Very tasty 😉 I just don't like the robot at all.

Service seemed rather lackluster. A missing dessert only arrived after two requests, and once it was sent away because the wrong dessert was served.

Very nice restaurant with a large outdoor area. The baked potato is highly recommended.

The service was very friendly! The food was good and a feast for the eyes! It's absolutely beautiful! The ambiance is lovely, but unfortunately, it's a bit noisy.

The food was amazing, the service was exceptional, super friendly, we saw everything right away, we asked several times, all in all, a highly recommended restaurant. And the price is completely justified.

One of the few restaurants in Elmshorn that's open all day. So you can sit in the beer garden even in the afternoon and get food and drinks. Everything was clean, and the service was attentive and friendly—a lovely break.

We were there for dinner today with seven people (four adults and three children). The atmosphere is simply wonderful and cozy. The noise level was relaxed, but it wasn't completely packed. The service was prompt, and the wait times were very reasonable. The food was delicious and generously portioned; we didn't miss anything. The value for money was absolutely perfect for us. Above all, we would like to praise the service staff. Very polite, attentive, and, above all, very fond of children. We are completely satisfied and will definitely come back.

Just dry and the crispy fried potatoes are not crispy but not even ready

Sitting in the glass house is truly special, creating a very special ambiance, with the furnishings and decor creating a cozy atmosphere. The food is average, good, but not outstanding. It's a bit noisy due to the space; conversations are difficult at the large table, but four people can sit comfortably. The service is friendly and prompt.

The food was very disappointing and far too expensive for the price. It looks good, but it's just frozen food. Nothing special. The service was okay. We wouldn't go back, though. The value for money is simply not there.

Always a pleasure to linger here. Great atmosphere. Friendly, polite staff. We've enjoyed coming here for years. Whether for a nice drink or a meal with friends and family, or a small celebration, everything has been great so far! When the little robot waiters bring birthday cakes, you can't help but smile ;)

Delicious cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. I would be thrilled if happy hour also applied to jumbo cocktails at an adjusted price.

We ate there recently. A quiet restaurant with easy access and plenty of space. There's plenty of parking on site. The staff is very friendly, and the food arrived quickly. The selection of dishes is good. The food comes in large portions and tastes delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant.

My salad tasted excellent; I spent my break there on the lovely terrace. Unfortunately, the service was quite annoying at the end when I wanted to pay my bill and forced a conversation, which immediately took away the peace and quiet I'd had. That was probably my last break there!

A very nice, stylish restaurant where you can have a great brunch. The staff is very friendly and always on the ball. We went there for brunch, and the selection of food is decent, from fish, meat, cold cuts, and salads to antipasti, everything is there and tastes really good.

Yesterday, a group of six children with disabilities and five carers visited you – one of them my son. From what I heard, the Glaushaus team took such good and accommodating care of this group, accommodating their special needs. Thank you so much for that.

If I could, I'd give it more than 5 stars! Everything is just perfect here. My steak was cooked to perfection and very tender. The service was attentive and very polite. Your meal was the highlight of my day, THANK YOU!!! I'll be back...💟

We just ate there. What can we say? Everything was perfect. We've rarely eaten so well, and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely eat there again.

The location is unique. Super friendly service and excellent food. Whether for lunch or brunch, it's always worth recommending. The highlight is the birthday robot, an absolute highlight!

If I could give zero stars I would, the food was a disaster from the steak to the dessert, when asked they only gave one, that's how it's always done..the ambience is ok, the cocktail was great the only thing about this evening, a shame and never again

The food was okay. The menu says sirloin steak, and the bill says rump steak with a baked banana was a rip-off. The Lafa Ceak was a chocolate cake with nothing liquid inside, but nothing special. 2 for service because the waiter's facial expression didn't convey a positive vibe. And because the Ipanema has nothing red in it, and when I asked if they could make the Strandberry Caipirinha without cachaça, he said no.

I've been to Glas House several times and have always been impressed. The ambiance and food are still top-notch! Unfortunately, I have to make a comment about the service. There seems to be a new waiter there; I've seen him twice now, and yesterday it was unfortunately too much. He's super friendly and helpful, but definitely too pushy! My girlfriend was there for the first time and said she never wants to come back if the waiter is always so pushy. Asking if everything is okay is polite and nice, but hearing it every few minutes is too much. Touching someone while ordering food is also a no-go! My girls felt very uncomfortable, and I felt guilty for recommending the restaurant 🥺 It's a shame, because everything else is really great!

