Preuslich 7st das eis mit 1,70 € die Kugel nicht überteuert. Das Eis war gut ... es war aber kein wow Effekt vorhanden. Bedienung war freundlich.

Schönes Eiskaffee mit leckerem Eis, Preise allerdings unverschämt teuer! Der Service war die letzten zwei Male leider auch katastrophal... Neulich wurde die komplette Bestellung falsch verstanden und es wurde uns das komplett falsche Eis gegeben, und heute war da eine total unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin, die uns grundlos angeschnautzt hat. Für jede Person die überteuertes Eis zu katastrophalen Preisen möchte eine klare Empfehlung. Ich werde da leider nicht mehr hingehen.

schönes Café mit gemütlichem Ambiente und sehr freundlichem Service. Besonders das Eis hat mich überzeugt – cremig, geschmackvoll und mit sehr guter Qualität gemacht. Obwohl es am Nachmittag etwas voller war, musste ich nicht lange warten und wurde schnell bedient. Auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten und die entspannte Atmosphäre laden dazu ein, gerne etwas länger zu bleiben. Definitiv ein Ort, den man weiterempfehlen kann.

Tolles Eiscafé mit super leckerem, cremigem Eis und einer großen Auswahl an Sorten. Freundlicher Service und gemütliche Atmosphäre – komme gerne wieder!

Leider war die Mitarbeiterin beim ersten Kontakt ziemlich unhöflich. Ich habe mich dadurch sehr unwohl gefühlt und wollte keinen Kaffee mehr bestellen. Das wären die schlechtesten 4,50 €, die ich je ausgegeben hätte.

Selten so gutes Eis gegessen. Die Textur ist perfekt, weich, cremig und schmilzt genau richtig im Mund.

Zum 2. Mal waren die Bedienungen richtig unfreundlich 😒! Obwohl nichts los war, sind sie einfach sehr unfreundlich zu uns & den Kindern gewesen.. ich glaub, ich werde nicht mehr dorthin gehen..

Sehr liebevolles Eiscafe mit leckerem eis und auch Crepes und Frühstück. Draußen wie drinnen zum sitzen. Service sehr freundlich und nett. Immer einen Besuch wert.

Ich hab schon viel Amarena-Eis gegessen, aber das hier… wow. Mit Abstand das beste! Auch der Cappuccino war sehr lecker. Immer wieder gerne hier :)

Ein Stern schon Zuviel, lustlose Bedienung, Eis schmeckt nach nichts, Cappuccino wie heißes Wasser mit Milch

Heute zum ersten Mal da gewesen und sehr begeistert. Das Eis war sehr lecker, besonders die Schokoladenstückchen, in dem unser Tartufo gerollt wurde... ein Träumchen!!! Auch die Bedienung ist sehr nett und freundlich.

It's unfair to judge the quality of the ice cream here. There was hardly any ice cream in my ice cream parlor, but, as I read later in the description, there were two "scoops" of whipped cream. If I'd wanted a whipped cream coffee, I would have come to the right place. I was disappointed. The prices are otherwise okay. As far as ice cream parlors go, I know more heavenly places. I'll try the ice cream another time.

The ice cream is delicious, the price is good, the portions are generous, and the staff is attentive. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stop.

It's now our family's number one ice cream parlor in Zollstock. Delicious, great flavors, especially cheesecake and cookies. The sundaes are also good and large. The staff is sometimes overwhelmed, but always friendly.

Small Ice Cream Café in Köln Zollstock, they have a good choice of flavours, plus they serve Coffee and cakes. They usually close some months during wintertime. It seems to be very loved by the Zollstock Community, on sunny days is always full with people of all ages. They have a policy that if you order on the window, you are usually not entitle to sit on the terrace, so always ask, cause they can point you to the sign and ask you to move, wich makes the experience uncomfortable. Me and my son, we prefer this Ice Deli, over the ones in the University area / Zülpicher Str / Kwartier Latäng. If you are familiar with Zollstock you know the streets and the vibe is rather Working-Class than Matcha-Latte-Coworking-2025, but because of the lack of big buildings in the opposite block, it's a super sunny spot with a wide view of the sky, there is nothing better to enjoy an ice-cream.

Cute little ice cream cafe that also serves waffles and pancakes. There is also oat milk with coffee. The balls are normal size, but at €1.50 they are cheap (perhaps a pre-season price?). The ice cream tastes delicious, the sundaes are lovingly prepared and I also think the prices are fair! All in all great, we would love to come back!

