Mega!! Just awesome!!! We were there on a Saturday right at 5 p.m. Everything was absolutely top, service, location and food. Will definitely go again. Of course the prices are high but you have to see the effort and the struggle that Robert has with everything.

We came especially from the Ruhr area on our motorbikes in the pouring rain to enjoy this BBQ. We were warmly welcomed by the nice ladies and taken to our table. There we ordered the platter for two people and the fried chicken. It was all very very tasty, just as you would expect from BBQ. The manager of the house also came by the tables and asked about everyone's well-being. This then turned into a 10 minute conversation. We will be happy to come back despite the long distance.

Very tasty food! It was definitely worth coming! The BBQ tray was great. The meat was perfect. Very tender and super tasteful. The waiters were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, extremely overwhelmed. Misunderstandings during reservations, haphazard waiting and occasional bar service. Nothing bad but unprofessional. Well taken care of with the friendliness :) The waiting time was quite long. But it didn't bother us. Overall we felt very comfortable and most importantly, it tasted good! If it wasn't over 400km each way we would definitely come back more often

Mercilessly overpriced, you don't get what you think you're getting, especially when you see all the Instagram videos. It always starts with "Robert" when I'm really hungry, what do you get for..... the truth is far away. The 180km journey could have been saved. Ordered the BBQ platter for 1 person for a proud €37. Little on it, sometimes tasteless and dry, especially the sausage. If you don't feel like mac and cheese, you can't swap for fries. The statement is that they are handmade and require more effort. But you can always order extra fries for 6 euros. On the plate was a little brisket, a small pile of pulled pork, a wrinkled dry sausage, a thin slice of turkey sparerib consisting of bones and a cucumber salad. Next time I'll go to the steakhouse for 37 euros for a 300 gram sirloin plus a side dish, it's more worth it. Conclusion for 4 people each the bbq plate plus drinks just under €190. What you pay and what you get is a disgrace. Robert should adapt his videos. A good one... the sauces were delicious

Not recommended, the ribs taste like smoked pork, I didn't know you could get them so dry, everything was probably kept warm for hours and left to smoke at a low temperature, everything just tastes like cold smoke, the fried chicken is Polo fino where The skin under the breading was not removed and had been in the deep fryer for too long. Unfortunately, service isn't any better. Drinks only taken after 15-20 minutes and then partially forgotten. Better leave it and look for another restaurant!!!

A pity! We were looking forward to a real American BBQ! So we drove an extra 60km (one way). TikTok lured us here. Unfortunately, everything didn't quite fit. The service was very inattentive and the food had nothing to do with American BBQ except for the smoky taste. The spare ribs tasted like Kassler and were far too firm and dry. Everything else was also relatively dry. The fried chicken was too dark and the breading unfortunately had no taste. The bratwurst and brisket were the best. The ambience isn't that great either! There were 6 of us and unfortunately we were all totally dissatisfied. It's a shame, but it's questionable whether we'll come back again.

Top service and world-class BBQ - we were passing through and were able to spontaneously get a place in the reservation. I can fully recommend the tray for €37 - EVERYTHING tastes great and I would order it again straight away. Brisket was the highlight. By the way, anyone who thinks the prices are expensive has absolutely no idea...

We knew Guller, or rather Robert, from Instagram and, as old barbecue fans, we definitely had to go there! What can I say? It was absolutely worth it. Brilliant food! Cool guys, super friendly! The portions are also mega: My wife and I took a 1-person tray (!) + bacon cheese fries for two and couldn't make it. Also cool: We were allowed to pack up the remaining meat and the mac & cheese and take it with us. Absolutely great, Robert!! 💪👍

Arrived there and were asked to a dirty table. After it was wiped off, there were still pieces of meat under the table that were ignored. We then wanted to order food, but noticed that there were no more burgers at 6 p.m. I then took the Crispy Chicken, which tasted good, but had more marinade than meat. The fries were okay, the coleslaw was good. Overall, I wouldn't go there again for the price, even if I were a millionaire someday.

