The location is unique. Super friendly service and excellent food. Whether for lunch or brunch, it's always worth recommending. The highlight is the birthday robot, an absolute highlight!

We just ate there. What can we say? Everything was perfect. We've rarely eaten so well, and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely eat there again.

If I could give zero stars I would, the food was a disaster from the steak to the dessert, when asked they only gave one, that's how it's always done..the ambience is ok, the cocktail was great the only thing about this evening, a shame and never again

The food was okay. The menu says sirloin steak, and the bill says rump steak with a baked banana was a rip-off. The Lafa Ceak was a chocolate cake with nothing liquid inside, but nothing special. 2 for service because the waiter's facial expression didn't convey a positive vibe. And because the Ipanema has nothing red in it, and when I asked if they could make the Strandberry Caipirinha without cachaça, he said no.

I've been to Glas House several times and have always been impressed. The ambiance and food are still top-notch! Unfortunately, I have to make a comment about the service. There seems to be a new waiter there; I've seen him twice now, and yesterday it was unfortunately too much. He's super friendly and helpful, but definitely too pushy! My girlfriend was there for the first time and said she never wants to come back if the waiter is always so pushy. Asking if everything is okay is polite and nice, but hearing it every few minutes is too much. Touching someone while ordering food is also a no-go! My girls felt very uncomfortable, and I felt guilty for recommending the restaurant 🥺 It's a shame, because everything else is really great!

The price/performance ratio is right; anyone who has a birthday gets a "Happy Birthday" from a small catering robot that brings an ice cream dessert. Nice idea.

Yesterday we went there again to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. This time it wasn't as nice as last time. The waiter was unfriendly and rude when we ordered food and drinks. He kept pressuring us when we weren't finished eating (he wanted to clear everyone's plates) until someone said she hadn't finished eating. We were very disappointed, especially the lady who was celebrating her 50th birthday. We paid 320 euros, not exactly cheap for 7 people. We don't want to go there again, or we'll change waiters.

The two of us ate there and were more than disappointed. Considering the restaurant's good reputation and the lovely ambiance, the food was unfortunately not tasty at all. In our opinion, it tasted like frozen food, which is absolutely unacceptable for such prices.

Roast beef was bad, fried potatoes too soft, burger too salty and the meat in the pasta tough... once and never again... What a shame.

Four of us went there for dinner as a family. The schnitzels looked very much like deep-fried ready-made schnitzels, and my pork fillet was very firm and tough. Either it wasn't pork fillet, or it wasn't properly prepared or stored. My fried potatoes were good. The service was good, but we didn't receive a particularly warm or attentive welcome.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The steak was cooked to perfection - tender, flavorful and perfectly seared. The drinks were equally impressive; hurricane was smooth, balanced and beautifully crafted. The service was excellent - friendly, attentive and knew the menu inside out. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which made the whole evening special. From start to finish everything was on point. By far one of the best meals I've had. Highly recommended!

If you want to eat well in a beautiful garden ambience even in winter, you can't ignore the Glas House. We were there once in the evening in January and once in March for brunch. The food is very good and plentiful. I particularly liked the waffle station at brunch, where guests could prepare a fresh waffle for themselves. My brother had these and said they were very tasty, unfortunately I was already so full that I had to pass. Why I had to deduct 2 stars for service. Well, it wasn't the waitress in the restaurant who was really attentive and responded to special requests. On the one hand, it's due to the parking situation, the parking lot is too small for the size of the restaurant, which you notice when you come for brunch on Sundays and it's really busy. And on the other hand, four days before brunch, a Mirart worker called my father to confirm the appointment again (so far, OK). But during the conversation, another guest called on the other line to make a reservation, and instead of just answering the call and briefly putting the guest off, she made the reservation, my father heard the date, time, names and number of people. Sorry, that doesn't work. There is nothing wrong with accepting the conversation briefly and putting the guest off, but the conversation that has already been held must first be ended.

Went for Sunday brunch with 9 people. The range of food on offer was very good and tasty. The service was also very good. Still, I had to deduct a star. The reservation was for 10 people, unfortunately there were only 9 of us due to illness. We still had to pay for 10, we were told that's what we were told which unfortunately wasn't true. Unfortunately, this was not stated in the reservation confirmation email.

