A very nice restaurant, a must for rösti fans. The menu offers a wide selection of diverse dishes with fresh and homemade rösti. The portions are generous, and everything is beautifully presented and freshly prepared. The salad was also delicious, with a really good salad dressing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

We've been there twice now, the food is amazing and I highly recommend it! Just ask when you order if she's written down everything; we forgot something, and the friendliness of the service depends on the day! As I said, the food is top-notch. Top-notch

Very, very delicious food. Very tasty, large portions.

The rösti tastes very good. Crispy on the outside with a roasted flavor, tender and juicy on the inside. They're not too greasy and easy to digest. The side salad also has a great flavor and dressing. Very tasty!

Absolutely unfriendly staff, and the food is far too expensive. This is one of the reasons why restaurants unfortunately have such a bad reputation. Charging exorbitant prices for the simplest ingredients without much expertise or craftsmanship is not acceptable. After our visit, we went to another restaurant and ate to fill ourselves up after the tiny portions.

A must for Rösti lovers! The service was very friendly and the food lovingly presented. Everything was freshly prepared and well-seasoned. We sat outside, which is pleasantly covered. The Dinzler coffee is also a big plus. 😃

Great place for a tasty rösti meal.

I had the Rösti Gärtnerin (Gardener's Rösti). It was a dream! The Rösti were perfect. The vegetables were cooked to perfection. The service was attentive and friendly.

The rösti were fantastic. I had the "Bergsteiger" (mountain climber) with fried egg and bacon and a side salad, but the dishes at the other tables also looked delicious. When the weather's nice, you can sit comfortably on the covered terrace.

Great food, made fresh, so it takes a while. (Yes, they primarily serve rösti—it is, after all, a rösti shop.) It was cozy, too, and by chance, there was live music; we were there on a Friday. We also missed out on some of the kids' table number 40, but that didn't spoil the evening. Great shop.

Food & ambience somewhat "colorless"

Last night at 1:00 AM, we left with three children in the backseat for a weekend in Inzell. After a long, 900km drive, we arrived in this beautiful town, where we were warmly welcomed by the campsite owner. Tired but enthusiastic, we decided to eat out in the center of Inzell. We chose this restaurant because of its pleasant terrace, which still had a spot available. We took a seat, were given the menus, and calmly began to browse. Our children aren't fond of rösti, so we politely asked if it was possible to have fries instead. (Addition to the owner's reaction, as I can't comment on that: again, indignant, because we genuinely asked very politely without glaring, let alone shouting... that's not how we would treat people who welcome us to their restaurant.) The waitress's reaction was downright shocking. She glared at us, rolled her eyes, and walked away without saying a word. No answer, no explanation – we literally walked away. We were left stunned. Our 14-year-old son was so impressed that he immediately wrote a negative Google review. We had to explain to our children that this behavior was far from normal and certainly shouldn't be representative of the hospitality industry. We got up and went to another restaurant, where we were given a friendly welcome and had a delicious meal. It's a real shame that we were treated so unfriendly in such a beautiful restaurant, in such a charming town. Hospitality should be the foundation of the hospitality industry, and that starts with respectful communication. Perhaps this woman should reconsider whether this profession is right for her?

We sat down and were given a menu and asked if there were fries on the menu then the waitress walked away angrily without saying anything

Great food and very friendly service. You MUST eat there! Beautiful terrace for outdoor seating.

Unfortunately, the wait was very long. Our food was poorly presented. The dip was squashed into a tiny bowl. This was confirmed by a clear view into the kitchen. Despite the sunny weather, the atmosphere was rather chilly. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth a visit for us. A strong smell of grease was noticeable in the restaurant. Luckily, you can sit outside, though.

The variety on the menu tempts you to book a table again and again. Even after the lovingly and deliciously prepared dishes, you won't want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed the three hours we spent there this Easter...we were the ones in the corner. Many thanks to the Glusthaferl team. Stay healthy and stay safe!

There were two of us! Rösti Inzell was delicious. Please bring the time. There is no quick way here. The hash browns have to be crunchy 😂

We went to Glusthaferl today. A very nice restaurant with very friendly service. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the Rösti Wien and Rösti Glusthaferl. Reservations are required. It's worth the patience, but it's a real treat. 😋😋

Very nice little restaurant in the middle of Inzell. The specialty is freshly prepared Rösti in various variations with vegetables, meat, fish or even just vegetarian. What we tried was consistently delicious.