So the food was amazing. It's worth driving further for this. We were warmly welcomed and served by friendly staff. There was a great atmosphere in the restaurant itself. On the food: It's a 12/10. We had the tray for 2. The ribs are tender and soft-PERFECT. The pulled pork was excellent. The brisket too. The cheddar jalapeno bratwurst was just AWESOME. The mac and cheese is simply divine. All in all, I would come again and again. Robert also visits the guests himself. So all in all it was a nice day

Reserved weeks in advance for 6:15 p.m. and drove here with great anticipation. Luckily it wasn't a very long drive! The disappointment came quickly: brisket was gone. It's a bit of a shame when the store's flagship is closed, even though you know weeks in advance how many people are coming and they only tell you when you've already ordered drinks. It's not for nothing that you have such a large Insta following, right? (For example, you could make a story and say that the brisket is out or something like that, as a customer you should already know that, we think.) Well, we got fried chicken instead of the brisket. This was bland and in the deep fryer for too long. Despite the lack of brisket, we paid the full tray price of €37... However, we were actually the last table to get any meat at all. All the visitors after us apparently couldn't eat brisket, pulled pork, ribs, or anything else. Nothing left except pizza (weak in a BBQ joint). Otherwise very tasty! Fries were warm and fresh, sauces were great, cole slaw was great, cucumber salad was 08/15 but also good in itself, McAndCheese was unnecessary but also okay in itself. We are definitely very full. Smaller portions, adjust prices a bit and you'll still get full easily. Unfortunately, we still have the feeling that Robert is slowly but surely no longer living up to the hype. We'll still come back when we feel like eating meat again. Just earlier in the day next time so we can get the famous brisket!

The almost unbelievable quality of the meat makes Guller the leading BBQ restaurant in Germany! I couldn't manage the tray for one person, even though I can eat a lot! Unfortunately not very flexible if you have small requests for changes. Personally, I was very disappointed with the meat. The pulled pork had a strong smoky taste. I don't know that from the USA. The rib didn't fall off the bone and the turkey and JC sausage weren't to my liking. What was really bad was that despite making an early reservation you got a table right in front of the toilet door, other tables were still empty. In addition, the tables are very cramped if you come with several people. The most blatant thing was that after 1 hour 45 minutes, without warning, you were asked to pay and leave the restaurant. It doesn't work at all! This should then be visible when making the reservation. The home fries weren't really hot and also soggy and not crispy. The only thing I found successful was the beef brisket. All in all an expensive meal and poor service.

There is no better place in Lahr Edit: I was there again and now the Margherita pizza costs €14 again. The pricing is a bit confusing but the pizza was just as awesome as the first time.

If you like delicious 🥩 from the grill, you will really like it here. The four of us “only” took the platter for three people and were full. Of course it's all a matter of taste - and Robert picked it up. Pizza 🍕 as a starter - very nice. Parking signposted. Parking lots available. Where's the best place to start... Welcome: we were there a little before 12, i.e. before it opened, and had a nice chat with the boss at the smoker and talked shop. Service: very nice ladies, attentive and not intrusive. There seem to be two new waiters working there, both of whom are very nice but still need to get to know the procedures. Food: we had a BBQ platter for two people. Currently 70€. In my opinion it's good value for money as there is a lot of effort involved in the meat. But only someone who has ever done pulled pork etc. knows and can judge that. Taste: You like meat from the smoker or you don't. We were pleasantly surprised and will do the 200km route again. Brisket was buttery, well seasoned and heavily smoked. Turkey: tastes good, you can leave it alone, it's just turkey. Spare rips: my highlight together with the juicy pulled pork. Meat is nice and soft and can be easily removed from the bone. Sauces: Our son liked the blueberry sauce, the adults liked the homemade BBQ sauce. The Burgundy sauce wasn't our thing, but we don't normally drink wine either. Coleslaw: this is also homemade and tastes very good as a side dish with meat. Fries: 2 out of 3 liked the fries, for me they were too long in the fat and therefore too dark -> a matter of taste... All dishes are homemade, sauces, fries, coleslaw, etc... The meat rub does not contain cane sugar. Ambience: Looks chic inside, although I have to admit that I don't go out to eat because of the ambience. All in all, it was a very good lunch, both bedside tables are also recommended, as is the espresso from a real espresso machine! Suggestion for improvement: I would spontaneously say leave out two slices of bread and add two rolls/buns so that you can enjoy the pulled pork and the coleslaw better together.

