Worst pizza I've ever eaten. The crust was so thick, I've never seen anything like it. Plus, the toppings were completely overdone; there was just way too much. Really not recommended.

We ordered pizza again today. We've ordered it countless times before, and it's always been delivered on time. There was nothing to complain about in terms of taste... always super delicious. The delivery service is always friendly and helpful.

We only had one pizza to take away. It was really tasty, not like an Italian but still tasty. And very reasonably priced. The Mageritha was €6.80. We would get something from here again.

I ordered a drink, and it wasn't included in the delivery. I asked the driver where it was, and he said they were out of drinks. Honestly, what restaurant runs out of drinks at 3 p.m.? I don't want to be lied to like that. Especially since I simply don't get what I paid for. You can at least offer a solution or think of something, but simply not delivering a paid service and then saying something like that is pretty cheeky. On top of that, I ordered a cheeseburger and got a hamburger baguette (or whatever it's supposed to be, but not a burger) without cheese. I suppose things like that can happen, and it's not cool, but dealing with an incorrect order is pretty tough.

I used to like ordering there. Always delicious. But today's delivery was unbelievably bad. A cheeseburger with strange ingredients, pasta that made you search for the sauce, and chicken nuggets with a strange flavor. All of this after an hour and a half, even though the app said it would be here after only 50 minutes. A ridiculous return for almost 30 euros. That's it for me.

Something baked and cooked in the Arabic-Oriental style. Then please also state on your website what you're cooking! There's definitely a target audience for your food. Customers who want Italian cuisine are completely out of place here! What annoys me most, though? Ordered online, no payment function, and when picking up on site, as has often happened in these stores, TODAY, the card reader is broken. From Sumup! Here, you can pay directly on your smartphone using the app if it's broken. However, that's not possible either, as cash is required. Each of you can think of something else. And I wonder how this pizza delivery service can survive with so many people (on Monday evening, there were six men behind the counter)? Ah yes. That's how it works! I'll just briefly mention the fact that he wanted €1.50 more than what he ordered. I won't be ordering from there again.

Once and never again! I've never experienced such bad service! I ordered pizza and salad at 7:00 p.m. and received it at 8:30 p.m.! I was lucky to receive my order after an hour and a half! I happened to look out the window and saw the delivery man walking down the street with the transport box under his arm! I thought, great, the pizza is finally here! But no one came. So I looked out the window again and saw the pizza delivery man standing in front of the front door of the neighboring building and thought, oh, it obviously wasn't for me after all! At the neighboring building, he obviously rang the bell for six tenants, but no one was named Albrecht! It was the wrong building anyway. After a while, I called out to him to ask if he might want to come over! Finally, this man came up the stairs with my order and stood on the lower landing of the stairwell with it (I live on the second floor). It would have only been a short flight of stairs to my place! I told him it was really time for the pizza delivery and that the pizza was probably cold by now! He stayed one floor down and probably expected me to pick up the order from the floor below! 🤦‍♀️ I then asked him if he could bring the pizza to the door! I usually always tip, but with such poor service, he got nothing! Even giving him change seemed like torture, and he fished countless rolled-up bills out of his fanny pack in front of me, and it took ages for me to get the full change! I was furious and told him, "Come on, stop it, bye!" It took far too long to return all the money. I was already fed up and let the door slam shut. Finally, he rang my doorbell to give me the remaining change! The pizza was cold and had the smell of cheap recycled pizza cardboard! The cardboard smelled absolutely disgusting! I wouldn't order it again and I absolutely don't recommend it!

We always order a pizza tray. Always delicious. Still one of the cheapest delivery services in the area. Always friendly

Now I have to write a review here, which unfortunately doesn't differ much from the others written here and only reinforces the picture. We have been ordering from Giovanni for a long time, both privately and as a company. The pizza was always quite good, nothing outstanding, but tasty for a lunch break. We also ordered trays for company events that were well topped and tasted good. However, recently the quality/service has declined significantly while the prices have increased. The cherry on top were four trays that arrived quite late, for at least €120. The vegetarian tray was ultimately a margherita, the gyros tray was very dark and the salami and ham tray felt like there were only a few small slices here and there. All in all, we'll look for another pizza place.

