Gelati in Köln

I have never experienced such unfriendly staff. Especially the lady who served us! Unfortunately, ice cream was also spoiled! I wanted to be nice and let them know that there was something wrong with the ice cream so that no one gets a stomach bug! The lady made a fool of me in front of the customers! Simply outrageous! We'll never buy anything there again!

I went to get ice cream today on September 21st, 2024, it wasn't the first time but I was there several times. Since I know the taste of the pistachio ice cream, which today was very bitter and not edible because perhaps the pistachios were old or the expiration date had expired, I kindly gave them the information. The saleswoman got very loud and said it was the same as always tastes that she makes the ice cream herself and that she can't do anything. She didn't offer me another flavor or anything. She became very aggressive!. It's unbelievable how friendly they were at the beginning and now that they have more customers they don't care anymore. That was the last time!!

I haven't had such good ice cream in a long time. Highly recommended!

In terms of taste and price (€2 per ball) they are in the champions league. But service and friendliness are definitely in the league. Especially the lady with the glasses.

The service is friendly and the ice cream is simply incomparably delicious! Try the cheesecake pistachio ice cream, lime passion fruit ice cream and caramel salt ice cream. :)

Unfortunately no seating options. Tastes very good. There was a man who always served. The portions have been significantly reduced since the man left🫤 otherwise highly recommended

Recently I have been served more often by a lady with glasses. She makes the balls in the ice cream sundae much too small, so that it consists of 60% cream. The other colleagues make decent balls, but unfortunately they don't. Otherwise delicious ice cream.

So I have to say it's not bad, particularly tasty is pistachio ice cream 😜😜 really awesome, I always look forward to it, thanks for that 🥂🥂🥂

I think the person with the 1 star rating made a mistake with the restaurant or is completely missing out on life. The ice cream is incredibly good and clearly the best I have eaten in Cologne, especially the pistachio!😋

Tastiest and creamiest ice cream far and wide. Very unusual varieties and always very tasty!!!! My favorite ice cream! Also vegan and sometimes sugar-free varieties!

Super nice service and delicious ice cream, what more could you want? The other reviews complain about the plastic cups, but I think they are a super practical alternative. Coated paper cups are often thrown into the trash even though they don't belong there and wooden cups simply don't taste good. Then prefer the compostable organic plastic 😊

For me it's the best ice cream parlor in Nippes and I'm really happy that it's finally open again. I stutter and often have problems with annoyed or mean reactions in everyday life because it unfortunately takes me a few seconds longer to order. The waitresses in the store are always really friendly and treat me like anyone else, which is unfortunately not a given. In addition, the ice cream is really tasty and the price is great. We just paid €13 for two sundaes and were happy to give a tip. I hope the store stays with us for a long time :)

Qualität: nicht das beste Eis, das ich je gegessen habe. Da gibt es in Nippes viel bessere Lokalitäten. Eis wird in billigen transparenten Bechern serviert. 0,50 € für 4 Erdbeerstückchen im frozen Joghurt? Service: leider nicht sehr kundenorientiert. Man konnte bei einem Eisbecher eine Sorte Eis nicht gegen eine andere austauschen. Das wäre dem Mitarbeiter nicht gestattet, hieß es. Oft wirkt das Personal gestresst und ist sehr ernst. Ambiente: keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Schnelle Abfertigung bevorzugt. Wir kaufen hier kein Eis mehr. Es gibt viel bessere Eisdielen in Nippes!

Das beste Eis was ich je gegessen habe!Jede Sorte, die ich bis jetzt probiert habe schmeckt fantastisch. Vegane Nutella und vegane Schokolade sind die leckersten Eissorten bei euch! Die Kugeln sind auch immer ziemlich großzügig und man darf auch mal die eine oder andere Sorte erstmal probieren, was ich echt super finde. Wir kommen gerne wieder🙂

Ich hatte drei Sorten dunkle Schokolade, Straciatella und Vanille. Also fast die klassische Eiscremtriade. Alle drei Sorten haben hammerlecker geschmeckt! Die Konsistenz war ebenso wie gutes Eis sollen sollte: cremig und auf der Zunge schmelzend. Das Eis von Gelati hat den lauen Sommerabend definitiv versüßt. Das nächste Mal probiere ich mal den Froyo 😋

Wer leckeres Eis ganz nach italienischem Gusto möchte ist hier richtig. Tolle Sortenauswahl, cremig, köstlich. Leider keinen Sitzplatz gesichtet, um das Eis sitzend zu genießen. Aber auch to go ein Genuss!

Bestes Eis weit und breit. Unglaubliche Bereicherung für Nippes und ganz Köln. Habe hier bestimmt schon 20 Mal gegessen und wurde bislang nicht enttäuscht.

Das beste Eis in ganz Köln! Habe auf gut Glück die Sorte Cheesecake genommen, echt ein Geschmackserlebnis! Durchtesten aller Sorten absolut zu empfehlen :)

Bestes Eis der Welt, super lecker hatte Pistazie, Zitrone und Bueno. Ab sofort meine Stammeisdiele.

Unfassbar leckeres, cremiges Eis, tolle Waffeln, Milchshakes. Jede Sorte ein Highlight. Geschmacklich einwandfrei, dazu nette italienische Bedienung. Leider nur zum mitnehmen, keine Sitzgelegenheit.

Diese Eissorten sind mit liebe gemacht... Das Eis hat eine phantastische Konsistenz und der Geschmack ist Weltklasse... WOW🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

Bestes Pistazieneis, dass ich je gegessen habe! Wunderbar cremig mit natürlichem vollmundigem Geschmack nach echter Pistazie. Ich bin völlig begeistert und freu mich darauf, mich durch die anderen Sorten zu probieren!

Neue Eisdiele auf der Neusser. Hatte Pistazie und Bueno… kann ich nur empfehlen. Sehr leckeres Eis.