Fried chicken with fries and coleslaw was outstanding and definitely left you more than full. The spare ribs are delicious, but the menu won't fill you up. Unfortunately the record for 2 didn't blow me away. 2 men are just about full. Unfortunately some things were a bit dry: pulled pork, turkey and bread. However, I found the sausage and beef brisket very tasty. I love cucumber salad but unfortunately it wasn't my thing. I wouldn't take this record again. Nevertheless, I would come again and just take something else. The ambience was a bit too bare but the service was good. I don't really understand the hype. It's good but it doesn't scare me. Just like they sauces. Price performance is super good for most of them. I don't understand the price of the cheesecake. In the end it's a piece of cake for €6.5... that's why I didn't test it.

After much anticipation, today the time had finally come..... Table reserved for 8 p.m.... We were warmly greeted by Robert at the entrance, then the friendly waitress assigned us the table in the inn and we were treated very quickly and courteously friendly service. The menu is simply awesome for a BBQ fan..... The final decisions are very difficult, everything reads so delicious. In the end I decided on the Brissket Burger with the homemade fries... The food was amazing, the meat was super juicy with a smoky taste, the homemade sauce and the homemade fries were super delicious..... Such good ones I had never eaten fries before. Finally, dessert, cheesekake with strawberry sauce, which was also very tasty. As a BBQ fan I have to say..... ROBERT keep it up, with your team, we would be really friendly and well served and spoiled with very high quality food. We'll be back 🫶

I am absolutely thrilled! The food, especially the pulled pork and beef brisket, were simply amazing. The meat was so tender that you could easily eat it without a knife. A real highlight for real BBQ fans. The service was also great. We particularly appreciated that even the owner personally checked everything was going well and took time for a short small talk without being intrusive. It was clear that he cared about the well-being of his guests and wanted to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Our only suggestion for improvement is that the portion of the barbecue sauces could be a little larger. Overall a great visit. I can only recommend the restaurant!

The second chance was so worth it… thank you very much. The first visit in November was really disappointing, from the service to the food... since we had a wonderful conversation about the evening with Robert that evening and he talked about his passion for BBQ live, it was clear to us that he was with his Guller gets a second chance. A culinary excursion to Gullers BBQ with ups and downs It was a pleasure to expand my gastronomic expertise with a culinary excursion to the established restaurant Guller BBQ. Coming from a distance of 150 kilometers, I expected a taste experience of the highest quality. The restaurant's offerings, particularly the pulled pork, proved to be outstanding and highlighted the kitchen's culinary skills. The pulled pork, with its tender texture and perfectly balanced flavors, proved to be a highlight of the dining experience. It managed to exceed expectations of a traditional BBQ dish and provided an exquisite sensory experience. Robert, as the accomplished chef behind the smoker, refined the brisket with his outstanding technique and expertise. His ability to precisely control the temperature and smoke flavor was instrumental in perfecting this classic BBQ dish. Through his craftsmanship and dedication, he managed to make the brisket a culinary highlight of the evening and to offer the guests an unforgettable culinary experience. Still, I regret that the quality of the sausage couldn't keep up with the excellence of the pulled pork. The sausage was unfortunately cold, which detracted from the overall experience. This lack of consistency and temperature of the dish marred the enjoyment and represents an aspect that encourages improvement. Despite an unfortunate technical issue with payment that affected the completion of the dining experience, the restaurant's resolution of the problem was commendable. The staff responded promptly and effectively to resolve the matter and ensure that all guests were able to return home satisfied and without further inconvenience. This quick response and professional approach on the part of the restaurant demonstrates a high level of customer service and helps to positively influence the overall impression of the visit. So I can finally say that despite minor obstacles, the overall gastronomic experience was found to be enriching and worthwhile. Overall I would give the food a rating of 6/10. This rating reflects the outstanding quality of the pulled pork, brisket and turkey, but also the shortcomings regarding the sausage. Despite this limitation, I am convinced that a trip to this restaurant is worthwhile. The diversity of the menu and the remarkable quality of some dishes offer a rewarding experience for foodies and gourmets alike.

