Excellent food, even after many visits to India we can't find a lack of authenticity here. The restaurant is close to the hotel we visited and we were very pleasantly surprised to find this place in the area.

Not a goan restaurant. Just an incredibly mediocre Indian one. Sad. We had mediocre samosas. Mediocre lamb biryani. Mediocre lamb curry. It was trash. In addition, the service was horrible. We paid at the entrance. Upstairs, people sometimes don't close the bathroom door, so you will get the smell of the toilet while you're eating. I'm so upset that a mediocre Indian Restaurant that decides to culturally appropriate my culture would then turn around and threaten to sue me over an honest review expressing my honest experience because of a review.

We were there for lunch on a Saturday. When the sun is shining, the yard is nice to sit outside. The service was friendly and the food was actually tasty - albeit expensive. Unfortunately, shortly after dinner, none of us felt well at all. We ended up lying flat with bad food poisoning for all 24 hours. This shouldn't happen to a restaurant with such prices and location. We won't go there again!

Very good service, friendly, quick. The food was very good and the mail was very generous for us. I can recommend it.

Had the thali for 2, it was great and so much that I ate the leftovers the next evening. Delicious. I'd love to come back.

Edit: Received a notification from Google that this restaurant is calling my review fake or I was never a customer. This is really disappointing. Rather than fighting with me about a honest review that I have given the restaurant should have addressed my issue when I was there. That too when I have provided a photo of the food that we ate. It was 13th March 2023, at 12:30 PM, we visited this restaurant as my friends wanted to eat some good Indian food. Being an Indian, they asked for my review and so I took them to this restaurant based on the google reviews but found that the food was awful. My friends also reviewed this place and have written about the same which can be checked on the restaurant's google review for the same date. How come this place has a such high rating? The chicken thali was just some pieces of chicken in warm Mango lassi without any taste. Some of us got 2 pieces while some got 3 pieces of Naan while I got 4. We had to take out chicken pieces from that warm Mango lassi and dip them into daal to get some taste. The daal too was so-so. Also, the guy who took our order had no idea what he was doing. We tried explaining to him in German, English, and lastly Hindi but all in vain. Thanks to his colleague who stepped in and got it resolved. I regret bringing my friends here. They are never going to trust my Indian recommendations again.

Reusable food ordered via Wolt delivery service. However, it was delivered disposable. Just like that, without comment and without asking whether we would also accept the delivery in disposable form (which we didn't want). Food was okay but not particularly well seasoned.

An average indian restaurant. We both had lamb, one palak. Sorry to say the meat tasted somewhat strange and was also not so tender. The menu is not the same as on the website.

Today I went to the Goa Zone restaurant for the first time and I have to say, I'm really impressed! The service was super friendly and attentive, the waiting time was pleasantly short despite the lunch break and the food was simply delicious. I ordered something from the lunch menu and was absolutely impressed by both the size of the portion and the taste. The ingredients were fresh and perfectly prepared, and the menu offered a diverse selection of dishes to suit all tastes. The atmosphere in the restaurant is modern and cozy, and the prices are fair. All in all, I highly recommend Goa Zone Restaurant. I will definitely come again!

2024.02.23: very decent portion of absolutely delicious indian food. Got the Chicken Thali for 14,90 EUR. The level of hot spiciness was also very well adjusted.

Somehow the paneer butter masala tasted like almost nothing. There was only one toilet for everyone - and there was no more toilet paper... The high price for that? Sorry, more than 2 stars not possible...

Ordered mango curry medium hot. There was a subtle sharpness to the point. The meat is tender. All 5 dishes were great. The naan bread was simply...perfect. recommended!

I was there with my sister. It's a very small but very cozy shop, centrally hidden next to Peter Pane. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS. Typically Indian, lovingly and skillfully prepared. I had the Pista Cream and my sister Makhani Paneer, as well as the mixed bread basket. It was really very very tasty. I accidentally got paneer in the pista cream instead of chicken. It was immediately remade and we also got rice extra. Such lovely, lovely service/staff. Thank you very much, I would be very, very happy to come back.

