Gillrather Kebaphaus in Geilenkirchen

The quality and service have deteriorated significantly! It's already difficult to get what you ordered. All the part-time drivers are running around, fiddling with their phones. When you order something, it seems like each driver takes a turn bringing it to your table! They handle the plates, having just been making deliveries, and who knows what they've touched. Some tables haven't even been cleaned by previous customers. Prices have increased considerably, and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The hamburgers are flat and soggy. I'd rather drive to Gangelt... it's much better there!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I can only agree with the previous reviewer: the fries were soggy and the food was almost cold. The driver was quite unfriendly and seemed annoyed. If you don't enjoy your job, maybe you should try something else. I won't order from there again.

I ordered food through their website and still received the wrong delivery. They told me over the phone that they would send a replacement. I then asked if they could bring more pizza rolls since they had to come back anyway. After another 50 minutes and a total of almost two hours of waiting, the replacement delivery arrived. They then brazenly charged me another delivery fee for the rolls. Since the driver couldn't be blamed, I paid. I won't order from them again.

I've ordered there three times now and have been disappointed each time. The fries were soggy, not salted, and the meat didn't taste good in my opinion, and I got diarrhea every time afterward. On the third visit, we were given a dirty plate and simply left without a word.

The food was good. However, we waited more than two hours, and part of the dish was forgotten. No apology or anything like that.

The kebab man saved on the food but I didn't have enough money and he treated me to it, so 4 stars

Delicious food, great service and fast delivery

I don't usually write negative reviews, but today I'm really disappointed! The kebab looked good at first glance, but the chicken had a strange color and smelled really bad, as if it had been defrosted and was no longer good! I couldn't eat it! What a shame! The Margherita pizza wasn't what you'd expect a pizza to be and had far too much cheese on it; you could actually just taste the cheese!

Very nice service, lots of meat and lettuce, rating 4 for the food because the meat was cut too finely, but the rest was great, the sauce was good, purchased on the spot, short waiting time

Good kebab gastro...with the usual menu...it's also good that there are many dishes to choose from in small and large portions...the service is very friendly...the atmosphere is very appealing for a snack...doner kebab...French fries...rice...everything is quite tasty...the coleslaw, however, is a little vinegary...could be a little better...when it comes to beer, there is the normal bottled product...but the Turkish ones deserve special mention here Fruit lemonades that I haven't tasted anywhere else...so overall a recommendation

Everything towards kebab is very good. Pizza is okay, currywurst will definitely not be my favorite there😉 Everyone is very friendly and the atmosphere is great for a fast food restaurant.

Ein kleiner, dafür sehr empfehlenswerter Dönerladen, mit einer - meiner Meinung nach - der besten Döner im ganzen Kreis. Hier wird immer mit sehr viel Leidenschaft gearbeitet, dass Personal ist mehr als freundlich und man fühlt sich einfach direkt willkommen und sehr wohl.

NRW, steter Quell kulinarischer Verwirrung. Wo Döner Griechen sind und Griechen Döner, Yufkas Dürüm und Tzaziki türkisch, und es letztlich eh alles egal ist, weil die bloße Existenz von Bamis das internationale Franzosentum in den Wahnsinn treiben würde, würden sie denn andere Küchen als gleichwertig anerkennen. Was will ich eigentlich sagen? Nur hier kann sich eine Location bescheiden "Kebaphaus" nennen und dabei schöner und moderner sein als die meisten Restaurants, alles mögliche anbieten, es schmeckt auch noch und man kann es sogar bezahlen. Unsere Generation wird dann vermutlich irgendwann an Orten wie diesen ihren 70sten feiern statt im Haus Nobis, und das völlig zurecht. Es wird Bratrollen geben, Dönerpizza, Uludag und türkisches Tzaziki. Die Gastronomie ist am Ende, es lebe das Kebaphaus!

Das Essen war köstlich und hat meine Geschmacksknospen wirklich verwöhnt. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss. Was das Personal betrifft, möchte ich besonders die freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung loben. Das gesamte Team war professionell, zuvorkommend und hatte stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Sie haben sich wirklich um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Atmosphäre war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Ich kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem Ort mit leckerem Essen und einer freundlichen Bedienung ist. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für dieses wundervolle Erlebnis!👍🏻😋

Super lecker. Das einzige was mich stört ist, dass ich am Telefon beim bestellen immer betonen muss das Essen bitte WARM zu liefern. Was ja eine Selbstverständlichkeit ist, wird hier aber gerne vergessen. Ansonsten ist das der Leckerste Döner in ganz GK meiner Meinung nach. Auch sehr preiswert. Wenns Essen nochmal kalt geliefert wird schicken wir den Lieferanten an der Tür einfach nochmal zurück mit der Bitte warmes Essen zu liefern. Das tut uns dann auch leid aber gerade in der heutigen Zeit ist für kaltes Essen unser Geld einfach zu schade.

Anfangs war das Essen super, das hat stark nachgelassen, wir bestellen dort nicht mehr.

Der Döner ist sehr gross und super lecker. Gerne wieder, Döner ist weiterhin noch lecker und gross. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, mein Enkel hat eine Caprisun und einen Lutscher bekommen.

Wir haben vor Kurzem bei diesem Restaurant Essen bestellt und waren leider sehr enttäuscht von der Lieferzeit. Obwohl uns eine Wartezeit von 50 Minuten bis 1 Stunde angegeben wurde, haben wir tatsächlich 1 Stunde 45 Minuten gewartet, bis das Essen endlich bei uns ankam. Als wir das Essen ausgepackt haben, mussten wir feststellen, dass es bis auf den Döner alles frittiert war, inklusive der Bratwurst. Zwar hat das Essen insgesamt ganz gut geschmeckt, aber der Dönerteller fiel ein wenig klein aus. In Anbetracht der sehr langen Lieferzeit und des eher mittelmäßigen Essens werden wir hier in Zukunft nicht mehr bestellen. Es gibt in der Umgebung sicherlich bessere Optionen, die uns schneller und leckerer beliefern können.

Für denn schnellen Hunger ok für mich

Dort um 21.30Uhr bestellt. Um 22.15Uhr kam das Essen an. Es war zwar eine schnelle Lieferung, dennoch war das Essen kalt. Bei solch schneller Lieferung erwartet man wenigstens noch lauwarmes Essen. Leider nicht der Fall. 2 Lahmacun bestellt + 2 Uludag 0,5 Liter, bezahlt 18,60€ inkl. Lieferung nach Waurichen. Preistechnisch in Ordnung. Konkurrenten sind preistechnisch gleich. Geschmacklich waren die Lahmacun nichts besonderes, hätte mehr erwartet. Personal am Telefon sowie vor der Tür war freundlich. Das war meine erste aber leider auch letzte Bestellung bei diesem Laden.