Well, where should I start? Maybe because this place spreads the glorious illusion that you can revolutionize gastronomy with a little bit of brisket smoking. Ah yes, how naive! As if a hint of smoke and a few charred pieces of meat were enough to create a real palate orgasm. The meat? Well, it was cold, dry, and so bland that eating it almost felt like an insult. The sauces? Oh please, they were so tasteless that even a blueberry fan like me couldn't bear to put them on my steak. I mean, who the hell thinks of something like that? And the side dishes? Oh, they were a feast of tastelessness. I seriously wonder how it can be that even the simplest coleslaw tastes like a failed vegan raw vegetable salad. Apparently the salad was marinated an hour before serving - or maybe it was just briefly steeped in the smoke of the brisket, who knows? The service was an absolute joke. Orders were mixed up, parts were missing, and suddenly everything showed up on the bill as if someone had tried to play us for a fool. Apparently no one here cares about anything except what ends up in their holy smoker. And all in a setting that looked like someone had that authentic Texas messy backyard charm with a dash of "Do we actually have a facility?" mistaken. All in all, the visit here was a real waste of time - and an expensive one at that. But hey, at least I learned something: If I ever feel like eating BBQ again, I should just smoke my own meat and save myself the embarrassment of coming back here.

I came to eat in this restaurant with my boyfriend who had already eaten here, we took the platter for 2 + fries and a bottle of wine The quality of the meat is excellent. I particularly enjoyed the mac and cheese and the ribs, the sauces are homemade and are delicious. We were here today as a surprise for myself for our 6th anniversary and my husband really succeeded in this surprise. It was really mega all around. First of all the ambience is rustic/chic. Really nicely decorated. Modernity combined with 19th century charm. Really nice and stylishly decorated. The service team was not only very competent and professional but also incredibly polite, courteous and personable. You felt very comfortable and nothing was left to be desired. As we all know, the best comes last. The food is amazing!!!The enjoyment with every bite is truly incomparable. I have never eaten such delicious BBQ in my life. And I have to say the chef Robert is really a true genius and not only knows his craft but does it with enthusiasm. This is also reflected in his incredible dishes. We just say hats off, we'll be back. We can wholeheartedly recommend him, his team, his incomparable restaurant and his brilliant food. If you don't go, you'll really miss something important. Was there with friends after a long journey. Someone convinced me to drive 150 km here because of the good videos. What can I say: Marketing is everything. The food tasted very good but, with good will, was at most lukewarm. We had a platter for 2. The salads (coleslaw+cucumber) were tasteless. Coleslaw was very dry. Turkey breast a bit dry for me. Fries are fine, noodles are rather cold. The sauces were good. My buddy had fried chicken => hot and tasty. Service a bit chaotic. Waiting time from ordering approx. 1 hour. If I were nearby I would try it again. Because of the long journey, probably not.

The food was overall solid and good. There is also a lot of advertising here on Instagram so that everything here is juicy. Here we were relatively disappointed with the turkey, which was so highly advertised, as it was "quite dry" (it wasn't bad, but not what was promised). On the other hand, the Krispy Chicken was super juicy and the brisket was really tender. The pulled pork and spare ribs were very good but not a unique selling point. Regarding the fries, yes, they are homemade but fried incorrectly, in our case all the fries were hot but relatively soggy. Regarding the operation, we simply assume that they are still fairly new in the business and that this will get better as orders are placed. Changes and special requests are not a problem here, you just have to address them. Conclusion: For people who live in the area or are driving by the area, you can stop by with a clear conscience. However, we wouldn't travel such a distance for food again.

