The food is warmed up in the canteen and then delivered to the man/woman/child/grandpa/grandma, etc. So far everything is fine. But it is not always clear that piercing parts are included. Belly piercing parts in particular should definitely not be in the sauce. Maybe the employees work naked in the kitchen. Whatever idea you get. How we deal with it when something like this happens is up to each individual. You don't have to apologize or give the customer the money back, take the product off sale or anything else or all of the above. No. Here's how to do it: Throw it away. Give it here, I'll throw it away. It seems to be completely normal that if there is something that doesn't belong there, you throw it away. Since it was the larger part of the piercing, we didn't ask ourselves where the small ball from the piercing was. P.S. The sauce was not taken from the customer area. Bon appetit !!!

A dream in oil. We had tortellini in cheese cream and the vegetable plate. Nice, clean... No question. Well seasoned. Really. To the point. But what doesn't work at all: if EVERYTHING is floating in oil. The tortellini even before the sauce comes. And the vegetables. Everything! If you don't rinse your teeth with rapeseed oil in the morning, you should probably stop.

Oh, where do I start, sushi is the best supermarket sushi I know and is freshly made on site and often bought empty by 6 p.m., the Böcker and confectionery are unsurpassed one of the best BECAUSE: cheese rolls, breads, the tarts and cakes are more as good. The meat department has the only meatloaf that I like to eat and that I like! One small drawback is that there are TOO FEW BRANCHES when you see how overcrowded the country is before holidays and weekends. We were in Essen the day before New Year's Eve and the globe there was as overrun as in the Klingon-Romulan War, so one or two branches in the area would be a worthwhile thing for the company like Dortmund Eving or in Lünen.

Very large, tidy supermarket. However, despite its size, Globus has not listed items in some product ranges that you can get elsewhere. The presentation of organic products in the refrigerators is also a bit confusing; it would be better to have a complete cabinet so that you could see everything at a glance. The bakery department is good because everything is made in-house. An organic segment at the meat counter would also be great. The fish counter is great. The restaurant is ok. However, the arrangement of the individual areas and where you pay is really confusing. The food is not a culinary highlight, but "normal" and the prices are really a bit high. At the hot counter it depends on how many and which employees are working. Sometimes you're lucky and there are two checkouts open, then it goes really quickly, but if you're unlucky and only one checkout is open and the employees are still chatting, it can take quite a long time. However, the prices there are really great.

After we wanted to buy hay milk cheese at the cheese counter last week, the waitress told us that it was only available in self-service packaging. So we took a package of sliced ​​hay milk cheese with us. This was good until August 21st. Yesterday, August 18th, it was already moldy and no longer edible. We decided today, August 19th. to complain about the cheese. This was done without any problems upon presentation of the receipt. When we visited the cheese counter again to make a new purchase, we waited at least 5 minutes without noticing any service. The gentleman in the neighboring fish department saw us and apologized, saying his colleague was probably out at the market. At some point we decided to leave, what felt like about 10 minutes later. Even while we were in the baked goods department, we made eye contact with the cheese counter and there was still no one there. When we left the fresh produce area, two of your employees came towards us in a very relaxed and chatting manner, one of which works in the cheese department. We have always enjoyed being customers at Globus because we always found your staff to be friendly and customer-oriented. We also come from the neighboring town, so we have a longer journey, but if we get the feeling that we are not being recognized as a customer, we can also shop locally at Edeka or any discount store in the future. Another note: We come to you to find a pleasant shopping experience, good service and good quality goods. We don't come to you just to have to sit at a service counter for a long time, with the result of having to leave without the goods you want. We value your offer, range and the atmosphere in the market, but we also want to be RECOGNIZED as customers.

Lots of seating options, the cell phone generation can charge their cell phones there for free, in addition to free WiFi, and children under 1.10m can also eat there for free. Changing daily specials and standard snacks are offered at reasonable prices. The quality of the food varies greatly.

A gang of rip-offs. We were there for 3 hours and 15 minutes, made purchases for around €400 and had food and drinks for around €40. You would think that Globus should be happy! But no! You get a parking ticket because we parked “too long” for 15 minutes, €35! I won't put up with this. I will do everything possible to stop these dubious activities. It's a shame that you rip off your customers like that

Very good self-service meals in the Globus market hall in Castrop-Rauxel. There is usually a daily special, two weekly specials and one dish for usually around 5 euros. There is plenty of seating and parking is also possible free of charge for 3 hours in front of the market hall.

No food, everything cleared away. Well, I thought then a delicious filter café, they have it there, cheap and very tasty. 😉 Unfortunately that's not possible, as I said, everything was cordoned off and the machines are being cleaned. All this at 2:35 p.m.!!! 😄 When asked why I can't get anything to eat here anymore, an employee says: "We finish work at 3 p.m., after all, we've been working here for 8 hours."! Well, in Germany the last generation no longer wants to work, school has been skipped every Friday, (climate change) working is no longer worth it, citizen's allowance has been increased by 70 euros, my pension by 25.35 euros.!!! Germany is the lucky place in Europe. 😄 Then I just go to the bakery in Globus, they also have filter coffee. "Unfortunately our machine is broken but Schümlikaffe or Latte..."! I don't want a boner now... Sorry, is this too sexual now? 🤭 It occurs to me that I've heard this answer many times at this time, so it's common, every time at 2:45 p.m.???
