Gaucho Rodizio - Catering in Scheeßel

Als Brasilianerin, die nach Deutschland gezogen ist, kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass dies der brasilianischste Ort in ganz Deutschland ist, mit köstlichem Essen und bestem Service.

Hat uns leider gar nicht gefallen. Die Wartezeiten auf die Fleischspieße waren zu lang, der Tisch am Gang zu den Toiletten wurde gefühlt mehrfach vergessen oder es war kein Fleisch mehr verfügbar. Die Bedienung war ok, der Barkeeper sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Preis/Leistung für uns nicht stimmig. Wir bleiben dann lieber wieder im Harburger Raum.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen die ich kenne , die Nummer 1. Sempre delicioso!

Einfach nur mega, Essen top, aber der Service ist unschlagbar, selten so guten Service genossen, da lohnt sich auch die weite Anreise

Update: Waren jetzt auf grund der guten erfahrung wieder da aber leider wurde der zugesagte kostenlose Geburtstags kuchen berechnet. Das Fleisch ist sehr lecker und auch die Beilagen gefielen mir sehr gut

Der Preis ist happig, aber gerechtfertigt.

Bekannte sagten zu uns, geht mal ins Gaucho, das wird euch gefallen... Was soll ich sagen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen...! Das Essen inklusive der Beilagen (die kamen vom Buffet) war sehr lecker, dazu ein tolles Ambiente, (die Einrichtung war echt stylisch) und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter rundeten das ganze ab...! Was uns auch gut gefiel, das die "Gaucho's" nicht das Fleisch vom Spieß abschneiden und auf dem Teller "klatschen", sondern das man es sich selber mit einer kleinen Zange, vom Spieß runter nimmt... Resümee: Wir waren absolut begeistert und haben gut gegessen...!

Es war mein erster Besuch in einem Restaurant dieser Art und es war ein sehr angenehmes Erlebnis.

Ja was soll ich sagen. Wir kommen immer aus Bremen nach Scheeßel um im Gaúcho-Rodohio Brasil Restaurant zu essen. Weil für uns einfach alles passt. Es schmeckt einfach sehr gut. Beilagen und das Fleisch sowieso. Nachteil ist das man fast immer völlig erschöpft wieder nach hause fährt weil man soviel gegessen hat ;-)

Bringt Hunger mit. Haben zu zweit pro Person ca 40 Euro bezahlt ... Klingt viel aber beim all you can eat bekommt man auch viel geboten - 9 runden, 9 gänge, 9 verschiedene Sorten leckeres Fleisch - wer die 9 runden übersteht kann sich danach gerne noch mehr liefern lassen ... Ich war nach der 7. Runde bereits maßlos voll Mega lecker und sehr nett eingerichtet

Ich habe nichts zu meckern..... es war ein sehr schöner Abend! Wirklich tolles und zuvorkommendes Personal, tolles Essen und das Ambiente auch sehr passend...... nur zur empfehlen 🤩😋

Mal etwas anderes, wie dort das Fleisch serviert wird. Die Männer mit den Spießen kommen an den Tischen vorbei. Allerdings hat man keinen Einfluss auf das Timing.

Immer wieder ein Genuss. Jaime und sein Team haben uns wieder einen schönen Abend beschert.

Das beste was man machen kann, wenn man gerne Fleisch isst. Waren schon oft da und haben das Restaurant auch schon oft weiterempfohlen. Alle waren bis jetzt begeistert.