Wir haben 2 Monate im Voraus reserviert, und haben uns alle ziemlich auf das Essen gefreut… nur wurden wir leider enttäuscht. Die Bedienung erschien uns als gestresst, was bei so einem Andrang natürlich verständlich ist. Bei der Bestellung haben wir die Getränke schnell bekommen, alles schön und gut. Als wir das Essen bestellen wollten, waren wir erstmals geschockt von den Preisen. Ich verstehe, dass die Inflation und Erhebung der Mehrwertsteuer die Preisbildung nicht einfach machen. Dennoch scheint es für mich wie eine Ausnutzung der Monopolstellung, wenn ich sehe dass ein BBQ - Teller 37€ kostet. Hinzu kommt noch, dass das BBQ kalt serviert worden ist. Genauso wie das „selbstgemachte, extra für Guller hergestellte“ BBQ - Brot, was einfach eine Brotscheibe aus dem Krankenhaus sein könnte. Der Kohlsalat war fat und einfach langweilig. Das schlotzige hat gefehlt. Die Truthahn Scheibe war trocken.. Im Internet wurde damit geworben, dass es eine handgemachte Pizza gäbe.. Auf der Speisekarte stand sie nicht. Sehr schade. Das Crispy Chicken war gut, und für seinen Preis gerechtfertigt. Sämtliche Produkte, wie Pommes (???!!!) und Dessert gab es ebenfalls nicht. Wie das möglich ist, obwohl man reservieren muss um dort zu essen, ist mir ein Rätsel. Das Ambiente war langweilig, und hatte mit Amerika eigentlich nichts zutun. Weder Deko, noch Musik vorhanden. Das einzige gute war, dass Robert persönlich mit uns geredet hat. Das hat nochmal eine positive Bindung hervorgebracht, zwischen dem Kunden und dem Chef. Ich bin mir dessen bewusst, dass man seine Locals unterstützen muss. Dennoch ist es Dreist, eine solche Monopolstellung auszunutzen. Immerhin kommen Leute von ganz weit, nur um dort zu essen. Nach dem Besuch hatten wir alle (4 Personen) massive Bauchschmerzen. Marketing kann das Team gut, bbq aber nicht! Nie wieder!!

Richtig authentisches BBQ das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Robert kam zu Beginn an jeden einzelnen Tisch und begrüßte seine Gäste. Wir waren heute mit insgesamt 7 Personen im Guller und waren mehr als zufrieden. Von der BBQ Platte und dem Fried Chicken bis zum Cheesecake alles war on top. Hier steht jemand mich sehr viel Herz und Leidenschaft hinter dem Smoker und das merkt man. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Alle Mühe am Smoker lohnt sich nur halb, wenn man es nicht hinbekommt, das Fleisch auf der richtigen Temperatur zu servieren ! Sollte selbst an schlechten Tagen nicht passieren - dass wir nicht nur Pech hatten, zeigen die anderen gleichlautenden Bewertungen hier. Dazu war der Service leider langsam - eine Stunde auf die Platten und danach nochmal 45 Min darauf zu warten, zahlen zu dürfen: Für mich zu viel. Dazu kommt: Unserer Reklamation bzgl des kalten Essens wurde nicht nur nicht abgeholfen - es wurden am Ende auch die vollen Preise berechnet. Unschön. Preislich will man in höherer Ligen spielen - dafür müssten dann aber sowohl Fleischtemperatur als auch der Umgang mit berechtigten Reklamationen passen.