Eine willkommene und leckere Abwechslung zu "normalen" Restaurants verschiedener Nationen. Schönes Ambiente im Gastraum. Einzig beim Service hätten wir uns an Abend unseres Besuches etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht. Wir können auf jeden Fall den Rösti Mexico und den Rösti Glusthaferl wärmstens empfehlen.

A welcome and tasty change from “normal” restaurants of different nations. Nice ambience in the guest room. We would only have liked a little more attention in terms of service on the evening of our visit. We can definitely recommend the Rösti Mexico and the Rösti Glusthaferl.

Everything was great. The food was excellent. The service was super friendly and took a long time for us. I was particularly pleased with the friendly treatment of my dog. He was welcome and care was taken to ensure that there was a place a little away where he could relax and not bother anyone else. And did I mention that the food was amazing? We were there twice and I would visit you again at any time!

First day in Inzell. Just something to eat. We got here. It was very busy again so it must be good. We had to wait a long time for the food, which was also stated but it was freshly made and tasted very good. Maybe until next time.

The menu does point out that everything is freshly prepared and therefore it takes longer, but after we ordered and drank two drinks and the food still wasn't there and the hunger got bigger and bigger, we didn't really have it anymore found appropriate. This was also the case for some of the other guests who were there that evening, as we saw from their reactions. The food was good but not above average for such a long wait. Elsewhere, too, the food is fresh and delicious, but you don't have to wait half as long. More of a question of organization. If you look at the other more negative reviews and the restaurant's reaction to them, you'll notice that the response to them was relatively snappy, which isn't necessarily professional. Being able to take criticism doesn't seem to be the owners' strength. So if you have a lot of time to eat and don't come very hungry, you can do it. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Dear Glusthaferl team, I don't think you understand the principle of a review on Google. The aim is to give other users an image of a place with advantages and disadvantages. Addressing direct criticism on site is right and good, but the users have nothing to gain from it because it is not publicly visible. So it's not about "following" but rather about presenting other users with their "own perspective", which - as you can see from the different reviews - can be very different and is always in the eye of the beholder. With your answer you have clearly confirmed the impression of "not being able to take criticism" and the snappy answers. So: Recessions on Google are an instrument to give other users a picture of a place from different perspectives and are not about criticizing the company express, because it is actually better expressed in person from person to person.

The food is fantastic! Luckily, we even had entertainment from a live band that evening. Definitely take some time, but it's definitely worth it!

We visited the small one for the first time with friends Restaurant. Nice covered garden and restaurant without much Bells and whistles. Positively surprised by the menu and the offer. Wir machen seit vielen Jahren Urlaub in Inzell und haben das Glusthaferl immer als reines Cafe im Hinterkopf gehabt und deshalb kam es für uns nie in Frage. Zufälligerweise haben wir dieses Jahr festgestellt, dass das Glusthaferl auch ein Restaurant ist. Deshalb haben wir uns am letzten Urlaubsabend entschlossen dort essen zu gehen. Um es vorab zu sagen: Wir haben es nicht bereut. Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr sehr gut. Die Portionen waren sehr reichlich und alle Zutaten frisch. Die Wartezeit auf das Essen war in Ordnung, da alles frisch zubereitet wurde. Die Bedienung (Inhaberin) war freundlich. Auch in dieser Hinsicht gibt es nichts zu meckern. Positiv, auch wenn es für nicht Hundehalter ohne Belang ist, möchte ich anmerken, dass unser Hund willkommen war. Wir werden auf jeden Fall im September, wenn wir wieder Urlaub in Inzell machen, wieder dort essen gehen.

Delicious food, staff a bit reserved. The atmosphere is quite sterile and you can hear every word other guests say, so it hardly invites you to linger.

Really nice little restaurant. The concept of serving everything with hash browns was to our liking. These Rösti also taste simply great! We ate there as a couple on Valentine's Day, and there was a champagne reception and appropriate decoration - an extra star here. In terms of price, food and drinks are completely reasonable. This is a clear recommendation for anyone who likes Rösti.

Was there for the first time, what can I say, excellent!