We were there with a group of nine, but ultimately only eight showed up, as one person canceled at the last minute. The restaurant had been recommended to us, and we were really looking forward to the evening together. The reservation reminder email stated that we had to cancel for each individual person, otherwise a €30 charge would be waived for each no-show. (Thankfully, this charge was waived.) It also mentioned for the first time that the table was only reserved for two hours. Like many other guests, we didn't really take note of this information, as reminder emails are usually skimmed, and we assume there's nothing new in them. In our opinion, such important details should be clearly stated in the original confirmation email. The concept of a rodizio is based on enjoying a relaxed meal with friends and family, with several courses served. Two hours is simply too short for a leisurely evening. When our two hours were up, the owner rather bluntly informed us that we had to vacate the table. A slightly friendlier tone or some advance notice would certainly have eased the situation. As it was, it unfortunately felt somewhat impolite – especially disappointing since we spent almost €400 there and would have liked to stay longer. However, we would like to expressly commend the service staff, who were very friendly and attentive throughout the evening. They were not at fault and made a truly positive impression. In conclusion: The food was good, the staff excellent – ​​but the communication surrounding the reservation and the rigid time limit urgently needs to be reconsidered. With a little more transparency and flexibility, the visit would certainly have been much more pleasant.

I was positive about the service and the ambiance, which was very tidy and modern. What I didn't like was the relatively small selection of side dishes; I'm used to that at a rodizio. The meats are also too raw for me personally; some of the meat is completely bloody, which I don't like at all. The prices in general, especially for drinks, are unfortunately completely excessive. I probably won't be coming back again.

It was a truly wonderful evening. Very attentive service, everyone super nice and accommodating. We were there for the first time with our children and will definitely be back – and of course, we'll tell all our friends what a great place this is. The food was truly delicious, and we were particularly impressed with the service. Towards the end, we were asked what we wanted delivered, and these requests were promptly fulfilled. We can only recommend everyone to have a wonderful evening here. By the way, we drove an hour especially and decided against Hamburg or Bremen. Keep up the good work.

All the staff were super nice, it was great. The meat on the skewers was too seasoned/salted for my taste, but that might be because we hardly use any seasoning at home; otherwise, it was delicious. And anyone who serves chicken hearts as an appetizer deserves 5 stars anyway!

Absolutely delicious food, perfectly prepared by the chefs. The meat, in all its varieties, is truly authentically Brazilian-seasoned and grilled. A must-try for any meat-eater. We'll be back again and again.

March 18, 2022: The all-you-can-eat was fantastic. Friendly service, great meat "passing around" - and a great solution that the (also very tasty) side dishes are available buffet-style. I was thrilled; this definitely won't be the last time I've been there :D Update 3 years later (July 30, 2025): I've been here at least 15 times now. I've also tried similar rodizio in Harburg, Jesteburg, and Bremen - none of which are bad either. But the Gaucho in the small town of Scheeßel is, in my opinion, the best. The quality of the meat, the friendliness, the side buffet (small but great), and the ambiance are simply fantastic. It's not an insider tip, I think; I've often called to say I'd like to come and been told: unfortunately, it's full. Highly recommended - anyone who hasn't been here has never loved rodizio :-)

I think everyone will find their favorite meat here, whether beef, pork, poultry, or lamb—all delicious on a skewer. However, in my opinion, the meat skewers are already too seasoned, marinated, or salted, resulting in a correspondingly high demand for drinks. So, if you overdo it with the meat in the evening, you won't make it through the night without continuing to fight your thirst. All in all, it remains very tasty, and the cocktails are also delicious.

Wonderful food, and honestly this is the only restaurant in northern Germany that I've been to that is actually Brazilian, the meats served are very good and tasty, the staff are very kind and helpful, I highly recommend a visit if you want to get a sense of what real Brazilian food is like...

We received a very friendly welcome and continued friendly service. The staff with the meat skewers were coolly dressed, and the food was super delicious. The cocktails were also amazing. We'd love to go back.