Mega gutes Essen, absolut lecker! Wir sind satt und zufrieden nach Hause. Jedes Fleisch super saftig, besondere Soßen, feine Salate, tolles Brot und cremige Mac and Chees. 😍 Super netter Service und über die kleinen Gäste wird sich auch sehr gefreut 👍🏼. Wenn man die Videos regelmäßig verfolgt fast so als würde man eine Berühmtheit treffen 🤭. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We were mindblown by the tasty food at Guller’s last night! I had the brisket burger and it was amazing, and my husband had the 1-person platter. The absolute highlight for him was the jalapeño sausage, which I tried too and can confirm it was incredible! Everyone was suuuper nice and the ambience was great. Everyone complaining in the reviews have clearly never been to a US bbq place, it’s about the food and not about being fancy, people!! I was glad to not stand in line for 2 hours like I did in Austin TX! I can guarantee I’ll be back! And to address some of the other reviews, it’s true the food might not be burn-your-tongue hot but it wasn’t cold either. I can understand that laying out all these meat cuts on a tray they could get cold quicker, especially since it takes awhile to make your way through all the tasty food.Buy anyways, I got a burger and it was appropriately warm.

Fantastic, authentic Texan BBQ. The sausages are the secret star! Brisket and pulled pork are great, too! Pit master Robert enthusiastically checks in with all the guests and makes sure you’re happy with the sizable orders. Das essen war noch besser wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. (Obwohl das fast unmöglich ist). Es war alles auf den Punkt richtig und wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen! Der Chef nimmt sich auch Zeit für jeden Gast, kommt vorbei und redet kurz. Ein wirklich super sympathischer Mensch der sein Handwerk beherrscht. Man kann es wirklich nur weiter empfehlen!

Das personal war sehr hilfsbereit hat sogar nachgefragt ob wir nochmal was brauchen. Das Essen war nach der Bestellung in nicht einmal 10 Minuten fertig beim platz und geschmacklich einfach ein Gaumenschmaus und für jeden Fleischliebhaber zu empfehlen. Die Portionen waren sehr gut und es war einfach nur sehr schön dort auch zu essen mit der Ambiente dazu und das sogar der Scheff vom Restaurant zu jedem tisch ging und gefragt hat ob alles passt fand ich sehr gut. Dieser Mann weis wie man richtig Fleisch vorbereitet und zubereitet und auch die Beilagen waren perfekt. selbst das Brot und die Soßen waren selbst gemacht und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Im Großen und ganzen ein Perfektes Fleisch Liebhaber Restaurant.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe hier essen. Wir haben einiges probieren können. Zum Service: der Service war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente war ansich ganz ok. Das einzige waren stellenweise sehr kalte Ecken aufgrund undichter Fenster etc. das war auf Dauer etwas unangenehm. Das Essen hat uns leider dann doch unerwartet negativ überrascht. Bzw. Es lag wohl eher an der Zubereitung. Das Fleisch hat einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Leider war das einzige was lauwarm am Tisch ankam die bbq Wurst. Der Rest der Platte war leider bei allen kalt, das Pulled Pork war relativ trocken. Geschmacklich wäre es sicher was anderes gewesen wenn das Essen warm gewesen wäre. Dir Pommes waren Geschmacklich super nur leider nicht wirklich knusprig. Waren großteilig eher labbrig. Das BBQ Brot und die Soßen waren super lecker. Die Salate haben leider keine Zeit zum Ziehen gehabt, die hatten wenig Geschmack und leider nicht wirklich gewürzt. Das Gesamtbild hat leider sehr die Erwartung gedämpft. Wir sind uns relativ sicher dass es immer mal einen schlechten Tag geben kann aber gerade das Thema kaltes BBQ zu servieren sollte auch bei einem schlechten Tag nicht passieren. Alles andere kann mal passieren. Der Preis war zwar ordentlich hoch aber auch nachvollziehbar wenn die angesprochenen Punkte gepasst hätten. Für unsere Erfahrung war es leider dann doch recht teuer für das wie es war. Ich hoffe ihr schafft es solche Sachen auszumerzen, alles andere wäre für das Restaurant zu schade. Direkt nachdem wir saßen wurden schon die Getränke aufgenommen, kurze Zeit später schon das Essen welches dann innerhalb kürzester Zeit serviert wurde. Das Essen war wirklich sehr sehr lecker, da hatten sich die 2 Stunden fahrt wirklich gelohnt. Das Servicepersonal war auch sehr nett und ist auch mehrmals gekommen um zu fragen ob alles passt oder man noch etwas will. Wir aßen ein BBQ Tablett und das Fried Chicken. Wirklich 5 Sterne 🌟