Yesterday we went there again to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. This time it wasn't as nice as last time. The waiter was unfriendly and rude when we ordered food and drinks. He kept pressuring us when we weren't finished eating (he wanted to clear everyone's plates) until someone said she hadn't finished eating. We were very disappointed, especially the lady who was celebrating her 50th birthday. We paid 320 euros, not exactly cheap for 7 people. We don't want to go there again, or we'll change waiters.

The price/performance ratio is right; anyone who has a birthday gets a "Happy Birthday" from a small catering robot that brings an ice cream dessert. Nice idea.

The two of us ate there and were more than disappointed. Considering the restaurant's good reputation and the lovely ambiance, the food was unfortunately not tasty at all. In our opinion, it tasted like frozen food, which is absolutely unacceptable for such prices.

Roast beef was bad, fried potatoes too soft, burger too salty and the meat in the pasta tough... once and never again... What a shame.

Four of us went there for dinner as a family. The schnitzels looked very much like deep-fried ready-made schnitzels, and my pork fillet was very firm and tough. Either it wasn't pork fillet, or it wasn't properly prepared or stored. My fried potatoes were good. The service was good, but we didn't receive a particularly warm or attentive welcome.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The steak was cooked to perfection - tender, flavorful and perfectly seared. The drinks were equally impressive; hurricane was smooth, balanced and beautifully crafted. The service was excellent - friendly, attentive and knew the menu inside out. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which made the whole evening special. From start to finish everything was on point. By far one of the best meals I've had. Highly recommended!

If you want to eat well in a beautiful garden ambience even in winter, you can't ignore the Glas House. We were there once in the evening in January and once in March for brunch. The food is very good and plentiful. I particularly liked the waffle station at brunch, where guests could prepare a fresh waffle for themselves. My brother had these and said they were very tasty, unfortunately I was already so full that I had to pass. Why I had to deduct 2 stars for service. Well, it wasn't the waitress in the restaurant who was really attentive and responded to special requests. On the one hand, it's due to the parking situation, the parking lot is too small for the size of the restaurant, which you notice when you come for brunch on Sundays and it's really busy. And on the other hand, four days before brunch, a Mirart worker called my father to confirm the appointment again (so far, OK). But during the conversation, another guest called on the other line to make a reservation, and instead of just answering the call and briefly putting the guest off, she made the reservation, my father heard the date, time, names and number of people. Sorry, that doesn't work. There is nothing wrong with accepting the conversation briefly and putting the guest off, but the conversation that has already been held must first be ended.

Went for Sunday brunch with 9 people. The range of food on offer was very good and tasty. The service was also very good. Still, I had to deduct a star. The reservation was for 10 people, unfortunately there were only 9 of us due to illness. We still had to pay for 10, we were told that's what we were told which unfortunately wasn't true. Unfortunately, this was not stated in the reservation confirmation email.

We went to the buffet for dinner, which was really great, there was something delicious for everyone. Unfortunately, points are deducted for the service because we sometimes had to wait a long time for drinks. And we had registered for 10 people, but then there were only nine of us. Yes, I can understand that you have to pay for one person, but the fact that it is only mentioned when paying is not very customer-friendly. It would be nice if it was mentioned on the homepage or at least when booking!

Recommended. Six of us ate there. All menus were rich, well prepared and tasty. I had roast beef with fried potatoes and can recommend this. Prices for the food are reasonable, but the drinks prices are outrageous and when you look at the drinks menu you think it's a "rip-off". A non-alcoholic wheat costs €6.30!!!!!!! Something like that doesn't work at all. People used to drink two beers or more, but today it's just one. Too bad Very friendly and courteous staff.

We were here for lunch on January 26th, 2025. I can only recommend it! Nice staff, good food, nice atmosphere! As a group, we ordered everything from the menu and everyone was very satisfied. 5 out of 5! Please keep it up!

Have been eating there for years. Everything perfect! The bread and the amount of sauce are great. Price performance absolutely unbeatable. Friends from far away don't miss it when they visit here. That says a lot about the store.