Nie wieder! Essen gut, Service katastrophal. Hauptsache Umsatz, egal wie. Wir haben Getränke bestellt und gegessen. Anschließend wurde der Tisch abgeräumt und wir bestellten eine zweite Runde Getränke und wollten eigentlich noch ein Dessert bestellen. Kaum standen die Getränke also auf dem Tisch, wurden wir aufgefordert zu gehen, weil der Tisch für eine 12er- Gruppe benötigt würde. Wir dachten es wäre ein Scherz. Man forderte uns aber nochmals unfreundlich auf zu gehen. Wir tranken die Biere und die Cola auf ex aus. Anschließend versuchte man dann noch uns mit einem falschen Bewirtungsbeleg über 16.90 statt den tatsächlichen 137.90 abzuspeisen. Dann versuchte man es mit einem Beleg über 121.50. Ich musste energischer werden und unter Fluchen wurde dann der korrekte Beleg ausgedruckt. Erst nachdem man einige Positionen hinzugebucht wurde stimmte die Summe. Ausstrahlung der Mitarbeiter war kühl und pragmatisch.

Niet te beschrijven hoe lekker het eten was! Was de eerste keer dat ik India’s gegeten heb. Is zeker voor de herhaling vatbaar! Met een groep van 8 man was het er heel gezellig en heeft iedereen lekker gegeten. Bij binnenkomst dachten we dat het een heel klein restaurantje was, maar kwamen erachter dat er ook een boven is. Boven zit je lekker, beneden komen veel mensen om af te halen.

Heerlijk gegeten! Echt een aanrader. De bediening was erg leuk. Tip: Je kan beter boven gaan zitten.

We had chicken biryani and chicken Korma with cheese Naan. I wasn't impressed by the biryani it didn't taste authentic at all. I have never been so dissatisfied with a Biryani. The chicken korma was ok, still not impressive. The cheese Naan was too oily and the chese taste was not strong.

Ein recht kleines und gemütliches Restaurant, indem man wohl idealerweise Plätze vorher reserviert. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen werden beantwortet. Es gibt die meisten Speisen in 3 Schärfegraden. Außerdem kann man auch zusätzlich scharfe Soße haben. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft, aromatisch und fruchtig. Für das 2 Personen Dinner wäre es vielleicht gut etwas zu haben, dass die Speisen warm hält. Preis - Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Komme sehr gern wieder.

Geschmacklich gut. Aber vier kleine Gemüsebällchen für den stolzen Preis von 16€ sind viel zu wenig. Sorry aber wir werden nicht noch mal bestellen

They have really nice outdoor setting that you can eat without having to endure the heavy smell of the spices from the kitchen. The foods were incredible and authentic. The staff were nice and polite however they are a bit slow.

War leider nicht so gut, wie die Bewertungen erwarten lassen. Ambiente kalt und stressig durch ständiges Abholen von Lieferfahrern. Wenig indische Gewürze, hat nicht wirklich authentisch geschmeckt. Viel Fett und Essen lag schwer im Magen. Beim Essen Tee bestellt, kam dann erst beim Zahlen viel zu spät. Weder Entschuldigung noch Wiedergutmachung. Haben zu zweit 70€ gezahlt, Preis Leistung passt hier leider nicht. Thali Set für zwei war enttäuschend, in zwei Schalen das gleiche Gericht und Portion für 44€ zu klein.

Excellent Indian food, great flavorful dishes, excellent customer service. Being vegetarian I was not at all disappointed with any dishes I ordered. So were my colleagues who had tandoori items. Went there multiple times for lunch and dinner. Never tasted such great naan anywhere else, garlic naan was my favorite.

Let me start by stating, authentic by taste, authentic by heart with service and overall ambience quality and taste of India. They don’t cut corners…you get full service with everything one can expect from a restaurant. One of the best places I have been to in my life for North Indian Cuisine. I ordered Goa Mix Tandoori (Indian Spicy) with Naan. Ultimate treat! Lamb was so tender and with amazing flavors, same with chicken and shrimp. I had bad experience all the “maha” places in town. There were 3 of them. Goa Zone beats them by a mile! Kudos to entire team! Keep it up and maintain your standards, you raised the bar as My Everest! Keep it there! God bless! Tolles kleines Restaurant. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, und reichhaltig. Der Service schnell und freundlich. Durch die eingeschränkte Größe des Restaurants, ist es ein wenig eng. Wenn man eine größere Gruppe (ab 4 Personen) ist, ist reservieren Pflicht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

In den Stadthöfen gelegen ist das tatsächlich eine Entdeckung. Werktags gibt es gute Mittagstische zum satt werden für einen guten Preis. Am Wochenende a la Carte. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und auf zack. Der Preis war in Ordnung. Das Wichtigste, es war auch sehr lecker. Also eine tatsächliche Empfehlung.