Sehr leckeres Essen das gut gewürzt ist und trotzdem einen tollen Fleischgeschmack hat. Gute Qualität 👍. Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Mein Favorit ist das Hähnchen ohne Knochen mit den Pommes. Wir waren zu 3 und alle fanden es lecker, wir kommen wieder trotz 45 min mit dem Auto.

Das Essen, nein muss sagen das Fleisch war sehr lecker. Aber ich würde keine Rezension schreiben, wenn es nicht nötig wäre: Der Wirt hat Glück, dass dieser Hype auf Instagram bekannt wurde, ansonsten einmal und nie wieder. Stammkunden wird er wohl kaum gewinnen. Mein erster Eindruck war: hier FEHLT ne Frau. Kein Flair, ungemütlich, keine Kerze, Tischdecke oder Blümchen, geschweige Pfanze im Restaurant. Das Personal war "stets" bemüht, wie man so schön sagt, mehr nicht: leere Gläser fielen nicht auf, zur Bestellung musste man winken. Das Essen kam nach knapp 1,5 Stunden, nach Bestellung. Fleisch war heiß, aber Brisket trocken und zäh, Burgerbrötchen eiskalt, das passt (geht) gar nicht. Salat ungewürzt und die Nudeln geschmacklich mit viel Buttergeschmack aber trocken und sah echt aufgewärmt (definitiv nicht frisch-das erkennt man), auch die zwei Salate (Gurken oder Krautsalat) waren total lasch angemacht. Dann zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit: alles mit Wegwerf-produkten: Becherchen für Soßen, Becher für Nudeln, Pommes und sogar Salate: die Erklärung: 300 Gläschen oder Schüsselchen zu besorgen, sei zu teuer: Ganz ehrlich, dann lass es....weil es einfach nicht Zeitgemäß ist. Schweden verzichtet komplett auf Wegwerfgeschirr. Traurig. 2. Ausrede: Personalmangel Es ist bestimmt nicht einfach heutzutage, aber mit völlig ungelerntem Personal würde ich keine Rezension versauen, trauen. 3.Tradition hin oder her: das Essen auf diesen Plastiktablet serviert zu bekommen, dass an Klinik oder Kantine erinnert, ist mir den Preis nicht wert. War interessant und Fleisch lecker (Würstchen und Spareribs besonders). Mehr auch nicht, warum sollte ich dann nochmal kommen? Sehr schade...der Guller damals lief auch topp ohne Instagram-Fans.

Sehr gutes BBQ. Die Soßen sind sehr geil. Wenn man jetzt noch die Schnelligkeit ändert ist es perfekt. Beziehungsweise man sollte bei Bestellung vorgewarnt werden, dass man mindestens 1 Stunde aufs Essen warten muss.

Über das Essen gibt es nichts zu meckern! Hatten die Große Platte für 2 Personen und wirklich alles war Perfekt gegart und Super vom Geschmack. Der Chef persönlich macht auch immer mal die Runde um mit den Gästen etwas zu quatschen was sehr sympathisch war. 4 Sterne für das Ambiente da wir in einer Art Anbau saßen wo es etwas frischer war aber das hatten wir nach 2 bissen mit der Hot sauce schon wieder vergessen. Preislich kann man nicht meckern das war wenn man sich die Riesenplatten anschaut wirklich fair und hier geht man ja schließlich auch hin um sich mal was zu gönnen! Bin überaus zufrieden und würde gerne öfter kommen wenn die Anfahrt nicht über eine Stunde wäre. Daumen Hoch👍