We went to the buffet for dinner, which was really great, there was something delicious for everyone. Unfortunately, points are deducted for the service because we sometimes had to wait a long time for drinks. And we had registered for 10 people, but then there were only nine of us. Yes, I can understand that you have to pay for one person, but the fact that it is only mentioned when paying is not very customer-friendly. It would be nice if it was mentioned on the homepage or at least when booking!

Recommended. Six of us ate there. All menus were rich, well prepared and tasty. I had roast beef with fried potatoes and can recommend this. Prices for the food are reasonable, but the drinks prices are outrageous and when you look at the drinks menu you think it's a "rip-off". A non-alcoholic wheat costs €6.30!!!!!!! Something like that doesn't work at all. People used to drink two beers or more, but today it's just one. Too bad Very friendly and courteous staff.

Very nice stylish restaurant where you can have a great brunch. The staff is very friendly and always on point. We were there for brunch and the selection of dishes is good, from fish, meat, cold cuts and salads to antipasti, everything is there and tastes really good.

Have been eating there for years. Everything perfect! The bread and the amount of sauce are great. Price performance absolutely unbeatable. Friends from far away don't miss it when they visit here. That says a lot about the store.

New again... Had dinner with the family on New Year's Eve. There was a holiday menu, which is of course reduced. But I have full understanding. The room was decorated for New Year's Eve and was well attended. Still very good staff. The taste of the dishes we ordered was completely ok (except for the ready-made hollandaise) and plentiful. Will come back. New visit in July 23... We were there with several people. The service was very nice and attentive. Very good 👍 The food was very tasty for most people. I was surprised by the burgers. They definitely learned there. My lumberjack burger with extra cheese, bacon and jalapenos tasted very close to perfect. I just didn't like the long cucumber. I'm more of a fan of American pickled round cucumber slices. But that's whining at a high level. There were also fried potatoes. The taste was closer to convenience and the onions could have been in the pan longer. The other burgers were also good (unfortunately I didn't like the nachos). Roast beef with fried potatoes was good. But again the taste and the onions... The Wiener-style schnitzel also looked like ready-made schnitzel to me. The breading tasted the same too. The service has deteriorated significantly compared to before. Even though we had registered for a birthday party, they couldn't find our reservation and there was a lot of hectic activity to accommodate us. Despite the almost empty restaurant, all guests were seated as close to each other as possible. The prices have been raised significantly without the portions being at least the same size as previous visits. Unfortunately, there wasn't even a small gift for children on their birthdays. It's a shame but this was our last visit to the GlasHouse.

Unsere Familie wollte den 9. Geburtstag unsere Tochter im Glas Haus feiern , wir gehen zu jedem Geburtstag dorthin ( schon eine kleine Tradition für uns) . Und es wurde auch immer ein Geburtstagslied gespielt und dazu ein gratis Nachtisch für das Geburtstagskind serviert , heute leider nicht , obwohl ich es bei der Reservierung angegeben hatte. Gut kann man nicht verlangen und ist eine freiwillige Leistung , aber unsere Tochter freut sich so sehr auf diesen Moment im Jahr , dass Sie heute bitterlich enttäuscht wurde. Geht mir gar nicht um die paar Euro , die der Nachtisch gekostet hätte , wir sind eine sechsköpfige Familie , da fällt nun ein Nachtisch gar nicht ins Gewicht . Es geht mir um den Service und der hat doch nachgelassen. Und wir hatten auch das Gefühl , dass manche Portionen kleiner geworden sind . Also wir werden uns ein anders Lokal suchen, weil Geld kann ich auch ohne Kindertränen ausgeben.

Service not wow, but okay, ambience too, but the food was really bad! There were four of us and every dish was not freshly made. The schnitzels, the wedges, sauces or, worst of all, the fried potatoes that weren't properly fried (without bacon and onions, by the way) - everything was prefabricated industrial goods! And €20.90 for a rustic schnitzel with almost raw onions and cold, limp champions. For dessert we ordered apple strudel and asked several times if it included raisins. This was denied, even when asked in the kitchen. Not only was our dessert forgotten - we asked for it several times - but of course there were raisins in it. We had it returned and also expressed our criticism on site. The first and last time we were there.