Die Speisen sind qualitativ sehr gut! Das vegetable Thali kann ich besonders empfehlen.

Das Essen und die Getränke kamen zügig und waren lecker. Wir hatten mittelscharf bestellt, was perfekt war. Alle waren mit dem Essen sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist auch sehr gut, aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir saßen draußen, es wurde uns für die gemütliche Stimmung eine kleine Lampe gebracht. Wir sind nur zufällig darüber gestoßen, würden aber wieder hingehen.

Sehr sehr lecker. !!! Hatten zwar nur Vorspeise aber auch da waren wir überrascht von dem Vielfalt der Vorspeise und echt ausgefallen. So so lecker! Und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und herzlich!! Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Macht weitet so🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Please do not go….. actually terrible Be booked online for a 9pm collection….. contacted the business at 8pm to see if we could cancel? We were told that it was already made/ prepared? I advised that it it was made a full 1 hr prior to collection that I wouldn’t want this? We were told no we couldn’t cancel ….. fair enough! My partner went to pick up at 9pm… Brought the take out home and they had messed up the whole order! We ordered butter chicken and vegetable madras…. They gave us butter vegetable and chicken madras? Totally the wrong order! Therefore I (being veggi) couldn’t eat it…my partner said the chicken was clearly frozen, it was perfect cubes of chicken…. Nothing fresh about this! We ordered a €5 salad… terrible We ordered pakora… dry and not nice! The raita was sour and off …… Nan was ok… nothing special! Overall a total let down in general! Bad customer service and they got the order wrong? I’m not sure how this happens, it was printed in black and white! So yeah - were not happy, wasted €70 on something so can’t eat?!

Es hat zwar 1x geschmeckt, aber der vegetarische Mittagstisch besteht fast immer aus billigen Kichererbsen und mit Glück noch Kartoffeln drin. Ich hatte nach 2 Stunden wieder Hunger und in anderen indischen Restaurants gibt es mehr als nur Kichererbsen + manchmal 1 weiteres Gemüse. Ich hatte schon 2 Wochen hintereinander nur Kichererbsen als vegetarischen Mittagstisch. Bitte nehmt diese Bewertung zum Anlass das vegetarische Essen mit etwas mehr Liebe und Zutaten zu kochen - Danke!!

Klein aber fein. Das Butter Chicken war gut. Das Lamm Tikka sehr gut. Die Portionen sind gross. Das Naan ist lecker (Garlic), das Cheese Naan too much. Ein ziemlich fettiger Fladen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und alles in allem war es top.

We choose this restaurant because it was very near to our hotel and we wanted something Indian. The restaurant at first sight looked very small for our group of 7 , there are not so big tables, more I could see were couples. The food and service made our dinner great. Mr Adnan made us feel welcome and took good care of everything we wanted. The food taste was exactly what we expected and what we know like Indian food is.

Great authentic spiced and tasting food in a cozy non-formal setting. Fast and efficient service and nice attitude from the staff. Had the Chicken tikka masala and briyani lamp along with Indian Kingfisher beer. All at a very reasonable price. We will be back.

Love the ‘Mother restaurant’ in Blankenese, so was excited to try this place. We won’t be hurrying back! The Onion Bhajis were mediocre and the salad on the side was inedible. The mains were good but what really spoiled it all was the service staff! Impolite, unfriendly and unprofessional. How do you serve the mains without any plates? We had to ask. And finally, they weren’t wearing their face masks correctly!

I stopped by for a quick evening meal. The restaurant seems pretty busy and my chicken bhuna and garlic naan were excellent all washed down with two kingfisher beers. i would definitely return on my next trip to Hamburg.