Leider nicht gut gelaufen. Einiges war um 16Uhr ausverkauft, trotz Reservierung 5 Wochen davor. Waren zu 4 da. Erste Platte für 2 Personen kam, die zweite Platte wurde vergessen. Hat man dann 20 Minuten später gebracht. Fleisch war leider bei allen Lauwarm bis Kühl. Geschmacklich daher nicht gut. Sollte heiß serviert werden wegen dem Geschmack. War leider unser erster und letzter Besuch dort. Zumal noch die Rechnung zu 100% gestellt wurde. 60€ pro Tray für 2 Personen.

Also ich würde behaupten das der Medienhype hier besser und größer ist wie der Rest. Das Essen war zum Teil gut, zum Teil nicht so: das gute Vorweg: die Brisket sucht ihres gleichen, genauso wie das Fried Chicken. Das Pulled Pork war geschmacklich gut aber genau wie die Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst und die Trutanbrust zu trocken. Salate und Beilagen waren aber sehr lecker. Der Service war i.O. Allerdings könnten die Damen etwas aufmerksamer sein (ich weis das sie viel zu tun haben) und vor allem wenn etwas aus ist erstmal nachfragen ob es anderst i.O. Wäre. Vom Gefühl her würde ich die Preise auch zu hoch einschätzen, das Gutes Fleisch teuerer ist wissen wir alle, allerdings 60€ für 2 Scheiben Brot, 2 kleine Salate, ein wenig Mac‘n‘Cheese und ca. 400-500g Fleisch finde ich wirklich recht Teuer. Das Nachtisch (Breadpudding) war i.O wurde aber ohne Nachfrage mit Erdbeersosse geliefert weil Karamell aus war und war auch eiskalt. Klar muss das vorbereitet werden, aber dann sollte es wenigstens vernünftig regeneriert werden! Wir waren das erste und letzte mal hier.

Ein wirklich sehr gutes Restaurant,der Empfang der Kelnnerinnen war sehr nett und der Umgang war sehr Herzlich. Das Essen war auch Hervorragend und einzigartig,wir waren 2 Personen und haben ein BBQ Tray und ein Chicken Menü genommen.Beide Gerichte waren Einwandfrei und sehr lecker,die Soßen sind auch Weltklasse.Ich kann das Guller Restaurant sehr sehr guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.Vielen Dank Robert und an das komplette Team:)

There were four of us there and everyone was very happy. Our order was taken quickly and friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The salads were very tasty with harmonious sauces. Cordon Bleu was freshly pounded and fried until crispy. The rump steak was perfectly medium, nice pink-red inside, as it should be, fries crispy. The portions "for small appetites" are also generous (the salad plate with turkey strips consisted of two whole chicken fillets). Grill plate nothing to complain about either. The Hefeweizen is tapped with a persistent foam. I can't understand the bad reviews. Two women run the shop, one cooks, one serves. both do their job great. It is understandable that with larger groups and such good quality, the capacities become tight. We'll definitely go there again.

It used to be a very good restaurant, but unfortunately that has declined. The food was good, but the prices went through the roof and the number of portions shrank a bit (like almost everywhere). Vouchers that were issued 3 weeks before the "change of tenant" will simply no longer be accepted, even though the name of the restaurant has not changed and the same tenants as before the "change" are in the restaurant (only the menu has changed). ). Then you basically gave the money away. Unfortunately this no longer is an option for me.

War jetzt mehrfach dort. Die Lage am See ist zwar nett, das Essen finde ich eher mittelmäßig (Essen ist subjektiv), der Service aber ist katastrophal. Das Personal ist immer unmotiviert, unfreundlich bis unverschämt, und häufig schlecht organisiert. Kleine Fehler können passieren, ist nur menschlich - bei einem großen Faux-pas darf man das Wort "Entschuldigung" schon benutzen. Wurde es leider nie.