This restaurant was just down the street from our accommodation. We went there because we didn’t feel like cooking and were blown away by the food, the atmosphere and the owners. Great value for money. The meals are a good size. We decided that we would definitely go back for dinner on our last night in Inzell. We had a lovely dinner. Family owned and operated, they remembers us from our previous visit. Highly recommend going to this restaurant

Super leckere Rösti und sehr netter Service! Die vegetarischen Rösti sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Quark bekommt man gerne nachgereicht, da darauf geachtet wird nicht zu viel Quark auf den Teller zu machen um nicht so viel weg schmeißen zu müssen (finden wir persönlich super) :) Also sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren 2022 im August insgesamt 3mal dort zum Rösti essen. Wollten zum Abschluß unseres Urlaubs das 4te mal Röstis essen. Nur leider war das Restaurant am 29.8.22 geschlossen. Da war ich son bissl angekratzt! Trotzdem, die Qualität ist TOP!!! Das Freitagsevent haben wir ebenfalls besucht! Lohnt sich. Jetzt haben wir August 2023 und wir werden wieder einkehren. Sehr lecker Mal ganz was anderes

Schönes kleines Restaurant mit Kartoffelrösti als Hauptessen. Vorspeise Aioli hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Hauptspeise Rösti Mexico und Rösti Mixed Grill, beides sehr lecker, Portionsgrößen gut und preislich war das Essen auch in Ordnung. Uns hat es gefallen und wir kommen wieder!

Das Essen war superlecker und mal was anderes! Service sehr gut und schönes Ambiente! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Inneneinrichtung nett. Wartezeit lang. Bier und Aperol Spritzpreis teurer als im 3 Sternehotel. Ajoli- schmeckt nicht wie selbstgemacht. Rösti Wien- naja - Fleisch war ok aber wurde nicht geklopft. Normale Panade. Preiselbeerkonfitüre wie aus dem Supermarkt. Für den Preis zu teuer. Rösti Fjord - 22 Euro! Rösti fertig, sehr fade. Der Lachs schmeckt aus dem Supermarkt besser. Schlechte Qualität. Sehr viel grau dran. Darauf angesprochen- wurde sich zwar entschuldigt u mit gutem Einkauf erklärt. Nicht nachvollziehbar diese Qualität für den Preis. Geht gar nicht. Das muss ein Koch sehen das die Qualität beim Einkauf nix ist. Da gibt es viele bessere und günstigere Lokale in Inzell u Umgebung. Wir kommen nicht mehr.

Sehr gutes Essen in einem gemütlichen und stilvollen Restaurant. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Gerne wieder 😊

Das Glustlhaferl bekommt von uns in jedem Bereich alle 5 Sterne. Das Ambiente ist sehr geschmackvoll. Das Restaurant ist hell, gut temperiert und man findet moderne Bilder an den Wänden. Die Wirtin ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen war bei uns beiden wirklich absolut hervorragend! Wir haben in einem Restaurant noch nie so feine Rösti gegessen - sogar meine selbstgemachten schmecken mir nicht so gut. 😅 ALLE Zutaten waren frisch und schmackhaft zubereitet. Wer hier Mikrowellenessen innerhalb 5 Minuten serviert erwartet, täuscht sich. Wenn man zu Hause anständig kocht, dauert es auch ein bisschen und so war es auch verständlicherweise. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt allemal. Auch wenn es für die Bewertung des Essens nicht wirklich relevant ist, finden wir es wichtig, sich in jeder Hinsicht wohl zu fühlen. Daher kann man auch die perfekte Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen erwähnen. An die Wirtin ganz liebe Grüße von den Bayernfans, die noch nicht wissen, welchen Berg sie morgen besteigen. 😉 Macht so weiter - wir sehen uns auf jeden Fall wieder!

Essen war fantastisch. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Schönes Ambiente. Bei unserem Besuch (2 Personen ohne Reservierung) wurden wir freundlich auf eine etwas längere Wartezeit hingewiesen, weil viel los war und zudem Personal ausgefallen war, das machte uns aber nichts aus.

Gemütliche Atmosphäre freundliches Personal und gutes Essen. Danke für den schönen Abend wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. (auch wenn es keine Mayonnaise gibt)

Hatten das teuerste Essen und sind sowas von enttäuscht Gemüse ohne Gewürze und Fleisch für diesen Preis viel zu wenig

Leider zu teuer und sehr kleine Portionen. Der Salat bestand aus ein paar Salatblättern, drei Gurkenscheiben, etwas Tomate und Karotte. Lediglich Hähnchenfleisch könnte man als ausreichend bezeichnen. Soße? Wo die war, weiß ich nicht. Die Teller wurden lieblos hergerichtet und die Bedienung war unfreundlich. Den Beleg musste man sich selbst im Innenraum des Restaurants holen. Wir hatten draußen gesessen und mit EC-Karte gezahlt. Sorry, dass ist einfach unverschämt.

De rösti was erg vet en flauw en ook de gebakken eieren waren te hard gebakken. De vrouw in de bediening leek er weinig zin in te hebben deze avond. Er was geen saus voor bij de frietjes.