Absolutely terrible service and unaccommodating! We ordered, but the wrong menu was delivered (it even said the right thing on the receipt). We called, and they only offered to replace the food. Since we were hungry, we obviously started eating anyway, even though it was the wrong thing, because it would be thrown away when they came to pick it up. I suggested they at least bring us a pizza or something as compensation, but they refused to accommodate us in any way, even though the menu we actually got was cheaper than what we paid. Never again!!!

We order more often. Always tastes good and delivers on time. (We usually order in advance)

Best delivery service in Niestetal and the surrounding area. The consistent quality over the years at fair prices speaks for itself. We like to get pizza from Giovannis and have it delivered to us. Everything fits there.

One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. Unfortunately I can't give it less than one star because this pizza doesn't deserve a star. And that is an art. Had the 39 with hollandaise sauce. Even table legs taste good with hollandaise! But not this “pizza”! Rand was also burned.

Ordered 3x party trays, unfortunately one was ham instead of tuna as ordered. Can happen. The pizzariera reacted excellently and delivered the 4th tray of tuna immediately and at no additional cost. Always happy to order here!

Wrong noodles were delivered!!! The employee on the phone was VERY Naughty and didn't want to believe that it was fake noodles! The phone call was simply hung up in between!! You should either eat it or wait another hour!!! The last order was rude!!

One star for someone answering the phone. Worst pizza ever...... Birthday party with dear friends. Ordered pizza for 125 euros. Burnt, black, tough, thick dough, hardly any toppings... all 4 pizzas impossible. A pizza is completely inedible. Complained. New one arrives, totally salty. It was impossible to make a phone call to the boss, no apology, on the contrary he sent his driver again to pick up the completely burnt pizza. I've never experienced anything like that in my life. We have been ordering there as a company for a long time. The food and service have always been top. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. The invoice/receipt was missing from our last order. We thought, no problem. Called and asked if he could still bring this to us. But no receipt for days. Even when asked and even in person, there is still no receipt. The next orders will no longer be placed there.

Were with friends. Food was only delivered 3.5 hours after ordering. Called several times until someone answered the phone. Supposedly the order was on the way, but we still had to wait 30 minutes after calling. When the food arrived, the vegetable casserole was missing and the pizza rolls were burnt. According to our friends, food was often missing or arrived way too late. Not recommendable!!!

Really catastrophic! Communication with customers is completely eliminated here. We placed an order and it still hasn't arrived after 3.5 hours. We've been eating our pizza from there for years, but for some time now it's always arrived here black, the edge is completely black and the base is dark brown to black and we've often said, please make it lighter, but that's rarely taken into account either. I have to honestly say that for these prices it's a disgrace! You can throw away a quarter of the pizza and I don't think that's right. If that happens again, we'll never order it again!

Ordered two pizzas and a salad. Quality was great! 100% price-performance ratio. The only downside is that I assumed it would be cut as standard. Simply ask for a suggestion on the phone, as this has already been complained about here several times.

I once bought spaghetti with minced meat, he told me no more sauce. It's OK to substitute a sauce, but after opening the package, I find that there is no meat at all in spaghetti.

Wir bestellen hier seit Jahren und sind noch nie enttäuscht wurden. Die Pizza ist immer lecker und im Vergleich zu anderen nicht teuer. Das es Samstag oder Sonntagabend mal länger dauern kann sollte jedem klar sein und ist bei so gut wie jedem Lieferservice so.

Auf der Durchreise angehalten. Die vegane Pizza ist halt ohne Käse. Andernorts gibt es da mehr Kreativität. Auch wurde sie nicht geschnitten, was bei der Weiterfahrt das Essen erleichtert hätte.

