wir haben online einen Tisch reserviert. Dieser wurde uns dann trotz freien Zeit slots storniert. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dass alle Tische besetzt wären und man über das online Formular den Tisch den wir reservieren wollten gar nicht mehr reservieren kann. Ihr solltet eurer online Reservierungs System updaten!

Nie wieder!!! Pizza schmeckt nach Pappe und besteht fast nur aus Teig.Die schlechteste neapolitanische Pizza die ich je gegessen habe.Wer für den Preis nicht enttäuscht werden möchte, sollte diesen Laden meiden.Bewertungen zu löschen bringt eich auch nichts, da die Leute nur einmal kommen werden und dann nie wieder. Irgendwann bleiben dann sowieso alle Kunden aus.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Blöder Geschäftsname. Es gibt viele Pizzerien im Pontviertel die günstiger und besser sind. Mit Kritik kann der Inhaber leider nicht umgehen.

Hier werden systematisch negative Bewertungen gelöscht! Der Besitzer nimmt anscheinend keine (ehrliche) negative Kritik an. Es ist nun mal so, dass man gute und schlechte Tage hat. Keine Firma läuft zu 100% perfekt! Es wird extra ein Anwalt auf negative Google Bewertungen gehetzt. Edit: Stand 06.11.23 Mittlerweile sind es nur noch 681 Bewertungen. Zuvor waren es weit über 700. "Der Beschwerdeführer argumentiert, dass die Bewertung seine Persönlichkeitsrechte verletze." Und was ist mit meinen Rechten als zahlender Kunde? Absolut lächerlich. So verbessert man nicht seinen Ruf - ganz im Gegenteil. Sowas ist einfach nur armselig. Ich werde den Laden niemanden mehr empfehlen und jeden abraten, dort essen zu gehen. Nie wieder Gold of Naples! Edit: Hier die ursprüngliche Rezension, die gemeldet wurde. "Das zweite Mal, dass wir hier waren - diesmal leider wirklich eine große Enttäuschung! Die Bedienung war sehr nett, allerdings knapp 30 min Wartezeit, obwohl der Laden draußen sowie auch drinnen nicht viele Gäste hatte. Der absolute Hammer jedoch: eine Pizza haben wir mit glutenfreiem Teig bestellt, dieser kostet 2,90 € extra (das ist natürlich okay, da es ein "Sonderwunsch" ist!). Diese Pizza war dann jedoch ein krasses Stück kleiner als die reguläre Pizza (siehe Bild), außerdem hat dieser Teig wirklich "industriell" geschmeckt. Zum Vergleich: In Köln gibt es eine neapolitanische Pizzeria, die ebenfalls glutenfrei für 2,50 € extra anbietet, und diese Pizza ist gleich groß wie die regulären und der Teig total fluffig, lecker und sichtbar selbstgemacht. Es GEHT also wirklich auch anders, da gibt es leider keine Ausrede... Zudem sind die Preise wirklich überteuert geworden - sehr schade, auch das geht mitten in der Kölner Innenstadt, bei einer beliebten Pizzeria um einiges günstiger - zu gleicher bzw. besserer Qualität. Fazit: Sehr schade! Hatten uns mega gefreut und wurden enttäuscht. :("

Auf der Durchreise durch Augsburg besucht mit nem Kumpel. Das Essen war wirklich gut. Gute Auswahl. Der Service war leider nicht so gut. Die Bedienung war nicht sehr freundlich und man hatte das Gefühl der Platz soll möglichst bald für die nächsten zahlenden Gäste frei werden. Außerdem mussten wir sehr sehr lange warten bis jemand zum Getränke ordern kam.