As always, tastes can vary. It was a good fit for our group. On Saturday evening, July 12, 2025, we were there from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. We had pre-registered with seven adults and three children. After a friendly welcome and a brief introduction to the restaurant's concept (a set price for all the meat skewers, drinks and extras (ice cream, à la carte meals) are charged separately), we soon got started. We didn't have to wait long for either drinks or the skewers. (That may seem different to others, but for us it was just right; we didn't want to gorge ourselves.) The food, which is the main focus here, was deliciously prepared. Read along again - The concept of this restaurant includes a lot of meat; that's the focus! Vegetarians can help themselves to the buffet, but the black beans, for example, are also traditionally prepared with meat. We had a vegetarian with us who knew this beforehand and therefore tucked into the buffet. She also paid a special vegetarian price, but that should be communicated, both within the group beforehand and on site. I'm always amazed at the unspoken and strange expectations people can have when going to a Brazilian meat restaurant. Our three younger children (4, 7, 11) were well-included. However, the circumstances are such that parents of younger children should be prepared! Just a tip: next to the restaurant, there's a large area where they can run around and where there's a water feature. Perfect for summertime distraction and to pass the time. Bring toys, books, and the like, because overall, the rodizio concept requires time to fully enjoy it! There's a large parking lot behind the restaurant, which was also quite busy, so you should accompany your children from time to time. The staff were also friendly and patient with our children. We are satisfied and will definitely come back again if the opportunity arises :)

Very tasty. I think six skewers of different meats are brought to the table one after the other, and you can have something cut for yourself, plus a buffet with salad, fries, and potatoes. The restaurant is truly special 😀

We were here with our sons for the first time today, and it was perfect. We are soooo thrilled. Everything was just perfect. Whether it was the friendly ladies who served us, the lovely owner, or the friendly young man who brought the meat skewers. The fact that the children only had to pay the price of their age is also great; you won't find that anywhere else. It was soooo delicious, and everyone was very friendly. We'll be back. We would give it 10 stars if possible. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We highly recommend it.

This is the best Brazilian restaurant in Germany! As always, the meat is perfect and the service leaves nothing to be desired. The atmosphere is very modern and familiar, so that everyone feels comfortable and likes to come back. Also treat yourself to a cocktail, it's worth it.

This is the best rodizio I've ever been to. The meat doesn't need to be seasoned, it's juicy...just perfect! The side dishes are all delicious! Everyone will find something here. Even someone who doesn't like meat. -Great service. The last time Lavinia was our server and was very attentive, really world class! -I only noticed one small thing on my last visit, it was fixed by my next visit. (Criticism was accepted and thanked) -I'm driving for over an hour. And it's worth it! Anyone who hasn't been here yet should definitely try it!!

We had our food served in a reasonable time. The Tafelspitz comes without any frills. The Czech Budweiser was served without delay.

What can I say, the best restaurant I've ever been to. The service was very attentive from the first second. A friend came a little later and was immediately asked what he would like to drink. What you are here for is definitely the Rodizio. The meat was cooked to perfection, beautifully roasted on the outside and so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. We'll definitely be back. Food was delicious, good seasoning, but unfortunately it took a long time to get the meat between the courses. (9 types of meat and manageable side dishes for just under €35 is already quite a lot). Meat was always cut into very small pieces. To make matters worse, the waiter stabbed the sausage so much that my entire T-shirt was covered in grease stains, without even apologizing for it, just saying that the stains would come out again. impossible behavior. It's an original Brazilian Rodizio as I know and love it! Many people confuse Rodizio with Buffett food! Yes, you have to get the side dishes (typically Brazilian) at the buffet, but I don't think that's a bad thing because then you get some exercise between all the good meat! And the cherry on top is always the pineapple!

If you are looking for authentic Rodizio (Churasco), Scheeßel is the right place for you. I spend a lot of time in the south of Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul) for work and love the culture and the food. At Gaucho Rodizio you will find a little piece of Brazil. It is worth it!!! Muito obrigado e um grande abraço à equipe.

Were there on Valentine's Day, had Rodizio... and Fl. Wine and a cocktail at the end... It was super legga... the young man with the games was super nice... The other service staff were also friendly and accommodating... we had a very nice evening, thank you for that... WE'LL COME BACK...☺️ We would love to come back...