Es ist ein reiner Liefer-oder Abholservice und es gibt ihn seit etlichen Jahren. Das spricht für gutes Essen. Wir haben unsere Pizza abgeholt und konnten zusehen, wie sie zubereitet wurde. Komplett frische Zutaten und superlecker.

Wir haben heute Pizza über Lieferando bestellt, unter anderem zwei mal Pizza Grandiosa. Bei der einen Pizza fehlte der Rucola und der Knoblauch. Bei der anderen Pizza ist seitens Lieferando etwas schief gelaufen da war plötzlich nur Ananas drauf obwohl dies nicht ausgewählt wurde. Letztendlich wurde dann die Pizza mit nur Ananas belegt für den Preis von 10,90 geliefert während eine Hawei Pizza gerade mal 8,10 kostet. Deswegen meine negative Bewertung das steht zu keiner Relation. Mein Anruf in der Pizzaria hat so garnix bewirkt, das ist sehr schade. Früher gab es auch immer mal ein Getränk bei einer größeren Bestellung auch das blieb aus.

Wir bestellten heute 2 Pizzen. Wir bestellten eine weitere mittlere Pizza die mit "Sonderwünschen" versehen war. Diese kam dann als Pizzablech, weil es angeblich so bestellt wurde. Ich saß 1,5m neben der bestellenden Person, die nie etwas von einem Pizzablech erzählte. Die 2te Pizza die wir bestellten, war eine mittlere. Diese wurde geliefert, allerdings halb durch. Auf Nachfragen, sagte man mir Am Telefon, man hätte das aufgeschrieben, was bestellt wurde. Die Bestellung belief sich dann auf über 40€ für 2 "mittlere" Pizzen. Für die es normalerweise ein Getränk geben würde bei einem Bestellwert über 30€. Gab es nicht. Kein entgegenkommen. Ich bin der festen Überzeugung, wir haben dort, das letzte mal bestellt. Obwohl wir bisher immer relativ zufrieden waren hier. Geschmacklich war es echt gut. Aber leider ist es schon das 5te mal, das wir und "beschweren" müssen und irgendwann ist das Maß voll. P.S. Wir hoffen, die Fahrer behalten ihr Trinkgeld, dieser kann nichts für die Unfähigkeit des Personals im Laden

Heute war das Essen echt zum abgewöhnen.. calzone fritiert, war fast nur Teig 3 halbe Scheibchen Salami, 3 Pilze und Käse. Salat die Hälfte bestand aus Zwiebeln, für eine Pizza extra Thunfisch bestellt, den konnte man suchen.

Mein Sohn LIEBT Ihre Marghaerita, weil es die BESTE Margherita in Kassel ist! Ich empfehle das Pizzablech, Man möchtet immer mehr!

Der Fahrer war nett. Laut Lieferando gibt es ab 30€ 1L Gratis Getränk. Seid Oktober soll es eine neue Karte geben wo drin steht ab 40€ gibt es erst ein gratis Getränk. Es wurde natürlich keine Speisekarte mitgeliefert. Die Pizza war lecker, bei mir hat der Feta gefehlt. Pizzabrot sehr trocken. Der Rest war ok. Bestellen werden wir dort nicht mehr.

Tolles leckeres essen . Super servis. Freundlich , und keine langen wartezeiten. Toller freundlicher liefer servis. Und das essen ist klasse. Weiter so. Giovanni ist einfach gut. Leute bestellt bei giovanni und ihr seid zufrieden.

Eine Stunde Wartezeit. Um 14:11Uhr bestellt und um 15:11Uhr kam endlich der Salat. Nach Nachfrage um 14:50uhr, hieß es, er ist unterwegs und müsste jeden Augenblick da sein. Habe einen Salat mit gebratenen Hähnchen und gebratenen Pilzen bestellt. War dann kalt, als es ankam. Und dafür noch 9€ haben zu wollen, ist ganz schön frech. Das erste mal und das letzte mal bestellt. Wirklich schade.