Enttäuschende Erfahrung bei "Gold of Naples". Als langjähriger Liebhaber von Pizza war mein Besuch im "Gold of Naples" leider alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Mein persönlicher Geschmack wurde nicht optimal getroffen, und die Qualität der Zutaten hat meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Atmosphäre des Restaurants war zwar angenehm, aber das allein konnte die Schwächen in Bezug auf den Geschmack der Pizza nicht ausgleichen. Der Teig war nicht so knusprig, wie ich es bevorzuge, und die Auswahl der Beläge schien mir eher durchschnittlich. Ich kann verstehen, dass Geschmack subjektiv ist und andere Gäste möglicherweise eine andere Meinung haben, aber für mich war die Erfahrung bei "Gold of Naples" leider enttäuschend. Es ist wichtig zu betonen, dass dies nur meine persönliche Meinung ist und andere Gäste möglicherweise eine andere Auffassung haben. Jeder sollte die Möglichkeit haben, seine eigenen kulinarischen Vorlieben zu entwickeln, und ich respektiere die Vielfalt in den Geschmäckern. Ich hoffe, dass andere Gäste eine bessere Erfahrung machen und ihre eigenen Eindrücke sammeln können. Mein Feedback spiegelt ausschließlich meine individuelle Meinung wider und sollte nicht als abschließende Beurteilung des Restaurants betrachtet werden.

Die Pizza war Standart, nichts weswegen man eine Rezension schreiben würde, weder im positiven noch im negativen Sinne. Der Preis ist kaum gerechtfertigt, was allerdings wirklich einen faden Beigeschmack hinterlässt ist die Tatsache, dass das Restaurant aktiv Bewertungen von 1-3 Sternen entfernen lässt, auch Briefe einer Anwaltskanzlei sind nicht selten. Mehr als fragwürdige Geschäftspraktiken.

Pizza hat leider ungewünschte auswirkungen gehabt

Mega leckere Pizza, zwar meiner Meinung nach nicht super authentisch, aber trotzdem sehr hochwertig, frisch und reichlich belegt. Meine Eltern waren zu Besuch in der Stadt und wir kamen hier her. Selbst meine sehr kritischen Eltern waren überzeugt. Die Aperol-Happy-Hour bis 18 Uhr ist super. Nur die Bedienung war etwas lost. Beim Bezahlen hat sie von einem auf den anderen Moment angefangen auf Englisch zu sprechen und insgesamt war der Service eher chaotisch. Nett waren sie aber alle :)

Super lecker, vor allem die vegetarische Pizza mit dem Grllgemüse und dem Büffelmozarella <3 Nachtrag Nov 2023: die geilen Tomaten waren diesmal leider gar nicht geil. Keine Ahnung ob die aus waren aber die Pizza schmeckte diesmal nicht so gut wie sonst sondern etwas enttäuschend...

Essen: Die Pizza ist das Hauptgericht im Gold of Naples. Sie wird im traditionellen Offen gebacken und ist mit frischen, saisonalen Zutaten belegt. Wir haben die Pizza "Margherita" und die Pizza "Pesto" probiert. Die Pizza war gut gebacken, der Teig war dünn und knusprig, der Belag frisch und aromatisch. Getränke: Die Getränkekarte bietet eine gute Auswahl an italienischen Weinen, Bier und Softdrinks. Wir haben einen Glas Rotwein zum Essen bestellt, der gut geschmeckt hat. Fazit: Das Gold of Naples ist eine gute Pizzeria für alle, die leckere Pizza in gemütlicher Atmosphäre genießen möchten. Positiv: Geräumiges und modernes Ambiente Freundliche Bedienung Leckere Pizza Empfehlung: Die Pizza "Margherita" ist ein Klassiker, der hier sehr gut schmeckt. Die Pizza "Pesto" ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert.

Ziemlich geschmacklos alles, aber Ambiente ist OK

They actually serve one of the best pizza in Aachen, but you have to be extremely lucky to get to try their good pizza. First time when we tried this restaurant, we ordered Napoli (first photo) Pizza, which arrived in less than 5min, even though the restaurant was full. It was very delicious and hot enough. We were so impressed by the taste and experience that next day we again went to this restaurant. This time they were comparatively less crowded than last night. We ordered Napoli and Parma. Unfortunately, we had to wait for around 50minutes or so. Still we were okay but when the pizzas arrived, it was lukewarm and turned cold soon. When we told the stuffs, they only said, "yeah, we have a lot of orders in the kitchen". Okay, I can understand. May be that's why food was late but then how can be it cold? They were not even sorry. When we were paying , they offered us something like free for drinks or discount on drinks. I was quite annoyed by this. Like, come on!!! Take the responsibility. Offering free stuffs does not cancel out what went wrong. Their pizza is quite expensive but i am willing to pay because good stuffs cost money, quality costs money. But where is the quality then?!