I found the ice cream cafe a month ago and am now a regular customer. I really like the ice cream range, it's varied. There is something for everybody. The waffles leave nothing to be desired, from powdered sugar and Nutella to various fruits as “toppings”. An absolute culinary delight in terms of taste. Absolutely good price too. The staff in service and at the checkout were extremely friendly. Of course I had to tip :)

Great ice cream at a good price. I had a raspberry cup with mango-strawberry-yoghurt and dark chocolate ice cream. I would recommend everything except the dark chocolate, which wasn't as creamy and a bit watery.

There is not only great homemade ice cream here, but also great breakfast and the waffles and crepes are also a real eye-catcher! You always get a smile too, great!

I only got to enjoy a waffle with two scoops of ice cream on my hand, but I can only rave about the shop. Overall, there is enough seating available in the interior and on the terrace, where you can make yourself comfortable in the warmth with a coffee or enjoy a refreshing ice cream under the sun. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. Overall, the ambience creates a very welcoming and familiar atmosphere. I'm looking forward to the other ice cream flavors and especially the ice cream sundaes, which there will be another update on.

03/03/2024 I felt very comfortable in the ice cream parlor. Service was quick and friendly despite many visitors. I can only describe ice cream as perfection. It took me half an hour to get there but I'll definitely be back. 5 Stars!!!

On Sunday March 3rd, 2024 Eisliebe lost 5 out of 5 stars from me. The 3 ladies didn't serve any of his guests sitting inside (the restaurant or outside) in 22 minutes. For everyone who wanted ice cream to go and everyone who still came. In addition, one of the women was busy writing signs or something similar. The two men from the ice cream parlor were not there. That's not possible on a very nice sunny spring day!!!!! We won't be coming back, despite having the best ice cream in all of Cologne. There are also 5 other good ice cream parlors in Sülz.

Update 2024: We were ignored for more than 20 minutes We were allowed to sit at a table and had plenty of opportunity to memorize the menu. However, we were not allowed to order. My attempt to get attention inside the Eisliebe also failed; I was ignored while the "waitress" wrote on some pieces of paper. This is definitely a priority task on a warm spring Sunday... We left irritated and then annoyed. There are other ice cream parlors... The best ice cream in the area! Large balls/portions, fair prices, simply delicious!

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly service. The portion was generous for a fair price, but in the pistachio cup there was only vanilla ice cream, a bit floury, a bit too cold. But with delicious green sauce. 🤗

Preis: 1,40€ Pro Kugel Die Kugel ist riesig und die Waffel ist echt knusprig und frisch. Das Eis schmeckt exzellent. Haselnuss kann ich empfehlen (schmeckt als wären da echte Haselnüsse drin)

Pista and chocolate ice-cream both were very bad quality and taste. Quality as gone down as compared to 6 months back.

Wo soll man anfangen? Das ist ein Eis!! Hervorragender Geschmack, super Konsistenz und naturprodukte im Einsatz. Hier ist ein Pistazieneis, auch mit Pistazien. Kein Firlefanz! Ich hatte Amarena und Schoko! Von den Socken gehauen worden und das war nur ein spontaner Besuch. Wer in Köln ist, sollte hier hier. Der Weg, ist es wert. Ps: das erste Eis für mich ohne Bauchschmerzen Kommen immer wieder hin hin.

Hallo Heute der 13 Juni 2023 um 21:33 Uhr. Der Kellner der um die Zeit gearbeitet hat war sehr unhöflich zu mir und meiner Mutter. Der Ton ging garnicht. Ich arbeite selber in der Gastronomie und bin, egal wie spät es schon ist, immer höflich und lächle dennoch meine Gäste an. Aber dieser Kellner ging garnicht. Kommt zu uns und sagt direkt..ohne ein hallo..bitte rein kommen zum bestellen wir haben eigentlich zu. Ich fragte: haben sie denn auch Milchshake? Er antwortete mit einer schlechten laune: Nein die Geräte sind sauber hab ich doch gesagt geht nicht müssen sie rein kommen. Also der Kerl hatte so eine diese Laune das war es dann gewesen wir sind dann gegangen. Sicher bestelle ich da nicht mehr. Vor 1 Woche war ich da schonmal ein Spaghetti Eis essen und auch diese Kellnerin hatte keine gute Laune. Ich als Kellnerin würde so nie zu den Gästen sein. Sonst hätten wir keine Gäste mehr wenn meine Kollegen und ich so wären. Aber der Kellner heute... wenn das der Chef war dann sollte man sich mal gedanken machen. Geht garnicht .

Wer wirklich gutes Eis essen will , der sollte Eisliebe in Zollstock besuchen. VANILLE Eis das nach Vanille Eis schmeckt !!! Hier wird noch echte Eiskunst hergestellt und die Bedienung ist sehr nett. Die Preise hier gehen voll in Ordnung , da ich als Kunde /Gast auch echt lecker Eis bekomme. Also, hingehen und sich von der Eis Qualität überraschen lassen!!!
